如图1~4所示,一种旋转伞座,旋转底座1、套管焊接件2和脚踏板组件3,其中套管焊接件2至少包括套管21和底板22,套管21为一中空管,竖直插置在底板22的上端面中部位置与底板22焊接固定,旋转底座1为中部开孔的圆形底座,旋转底座1套设在套管21外、位于底板22的上方,遮阳伞的立柱20的下端套设在套管21外与旋转底座1插接定位,脚踏板组件3包括脚踏板31和脚踏轴32,脚踏板31可复位转动地安装在旋转底座1的上端一侧,脚踏轴32竖直设置在脚踏板31里侧的下端,脚踏轴32穿过旋转底座1与底板22上的定位孔221相配合、并通过脚踏板31实现与底板33的锁紧与脱离,从而实现旋转底座1的定位锁定与旋转。
具体结构为:在旋转底座1的中部开孔位置成型有一圆筒形的凸台10,套管21的下端穿过凸台20的内孔与底板22焊接固定,旋转底座1上沿凸台10的外侧设有供立柱20插置的凹槽,套管21的顶部开口位置设有伞座管塞5,伞座管塞5为与套管21的内孔相配合的圆柱形结构,伞座管塞5的上端设有与套管21的上端面相抵的凸沿51,套管21的上端套设有一旋转块4,旋转块4的形状与凸台10相同,立柱20同时套设在凸台10和旋转块4外,立柱20的下端插置在旋转底座1的凹槽内定位,凸台10与旋转块4的外周面上均成型有与立柱20的内壁面配合的定位导向凹筋,这样旋转块4可随立柱20旋转而转动,在伞座管塞5的下端径向开设有连接销孔52,套管21上开设有对应的连接孔211,通过一限位销6穿过连接孔211、连接销孔52将伞座管塞5与套管21定位,限位销6的外端设有与旋转块4的下端相抵限位的延长部,旋转块4可转动地套设在套管21外、限位在限位销6与伞座管塞5的凸沿51之间;旋转底座1的上端一侧凸设有二块用于安装脚踏板31的安装板11,安装板11上靠近外端的位置开设有安装 孔111,脚踏板31的下端凸设有二个与安装板11配合的连接耳311,连接耳311上开设有内外二个连接孔312和313,其中外连接孔313与安装板11的安装孔111相对应,通过转轴8穿过安装板11的安装孔111、连接耳311的外连接孔313将脚踏板31可上下转动地安装在旋转底座1上;旋转底座1上位于二块安装板11之间的中部靠近内侧的位置纵向开设有供脚踏轴32穿置的贯穿孔,脚踏轴32的上端径向开设有销孔321,脚踏轴321的上端插置在脚踏板31的二个连接耳311之间、且与脚踏板31的底部具有一定间距,通过圆柱销9穿过连接耳311的内连接孔312、销孔321、另一侧连接耳311的内连接孔312将脚踏轴32的上端与连接耳311相连接,底板22上靠近外边缘的位置环向间隔开设有若干个与旋转底座1的贯穿孔相对应、供脚踏轴32的下端插置定位的定位孔221,当向下踩下脚踏板31时,脚踏轴32在脚踏板31的带动下向上移动从定位孔221中脱离,旋转底座1可旋转,在脚踏板31与旋转底座1之间设有可使脚踏板21复位的弹性件;弹性件为一扭簧7,扭簧7套设在转轴8上,扭簧7的一端支撑在旋转底座1的上端面上,另一端支撑在脚踏板31的底部后端,使脚踏板31具有始终向上转动,使脚踏轴32***底板22的定位孔221的趋势;为了对脚踏板31进行转动限位,脚踏板31的里端设有向下弯折的弯折部314,当脚踏板31复位时,弯折部314与旋转底座1的上端面相抵,脚踏板31的下端面设有与脚踏轴32的上端相对应的凸部315,当向下踩下脚踏板31、脚踏轴32向上移动与底板22脱离时,该凸部315与脚踏轴32的上端相抵,实现脚踏板31下踩达到最大限度的限位。
需要旋转伞座时,踩下脚踏板31,圆柱销8带动脚踏轴32向上移动与套管焊接件2的底板22脱开,如图3所示,脚踏板31下踩后内侧的凸部315与脚踏轴32上表面4相接触,脚踏板31下踩达到最大限度,旋转底座1的凸台10外形与旋转块4外形一致,外部立柱20同时套置于旋转底座1和旋转块4,左右转动脚踏板31就可实现旋转底座1的转动,从而带动外部立柱20的转动。
