Abstract

The invention comprises two fastened supporting elements, specifically a side supporting element (1) and a central supporting element (2) in order to form the upper guide for stalls that use a sliding system for laminated glass panels, thereby obviating the need for bolts and an upper channel. For this purpose, the supporting elements (1) and (2) have fastening grips (3) and (8) for the upper edge of the static glass panel (VF), and the side supporting element (2) has a guide channel (6) for the upper edge of the moving glass panel (VM). Furthermore, the front terminals (10) of said supporting elements (1) and (2) hold a rail (13) to provide a towel holder in the upper portion of the stall to hang a bath towel (T).

“CONJUNTO DE SUPORTES EM CONFIGURAÇÃO DE PORTA TOALHA, PARA A FORMAÇÃO DE GUIA SUPERIOR DE PORTA DE PAINÉIS DE VIDRO LAMINADO EM SISTEMA DESLIZANTE” Introdução "SET OF BRACKETS IN TOWEL HOLDER CONFIGURATION, FOR THE FORMATION OF UPPER DOOR GUIDE FOR LAMINATED GLASS PANELS IN SLIDING SYSTEM" Introduction

[001] Refere-se o presente relatório descritivo, ao pedido de patente de modelo de utilidade para um conjunto de suportes que formam a guia superior de boxes preferencialmente de banheiro, desenvolvidos para fixarem, superiormente, o painel de vidro fixo e para direcionar o painel de vidro móvel. Os suportes, além de garras para receberem as bordas superiores dos painéis de vidro laminado, foram desenvolvidos com terminais frontais que, ao estarem alinhados na parte superior do boxe, recebem o encaixe de um varão para dependurar de toalha de banho. [003] Indo de encontro a essa tendência pode ser citado o documento de patente BR 10 2019 021658 1, denominado “PORTA DE PAINÉIS DE VIDRO LAMINADO, COM MONTAGEM ATRAVÉS DE CONJUNTO DESLIZANTE PARA SISTEMA DE ABERTURA E FECHAMENTO DE VÃOS”, de titularidade do próprio inventor do pedido a ser explicado mais adiante. Uma imagem desse documento é apresentada, a título ilustrativo, como figura 1 para esse novo pedido a ser adiante explicado. Como se observa pela perspectiva dessa figura 1 e pelo seu detalhe A, uma guia inferior externa ( 1) ao box, no piso do banheiro, recebe o encaixe do painel de vidro fixo (VF) e é ligada por uma base móvel (12) a uma guia interna (7) ao piso do box. Essa base móvel (12) é assentada e corre ao longo da guia fixa interna (7) sendo travada com um perfil móvel (16) no qual é encaixado o painel de vidro móvel (VM). Ao ser empurrado, o painel de vidro móvel (VM) é carregado no perfil móvel (16) pela base móvel (12), abrindo e fechando o vão, direcionado pela guia superior (26). No detalhe G desse documento BR 10 2019 021658 1, também apresentado a título exemplificativo, vê-se a guia, composta por guia interna (29), para o painel de vidro fixo (VF) e a guia externa (31), para o painel de vidro móvel (VM). Como se observa por essa figura 1 , a guia superior (26), evidentemente trabalha com o leito inferior (guias inferiores ( 1) e (7) desse arranjo citado acima), estruturada por calhas laterais verticais (23), sendo utilizada apenas para a fixação e direcionamento superior dos painéis de vidro laminado. In detail G of this document BR 10 2019 021658 1, also presented as an example, there is a guide, composed of an internal guide (29), for the fixed glass panel (VF) and the external guide (31) for the movable glass panel (VM). As shown in this figure 1 , the upper guide (26), evidently works with the lower bed (lower guides (1) and (7) of this arrangement mentioned above), structured by vertical side rails (23), being used only for the fixation and superior orientation of the laminated glass panels.

Em conformidade com as figuras anexas, o “CONJUNTO DE SUPORTES EM CONFIGURAÇÃO DE PORTA TOALHA, PARA A FORMAÇÃO DE GUIA SUPERIOR DE PORTA DE PAINÉIS DE VIDRO LAMINADO EM SISTEMA DESLIZANTE”, objeto desse presente pedido de patente de modelo de utilidade, constitui-se de um conjunto de suportes, lateral (1) e central (2) para a formação da guia superior de um boxe de funcionamento em sistema deslizante, protegido pelo pedido de patente documento BR 10 2019 021658 1 mostrado na figura 1 do estado da técnica.
