实施例一:
请参阅图1,图1示出了本申请实施方式的一种洗涤电器1000的立体示意图。洗涤电器1000具有在装载餐具时顶部敞开的洗涤腔室201。由图1的示例中,洗涤电器1000为一种抽屉式洗涤电器。可以理解,在其它实施方式中,洗涤电器1000可以为水槽式洗涤电器、嵌入式洗涤电器,独立式洗涤电器等其它洗涤电器。下文以洗涤电器1000为抽屉式洗涤电器的示例做详细的描述。
本申请实施方式的洗涤电器1000包括腔体200和分配器100,腔体200形成有洗涤腔室201,分配器100安装在腔体200的内壁2011。
具体地,在本实施方式中,上述洗涤电器1000可为洗碗机(例如抽屉式洗碗机和水槽式洗碗机)和清洗机(例如抽屉式清洗机和水槽式清洗机)等洗涤电器1000。此外,通常地,请参阅图1,洗涤电器1000还包括壳体300,腔体200可位于壳体300内,并能够相对于壳体300进行抽出和收入。壳体300可采用金属材料制成,例如,可采用轻质铝材制成,这样壳体300的重量较轻。同时,腔体200也可采用金属材料或者采用耐热的塑料材料制成,只要能够保证其强度和耐热性即可。
在本申请实施方式中,以洗涤电器1000为抽屉式洗碗机为例进行说明,在图1所 示的实施方式中,洗涤电器1000为抽屉式洗碗机,腔体200可通过导轨(图未示出)与壳体300连接,腔体200能够相对于壳体300滑动连接以将腔体200滑出或者滑入壳体300内以打开或关闭洗涤腔室201,从而使得腔体200能够装载餐具以使的抽屉式洗碗机能够对餐具进行清洗(图1中的箭头A表示腔体200的滑动方向),抽屉式洗碗机在装载餐具时,洗涤腔室的顶部敞开。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,洗涤电器1000也可为水槽式洗碗机,在装载餐具时,水槽式洗碗机的洗涤腔室的顶部敞开。
在图1的示例中,分配器100安装在与腔体200的滑动方向垂直的内壁2011上,例如前内壁。可以理解,在其它实施方式中,分配器100也可安装在与腔体200的滑动方向平行的内壁上,例如左内壁或右内壁,具体设置方式在此不作限制。
请参阅图2、图3和图4,分配器100包括本体10、盖体20、驱动装置、联动结构50。盖体20活动设置在本体10上。
需要说明的是,盖体20活动设置在本体10上可以是指盖体20滑动或者转动地,或滑动和转动地设置本体10上。在本文中,以盖体20滑动地设置在本体10上为例做详细阐述。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,盖体20也可以是转动地设置在本体10上,例如,盖体20可设置为向上翻盖式。也可以是滑动和转动方式的配合。
本体10包括导引部12、安装板14和收容腔体。本体10可采用塑料材料制成,在一个例子中,本体10可采用PP材料(polypropylene,聚丙烯)制成。可以理解的是,本体10可以一体成型结构也可以分体成型结构,具体在此不作限制。
导引部12用于导引盖体20在本体10上滑动。导引部12包括第一滑槽121、第二滑槽122、第一凸部(图未示)和第二凸部123。
第一滑槽121开设在安装板14上。第二滑槽122开设在收容腔体上。第一滑槽121和第二滑槽122均沿盖体20的滑动方向开设。第二滑槽121的延伸方向所在竖直面和第二滑槽122的延伸方向所在的竖直面不同,这样可以限定盖体20多个方向的自由度,以使盖体20滑动更加平稳。
本实施方式中的盖体20呈L型,盖体20包括横部22、竖部23和凸部24,横部22用于打开和关闭收容腔体的投放口。凸部24设于横部22。竖部23相对于横部22弯折且位于第一收容腔体111背离安装板14的一侧。第一凸部形成在横部22上,第二凸部123形成在竖部23上。第一凸部与第一滑槽121滑动配合,第二凸部123与第二滑槽122滑动配合,从而引导盖体20能够在本体10上滑动。
请参阅图2、图3和图4,在图示的示例中,收容腔体包括第一收容腔体111和第二收容腔体112。驱动装置包括第一驱动装置30和第二驱动装置40。
第一收容腔体111、第二收容腔体112、第一驱动装置30、第二驱动装置40和联动结构50安装在安装板14。这样,分配器100的各组件可组装成一体,从而可以快速地将分配器100安装到洗涤电器1000,有利于提高装配效率。
请参阅图2、图3和图9,具体地,第一驱动装置30可由弱电控制。这样,有利于提高分配器100的安全性。进一步地,第二驱动装置40用于驱动第二部件1126活动,从而使第二部件1126滑进和滑离第二开口1124,从而实现对第二开口1124的关闭和打开。第一连接件52的转动轴与第一部件1114的转动轴非平行。请一并参阅图1,在图示的示例中,第一连接件52的转动轴沿腔体200的滑动方向,即A方向延伸。第一部件1114的转动轴沿盖体20的滑动方向,即B方向延伸。这样,第一连接件52的转动,不会导致分配器100厚度的增加,有利于分配器100的小型化。
具体地,第一收容腔体111和第二收容腔体112设置在安装板14的同一侧,第一驱动装置30、第二驱动装置40和联动结构50设置在安装板14的另一同侧。这样,可以充分利用安装板14两侧的空间,减少分配器的空间占用,也有利于分配器100外形的美观。
具体地,第一收容腔体111和第二收容腔体112并列设置。进一步地,在图示的实施方式中,第一收容腔体111和第二收容腔体112沿盖体20的滑动方向排列(图3中的箭头B表示盖体的滑动方向)。
第一收容腔体111设有第一投放口110、第一收容腔1111、第一部件1114和第一开口(图未示)。
