背景技术
随着照明行业技术的发展,照明技术工艺得到了极大的突破,灯具在各个方面得到不断完善。通常情况下,灯具包括灯罩、安装座和端盖,为了达到防水防尘的较高水准,灯罩、安装座和端盖在三者的结合处往往交叉连接,进而导致了在拆卸灯具时,需要先拆卸端盖才能对灯罩进行拆卸,使得灯具的拆卸操作颇为不方便,拆卸效率也较低。
发明内容
本发明公开一种灯具,以解决目前的灯具存在不方便拆卸、拆卸效率较低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种灯具,包括灯罩、安装座、第一端盖、第二端盖、光源模组和驱动电源,所述灯罩具有相对设置的两个第一翻边,所述安装座具有相对设置的两个第二翻边,所述第一翻边卡扣配合于所述第二翻边,所述第一端盖和所述第二端盖分别连接于所述安装座的两端,且所述第一端盖和所述第二端盖位于所述第二翻边的延伸方向上,所述灯罩、所述安装座、所述第一端盖和所述第二端盖形成收容腔,所述光源模组和驱动电源设置于所述收容腔。

本发明采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
本发明实施例公开的灯具中,顶推件与至少一个第一翻边的第一端面相抵接,第一端面为第一翻边朝向第一端盖一侧的端面,由于与顶推件连接的施力键部分伸出至安装座之外,并且施力键滑动配合于安装座的侧壁,因此,在安装座的外部操作施力键移动,就可以驱动顶推件,进而能够推动灯罩相对于安装座滑动并远离第一端盖;灯罩相对于安装座滑动是通过第一翻边与第二翻边之间的相对滑动实现的,而在灯罩远离第一端盖的过程中,灯罩与第一端盖之间出现间隙,然后就可以从间隙对灯罩进行抓取,由于灯罩具有一定的柔性,此时只需要稍微用力,就可以将灯罩从安装座中抓取出来,而避免了对灯具整体拆卸。相较于现有技术中拆除端盖之后才能拆卸掉灯罩的方式而言,无疑操作更加简单方便,拆卸效率更高。

以下结合附图,详细说明本发明各个实施例公开的技术方案。
请参考图1-图10,本发明实施例公开一种灯具,包括灯罩100、安装座200、第一端盖300、第二端盖400、光源模组和驱动电源。
其中,安装座200为灯具的基础构件,安装座200能够为灯具的其他组成部分提供安装基础。光源模组为灯具的发光组件,光源模组通常包括光源板和发光体,发光体可以优选为LED发光体,LED发光体具有环保、节能、使用寿命长等优点。光源模组与驱动电源电连接,驱动电源为光源模组供给电能。
灯罩100具有相对设置的两个第一翻边110,安装座200具有相对设置的两个第二翻边210,第一翻边110卡扣配合于第二翻边210,进而可以实现灯罩100和安装座200之间的固定连接。第一端盖300和第二端盖400分别连接于安装座200的两端,灯罩100、安装座200、第一端盖300和第二端盖400形成收容腔,光源模组和驱动电源设置于收容腔。具体的,第一端盖300和第二端盖400能够对灯罩100和安装座200的两端进行密封,提供防水防尘功能;光源模组和驱动电源的安装方式有多种,如图2所示,可以在安装座200内设置安装导槽,光源模组可以插接配合于安装导槽中,驱动电源可以通过螺纹紧固件(螺钉、螺栓等)固定在安装座200上。
同时,灯具还包括灯罩推动组件500,灯罩推动组件500包括施力键510和顶推件520,施力键510滑动配合于安装座200的侧壁,顶推件520位于收容腔,施力键510的一端与顶推件520连接,且施力键510的另一端伸出至安装座200之外。也就是说,用户可以通过在灯具外部作用于施力键510,即可对位于收容腔内的顶推件520进行操作,施力键510在作用下相对于安装座200的侧壁滑动,而顶推件520也做出相应动作。
顶推件520与至少一个第一翻边110的第一端面相抵接,其中,第一端面为第一翻边110朝向第一端盖300一侧的端面;施力键510的移动驱使顶推件520移动,以推动灯罩100相对于安装座200滑动并远离第一端盖300。具体的,顶推件520可以与其中任一个第一翻边110抵接,也可以同时与两个第一翻边110抵接,只需要能够通过对第一翻边110产生作用即可;进一步地,如前文所述,由于需要驱使灯罩100远离第一端盖300,因此顶推件520需要与第一翻边110朝向第一端盖300一侧的端面抵接,如此设置顶推件520的移动才能驱使灯罩100朝背离第一端盖300的方向运动。
