Description

应用于气道产品的喷嘴式给药装置 技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种应用于气道产品的喷嘴式给药装置。
背景技术
气道产品最常见的有气管插管;气管切开;喉罩;鼻咽管;支气管插管等。目前通过气道产品的手术建立人工呼吸通道是急救和病人救助、护理时最有效、最成熟、最常用的技术手段。但这类手术在导管置入或拔出时对患者的刺激较大,常常引起患者剧烈的应激反应,临床常用在导管置入前表面涂抹局麻药物的方式降低对患者的刺激,但是,在导管置入后无法再次涂抹局麻药物,预先涂抹的局麻药物药效也会逐渐消失,在拔管时,强烈的刺激又会引起患者剧烈的应激反应,严重时危及患者安全。此外,术中需要针对某些患者给予某种特定的药物,比如血管活性药、抗生素;镇静剂等,也是现有临床急需解决的问题。因此在气道产品上能够实现术中和拔管前对患者及时进行镇静和实施治疗功能的给药结构越来越受到医务工作者和医疗器械行业的关注。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种应用于气道产品的喷嘴式给药装置。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种应用于气道产品的喷嘴式给药装置,包括上盖以及下盖;所述的上盖包括顶端的喷洒上盖以及底端设置的平直上盖;所述的喷洒上盖顶端设置有喷嘴孔、所述的喷洒上盖内部形成有弧形通道;所述的弧形通道两侧设置有出药槽;所述的下盖包括底端设置的平直下盖以及设置在所述的平直下盖上方的凸起;所述的平直下盖设置有出药孔;所述的平直上盖设置有与所述的凸起匹配的凹槽;所述的凹槽与所述的凸起之间保有间隙形成导流槽;所述的出药孔、导流槽、出药槽、弧形通道以及喷嘴孔顺序连通形成给药通道。
所述的出药槽为弧形槽;所述出药槽的入口与所述的弧形通道匹配形成涡流。优选的,出药槽为对称设置的两个。
所述的弧形通道的截面为梯形;梯形的腰线与轴线之间的夹角为α,0°≤α≤90°。优选的,所述的弧形通道的截面为等腰梯形。
所述的平直上盖外侧连接有安装凸点。
所述的安装凸点的外侧面与连接面的夹角为γ,0°≤γ≤50°;所述的连接面为所述的安装凸点与所述的平直上盖的接触面。
所述的喷嘴孔的截面可以为方形、长方形、圆形、椭圆形或者异形的一种;优选的,为圆形,直径为0.05mm-3mm。
所述的上盖与所述的下盖一体成型或者分体连接;分体连接时所述的上盖与所述的下盖的连接方式为粘结、紧配或者焊接。
所述的凸起两侧设置有定位筋;所述的凹槽设置有与所述的定位筋匹配的曲槽。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明结构简单,使用方便,支持术中和拔管前实现对病人气管内部的准确给药,减轻患者的痛苦。
2)喷嘴可依据插管的位置及深度调整位置,按需给病人注入局部药物,增加患者对气管导管的耐受性,减轻气管导管对病人呼吸道刺激的不良反应;也可用于为患者注射生理盐水或消毒水利于清洗咽喉护理。
3)喷嘴可形成多样化的药液面,给药量均匀且利于药液的扩散和渗入,避免对患者产生刺激性呛咳反射,也不会引起声门处肌群麻痹。
4)可应用在不同的气道产品中,适用手术类型广泛,且其部件不含金属材质,支持术中通过核磁共振检查,方便医生及时查验患者病情状况。

图1-5示出一种应用于气道产品的喷嘴式给药装置,包括上盖1以及下盖2;所述的上盖与下盖均采用医用高分子材料制成;所述的上盖包括顶端的喷洒上 盖11以及底端设置的平直上盖12;所述的喷洒上盖顶端设置有喷嘴孔14、所述的喷洒上盖内部形成有弧形通道15;所述的下盖包括底端设置的平直下盖21以及设置在所述的平直下盖上方的凸起22;所述的平直下盖内部设置有出药孔24;所述的平直上盖设置有与所述的凸起匹配定位的凹槽;所述的凹槽与所述的凸起之间保有间隙形成导流槽3;所述的出药孔24、导流槽3、弧形通道15以及喷嘴孔14顺序连通形成给药通道。所述的弧形通道两侧设置有出药槽13;所述的出药槽与所述的弧形通道以及导流槽分别连通。所述的出药槽为弧形槽;所述的出药槽的入口与所述的弧形通道匹配形成涡流(如图4示出),优选的,所述的出药槽为对称设置两个。所述的弧形通道的截面为上窄下宽的梯形,优选的,为等腰梯形;梯形的腰线与轴线之间的夹角为α,0°≤α≤90°。

本申请的应用于气道产品的喷嘴式给药装置配合气道产品使用,可设计为通过粘接或紧配或焊接方式固定在气道产品的管壁内,也可设计为独立的装置连接在气道产品以外;配合应用的气道产品将药液从下盖的出药孔注入,流经上盖的导流槽、出药槽和弧形通道,从上盖的喷嘴孔喷出;通过调整弧形通道与中轴线之间的夹角,可形成柱状或雾状或扇形状的药液面。图6-9分别示出本发明应用于气道产品的喷嘴式给药装置在气管插管、气管切开插管、双腔支气管插管以及鼻咽管的示意图。
以图6为例进行应用说明:其结构由管体41,充气套囊42,注药管43,注药接头44,喷嘴式给药装置45,充气管46,充气阀47组成。所述注药管43和所述充气管46均连接管体41并均预埋于其管壁内。所述注药管43在管体41的管壁层中延伸并与所述的喷嘴式给药装置45连通。所述注药管43远离所述管体41的一端设有注药接头44。所述充气管46在管体41的管壁层中延伸并与 所述的充气套囊42连通。所述充气管46在远离所述管体41的一端设有充气阀47。
本发明喷嘴式给药装置45预埋在管体41内,可以依据临床需要调整喷嘴式给药装置45在管体41上面的位置及调整喷射的角度。通过注药接头44注入一定量的药液,经过注药管43到达喷嘴式给药装置45,实现药液的喷射。
使用方法:与现有气管插管一样置入,置入后,可以在患者术中和拔管前以及清醒带管时,经注药口注入一定剂量的局麻药物,局麻药物经喷嘴雾状喷射到气管内,麻醉气管套囊外的气管粘膜,减轻气管插管对患者气管的刺激,从而降低患者的应激反应。同理,针对某些特定患者也可以经由气管插管注药口给予某些特定的药物,满足特定的临床需求。

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的应用于气道产品的喷嘴式给药装置,其特征在于,所述的安装凸点的外侧面与连接面的夹角为γ,0°≤γ≤50°;所述的连接面为所述的安装凸点与所述的平直上盖的接触面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的应用于气道产品的喷嘴式给药装置,其特征在于,所述的喷嘴孔截面可以为方形、长方形、圆形、椭圆形或者异形的一种。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的应用于气道产品的喷嘴式给药装置,其特征在于,所述的上盖与所述的下盖一体成型或者分体连接;分体连接时所述的上盖与所述的下盖的连接方式为粘结、紧配或者焊接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的应用于气道产品的喷嘴式给药装置,其特征在于,所述的凸起两侧设置有定位筋;所述的凹槽设置有与所述的定位筋匹配的曲槽。
