在本申请实施例提供的折叠显示装置中,折叠显示装置包括柔性屏、支撑构件、两组转动构件和固定座,支撑构件包括中间支撑件和设置在中间支撑件两边的两个支撑组件,两个支撑组件和中间支撑件共同支撑柔性屏,两组转动构件位于中间支撑件的两边,每组转动构件包括曲轴、转动件、连接杆和连杆,转动件滑动连接位于中间支撑件同一边的支撑组件,曲轴带动转动件转动,转动件和曲轴滑动连接,转动件沿柔性屏的厚度方向向曲轴滑动,固定座位于曲轴的一端,连接杆的两端分别与固定座和转动件铰接,连杆的两端分别与固定座和同一个支撑组件铰接,支撑组件沿柔性屏的对折方向相对转动件向远离中间支撑件的一侧滑动。转动件在曲轴和连接杆的共同作用下转动且向曲轴滑动,滑动方向为柔性屏的厚度方向,支撑组件在转动件和连杆的共同作用下转动且相对转动件向背离中间支撑件的一侧滑动,滑动方向为柔性屏的对折方向,柔性屏折弯部分在支撑组件的作用下呈U形,折叠显示装置对折后的厚度薄,柔性屏与两个支撑组件固定,两个支撑组件距离中间支撑件的距离变大,柔性屏的折弯部分不受中间支撑件的挤压作用,如此,保证折叠显示装置在正对折状态下厚度薄且正常显示。

为了使本申请实施例的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,均属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请实施例提供一种折叠显示装置,折叠显示装置例如可以是可折叠的手机,折叠显示装置能够沿一个对折线对折。
如图3所示,本申请实施例中的折叠显示装置包括柔性屏10和支撑构件20,柔性屏10例如可以是柔性有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,OLED),支撑构件20包括中间支撑件21和设置在中间支撑件21两边的两个支撑组件22,中间支撑件21例如呈长条状,两个支撑组件22例如位于中间支撑件21的宽度方向的两边,两个支撑组件22和中间支撑件21共同支撑柔性屏10。在一个实施例中,柔性屏10与两个支撑组件22固定设置,柔性屏10与中间支撑件21不固定。柔性屏10与两个支撑组件22固定设置的方式例如是,通过OCA(Optically Clear Adhesive)光学胶或泡棉胶粘接固定。折叠显示装置能够以中间支撑件21的长度方向(如图3中的方向C)为对折线对折。
本申请实施例中的折叠显示装置至少具有两个状态:如图1所示的正对折状态和如图2所示的展开状态。展开状态下,柔性屏10支撑在中间支撑件21和两个支撑组件22上,正对折状态下,两个支撑组件22位于对折后的柔性屏10两侧。
如图3和图4所示,本申请实施例的折叠显示装置还包括两组转动构件 30和固定座40,两组转动构件30位于中间支撑件21的两边。例如,两组转动构件30位于前述长条状的中间支撑件21的宽度方向的两边,中间支撑件21的同一边的转动构件30和支撑组件22对应设置。
如图3-图5所示的具体实施例中,每组转动构件30包括曲轴31、转动件32、连接杆33和连杆34,转动件32滑动连接位于中间支撑件21同一边的支撑组件22,曲轴31带动转动件32转动,且转动件32和曲轴31滑动连接,转动件32沿柔性屏10的厚度方向(如图3和图5中的方向A)向曲轴31滑动,固定座40位于曲轴31的一端,连接杆33的两端分别与固定座40和转动件32铰接,连杆34的两端分别与固定座40和同一个支撑组件22铰接,支撑组件22沿柔性屏10的对折方向(如图3和图5中的方向B)相对转动件32向远离中间支撑件21的一侧移动。
当两个支撑组件22相对中间支撑件21对折,进而带动柔性屏10对折时,支撑组件22距离中间支撑件21的距离变大,而柔性屏10与两个支撑组件22固定设置,柔性屏10与中间支撑件21不固定,如此,避免柔性屏10的折弯部分受中间支撑件21的挤压,保证柔性屏10正常显示。同时,中间支撑件21能够使得柔性屏10的中间部分也得到支撑。本申请实施例的折叠显示装置,由于转动件32与支撑组件22之间的连接方式和转动件32与曲轴31之间的连接方式均为滑动连接,可以避免柔性屏10因闭合和打开所产生的长度变化,并且连接杆33和连杆34的使用,可以约束转动件32的运动轨迹。
