一种销毁加工模具的方法,首先查阅模具的记录表格,和模具的三维图纸,并和模具本身三者进行核对,同时进行拍照录像,后经由相关技术人员签字确认后送入报废车间进行报废处理,同时进行拍照录像。该方法采用在模具进行销毁之前进行了模具信息、模具图纸和模具本身的查阅和核对,同时在处理过程中进行拍照录像,可以追溯到模具销毁的整个过程,保证了处理的严谨性。同时,对模具进行物理方式或化学方式的处理之后熔化,保证了销毁处理的彻底性。

Description

一种销毁加工模具的方法 技术领域
本发明涉及工业废弃物回收处理技术领域,具体涉及一种销毁加工模具的方法。
背景技术
模具是工业生产上用以注塑、吹塑、挤出、压铸或锻压成型、冶炼、冲压等方法得到所需产品的各种模子和工具。这种工具由各种零件构成,不同的模具由不同的零件构成。它主要通过所成型材料物理状态的改变来实现物品外形的加工。模具广泛用于冲裁、模锻、冷镦、挤压、粉末冶金件压制、压力铸造,以及工程塑料、橡胶、陶瓷等制品的压塑或注塑的成形加工中。模具具有特定的轮廓或内腔形状,应用具有刃口的轮廓形状可以使坯料按轮廓线形状发生分离(冲裁)。应用内腔形状可使坯料获得相应的立体形状。模具里面包括了很多设计图案以及核心技术,为了生产技术的秘密性,保证核心技术不外泄,废弃的模具需要进行销毁处理。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种销毁加工模具的方法。
本发明采用如下方案实现:
一种销毁加工模具的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,查阅模具的记录表格,调取所需销毁的模具信息并记录;
步骤二,根据查阅的模具信息从三维图纸库中调取对应模具的三 维图纸;
步骤三,根据调取的模具信息从模具的存放仓库中调取对应模具;
步骤四,将模具、模具信息、模具的三维图纸三者进行核对;
步骤五,对模具、模具信息、模具图纸进行拍照或录像;
步骤六,相关技术人员进行签字确认;
步骤七,将模具送入报废车间进行报废处理,并进行拍照或录像;
步骤八,对报废处理后的模具进行分类,并将金属模具送入熔炉中熔化,并进行拍照或录像。
进一步的,所述步骤七中报废处理的方式包括物理方式和化学方式。
进一步的,所述物理方式包括火焰切割、激光切割、等离子切割、超高水压切割电焊。
进一步的,所述步化学方式采用腐蚀剂对模具进行浸泡处理。
进一步的,采用腐蚀剂对模具进行浸泡处理时间为1-6小时。
进一步的,所述腐蚀剂为三氯化铁盐酸水溶液、王水、浓硫酸、浓盐酸、氢氧化钠中的中的一种或多种。
对照现有的技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明采用在模具进行销毁之前进行了模具信息、模具图纸和模具本身的查阅和核对,同时在处理过程中进行拍照录像,可以追溯到模具销毁的整个过程,保证了处理的严谨性。同时,对模具进行物理方式或化学方式的处理之后熔化,保证了销毁处理的彻底性。

实施例一:
一种销毁加工模具的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,查阅模具的记录表格,调取所需销毁的模具信息并记录;
步骤二,根据查阅的模具信息从三维图纸库中调取对应模具的三维图纸;
步骤三,根据调取的模具信息从模具的存放仓库中调取对应模具;
步骤四,将模具、模具信息、模具的三维图纸三者进行核对;
步骤五,对模具、模具信息、模具图纸进行拍照或录像;
步骤六,相关技术人员进行签字确认;
步骤七,将模具送入报废车间进行报废处理,并进行拍照或录像;
步骤八,对报废处理后的模具进行分类,并将金属模具送入熔炉中熔化,并进行拍照或录像。
步骤七中报废处理的方式为物理方式。物理方式包括火焰切割、激光切割、等离子切割、超高水压切割电焊。化学方式采用腐蚀剂对模具进行浸泡处理。
实施例二:
步骤七中报废处理的方式为化学方式,采用腐蚀剂对模具进行浸泡处理时间为1-6小时,本实施例中浸泡时间为4小时。腐蚀剂为三 氯化铁盐酸水溶液、王水、浓硫酸、浓盐酸、氢氧化钠中的中的一种或多种。其余步骤均与实施例一相同,在此不再做累赘叙述。
本发明采用在模具进行销毁之前进行了模具信息、模具图纸和模具本身的查阅和核对,同时在处理过程中进行拍照录像,可以追溯到模具销毁的整个过程,保证了处理的严谨性。同时,对模具进行物理方式或化学方式的处理之后熔化,保证了销毁处理的彻底性。
虽然对本发明的描述是结合以上具体实施例进行的,但是熟悉本技术领域的人员能够根据上述的内容进行许多替换、修改和变化,是显而易见的。因此,所有这样的替代、改进和变化都包括在附后的权利要求的范围内。

  1. 一种销毁加工模具的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤一,查阅模具的记录表格,调取所需销毁的模具信息并记录;
    步骤二,根据查阅的模具信息从三维图纸库中调取对应模具的三维图纸;
    步骤三,根据调取的模具信息从模具的存放仓库中调取对应模具;
    步骤四,将模具、模具信息、模具的三维图纸三者进行核对;
    步骤五,对模具、模具信息、模具图纸进行拍照或录像;
    步骤六,相关技术人员进行签字确认;
    步骤七,将模具送入报废车间进行报废处理,并进行拍照或录像;
    步骤八,对报废处理后的模具进行分类,并将金属模具送入熔炉中熔化,并进行拍照或录像。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的销毁加工模具的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤七中报废处理的方式包括物理方式和化学方式。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的销毁加工模具的方法,其特征在于,所述物理方式包括火焰切割、激光切割、等离子切割、超高水压切割电焊。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的销毁加工模具的方法,其特征在于,所述步化学方式采用腐蚀剂对模具进行浸泡处理。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的销毁加工模具的方法,其特征在于,采用腐蚀剂对模具进行浸泡处理时间为1-6小时。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的销毁加工模具的方法,其特征在于,所述腐蚀剂为三氯化铁盐酸水溶液、王水、浓硫酸、浓盐酸、氢氧化 钠中的中的一种或多种。
