下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
根据本申请实施例的空调器1,包括:壳体10、风道部件20、导风部件30以及发光部件40。
具体地,如图1、图2和图12所示,壳体10上具有出风口,用于供气流从空调器1中吹出。风道部件20设在壳体10内,风道部件20限定出风道,风道部件20上具有与风道连通的风道出口21,风道出口21与出风口相对且连通。导风部件30设在风道出口21处,用于驱动气流由风道流出风道出口21并流向出风口。沿气流流动方向,发光部件40位于导风部件30的下游,例如,发光部件40可以位于导风部件30与壳体10之间,也可以位于伸出壳体10外。发光部件40包括发光本体41,发光本体41与风道出口21和出风口相对,发光本体41可以根据导风部件30的运行状态显示对应的灯光,例如在空调器1制热时发光本体41显示红光,在空调器1制冷时发光本体41显示蓝光。
根据本申请实施例的空调器1,通过在导风部件30下游处设置发光部件40,并且发光本体41与风道出口21和出风口相对,发光本体41根据导风部件30的不同运行状态显示对应的灯光,能够将导风部件30的运行状态以及气流的流动出口形态以视觉效果展示给用户,方便用户一目了然的知晓,提升了用户满意度。
根据本申请的一些实施例,如图1、图2和图12所示,风道包括第一风道20a和第二风道20b,第一风道20a设在第二风道20b内,风道出口21包括与第一风道20a连通的第一风道口211和与第二风道20b连通的第二风道口212,第二风道口212环绕第一风道口211,在径向方向上,发光本体41设在第一风道口211和第二风道口212之间,由此通过发光本体41将通过第一风道口211或第二风道口212流出的气流展示成视觉效果,另外可以将第一风道口211和第二风道口212分开,给用户直观的感受,能够让用户明显的知晓第一风道口211和第二风道口212的分界线,提升用户体验。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示,发光本体41形成为环形且环绕第一风道口211。由此可以使得发光本体41能够将从第一风道口211或第二风道口212流出的气流变为直观的视觉效果,另外可以将第一风道口211和第二风道口212区分开,给用户直观的感受,能够让用户明显的知晓第一风道口211和第二风道口212的分界线。需要说明的是,发光本体41可以是闭合环状,可以是圆环,也可以是类圆环如椭圆环、五角星等形状,这里需要根据第一风道口211的形状进行设置,此处不做限制。
进一步地,如图8和图12所示,风道部件20包括:第一出风框22、第二出风框23以及第三出风框24。
具体地,第一出风框22上具有风道出口21;第二出风框23与第一出风框22连接以限定出第二风道20b。第一出风框22与第二出风框23可以是可拆卸连接,也可以是一体成型,在本申请的一些实施例中,可拆卸连接。第三出风框24设在第二风道20b内,第三出风框24限定出第一风道20a,风道出口21包括与第一风道20a连通的第一风道口211和与第二风道20b连通的第二风道口212,第二风道口212环绕第一风道口211。由此能够更好地适用于空调器1多风道的需求。例如,如图8所示,当空调器1属于双风机空调器1时,包括一个轴流风机50以及一个离心风机60时,轴流风机50位于第一风道20a内,离心风机60位于第二风道20b内,经由轴流风机50吹出的气流通过第一风道口211流出,经由离心风机60吹出的气流部分经由第二风道口212吹出。
进一步地,第三出风框24与出风口相对,第一风道20a与出风口的中心线平行,发光本体41与第三出风框24相对。由此可以更好地将经由第一风道20a吹出的气流以视觉效果展示出来,能够更好地将第一风道口211和第二风道口212区分开,给用户直观的感受,让用户明显的知晓第一风道口211和第二风道口212的分界线,提升用户体验。
进一步地,发光部件40与第一出风框22可拆卸的连接。由此可以方便生产装配,同时在发光部件40或者第一出风框22损坏时可以拆卸分别更换,降低后续维修费用,提升用户满意度。
进一步地,如图3-图6所示,发光本体41包括:底座42和发光器件43。底座42内具有安装腔421,用于安装发光器件43,底座42与第一出风框22可拆卸的连接,发光器件43设在安装腔421内,由此实现将发光器件43装在第一出风框22上。
进一步地,如图3-图6所示,安装腔421的底壁上形成有多个间隔设置的定位柱422,安装腔421具有与定位柱422配合的定位孔,定位孔的数量与定位柱422的数量相同且一一对应,通过定位柱422与定位孔的配合,由此实现将发光器件43固定在安装腔421的底壁上。