第一投放口110形成于第一收容腔体111的顶部。洗涤电器1000的洗涤耗材可包括清洁剂,第一收容腔体111可用于容纳洗涤电器1000的清洁剂,清洁剂可用于清洗餐具,清洁剂可为块状、粉末状、液体或片状。例如为洗碗粉、洗碗块、洗碗片等。
用户可通过滑动盖体20以打开第一收容腔体111的第一投放口110,然后通过第一投放口110向第一收容腔体111装载清洁剂。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,第一投放口110位于第一收容腔体111的顶部可以理解为第一投放口110的朝向向上。当然,第一投放口110也可开设在第一收容腔体111的侧壁上,第一投放口110可朝向侧壁外侧或者是第一投放口110倾斜向上开设在第一收容腔体111的侧壁。
在图1和图2所示的示例中,腔体200的洗涤腔室201的顶部的开口的方向和分配器100的第一收容腔体111的第一投放口110的方向相同,两者的朝向均是朝上的。
请参阅图4,第二收容腔体112开设有第二投放口(图未示)、第二收容腔1122 和第二开口1124,第二开口1124连通第二收容腔1122,第二开口1124处设置有能够活动的第二部件1126。
洗涤电器1000的洗涤耗材可包括亮碟剂,第二收容腔体112用于容纳洗涤电器1000的亮碟剂,亮碟剂可用于使餐具光滑明亮。在本实施方式中,亮碟剂为液体。可以理解,亮碟剂也可为块状、粉末状、或片状。
关于第二投放口的解释和说明可参考前文对于第一投放口110的描述。为避免冗余,在此不再赘述。
请注意,除清洁剂和亮碟剂以外,洗涤电器1000的洗涤耗材还可包括软水盐、除臭剂、干燥剂等。分配器100可包括多个收容腔,每种洗涤耗材可容纳于一个收容腔。在此不对洗涤耗材的具体形式进行限定。
在图3的示例中,第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1121均大致呈长方体状。第一投放口110和第二投放口均大致呈矩形状。可以理解的是,在其它实施方式中,第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1121也可呈其它规则或者不规则的形状,第一投放口110和第二投放口也可呈其它规则或者不规则的形状。
具体地,抽屉式洗碗机对餐具的洗涤过程通常包括主洗阶段和漂洗阶段,其中,在主洗阶段可用片状或块状的清洁剂进行清洗。在本实施方式中,第一收容腔1111可用于装载用于主洗阶段的片状或块状的清洁剂,例如洗碗块、洗碗粉。第二收容腔1121可用于装载用于漂洗阶段的亮碟剂。也即是说,用户可通过第一投放口110向第一收容腔1111装载片状、块状或粉状的清洁剂,可通过第二投放口向第二收容腔1121投放亮碟剂。
请一并参阅图5和图6,第一开口连通第一收容腔1111,第一开口处连接有第一部件1114。第一部件1114能够打开和关闭第一开口。
第一部件1114为第一收容腔体111的底盖。第一驱动装置30通过联动结构50连接第一部件1114,第一驱动装置30用于驱动联动结构50运动以带动第一部件1114活动。如此,第一部件1114能够打开和关闭第一开口,使得放置在第一收容腔1111的洗涤耗材可以通过第一开口落下,从而进入洗涤腔室201,参与对餐具的洗涤。
请再次参阅图4,第二开口1124连通第二收容腔1122,第二开口1124设置有第二部件1126,第二部件1126能够打开和关闭第二开口1124。第二驱动装置40用于驱动第二部件1126活动。如此,使得放置在第二收容腔1121的洗涤耗材可以通过第二开口1124落下,从而进入洗涤腔室201,参与对餐具的洗涤。
具体地,第二部件1126可为密封塞,第二开口1124可为通孔的开口。进一步地, 第二部件1126可由橡胶制成。
当然,在其他的实施方式中,第二驱动装置40也可驱动第二驱动装置40的联动结构运动,以带动第二部件1126活动。
可以理解,通过第一驱动装置30和第二驱动装置40分别控制第一部件1114和第二部件1126活动,使得第一收容腔1111和第二收容腔1121内的洗涤耗材能够独立地投放,从而保证洗涤电器的洗涤效果。
第二驱动装置40用于在第一部件1114打开第一开口后驱动第二部件1126打开第二开口1124。如此,可先打开第一开口,再打开第二开口1124,从而先投放收容在第一收容腔体111内的清洁剂,再投放收容在第二收容腔体112内的亮碟剂,从而实现清洁剂和亮碟剂的顺序投放。
在一个例子中,第一收容腔1111内容置有洗碗块,第二收容腔1121内容置有洗碗块,可先通过第一驱动装置30使第一开口打开,再通过第二驱动装置40使第二开口1124打开,从而先投放洗碗块,再投放亮碟剂,以实现洗碗块和亮碟剂的顺序投放。
在图4、图5和图6的示例中,第一驱动装置30和第二驱动装置40均可包括电磁阀。电磁阀成本较低、应用广泛、容易获取。采用电磁阀作为第一驱动装置30和第二驱动装置40的动力源,可以降低分配器100的成本和提高生产效率。
可以理解,在其他的示例中,第一驱动装置30和第二驱动装置40也可包括电机,也可以是第一驱动装置30包括电机和第二驱动装置40包括电磁阀,还可以是第一驱动装置30包括电磁阀和第二驱动装置40包括电机。在此不对第一驱动装置30和第二驱动装置40的具体形式进行限定。
请一并参阅图5,联动结构50包括第一连接件52和第二连接件54。第一连接件52与第一驱动装置30连接,第二连接件54分别与第一连接件52和第一部件1114可转动地连接,第一驱动装置30用于驱动第一连接件52活动以带动第二连接件54活动,从而带动第一部件1114活动。
如此,通过联动结构50,简单方便地实现第一驱动装置30带动第一部件1114活动。具体地,在图5的示例中,第一驱动装置30用于驱动第一连接件52转动,以带动第二连接件54活动,从而带动第一部件1114转动。这样,在第一驱动装置30的驱动下,第一部件1114可以转动的方式实现第一开口的开闭。