本申请实施例的折叠显示装置,转动件32在曲轴31和连接杆33的共同作用下转动且向曲轴31滑动,滑动方向为柔性屏10的厚度方向,支撑组件22在转动件32和连杆34的共同作用下转动且相对转动件32向背离中间支撑件21的一侧滑动,滑动方向为柔性屏10的对折方向,柔性屏10折弯部分在支撑组件22的作用下呈U形,折叠显示装置对折后的厚度薄;柔性屏10与两个支撑组件22固定,两个支撑组件22距离中间支撑件21的距离变大,柔性屏10的折弯部分不受中间支撑件21的挤压作用,如此,保证折叠显示装置在正对折状态下厚度薄且正常显示。
在一个具体的实施例中,折叠显示装置还包括与两组转动构件30中的曲轴31相连的同步机构70,两组转动构件30中的曲轴31在同步机构70的作 用下同步转动,曲轴31同步转动使得折叠显示装置对折的两部分同步运动,具体地,同步机构70例如包括蜗轮蜗杆机构或者齿轮机构。当轴数(包含蜗轮)为奇数时,该同步机构70为蜗轮蜗杆机构;当轴数(包含蜗轮)为偶数时,该同步机构70为齿轮机构,不需要使用蜗轮。该同步机构70的使用可以使得位于中间支撑件两边的转动构件同时改变到中间的距离,减小折叠后的整体厚度。
在一个具体的实施例中,如图3所示,折叠显示装置还包括中间转动架50,两组转动构件30中的曲轴31可转动的设置在中间转动架50上,中间转动架50能够起到支撑曲轴31的作用。
在一个具体的实施例中,中间支撑件21呈长条状,每组转动构件30包括两个曲轴31、两个连接杆33和两个连杆34,固定座40的数量为两个,同步机构的数量为两个,中间转动架50的数量为两个。沿中间支撑件21的长度方向(如图3和图5中的方向C),两个固定座40、两个中间转动架50、两个同步机构70、每组转动构件30中的两个曲轴31、每组转动构件30中的两个连接杆33和每组转动构件30中的两个连杆34对称设置。在本具体实施例中,中间支撑件21宽度方向的两边设置有两组转动构件30,每组转动构件30中沿中间支撑件21的长度方向布置有两个曲轴31,两个连接杆33、两个连杆34和一个转动件32。
如图4和图5所示的具体实施例中,每组转动构件30中的两个曲轴31标记为第一曲轴311和第二曲轴312,每组转动构件30中的两个连接杆33标记为第一连接杆331和第二连接杆332,每组转动构件30中的两个连杆34标记为第一连杆341和第二连杆342,两个固定座40标记为第一固定座401和第二固定座402,两个同步机构70标记为第一同步机构701和第二同步机构702,两个中间转动架50标记为第一中间转动架501和第二中间转动架502。
如图5和图6所示的具体实施例中,固定座40包括固定部403和连接在固定部一侧的S形部404,S形部404包括第一开口4041和第二开口4042。两组转动构件30中的连接杆33与同一个固定部403连接,也即,两组转动构件30中的第一连接杆331均与第一固定座401的固定部403连接。两组转动构件30中的第二连杆342均与第二固定座402的固定部连接,两组转动构件30中的连杆34分别设置在第一开口4041和第二开口4042中,也即,两 组转动构件30中的第一连杆341分别设置在第一固定座401的第一开口4041和第二开口4042中,两组转动构件30中的第二连杆342分别设置在第二固定座402的第一开口4041和第二开口4042中。具体示例中,固定座40由固定部403和S形部404一体成型。
如图5所示的具体实施例中,转动件32对应曲轴31的位置设置有长条孔321,长条孔321的孔深方向为中间支撑件22的长度方向,长条孔321在柔性屏10厚度方向的孔径尺寸大于长条孔321在对折方向上的孔径尺寸。具体地,转动件32呈长条状,转动件32的长度方向和中间支撑件21的长度方向一致,转动件32面向曲轴31的侧面设置有两个相对设置的安装凸起322,两个安装凸起322上均设置有一个长条孔321,两个长条孔321相对设置,长条孔321的孔深方向为中间支撑件22的长度方向,长条孔321在柔性屏10厚度方向的孔径尺寸大于长条孔321在对折方向上的孔径尺寸,对应地,每组转动构件30中的两个曲轴31相背离的端部分别插设在对应侧的长条孔321中,每个安装凸起322与另一个安装凸起相背离的一侧与连接杆33连接。