转动到位后,松开脚踏板31,在扭簧7的作用下脚踏板31复位,脚踏轴32向下移动***底板22的定位孔221中,脚踏板31前端的弯折部314与旋转伞座1上表面相抵接触,伞座定位锁紧,如图4所示。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种旋转伞座,其特征在于:包括旋转底座、套管焊接件和脚踏板组件,其中套管焊接件包括套管和底板,套管竖直插置在底板的上端面中部位置与底板焊接固定,旋转底座套设在套管外、位于底板上方,遮阳伞的立柱的下端套设在套管外与旋转底座插接定位,脚踏板组件包括脚踏板和脚踏轴,脚踏板可复位转动地安装在旋转底座的上端一侧,脚踏轴竖直设置在脚踏板里侧的下端,脚踏轴穿过旋转底座与底板上的定位孔相配合、并通过脚踏板实现与底板的锁紧与脱离,从而实现旋转底座的定位锁定与旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转伞座,其特征在于:所述旋转底座为中部开孔的圆形底座,在旋转底座的中部开孔位置成型有一圆筒形的凸台,套管的下端穿过凸台的内孔与底板焊接固定,套管的顶部开口位置设有伞座管塞,套管的上端套设有一旋转块,旋转块可随立柱旋转而转动,并套设在套管上端通过伞座管塞限位。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的旋转伞座,其特征在于:所述伞座管塞为与套管的内孔相配合的圆柱形结构,伞座管塞的上端设有与套管的上端面相抵的凸沿,在伞座管塞的下端径向开设有连接销孔,套管上开设有对应的连接孔,通过一限位销穿过连接孔、连接销孔将伞座管塞与套管定位,限位销的外端设有与旋转块的下端相抵限位的延长部,旋转块可转动地套设在套管上、限位在限位销与伞座管塞的凸沿之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转伞座,其特征在于:所述旋转底座的上端一侧凸设有二块用于安装脚踏板的安装板,安装板上靠近外端的位置开设有安装孔,脚踏板的下端凸设有二个与安装板配合的连接耳,连接耳上开设有内外二个连接孔,其中外连接孔与安装板的安装孔相对应,通过转轴穿过安装板的安装孔、连接耳的外连接孔将脚踏板可上下转动地安装在旋转底座上,在脚踏板与旋转底座之间设有可使脚踏板复位的弹性件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的旋转伞座,其特征在于:所述旋转底座上位于二块安装板之间的中部靠近内侧的位置纵向开设有供脚踏轴穿置的贯穿孔,脚踏轴的上端径向开设有销孔,脚踏轴的上端插置在脚踏板的二个连接耳之间、且与脚踏板的底部具有一定间距,通过圆柱销穿过连接耳的内侧的连接孔、销孔、另一侧连接耳的连接孔将脚踏轴的上端与连接耳相连接,底板上靠近外边缘的位置环向间隔开设有若干个与旋转底座的贯穿孔相对应、供脚踏轴的下端插置定位的定位孔,当向下踩下脚踏板时,脚踏轴在脚踏板的带动下向上移动从定位孔中脱离,旋转底座可旋转。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的旋转伞座,其特征在于:所述弹性件为一扭簧,扭簧套设在转轴上,扭簧的一端支撑在旋转底座的上端面上,另一端支撑在脚踏板的底部后端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的旋转伞座,其特征在于:所述脚踏板的里端设有向下弯折的弯折部,当脚踏板复位时,弯折部与旋转底座的上端面相抵,脚踏板的下端面设有与脚踏轴的上端相对应的凸部,当向下踩下脚踏板、脚踏轴向上移动与底板脱离时,该 凸部与脚踏轴的上端相抵,实现脚踏板下踩达到最大限度的限位。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一权利要求所述的旋转伞座,其特征在于:所述旋转底座上沿凸台的外侧设有供立柱插置的凹槽,立柱同时套设在凸台和旋转块外,立柱的下端插置在旋转底座的凹槽内定位,凸台的形状与旋转块相同,凸台与旋转块的外周面上均成型有与立柱的内壁面配合的定位导向凹筋。