当然,第一驱动装置30也可用于驱动第一连接件52活动,以带动第二连接件54活动,从而带动第一部件1114滑动。这样,在第一驱动装置30的驱动下,第一部件1114可以滑动的方式实现第一开口的开闭。在此不对第一部件1114实现第一开口的开闭的 具体方式进行限定。
在本实施方式中,第一部件1114为第一收容腔体111的底盖。第一部件1114包括底盖转轴1115和底盖板1116。底盖转轴1115和底盖板1116固定连接。底盖转轴1115和底盖板1116可为一体结构也可为分体结构。第二连接件54与底盖转轴1115可转动地连接。
在本实施方式中,第一连接件52的一端设置有嵌合部521,第一驱动装置30包括驱动件31和与驱动件31连接的推杆32,在推杆32部分嵌设于嵌合部521的情况下,驱动件31用于驱动推杆32移动,以带动第一连接件52运动。
如此,通过嵌合部521和推杆32实现第一连接件52和第一驱动装置30的连接,使得第一驱动装置30驱动第一连接件52运动。具体地,驱动件31的壳体312形成有通孔314,驱动件31可驱动推杆32从通孔314推出或缩入。
进一步地,推杆32包括连接部324和限位部326,限位部326设置在推杆32远离驱动件31的一端,嵌合部521环绕连接部324,限位部326抵靠嵌合部521的一侧,以使推杆32与第一连接件52连接。如此,通过限位部326保证第一连接件52和第一驱动装置30不会脱离。
推杆32还可包括配合部322,配合部322设置在连接部324背离限位部326的一端,配合部322抵靠嵌合部521的另一侧。配合部322与限位部326配合,以进一步限定第一连接件52的活动范围。
如此,使得第一连接件52在配合部322与限位部326限定之间活动,既避免了第一连接件52活动范围过大而导致的联动不够准确,也为第一连接件52的活动提供了空间。可以理解,在其他的示例中,配合部322可以省略。
在图4和图5的示例中,连接部324的尺寸小于限位部326的尺寸。具体地,连接部324的横截面积小于限位部326的横截面积。
另外,在图4和图5的示例中,嵌合凹陷5212包括嵌合口。在装配的过程中,推杆32可通过嵌合口卡入嵌合部521,从而实现第一连接件52和第一驱动装置30的连接。
当然,嵌合凹陷5212也可包括嵌合孔。在装配的过程中,推杆32的连接部324可通过嵌合孔伸入嵌合部521,在连接部324伸入嵌合部521后,可将限位部326固定到连接部324远离配合部322的一侧,从而实现第一连接件52和第一驱动装置30的连接。具体地,可将限位部326以焊接、粘结或其他的方式固定到连接部324远离配合部322的一侧。
进一步地,嵌合孔可为圆形孔、椭圆形孔、方形孔或其他形状的孔。在此不对嵌合孔的具体形状进行限定。
第一连接件52包括第一件522和第二件524,第一件522的延伸方向与第二件524的延伸方向不同,第一件522和第二件524的连接处形成有轴孔526,分配器100包括转轴(图未示),转轴穿设于轴孔526,第一驱动装置30连接第一件522,第二件524连接第二连接件54,第一驱动装置30用于驱动第一件522运动以带动第一连接件52绕转轴转动,从而使第二件524带动第二连接件54活动。
如此,通过第一连接件52改变第一驱动装置30驱动的方向,从而使得第一部件1114能够打开和关闭第一开口。在图6的示例中,在第一驱动装置30停止工作的情况下,推杆32呈顶出的状态。在第一驱动装置30工作的情况下,推杆32缩回,带动第一件522沿着推杆32缩回的方向运动。由于轴孔526穿设有转轴,因此,第一件522的运动带动第二件524在与推杆32缩回的方向所平行的平面上绕轴孔526转动。又由于第二连接件54分别与第一连接件52和第一部件1114可转动地连接,这样,第二件524的转动,带动第二连接件54活动,从而使得第一部件1114沿平行于推杆32缩回的方向的轴线1117转动,从而打开第一开口。
请注意,第一件522的延伸方向与第二件524的延伸方向不同,是指,第一件522与第二件524的延伸方向不在同一直线。例如,第一件和第二件均呈长条状,第一件的长度方向与第二件的长度方向不在同一直线。具体地,第一件522与第二件524的角度与推杆32的运动距离相关。进一步地,推杆32的运动距离越大,第一件522与第二件524的角度越大。
第一件522和第二件524可为一体结构也可为分体结构,具体在此不作限制。在图5和图6的示例中,第一件522与第二件524的角度为锐角。可以理解,在其他的示例中,第一件522与第二件524的角度也可为钝角。在此不对第一件522与第二件524的角度的具体范围进行限定。
转轴凸设在安装板14。远离安装板14的转轴一端可形成有限位端,限位端的尺寸大于轴孔526的尺寸。这样,可以将第一连接件52的位置限定在限位端和安装板14之间,避免第一连接件52在转动的过程中从转轴脱离,有利于提高分配器100的可靠性。
另外,如前所述,分配器100包括第一收容腔体111和第一驱动装置30,第一收容腔体111设有第一收容腔1111和第一开口,第一开口连通第一收容腔1111,第一开口处连接有能够活动的第一部件1114,第一部件1114能够打开和关闭第一开口,第一驱动装置30连接第一部件1114。
而第一驱动装置30用于在第一预设时长内使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态。如此,使得第一收容腔1111内的洗涤耗材有足够的时间进入洗涤电器1000的洗涤腔室201,避免洗涤耗材不能全部或大部分进入洗涤腔室201,这样可以保证洗涤效果。