本发明实施例公开的灯具中,顶推件520与至少一个第一翻边110的第一端面相抵接,第一端面为第一翻边110朝向第一端盖300一侧的端面,由于与顶推件520连接的施力键510部分伸出至安装座200之外,并且施力键 510滑动配合于安装座200的侧壁,因此,在安装座200的外部操作施力键510移动,就可以驱动顶推件520,进而能够推动灯罩100相对于安装座200滑动并远离第一端盖300;灯罩100相对于安装座200滑动是通过第一翻边110与第二翻边210之间的相对滑动实现的,而在灯罩100远离第一端盖300的过程中,灯罩100与第一端盖300之间出现间隙,然后就可以从间隙对灯罩100进行抓取,由于灯罩100具有一定的柔性,此时只需要稍微用力,就可以将灯罩100从安装座200中抓取出来,而避免了对灯具整体拆卸。相较于现有技术中拆除端盖之后才能拆卸掉灯罩的方式而言,无疑操作更加简单方便,拆卸效率更高。
具体的,安装座200与第一端盖300和第二端盖400的连接关系可以有多种,例如通常情况下,安装座200可以通过螺纹紧固件与第一端盖300(第二端盖400)进行连接。在较为优选的方案中,第一端盖300和第二端盖400内可以设置有定位部610,定位部610与第一端盖300的侧壁之间形成第一限位空间310,定位部610与第二端盖400的侧壁之间形成第二限位空间410,安装座200的两端分别限位配合于第一限位空间310和第二限位空间410。具体的,即是第一限位空间310和第二限位空间410能够对安装座200起到固定限位的作用,使得安装座200与第一端盖300之间实现固定连接,安装座200与第二端盖400之间实现固定连接,进而通过第一端盖300和第二端盖400对安装座200起到防尘防水的作用。
当然,定位部610的结构类型可以有多种,例如如图4-图6所示,定位部610可以为靠近第一端盖300(第二端盖400)侧壁设置的定位筋,其可以为间隔排布的多个尺寸较小的定位筋,也可以为呈环状的连续的一个定位筋,定位筋与第一端盖300(第二端盖400)的侧壁之间形成卡槽(第一限位空间310和第二限位空间410的一种具体形式),安装座200插接配合于卡槽中,进而实现安装座200与第一端盖300(第二端盖400)之间的限位固定配合。在另外的实施方式中,定位部610还可以为定位挡板、定位块等,只要能够 对安装座200起到限位固定的约束作用的结构即可。
由于灯具需要具有良好的防尘防水性能,甚至需要达到IP44的防护等级,这对于现有的灯具提出了更高的要求。为了灯罩100与第一端盖300和第二端盖400之间具有更好的密封性能,进而提升防尘放水功能,在更为优选的方案中,灯罩100的两端可以分别限位配合于第一限位空间310和第二限位空间410,且灯罩100在第二限位空间410内与第二端盖400之间具有移动间隙411。由于灯罩100限位配合于第一限位空间310和第二限位空间410中,连接关系更加紧密,可以起到较好的防尘防水效果。
在这种情况下,当灯罩推动组件500作用于第一翻边110,驱使灯罩100脱离并远离第一端盖300,直到灯罩100和第一端盖300之间具有合适的拆卸空间,就可以将灯罩100从安装座200中抓取出来。当然,可以通过限定施力键510的可滑动范围,进而限定灯罩100的移动距离,这可以根据灯具整体的尺寸进行适应性调整设计。
当灯罩100相对于安装座200远离第一端盖300滑动时,由于第一翻边110和第二翻边210的导向作用下,灯罩100会被第二端盖400限位,在灯罩100的推动作用下,第二端盖400会脱离安装座200,或者如果安装座200与第二端盖400还存在固定连接,此时灯罩100在第二端盖400的限位作用下则不能够实现背离第一端盖300的移动,最终不能在灯罩100和第一端盖300之间形成拆卸空间。基于此,请参考图7和图8,灯罩100在与第二端盖400装配时,灯罩100的端部在第二限位空间410内与第二端盖400之间可以留有移动间隙411,如此设置使得灯罩100在远离第一端盖300时,灯罩100在移动间隙411中移动而不会直接与第二端盖400接触,灯罩100就不会被第二端盖400限位,最终灯罩100与第一端盖300之间能够形成拆卸空间。由上述可知,拆卸空间的大小直接受到移动间隙411的影响,因此在装配时,根据需要的拆卸空间的大小,可以预先调整移动间隙411的大小。当然,本发明实施例不限制灯罩100与第一端盖300和第二端盖400的具体连 接关系,除了上述灯罩100位于第一限位空间310和第二限位空间410中之外,其连接关系还可以为其他的形式,例如第一端盖300和第二端盖400可以紧密抵接于灯罩100,而当灯罩100在灯罩推动组件500的推动作用下再插接于第二限位空间410中。
在本发明实施例中,施力键510与安装座200的侧壁的滑动配合关系可以有多种,例如施力键510可以通过滚珠滑动配合于安装座200的侧壁。在一种具体的实施方式中,安装座200的侧壁可以开设有滑行导槽,施力键510滑动配合于滑行导槽,滑行导槽结构简单,便于加工。滑行导槽可以开设在安装座200靠近顶推件520的侧壁上,在这种情况下,施力键510的长度尺寸更小,提升了施力键510的操作便捷性。