如图4和图5所示的具体实施例中,折叠显示装置还包括基座60,固定座40、中间转动架50和同步机构70设置在基座60的上方,也即,第一固定座401、第二固定座402、第一同步机构701、第二同步机构702、第一中间转动架501和第二中间转动架502均设置在基座60的上方,中间支撑件21与基座60相连,且位于固定座40和中间转动架50的上方,也即,中间支撑件21位于第一固定座401、第二固定座402、第一同步机构701、第二同步机构702、第一中间转动架501和第二中间转动架502的上方。
如图3所示的具体实施例中,每组支撑组件22包括支撑架221和连接在支撑架221上的支撑件222,柔性屏10位于支撑件222上方,位于中间支撑件21同一边的连杆34与支撑架221铰接,支撑件222滑动连接在位于中间支撑件21同一边的转动件32上。
如图5所示的具体实施例中,支撑件222背离柔性屏10的一侧设置有滑轨223,转动件32例如可以为板件,位于中间支撑件21同一边的转动件32插接在滑轨223中。连杆34的两端分别与对应的固定座40和对应的支撑组件22通过连杆销801、802、811、812、821、822铰接。具体地,两组转动机构30中的两个连杆341通过连杆销801与固定座401铰接,两组转动机构 30中的两个连杆342通过连杆销802与固定座402铰接,连杆341的另一端通过811或812与支撑组件22铰接,连杆342的另一端通过821或822与支撑组件22铰接。
本申请实施例的折叠显示装置,曲轴31带动转动件32转动。转动件32在连接杆33的作用下向曲轴31滑动,滑动方向为柔性屏10的厚度方向。柔性屏10的折弯部分在支撑件222的作用下呈U形。转动件32带动支撑架221转动。支撑架221在连杆34作用下相对转动件32滑动,滑动方向为柔性屏10的对折方向。柔性屏10的折弯部分不受中间支撑件21的挤压作用。如此,保证折叠显示装置在正对折状态下厚度薄且正常显示。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种折叠显示装置,包括:
    柔性屏;
    固定座;
    支撑构件,所述支撑构件包括中间支撑件和设置在所述中间支撑件两边的两个支撑组件,两个所述支撑组件和所述中间支撑件共同支撑所述柔性屏;
    两组转动构件,所述两组转动构件位于所述中间支撑件的两边;
    每组所述转动构件包括曲轴、转动件、连接杆和连杆,所述转动件滑动连接位于所述中间支撑件同一边的所述支撑组件,所述曲轴带动所述转动件转动,所述转动件和所述曲轴滑动连接,所述转动件沿所述柔性屏的厚度方向向所述曲轴滑动,所述固定座位于所述曲轴的一端,所述连接杆的两端分别与所述固定座和所述转动件铰接,所述连杆的两端分别与所述固定座和同一个所述支撑组件铰接,所述支撑组件沿所述柔性屏的对折方向相对所述转动件向远离所述中间支撑件的一侧滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述折叠显示装置还包括与所述两组转动构件中的所述曲轴相连的同步机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述同步机构包括蜗轮蜗杆机构或者齿轮机构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述折叠显示装置还包括中间转动架,所述两组转动构件中的所述曲轴可转动的设置在所述中间转动架上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述中间支撑件呈长条状,每组所述转动构件包括两个曲轴、两个连接杆和两个连杆,所述固定座的数量为两个,所述中间转动架的数量为两个;
    沿所述中间支撑件的长度方向,两个所述固定座、两个所述中间转动架、每组所述转动构件中的两个所述曲轴、每组所述转动构件中的两个所述连接杆和每组所述转动构件中的两个所述连杆对称设置。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述中间支撑件呈长条状,每组所述转动构件包括两个曲轴、两个连接杆和两个连杆,所述固定座的数量为两个,所述同步机构的数量为两个;