可以理解,在第一收容腔1111内的洗涤耗材为片状、粉状或块状时,洗涤耗材可能附着在第一收容腔体111的内壁,即使第一部件1114打开第一开口,洗涤耗材在短时间内也难以完全落入洗涤腔室201。因此,需要使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态,以便洗涤耗材全部或大部分落入洗涤腔室201。
具体地,分配器100可包括控制器(图未示),控制器连接第一驱动装置30,控制器用于控制第一驱动装置30的启闭状态以使第一驱动装置30在预设时长内使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态。如此,第一驱动装置30受到控制器的控制,可以更加准确地保证在预设时长内使得第一部件1114打开第一开口。
请注意,第一驱动装置30的启状态对应于第一驱动装置30工作,第一驱动装置30的闭状态对应于第一驱动装置30停止工作。
可以理解,控制器也可以为洗涤电器100的控制器。在此不对控制器的具体形式进行限定。
在图6的示例中,分配器100包括与第一部件1114连接的复位件(图未示),第一驱动装置30用于在工作预设时长内的情况下使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态,复位件用于在第一驱动装置30停止工作的情况下驱动第一部件1114关闭第一开口。
如此,第一驱动装置30只需工作预设时长,从而可以节约能耗。具体地,复位件包括但不限于弹簧、扭簧、弹片、弹力带、扭簧等元件。在此不对复位件的具体形式进行限定。
可以理解,在第一驱动装置30停止工作的情况下,第一开口受到复位件的作用力而保持关闭的状态,第一驱动装置30工作则可驱动第一部件1114克服复位件对第一部件1114施加的作用力,从而使第一部件1114打开第一开口。
在图示的示例中,第一驱动装置30通电,推杆32缩回,带动第一部件1114打开第一开口。第一驱动装置30断电,推杆32伸出,第一部件1114在复位件的作用下关闭第一开口。控制器可控制第一驱动装置30在预设时长内保持通电,使得推杆32在第一预设时长内保持收缩,从而在第一预设时长内使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态。
由于需要第一开口保持关闭的状态的时长,长于需要第一开口保持打开的状态的时长。因此,在该示例中,第一驱动装置30大部分时间可以不工作,从而节约能耗。
进一步地,在该示例中,第一驱动装置30可为电磁阀,复位件可为扭簧。第一预设时长的范围为2-8分钟。例如为2分钟、4分钟、7分钟、8分钟。在第一预设时长的范围内,控制器可给第一驱动装置30施加预设电压,以使第一驱动装置30在第一预设时长内工作,以使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态。在本实施方式中,预设电压为220V。
在第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态的情况下,第一收容腔1111内的洗涤耗材可被洗涤电器1000的内胆循环水冲洗下来,或在内胆循环水中充分溶解。
当然,洗涤电器1000也可包括冲洗装置(图未示),在第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态的情况下,冲洗装置可对第一收容腔1111进行冲洗,通过水流将第一收容腔1111内的洗涤耗材冲入洗涤腔室201。
在其他的示例中,分配器100包括与第一部件1114连接的复位件,第一驱动装置30用于在停止工作预设时长内的情况下使得复位件保持打开第一开口的状态,第一驱动装置30用于在工作的情况下驱动第一部件1114关闭第一开口。
这样,提供了另一种使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的方式,也可以实现使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口。可以理解,在第一驱动装置30停止工作的情况下,第一开口受到复位件的作用力保持开启的状态,第一驱动装置30工作则可驱动第一部件1114克服复位件对第一部件1114施加的作用力,从而使第一部件1114关闭第一开口。
具体地,第一驱动装置30可在预设时长内不通电,以在预设时长内使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态。在需要使第一部件1114关闭第一开口的情况下,可控制第一驱动装置30通电。
请参阅图7和图8,第一驱动装置30连接第一部件1114,第一驱动装置30用于在工作的情况下驱动第一部件1114活动,以使第一部件1114打开和关闭第一开口。
如此,第一驱动装置30无需复位件的配合,既可以使第一部件1114打开第一开口,也可以使第一部件1114关闭第一开口。这样可以减少元件的数量,有利于提高装配效率。
在一个例子中,首先,第一驱动装置30可驱动第一部件1114活动以使第一部件1114由关闭第一开口的状态运动至打开第一开口的状态。接着,第一驱动装置30可在预设时长内保持驱动第一部件1114打开第一开口的状态。在预设时长经过后,第一驱动装置30可驱动第一部件1114活动以使第一部件1114由打开第一开口的状态运动至关闭第一开口的状态。
具体地,第一驱动装置30可为电机。电机可以控制第一部件1114打开第一开口的 时长,使得第一部件1114在预设时长内保持打开第一开口的状态。
另外,电机也可控制第一部件1114转动的角度和/或速度。这样,电机可与洗涤电器1000的冲洗装置配合,促进第一收容腔1111内的洗涤耗材进入洗涤腔室201。