在本发明实施例中,第一翻边110和第二翻边210的翻折方向有多种方式,本发明实施例对其不做限制。在具体的一种实施方式中,如图3和图4所示,第一翻边110可以向背离收容腔的方向翻折,第二翻边210可以向收容腔的方向翻折。如此设置,第一翻边110和第二翻边210的翻折朝向相反,二者可以卡扣配合在一起,进而实现灯罩100和安装座200的固定;与此同时,第一翻边110位于第二翻边210的上侧,当水渍、粉尘进入到灯罩100和安装座200之间的缝隙时,首先第二翻边210会起到第一重阻挡作用,然而第一翻边110会起到第二重阻挡作用,可以有效地阻挡水渍和粉尘进入到收容腔内。
当然,第一翻边110和第二翻边210相互抵触较好,在这种情况下第一翻边110和第二翻边210之间存在摩擦力,能够避免灯罩100和安装座200轻易出现相对滑移,确保灯罩100和安装座200之间连接稳定性更佳。
在另外的实施方式中,第一翻边110可以向收容腔的方向翻折,而第二翻边210可以向背离收容腔的方向翻折,在这种情况下第一翻边110和第二翻边210的翻折朝向同样相反,二者也可以卡扣配合在一起,进而实现灯罩100和安装座200的固定。需要说明的是,本发明实施例对第一翻边110和 第二翻边210的具体翻折角度不做限制,只要第一翻边110和第二翻边210能够相互卡扣配合即可。
由于灯罩100、安装座200和第一端盖300(第二端盖400)两两之间,难免会存在安装缝隙,特别是这些结构在加工时如果存在加工段差,加工段差会在连接结合处使得安装缝隙进一步扩大,进而会影响到灯具的防尘放水性能。基于此,在更为优选的方案中,如图4和图5所示,灯罩100可以具有相对设置的两个包绕部120,包绕部120的边缘设置有前述的第一翻边110,包绕部120呈折弯状,且包绕部120向收容腔的方向弯折。具体的,包绕部120具有一定的高度,可以防止水渍、粉尘等杂物在灯罩100和安装座200之间的缝隙处积聚,进而可以减少杂物的进入量。
由于第一翻边110和第二翻边210只能阻挡水渍、粉尘等杂物从灯罩100和安装座200之间的缝隙进入到收容腔内,但是不能阻挡杂物从灯罩100和安装座200与第一端盖300(第二端盖400)之间的缝隙进入到收容腔。基于此,在进一步的实施方案中,第一端盖300和第二端盖400内可以设置有阻挡部620,阻挡部620与包绕部120形成避让空间121,避让空间121设置有第一防水件630。具体的,避让空间121为第一防水件630提供了安装空间,同时,包绕部120和阻挡部620对第一防水件620起到限位作用,可以防止第一防水件620从灯罩100、安装座200和第一端盖300(第二端盖400)三者之间的结合处脱离,进而有效确保了灯具的防尘放水性能。在本发明实施例中,第一防水件620的类型可以有多种,例如防水泡棉、防水橡胶等;同时,阻挡部620的形状可以有多种,例如挡块,限位筋等,本发明实施例中优选为支挡板。
为了进一步提升灯具的放水性能,在较为优选的方案中,第一端盖300的侧壁和第二端盖400的侧壁可以均向内形成有凸肩640,凸肩640上设置有第二防水件220,安装座200将第二防水件220压紧固定在凸肩640上。也就是说,第二防水件220位于安装座200和凸肩640之间,第二防水件220 倍安装座200和凸肩640加紧固定、进而起到防尘防水作用。需要说明的是,在本发明实施例灯罩100插接配合于第一限位空间310(第二限位空间410)的实施方式中,灯罩100也对第二防水件220起到了压紧固定作用。在本发明实施例中,第二防水件220的类型可以有多种,例如防水泡棉、防水橡胶等。在第一端盖300和第二端盖400的端面还可以设置格兰头,进一步地优化第一端盖300和第二端盖400的防水性能。
通常情况下,通过操作灯罩推动组件500,最终可以间接推动灯罩100相对安装座200滑动并远离第一端盖300,而为了避免在使用时出现误操作使得灯罩100和第一端盖300之间出现拆卸空间,在较为优选的方案中,施力键510可以通过螺纹紧固件与顶推件520连接。具体的,在使用灯具时,螺纹紧固件处于拧紧状态,此时施力键510和顶推件520与安装座200之间都处于固定连接的状态,因此灯罩推动组件500处于不可操作状态;在拆卸灯具时,拧松螺纹紧固件,此时施力键510和顶推件520与安装座200之间都存在间隙,可以进行相对滑动,因此灯罩推动组件500处于可操作状态,就可以推动灯罩100相对安装座200滑动并远离第一端盖300,进而在灯罩100和第一端盖300之间形成拆卸空间。需要说明的是,螺纹紧固件可以采用螺钉、螺栓等;当然,本发明实施例不限制施力键510和顶推件520之间的具体连接关系,例如施力键510和顶推件520也可以一体成型。