    沿所述中间支撑件的长度方向,两个所述固定座、两个所述同步机构、每组所述转动构件中的两个所述曲轴、每组所述转动构件中的两个所述连接杆和每组所述转动构件中的两个所述连杆对称设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述固定座包括固定部和连接在所述固定部一侧的S形部,所述S形部包括第一开口和第二开口;
    所述两组转动构件中的所述连接杆均与所述固定部连接;
    所述两组转动构件中的所述连杆分别设置在所述第一开口和所述第二开口中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述固定座包括第一固定座和第二固定座,每组所述转动构件中的连杆包括第一连杆和第二连杆,所述两组转动构件中的第一连杆分别设置在所述第一固定座的所述第一开口和所述第二开口中,所述两组转动构件中的第二连杆分别设置在所述第二固定座的所述第一开口和所述第二开口中。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述折叠显示装置还包括基座,所述固定座和所述同步机构设置在所述基座的上方,所述中间支撑件位于所述固定座和所述同步机构的上方。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述折叠显示装置还包括基座,所述固定座和所述中间转动架设置在所述基座的上方,所述中间支撑件位于所述固定座和所述中间转动架的上方。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,每组所述支撑组件包括支撑架和连接在所述支撑架上的支撑件,所述柔性屏位于所述支撑件上方,位于所述中间支撑件一边的所述连杆与所述支撑架铰接,所述支撑件滑动连接在位于所述中间支撑件一边的所述转动件上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述支撑件背离所述柔性屏的一侧设置有滑轨,位于所述中间支撑件一边的所述转动件插接在所述滑轨中。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述转动件对应所述曲轴的位置设置有长条孔,所述长条孔的孔深方向为所述中间支撑件的长度方向,所述长条孔在所述柔性屏的所述厚度方向的孔径尺寸大于所述长条孔在所述对折方向上的孔径尺寸。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述转动件呈长条状,所述转动件的长度方向和所述中间支撑件的长度方向一致,所述转动件朝向所述曲轴的侧面设置有两个相对设置的安装凸起,两个所述安装凸起上均设置有一个所述长条孔,两个所述长条孔相对设置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的折叠显示装置,其中,每组所述转动构件中的所述曲轴相背离的端部分别插设在对应侧的所述长条孔中,每个所述安装凸起与另一个安装凸起相背离的一侧与所述连接杆连接。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述连杆的两端分别与对应的固定座和对应的支撑组件通过连杆销铰接。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述转动件为板件。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述柔性屏包括柔性有机发光二极管OLED。
  19. 根据权利要求1-18中任一项所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述柔性屏与两个所述支撑组件固定设置。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述柔性屏与两个所述支撑组件固定设置的方式为通过光学胶或泡棉胶粘接固定。