电机还可根据洗涤模式控制第一部件1114转动的角度和/或速度。这样可以使得洗涤耗材的投放与洗涤模式配合。
进一步地,第一驱动装置30包括驱动件31和与驱动件31连接的驱动轴33,驱动轴33连接第一部件1114,驱动件31用于驱动驱动轴33运动以带动第一部件1114活动,从而使第一部件1114打开和关闭第一开口。如此,实现第一驱动装置30对第一部件1114的驱动。
在图7和图8的示例中,驱动件31用于驱动驱动轴33转动以带动第一部件1114转动,从而使第一部件1114打开和关闭第一开口。如此,驱动轴33和第一部件1114同步转动,结构简单,控制方便。可以理解,需要第一部件1114转动多少角度,控制驱动轴33转动相同的角度即可。
可以理解,在其他的示例中,驱动件可驱动驱动轴滑动以带动第一部件1114转动,从而使第一部件1114打开和关闭第一开口;驱动件可驱动驱动轴滑动以带动第一部件1114滑动,从而使第一部件1114打开和关闭第一开口。在此不对第一驱动装置30驱动第一部件1114的具体方式进行限定。
在图7和图8的示例中,分配器100还包括传动件34,传动件34连接驱动轴33和第一部件1114。驱动轴33、传动件34、第一部件1114同步转动。
可以理解,除了图中所示的传动件,传动件还可为杠杆、齿轮、丝杆、皮带等元件中的至少一种。在此不对传动件的具体形式进行限定。当然,在其他的另一些示例中,传动件34也可省略。
类似地,第二驱动装置40也可用于在第二预设时长内使第二部件1126保持打开第二开口1124的状态。如此,使得第二收容腔室1121内的洗涤耗材有足够的时间进入洗涤电器1000的洗涤腔室201,避免洗涤耗材不能全部进入洗涤腔室201,可以保证洗涤效果。
在图4的示例中,第二驱动装置40可在第二预设时长内通电,以使第二部件1126向远离第二开口1124的方向移动,以打开第二开口1124,从而使得第二收容腔室1121内的洗涤耗材进入洗涤腔室201。
第二预设时长与第一预设时长可以相同也可以不同。另外,可通过控制第二预设时长,控制收容在第二收容腔1121中的洗涤耗材进入洗涤腔室201的量。
分配器100也可包括与第二部件1126连接的弹性件(图未示)。
请注意,关于第二驱动装置40的解释和说明,可参照前文对关于第一驱动装置30的解释和说明,为避免冗余,在此不再赘述。
综合以上,本申请实施方式的分配器100包括第一收容腔体111和第一驱动装置30,第一收容腔体111设有第一收容腔1111和第一开口,第一开口连通第一收容腔1111,第一开口处连接有能够活动的第一部件1114,第一部件1114能够打开和关闭第一开口,第一驱动装置30连接第一部件1114。第一驱动装置30用于在第一预设时长内使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态。
如此,使得第一收容腔1111内的洗涤耗材有足够的时间进入洗涤电器1000的洗涤腔室201,避免洗涤耗材不能全部或大部分进入洗涤腔室201,这样可以保证洗涤效果。
实施例二:
本实施例二的洗涤电器1000的特征与实施例一的洗涤电器的特征基本相同,实施例一的洗涤电器解释说明适用于实施例二的洗涤电器,为了避免冗余,以下对实施例二的洗涤电器与实施例一的洗涤电器的不同点做进一步详细描述,其他部分请参考实施例一的洗涤电器的相同或类似的部分。实施例一的洗涤电器的特征与实施例二的特征在不矛盾的情况下可以相互组合。
请再次参阅图9,分配器100包括限位结构60,在第一驱动装置30驱动第一部件1114打开第一开口的情况下,限位结构60限制联动结构50的移动,以使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态。在本实施方式中,在第一驱动装置30驱动第一部件1114打开第一开口的情况下,限位结构60限制第一连接件52的移动,以使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态。
如此,在第一驱动装置30驱动第一部件1114打开第一开口的情况下,通过限位结构60限制联动结构50的移动,这样,即使第一驱动装置30断电,也能使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态,从而使收容在第一收容腔1111内的洗涤耗材有足够的时间进入洗涤电器1000的洗涤腔室201,从而保证清洁效果。
由于在本实施方式中,第一部件1114打开第一开口是由第一驱动装置30驱动的,一旦第一驱动装置30断电,推杆32顶出,第一部件1114就会关闭第一开口。而通过限位结构60,限制第一连接件52的移动,以使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态,不必使第一驱动装置30为使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态而保持通电,有利于节约能耗。
在本实施方式中,限位结构60设置在安装板14背离第一收容腔体111的一侧。换言之,第一收容腔体111和第二收容腔体112设置在安装板14的一侧,第一驱动装置30、联动结构50和限位结构60设置在安装板14的另一侧。这样,可以充分利用安装板14两侧的空间,使得第一收容腔体111和第二收容腔体112尽可能地大,从而容纳更多的洗涤耗材。
请一并参阅图5、图10和图11,限位结构60包括弹性件61、第一限位件62和第二限位件64。
弹性件61用于向第一限位件62施加弹力以使第一限位件保持朝向第一驱动装置30偏移的状态。
