本实用新型涉及一种声学测试技术领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器单体的声学测试密封结构。
背景技术
新型扬声器单体使用更窄盆架,使得上模台阶面较传统单体更窄,这在测试过程中,导致可用于密封的边更窄,面积更小,导致测试漏气几率攀升。
技术问题
在相关技术中的密封方案,主要由工人手动将GASKET贴在测试工装上,而手动贴合存在较大偏差,且远大于0.15mm,这直接导致测试无法密封,严重影响量产测试良率。为配合新型单体生产,测试密封问题亟待解决。
因此,实有必须提供一种新的扬声器单体的声学测试密封结构解决上述技术问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种扬声器单体的声学测试密封结构,其可以解决相关技术中的扬声器单体的声学性能测试密封性能不良的技术问题。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
请参阅图1和2所示,本实用新型提供了一种扬声器单体的声学测试密封结构100,包括测试障板1、密封垫2以及定位装置3,所述测试障板1、所述密封带2以及所述定位装置3自下向上依次叠设,待测的扬声器单体4放置于所述定位装置3内。
再结合图3和4所示,具体的,所述测试障板1为铝制加工零件,尺寸公差为±0.01mm,包括靠近所述定位装置3的内表面11以及与所述内表面11相对的外表面12,所述测试障板1贯穿开设有自所述内表面11延伸至所述外表面12的出声孔13,所述内表面11凹陷形成环绕所述出声孔13设置的密封槽14,在本实用新型的具体实施方式中,所述出声孔13为正方形孔。
再结合图5-7所示,所述密封垫2呈环状且具有对应于所述出声孔13的通孔20,所述密封带2安装于所述密封槽14内,所述密封垫2包括钢片21和贴附于所述钢片21表面的硅胶片22,具体的,所述钢片的尺寸公差±0.01mm,所述硅胶片的尺寸公差±0.1mm,所述硅胶片22为粘接在所述钢片21上的硫化硅胶片。所述钢片21卡设于所述密封槽14且所述钢片21与所述密封槽14之间的间隙为零,从而可以保证所述密封垫2与所述测试障板1的装配精度,保证测试密封。
在本实用新型的一实施方式中,所述硅胶片22的数量为一片,且贴设于所述钢片21正对所述定位装置3的一侧表面,所述定位装置3安装在所述硅胶片22上,实现密封。
在本实用新型的另一实施方式中,所述硅胶片22的数量为两片,且所述钢片21夹设于两片所述硅胶片22之间,相应的,所述测试障板1还包括用于卡设所述硅胶片22的安装槽12,从而可以增强密封性能,并且延迟所述密封垫2的使用寿命。
所述定位装置3包括用于容置待测试的扬声器单体的收容孔31,所述定位装置3抵接于所述密封垫2上且所述收容孔31对应所述出声孔13设置,这样,可以保证扬声器单体4定位后,可以与所述出声孔13正对设置。
需要进一步说明的是,设置在所述钢片21靠近所述定位装置3一侧的所述硅胶片22部分露设于所述收容孔31并与所述扬声器单体4对应。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:钢片与测试障板间零间隙配合,保证了装配精度,保证测试密封;钢片双面使用,延长密封垫使用寿命。
