本实用新型通过采用容器内壁上喷涂疏水材料,以及将底部做成凹形,解决了内壁本身的水渍残留问题。本实用新型通过采用盖子上的风扇和电热丝吹出热风烘干被清洗物,解决了被清洗物水渍残留的问题,以及普通鼓风扇出风口小导致的烘干效率低的问题。本实用新型通过采用紫外线进行杀菌,解决了被清洗物上细菌滋生的问题。本实用新型通过采用盖子感应开关,即盖子盖上的情况下产品才能工作,方便用户随时打开盖子取出或查看被清洗物品,解决了产品在紫外线杀菌时,紫外线照射到人体后对人体的伤害,也解决了打开盖子清洗时,超声波的噪音污染。本实用新型通过采用超声波第二段工作时排水,解决了清洗完成后污垢沉淀到被清洗 物表面的问题。本实用新型通过采用控制进出水***将污水排到下方水箱内,水箱可取出倒水,解决了产品不方便倒水的问题。

  1. 一种超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,包括:控制板单元(1)、超声波换能器部件(4)、除污清洗容器部件(5)、出水管部件(7)以及底座部件(15);
    所述控制板单元(1)与超声波换能器部件(4)相连;
    所述超声波换能器部件(4)与除污清洗容器部件(5)相连;
    所述超声波换能器部件(4)设置于除污清洗容器部件(5)的下方;
    所述超声波换能器部件(4)与除污清洗容器部件(5)的下表面相接触;
    所述控制板单元(1)设置于除污清洗容器部件(5)侧方的底座(15)卡槽内;
    所述除污清洗容器部件(5)安装在底座部件(15)上;
    所述除污清洗容器部件(5)包括:出水孔部件;
    所述出水管部件(7)与出水孔部件相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括:紫外灯组件(10)、盖体部件(14);
    所述紫外灯组件(10)与控制板单元(1)相连;
    所述盖体部件(14),与底座部件(15)通过转轴连接;
    所述紫外灯组件(10)与盖体部件(14)采用螺纹连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,所述盖体部件(14)包括:盖子感应开关组件(2);
    所述盖子感应开关组件(2)包括:盖子感应开关金属靶、盖子感应开关线圈;
    所述盖子感应开关金属靶镶入到盖体部件(14)内;
    所述盖子感应开关线圈镶入到底座部件(15)内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,所述除污清洗容器部件(5)包括:清洗容器凹面结构;
    所述除污清洗容器部件(5)包括:疏水材料喷涂处理的内壁部件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括:烘干单元;
    所述烘干单元设置于除污清洗容器部件(5)的上方;
    所述烘干单元包括:风扇部件(8)、发热装置部件(9);
    所述风扇部件(8)、发热装置部件(9)与控制板单元(1)相连;
    所述风扇部件(8)与发热装置部件(9)螺纹连接;
    所述风扇部件(8)与盖体部件(14)螺纹连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括:隔板部件(11)、水箱部件(12);
    所述隔板部件(11)设置于除污清洗容器部件(5)与水箱部件(12)之间;
    所述除污清洗容器部件(5)设置于水箱部件(12)的上方;
    所述隔板部件(11)顶住控制板单元(1)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括:进出水***部件(6);
    所述进出水***部件(6)包括:水泵部件或水阀部件、出水管部件;
    所述出水管部件(7)与进水口部件相连;
    所述进出水***部件(6)与隔板部件(11)螺纹连接;
    所述进出水***部件(6)与控制板单元(1)相连。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括:按键帽部件(3);
    所述按键帽部件(3)安装在底座部件(15)的右上侧;
    所述按键帽部件(3)采用以下任一种状态:
    -按键帽按下状态;
    -按键帽复位状态;
    所述按键帽部件(3)处于按键帽按下状态时,按键帽部件(3)的下端与控制板单元(1)相接触。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,所述水箱部件(12)包括:水箱拉手部件(13);、
    所述水箱拉手部件(13)设置于水箱部件(12)的上部。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的超声波清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括:脚垫部件(16)、电源座板部件(17)以及电源接口部件(18);
    所述脚垫部件(16)设置于底座部件(15)下方;
    所述电源座板部件(17)与控制板单元(1)相连;
    所述电源座板部件(17)与底座部件(15)螺纹连接;
    所述电源座板部件(17)包括:电源接口部件(18)。