这样,弹性件61可配合第一限位件62,使得第二限位件64在第一驱动装置30的驱动下相对于第一限位件62运动。具体地,弹性件61连接第一限位件62,弹性件61远离第一限位件62的一端与安装板14连接。在图示的示例中,弹性件61的一端固定在安装板14,另一端固定连接第一限位件62。
进一步地,弹性件61包括弹片、弹簧或其他具有弹性的元件。
另外,弹性件61与第一限位件62可通过粘接、卡接、螺接或其他方式进行连接。在此不对弹性件61与第一限位件62的具体连接方式进行限定。
请参阅图10和图11,第一限位件62设有用于限制联动结构50移动的第一位置和第二位置。第一限位件62还包括第一导引槽626、第二导引槽628和凸出部629。
第一导引槽626和第二导引槽628环绕凸出部629。第一限位件62的一端固定在安装板14,在第二限位件64和弹性件61的作用下,第一限位件62可相对于安装板14活动。在图11的示例中,在第二限位件64和弹性件61的作用下,第一限位件62相对于安装板14左右偏移。
第一导引槽626和第二导引槽628连通,第一导引槽626形成第一路径,第二导引槽628形成第二路径,第一路径和第二路径连通形成环路。具体地,第一路径是指从第一位置622沿第一导引槽626至第二位置624的路径。第二路径是指从第二位置624沿第二导引槽628至第一位置622的路径。
第一导引槽626用于导引第二限位件64从第一位置622运动到第二位置624。第二导引槽628用于导引第二限位件64从第二位置624运动到第一位置622。如此,通过第一导引槽626和第二导引槽628导引第二限位件64的运动轨迹,可以使第二限位件64按照预先设定的轨迹运动。另外,第一位置622位于第一导引槽626和/或第二导引槽628的槽壁。
凸出部629包括第一部6291和第二部6292,第一部6291和第二部6292的延伸方向不同,第二位置624位于第一部6291和第二部6292的连接处内侧,第一位置622位于第二位置624的下方。在图示的示例中,凸出部629基本呈Y型。
如此,在第二限位件***到第二位置624时,即使第一驱动装置30断电,第二限位件64也会被第一部6291和第二部6292固定在第二位置624,从而使得第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态。
第二限位件64与第一限位件62配合,第二限位件64设置在联动结构50。在图示的示例中,第二限位件64设置在第一连接件52和第二连接件64的相交处。这样,可以实现第二限位件64的快速定位,有利于提高装配效率和生产效率。
具体地,第二限位件64可呈柱状。第二限位件64的宽度小于第一导引槽626的宽度和第二导引槽628的宽度。这样,第二限位件可通过第一导引槽626和第二导引槽628滑动。
在本实施方式中,第二限位件64自第一连接件52向朝向第一限位件62的方向凸出。具体地,第二限位件64设置在第一连接件52的第二件524。可以理解,在其他的实施方式中,第二限位件64也可设置在第一连接件52的第一件522或联动结构50的其它位置。
进一步地,请参阅图5,在本实施方式中,第二限位件64的中心轴线与第二连接件54相对于第一连接件52转动的轴线重合。可以理解,在其他的实施方式中,第二限位件64的中心轴线也可与第二连接件54相对于第一连接件52转动的轴线错开。
在此不对第二限位件64的具***置进行限定。
第一驱动装置30用于驱动第一连接件52活动,以带动第二限位件64在弹性件61的配合下从第一限位件62的第一位置622通过第一路径运动到第一限位件62的第二位置624,从而使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态。
如此,通过第二限位件64与第一限位件62的配合,限制第一连接件52的移动,以使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态。另外,由于弹性件61给第一限位件62施加弹力,使得第一限位件62保持朝向第一驱动装置30偏移的趋势,这样,第二限位件64可以从第二部6292远离第一部6291的一端滑入第二位置624。
另外,第一驱动装置30用于驱动第一连接件52活动,以带动第二限位件64在弹性件61的配合下从第二位置624通过第二路径运动到第一位置622,从而使第一部件1114关闭第一开口。
如此,可以避免第二限位件64无法从第二位置624滑出,通过弹性件61来辅助第 二限位件64从第二位置624运动到第一位置622。具体地,在图11的示例中,弹性件61给第一限位件62施加弹力,使得第二限位件64在第一驱动装置30的驱动下绕转轴顺时针转动时,从第二位置624滑出,沿着第二导引槽628回到第一位置622。
第一驱动装置30可为电磁阀,第一驱动装置30第一次动作时,第二限位件64从第一位置622运动到第二位置624,在第一驱动装置30第二次动作时,第二限位件64从第二位置624运动到第一位置622。如此,可以通过电磁阀的动作使得第二限位件64交替地位于第一位置622和第二位置624。
也即是说,在图11的示例中,第一驱动装置30动作一次,第二限位件64在第一驱动装置30的驱动下绕转轴顺时针转动,从第一位置622沿着第一导引槽626滑入第二位置624。即使第一驱动装置30断电,由于第二限位件64被第一部6291和第二部6292限制在第二位置624,第一部件1114会保持打开第一开口的状态。
此后,第一驱动装置30再动作一次,第二限位件64在第一驱动装置30的驱动下顺时针转动,从第二位置624沿着第二导引槽628回到第一位置622。此时第一部件1114关闭第一开口。