为了确保顶推件520具有较好的安装稳定性和滑行平稳性,以及确保第三翻边521作用第一端面的有效性,在较为优选的方案中,顶推件520可以呈板状,顶推件520与安装座200的侧壁至少部分贴合。具体的,板状的顶推件520与安装座200的侧壁能够紧密贴合,避免了顶推件520的错位,同时当施力键510与安装座200相对滑动时,顶推件520贴合在安装座200的侧壁使得滑行更加平稳。
顶推件520具有第三翻边521,且第三翻边521翻折至与第一端面相抵接。具体的,由于第一端面的尺寸较小,第三翻边521也为板状,而板状的 第三翻边521面积更大,更容易与第一端面接触,避免两者之间出现错位,能够确保第三翻边521顺利地作用于第一端面。
为了简化结构,确保灯罩推动组件500作用灯罩100的有效性,在较为优选的方案中,顶推件520可以与两个第一端面中相对施力键510更近的一者相抵接。由于第一翻边110具有相对设置的两个,因此第一端面也具有两个,距离施力键510更远的第一端面无疑与顶推件520实现抵接需要更为复杂的结构,同时相互作用的有效性也会弱化,因此,顶推件520与相对施力键510更近的第一端面抵接更佳。
请参考图3和图6,第一端盖300的侧壁和第二端盖400的侧壁具有卡接凸部650,安装座200的侧壁具有卡接凹陷230,卡接凸部650与卡接凹陷230卡接配合。具体的,当卡接凸部650和卡接凹陷230卡接配合时,进而实现安转座200与第一端盖300(第二端盖400)之间的固定配合,避免轻易脱落。第一端盖300(第二端盖400)的侧壁向内凸起形成卡接凸部650,卡接凸部650朝向安装座200的一面可以为斜面,有利于卡接凸部650滑入到卡接凹陷230,更方便装配;卡接凹陷230可以为凹槽结构,也可以为限位孔结构,当然,本发明实施例对卡接凸部650和卡接凹陷230的具体类型不做限制。
在本发明实施例中,第一端盖300的底部和第二端盖400底部可以设置有排水孔660,排水孔660与收容腔连通。这种设置方式使得灯具能够应对灯具内部潜在的存水风险,同时,灯具在安装时,灯具两端通常都会存在高低差,存水会流向低端,并从低端的排水孔660排出,进而对灯具起到保护作用。
为了使得灯具的外观质感更佳,在较为优选的方案中,安装座200可以为金属制件。随着社会的发展,用户对生活品质提出了更高的要求,现有的灯具由于制作工艺成本和模具投资的限制,依然采用挤塑等工艺,导致灯具的塑料感太明显,达不到用户的需求,在本发明实施例中,由金属制件制成 的安装座200,可以使得灯具凸显出金属质感,显著提升整个灯具是外观质感,使得灯具产品更具有高级感。
同时,安装座200为金属制件,安装座200将具有良好的散热性能,而且安装座200的强度也将显著提升,有利于为灯具的其他部件提供较好的支撑。当然,在本发明实施例中,安装座200的金属制件类型可以有多种,例如铁制件、铝制件和钢制件等,本发明实施例对安装座200的具体金属制件类型不做限制。
本发明实施例公开的灯具可以为吊灯,壁灯等,本发明实施例不限制灯具的具体种类。在本发明实施例中,灯具可以优选为吸顶灯,安装座200的底面可以具有安装孔240和接线孔250。请参考图9,在较为优选的方案中,安装孔240和接线孔250的周围均可以设置有第三防水件670。具体的,第三防水件670其一能够在安装孔240和接线孔250周围起到防水作用,其二防水材料通常具有一定的柔性,能够对缓冲挤压、磕碰等破坏作用,吸顶灯在安装过程中,第三防水件670能够对安装孔240和接线孔250起到一定的保护作用,避免安装孔240和接线孔250受到损坏。在本发明实施例中,第三防水件670的类型也可以有多种,例如防水泡棉、防水橡胶等。
本发明上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明。对于本领域技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种灯具,其中,包括灯罩(100)、安装座(200)、第一端盖(300)、第二端盖(400)、光源模组和驱动电源,所述灯罩(100)具有相对设置的两个第一翻边(110),所述安装座(200)具有相对设置的两个第二翻边(210),所述第一翻边(110)卡扣配合于所述第二翻边(210),所述第一端盖(300)和所述第二端盖(400)分别连接于所述安装座(200)的两端,所述灯罩(100)、所述安装座(200)、所述第一端盖(300)和所述第二端盖(400)形成收容腔,所述光源模组和驱动电源设置于所述收容腔;