进一步地,如图3-图6所示,发光本体41还包括:导光罩44,导光罩44盖设安装腔421的敞开端,发光器件43位于底座42和导光罩44共同限定的空间内。通过设置导光罩44,一方面可以对发光器件43进行一定的限位,防止发光器件43脱出底座42安装腔421,另一方面,导光罩44可以将发光器件43发出的光线显示均匀,使得间隔设置的发光器件43在发光时,发光本体41周向各处亮度能够相当。需要说明的是,导光罩44与底座42的连接可以是可拆卸连接,也可以是通过注胶粘结在一起。
进一步地,如图3-图7所示,发光部件40还包括:多个间隔开的支撑臂45,支撑臂45的一端与底座42连接,支撑臂45的另一端与第一出风框22可拆卸的连接,由此可以实现将发光本体41固定在第一出风框22上。
进一步地,多个支撑臂45与底座42为一体件,由此可以降低装配时间,缩短工时,进一步降低生产成本。
进一步地,如图6和图7所示,多个支撑臂45包括第一支撑臂451,第一支撑臂451的朝向风道部件20的一侧具有第一走线槽454,第一走线槽454沿第一支撑臂451的长度方向延伸。发光器件43与电控盒通过电线电连接,并由电控盒控制发光器件43根据空调器1的不同工作状态显示对应的灯光,通过设置第一走线槽454,可以使得发光器件43引出的电线能够收纳在第一走线槽454中,降低电线裸露在外引起安全隐患的可能性,同时也更加美观。
具体地,如图6所示,多个支撑臂45包括第四支撑臂452和第五支撑臂453,第一支撑臂451设于底座42底部,第四支撑臂452和第五支撑臂453分别设于底座42相对的左右两侧,由此可以更加稳固地将发光本体41固定在第一出风框22上。但本申请不限于此,第一支撑臂451与第四支撑臂452或者第五支撑臂453的位置可以互换。
进一步地,如图8和图11所示,第二风道口212的周壁上设有缺口213,第一支撑臂451穿设在缺口213内。由此使得第一支撑臂451能够与第二风道口212的周壁平齐,减小第一支撑臂451所占的安装空间,进一步减小空调器1的体积。
进一步地,如图6和图7所示,第一支撑臂451的远离第一出风框22的一侧设有凸起455,凸起455的自由端与第二风道口212的周壁的轴向一端平齐以填充缺口213,能够降低气流从缺口213处流出的可能性,进而避免气流漏出使得送风距离缩短的可能性。
进一步地,如图8、图9和图10所示,导风部件30包括支撑板31,沿气流流动方向,支撑板31位于第三出风框24的下游,支撑板31上设有第二支撑臂32,第二支撑臂32的朝向第三出风框24的一侧设有沿第二支撑臂32的长度方向延伸的第一安装槽321,第三出风框24上设有与第二支撑臂32相对的第三支撑臂241,第三支撑臂241的朝向支撑板31的一侧设有沿第三支撑臂241的长度方向延伸的第二安装槽242,第二支撑臂32和第三支撑臂241连接,第一安装槽321和第二安装槽242共同限定出第二走线槽,第二走线槽与第一走线槽454连通,空调器1还包括风机,风机的部分穿过第三出风框24,由此可以实现从风机中引出的电线可以穿过第二走线槽和第一走线槽454中穿出的从发光本体41引出的电线汇聚在一起,共同引向电控盒,由此可以实现走线 的规范性,设计更加巧妙,降低走线凌乱的可能性。
例如,如图8所示,当空调器1属于双风机空调器1时,包括一个轴流风机50以及一个离心风机60时,轴流风机50位于第一风道20a内,离心风机60位于第二风道20b内,轴流风机50包括电机51和叶片52,电机51的部分穿过第三出风框24,从电机51引出的电线穿过第二走线槽与从发光本体41引出的电线汇聚在一起。
进一步地,如图8、图9和图10所示,第三支撑臂241包括第一段241a和第二段241b,第一段241a的一端与第三出风框24连接,第二段241b的一端与第一段241a的另一端连接,第一段241a的形状与第二支撑臂32的形状相同,第二段241b的延伸方向与第一支撑臂451的延伸方向相同,由此可以引导从第二走线槽中穿出的电线能够更好地与从第一走线槽454中的电线汇聚在一起,第二段241b位于缺口213内且第二段241b位于第一支撑臂451的上游由此可以进一步引导从第二走线槽中穿出的电线能够更好地与从第一走线槽454中的电线汇聚在一起。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体上具有出风口;
    风道部件,所述风道部件设在所述壳体内,所述风道部件限定出风道,所述风道部件上具有与所述风道连通的风道出口,所述风道出口与所述出风口相对且连通;
    导风部件,所述导风部件设在所述风道出口处;