在上述过程中,弹性件61先被第一限位件62驱动向远离第一驱动装置30的方向移动,然后驱动第一限位件62向靠近第一驱动装置30方向移动,以使第二限位件64滑入第二位置624。然后弹性件61再被第一限位件62驱动向远离第一驱动装置30的方向移动,然后驱动第一限位件62向第一驱动装置30方向移动,以使第二限位件64滑入第一位置622。
当然,在其他的示例中,弹性件61也可省略。换言之,第一驱动装置30用于驱动联动结构50活动,以带动第二限位件64在第一限位件61弹性形变的配合下从第一位置622通过第一路径运动到第二位置624,从而使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态。
第一驱动装置30用于驱动联动结构50活动,以带动第二限位件64在第一限位件62弹性形变的配合下从第二位置624通过第二路径运动到第一位置622,从而使第一部件1114关闭第一开口。
这样,利用第一限位件62自身的弹力限制第二限位件64的移动,减少了分配器100的元件,有利于降低成本和提高装配效率。
具体地,第一限位件62先被第二限位件64驱动向远离第一驱动装置30的方向移动,然后第一限位件62利用自身弹力向靠近第一驱动装置30方向移动,以使第二限位件64滑入第二位置624。然后第一限位件62再被第二限位件64驱动向远离第一驱动 装置30的方向移动,然后利用自身弹力向第一驱动装置30方向移动,以使第二限位件64滑入第一位置622。
综合以上,本申请的实施方式的分配器100用于洗涤电器1000,分配器100包括第一收容腔体111、第一驱动装置30、联动结构50和限位结构60,第一收容腔体111设有第一收容腔1111和第一开口,第一开口连通第一收容腔1111,第一开口处连接有能够活动的第一部件1114,第一驱动装置30通过联动结构50连接第一部件1114,第一驱动装置30用于驱动联动结构50运动以带动第一部件1114活动,从而使第一部件1114打开和关闭第一开口,在第一驱动装置30驱动第一部件1114打开开口的情况下,限位结构60限制联动结构50的移动,以使第一部件1114保持打开开口的状态。
上述实施方式的分配器100中,通过限位结构60限制联动结构50的移动,使第一部件1114保持打开第一开口的状态,从而使收容在第一收容腔1111内的洗涤耗材有足够的时间进入洗涤电器1000的洗涤腔室201,从而保证清洁效果。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种分配器,用于洗涤电器,其特征在于,所述分配器包括第一收容腔体和第一驱动装置,所述第一收容腔体设有第一收容腔和第一开口,所述第一开口连通所述第一收容腔,所述第一开口处连接有能够活动的第一部件,所述第一部件能够打开和关闭所述第一开口,所述第一驱动装置连接所述第一部件,所述第一驱动装置用于在预设时长内使所述第一部件保持打开所述第一开口的状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述分配器包括与所述第一部件连接的复位件,所述第一驱动装置用于在工作所述预设时长内的情况下使所述第一部件保持打开所述第一开口的状态,所述复位件用于在所述第一驱动装置停止工作的情况下驱动所述第一部件关闭所述第一开口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述分配器包括与所述第一部件连接的复位件,所述第一驱动装置用于在停止工作所述预设时长内的情况下使得所述复位件保持打开所述第一开口的状态,所述第一驱动装置用于在工作的情况下驱动所述第一部件关闭所述第一开口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述第一驱动装置用于在工作的情况下驱动所述第一部件活动以使所述第一部件打开和关闭所述第一开口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述第一驱动装置包括驱动件和与所述驱动件连接的驱动轴,所述驱动轴连接所述第一部件,所述驱动件用于驱动所述驱动轴运动以带动所述第一部件活动,从而使所述第一部件打开和关闭所述第一开口。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述分配器包括控制器,所述控制器连接所述第一驱动装置,所述控制器用于控制所述第一驱动装置的启闭状态以使所述第一驱动装置在预设时长内使所述第一部件保持打开所述第一开口的状态。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述分配器包括第二收容腔体和第二驱动装置,所述第二收容腔体开设有所述第二收容腔和所述第二开口,所述第二开口连通所述第二收容腔,所述第二开口处设置有所述第二部件,所述第二部件能够打开和关闭所述第二开口,所述第二驱动装置用于驱动所述第二部件活动,从而使所述第二部件打开和关闭所述第二开口,所述第一收容腔体和所述第二收容腔体并列设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述第一收容腔体用于容纳所述洗涤电器的清洁剂,所述第二收容腔体用于容纳所述洗涤电器的亮碟剂,所述第二驱动装置用于在所述第一部件打开所述第一开口后驱动所述第二部件打开所述第二开口。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述分配器包括联动结构,所述第一驱动装置通过所述联动结构连接所述第一部件,所述第一驱动装置用于驱动所述联动结构运动以带动所述第一部件活动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述分配器还包括限位结构,在所述第一驱动装置驱动所述第一部件打开所述第一开口的情况下,所述限位结构限制所述联动结构的移动,以使所述第一部件保持打开所述第一开口的状态。