    所述灯具还包括灯罩推动组件(500),所述灯罩推动组件(500)包括施力键(510)和顶推件(520),所述施力键(510)滑动配合于所述安装座(200)的侧壁,所述顶推件(520)位于所述收容腔,所述施力键(510)的一端与所述顶推件(520)连接,且所述施力键(510)的另一端伸出至所述安装座(200)之外,所述顶推件(520)与至少一个所述第一翻边(110)的第一端面相抵接,其中,所述第一端面为所述第一翻边(110)朝向所述第一端盖(300)一侧的端面;所述施力键(510)的移动驱使所述顶推件(520)移动,以推动所述灯罩(100)相对于所述安装座(200)滑动并远离所述第一端盖(300)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述第一端盖(300)和所述第二端盖(400)内设置有定位部(610),所述定位部(610)与所述第一端盖(300)的侧壁之间形成第一限位空间(310),所述定位部(610)与所述第二端盖(400)的侧壁之间形成第二限位空间(410),所述安装座(200)的两端分别限位配合于所述第一限位空间(310)和所述第二限位空间(410)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的灯具,其中,所述灯罩(100)的两端分别限位配合于所述第一限位空间(310)和所述第二限位空间(410),且所述灯罩(100)在所述第二限位空间(410)内与所述第二端盖(400)之间具有移动间隙(411)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述安装座(200)的侧壁开设有滑行导槽,所述施力键(510)滑动配合于所述滑行导槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述第一翻边(110)向背离所述收容腔的方向翻折,所述第二翻边(210)向所述收容腔的方向翻折。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的灯具,其中,所述灯罩(100)具有相对设置的两个包绕部(120),所述包绕部(120)的边缘设置有所述第一翻边(110),所述包绕部(120)呈折弯状,且所述包绕部(120)向所述收容腔的方向弯折;所述第一端盖(300)和所述第二端盖(400)内设置有阻挡部(620),所述阻挡部(620)与所述包绕部(120)形成避让空间(121),所述避让空间(121)设置有第一防水件(630)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述第一端盖(300)的侧壁和所述第二端盖(400)的侧壁均向内形成有凸肩(640),所述凸肩(640)上设置有第二防水件(220),所述安装座(200)将所述第二防水件(220)压紧固定在所述凸肩(640)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述施力键(510)通过螺纹紧固件与所述顶推件(520)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述顶推件(520)呈板状,所述顶推件(520)与所述安装座(200)的侧壁至少部分贴合,所述顶推件(520)具有第三翻边(521),且所述第三翻边(521)翻折至与所述第一端面相抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述顶推件(520)与两个所述第一端面中相对所述施力键(510)更近的一者相抵接。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述第一端盖(300)的侧壁和 第二端盖(400)的侧壁具有卡接凸部(650),所述安装座(200)的侧壁具有卡接凹陷(230),所述卡接凸部(650)与所述卡接凹陷(230)卡接配合。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具,其中,所述第一端盖(300)的底部和所述第二端盖(400)底部设置有排水孔(660),所述排水孔(660)与所述收容腔连通。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的灯具,其中,所述安装座(200)为金属制件。
  14. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的灯具,其中,所述灯具为吸顶灯,所述安装座(200)的底面具有安装孔(240)和接线孔(250)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的灯具,其中,所述安装孔(240)和所述接线孔(250)的周围均设置有第三防水件(670)。