    发光部件,沿气流流动方向,所述发光部件位于所述导风部件的下游,所述发光部件包括发光本体,所述发光本体与所述风道出口和所述出风口相对。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述风道包括第一风道和第二风道,所述第一风道设在所述第二风道内,所述风道出口包括与所述第一风道连通的第一风道口和与所述第二风道连通的第二风道口,所述第二风道口环绕所述第一风道口,所述发光本体设在所述第一风道口和所述第二风道口之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述发光本体形成为环形且环绕所述第一风道口。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述风道部件包括:
    第一出风框,所述第一出风框上具有所述风道出口;
    第二出风框,所述第二出风框与所述第一出风框连接以限定出所述第二风道;
    第三出风框,所述第三出风框设在所述第二风道内,所述第三出风框限定出所述第一风道,所述风道出口包括与所述第一风道连通的第一风道口和与所述第二风道连通的第二风道口,所述第二风道口环绕所述第一风道口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述第三出风框与所述出风口相对,所述第一风道与所述出风口的中心线平行,所述发光本体与所述第三出风框相对。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述发光部件与所述第一出风框可拆卸的连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述发光本体包括:
    底座,所述底座内具有安装腔,所述底座与所述第一出风框可拆卸的连接;
    发光器件,所述发光器件设在所述安装腔内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述安装腔的底壁上形成有多个间隔设置的定位柱,所述发光器件具有与所述定位柱配合的定位孔,所述定位孔的数量与所述定位柱的数量相同且一一对应。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述发光本体还包括:
    导光罩,所述导光罩盖设所述安装腔的敞开端,所述发光器件位于所述底座和所述导光罩共同限定的空间内。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述发光部件还包括:
    多个间隔开的支撑臂,所述支撑臂的一端与所述底座连接,所述支撑臂的另一端与所述第一出风框可拆卸的连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的空调器,其特征在于,多个所述支撑臂与所述底座为一体件。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的空调器,其特征在于,多个所述支撑臂包括第一支撑臂,所述第一支撑臂的朝向所述风道部件的一侧具有第一走线槽,所述第一走线槽沿所述第一支撑臂的长度方向延伸。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述第二风道口的周壁上设有缺口,所述第一支撑臂穿设在所述缺口内。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述第一支撑臂的远离所述第一出风框的一侧设有凸起,所述凸起的自由端与所述第二风道口的周壁的轴向一端平齐以填充所述缺口。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述导风部件包括支撑板,沿气流流动方向,所述支撑板位于所述第三出风框的下游,所述支撑板上设有第二支撑臂,所述第二支撑臂的朝向所述第三出风框的一侧设有沿所述第二支撑臂的长度方向延伸的第一安装槽,所述第三出风框上设有与所述第二支撑臂相对的第三支撑臂,所述第三支撑臂的朝向所述支撑板的一侧设有沿所述第三支撑臂的长度方向延伸的第二安装槽,所述第二支撑臂和所述第三支撑臂连接,所述第一安装槽和所述第二安装槽共同限定出第二走线槽,所述第二走线槽与所述第一走线槽连通。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述第三支撑臂包括第一段和第二段,所述第一段的一端与所述第三出风框连接,所述第二段的一端与所述第一段的另一端连接,所述第一段的形状与所述第二支撑臂的形状相同,所述第二段的延伸方向与所述第一支撑臂的延伸方向相同,所述第二段位于所述缺口内且所述第二段位于所述第一支撑臂的上游。