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括第一限位件和与所述第一限位件配合的第二限位件,所述第一限位件设有用于限制所述联动结构移动的第一位置和第二位置,所述第二限位件设置在所述联动结构,所述第一驱动装置用于驱动所述联动结构活动,以带动所述第二限位件在所述第一限位件弹性形变的配合下从所述第一位置通过第一路径运动到所述第二位置,从而使所述第一部件保持打开所述第一开口的状态。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述第一驱动装置用于驱动所述联动结构活动,以带动所述第二限位件在所述第一限位件弹性形变配合下从所述第二位置通过第二路径运动到所述第一位置,从而使所述第一部件关闭所述第一开口,所述第一路径和所述第二路径连通形成环路。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述第一驱动装置为电磁阀,所述第一驱动装置第一次动作时,所述第二限位件从所述第一位置运动到所述第二位置,在所述第一驱动装置第二次动作时,所述第二限位件从所述第二位置运动到所述第一位置。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述第二限位件设置于所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件的相交处。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括弹性件,所述弹性件用于向所述第一限位件施加弹力以使所述第一限位件朝向所述第一驱动装置偏移。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述第一限位件包括第一导引槽和第二导引槽,所述第一导引槽与所述第二导引槽连通,所述第一导引槽形成所述第一路径,用于导引所述第二限位件从所述第一位置运动到所述第二位置,所述第二导引槽形成第二路径,用于导引所述第二限位件从所述第二位置运动到所述第一位置。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述第一限位件包括凸出部,所述第一导引槽和所述第二导引槽环绕所述凸出部,所述凸出部包括第一部和第二部, 所述第一部和所述第二部的延伸方向不同,所述第二位置位于所述第一部和所述第二部的连接处内侧,所述第一位置位于所述第一导引槽和/或所述第二导引槽的槽壁。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述第二限位件的宽度小于所述第一导引槽的宽度和所述第二导引槽的宽度。
  19. 根据权利要求10所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述联动结构包括第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件与所述第一驱动装置连接,所述第二连接件分别与所述第一连接件和所述第一部件可转动地连接,所述第一驱动装置用于驱动所述第一连接件活动以带动所述第二连接件活动,从而带动所述第一部件活动。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述第一驱动装置用于驱动所述第一连接件转动以带动所述第二连接件活动,从而带动所述第一部件转动,所述第一连接件的转动轴与所述第一部件的转动轴非平行。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述第一连接件的一端设置有嵌合部,所述第一驱动装置包括驱动件和与所述驱动件连接的推杆,在所述推杆至少部分嵌设于所述嵌合部的情况下,所述驱动件用于驱动所述推杆移动,以带动所述第一连接件运动。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述推杆包括连接部和限位部,所述限位部设置在所述推杆远离所述驱动件的一端,所述嵌合部环绕所述连接部,所述限位部抵靠所述嵌合部的一侧,以使所述推杆与所述第一连接件连接。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述嵌合部设有嵌合凹陷,所述嵌合凹陷容置所述连接部。
  24. 根据权利要求19所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述第一连接件包括第一件和第二件,所述第一件的延伸方向与所述第二件的延伸方向不同,所述第一件和所述第二件的连接处形成有轴孔,所述分配器包括转轴,所述转轴穿设于所述轴孔,所述第一驱动装置连接所述第一件,所述第二件连接所述第二连接件,所述第一驱动装置用于驱动所述第一件运动以带动所述第一连接件绕所述转轴转动,从而使所述第二件带动所述第一部件打开和关闭所述第一开口。
  25. 根据权利要求20所述的分配器,其特征在于,所述分配器包括安装板,所述第一收容腔体和所述第二收容腔体设置在所述安装板的同一侧,所述第一驱动装置、所述第二驱动装置和所述联动结构设置在所述安装板的另一同侧。
  26. 一种洗涤电器,其特征在于,包括:
    腔体,所述腔体形成有洗涤腔室;和
    权利要求1-25任一项所述的分配器,所述分配器安装于所述洗涤腔室的内壁。
