一种手持电钻缓冲器 技术领域
本发明涉及机械工具,具体涉及一种手持电钻缓冲器。
背景技术
目前人们在工作生活中经常要用手持电钻在钢板、木板等材料上面打孔。刚开始打孔时电钻因转动会出现打滑现象;在打孔快穿透的瞬间,由于按压的惯性及电钻旋转速度非常快,导致打孔尺寸极易出现偏差,甚至会使操作人员因失去重心而受伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种手持电钻缓冲器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种手持电钻缓冲器,其特征在于:包括气缸单元和活塞单元,
所述气缸单元包括中空环形气缸和支撑杆,所述支撑杆为数根并均布在中空环形气缸底部,所述中空环形气缸的腔室为圆环形,所述腔室底部设有槽口,所述中空环形气缸侧壁设有与槽口连通的通气孔,
所述活塞单元包括环形活塞杆、轴承、橡胶圈,所述环形活塞杆顶部设有环形底座,所述环形底座截面为L形,所述轴承设于环形底座内,所述轴承外圈与环形底座固定连接,所述轴承内圈套接橡胶圈,所述环形活塞杆***中空环形气缸腔室内,并可在腔室内上下滑动。
进一步地;所述槽口下方设有圆柱形凹槽,所述槽口与圆柱形凹槽侧壁连通,所述通气孔与圆柱形凹槽连通,所述圆柱形凹槽内设有弹簧Ⅰ和气门,所述气门为圆环形结构,所述气门外径大于通气孔内径,所述弹簧Ⅰ一端抵在圆柱形凹槽后壁,另一端连接气门,并将气门抵在圆柱形凹槽前壁封堵住通气孔,所述气门中心孔与通气孔连通。
进一步地;所述环形活塞杆下方抵有弹簧Ⅱ,所述弹簧Ⅱ的底端抵在中空环形气缸腔室底部。
进一步地;所述环形活塞杆底部外壁设有密封圈,用于密封环形活塞杆与中空环形气缸内壁之间的间隙。
进一步地;所述轴承顶部设有端盖,所述端盖与轴承外圈固定连接。
进一步地;所述支撑杆为伸缩杆,包括外杆和内杆,所述外杆顶端固定连接中空环形气缸底部,所述内杆上端***外杆内部,且与外杆螺纹连接。
进一步地;所述支撑杆为3根。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过轴承套接手持电钻的钻夹,因此钻夹转动过程中只有轴承内圈一起转动,环形活塞杆和中空环形气缸均稳定不动,可实现稳定支撑,防止手持电钻操作时钻头滑动和振动。在钻孔完成瞬间手持电钻向下冲击时,本发明会给手持电钻向上的阻尼,抵消手持电钻的冲击力,从而避免操作人员因失去重心而受伤,同时防止打孔尺寸出现偏差,保证打孔质量。

具体实施方式
实施例:
如图1至图5所示,一种手持电钻缓冲器,包括气缸单元和活塞单元;
所述气缸单元包括中空环形气缸1和支撑杆2,所述支撑杆2为3根并均布在中空环形气缸1底部,所述支撑杆2为伸缩杆,包括外杆21和内杆22,所述外杆21顶端固定连接中空环形气缸1底部,所述内杆22上端***外杆21内部,且与外杆21螺纹连接。所述中空环形气缸1的腔室11为圆环形,所述腔室11底部设有槽口12,所述槽口12下方设有圆柱形凹槽13,所述槽口12与圆柱形凹槽13侧壁连通,所述中空环形气缸1侧壁设有与圆柱形凹槽13连通的通气孔14,所述圆柱形凹槽13内设有弹簧Ⅰ15和气门16,所述气门16为圆环形结构,所述气门16外径大于通气孔14内径,所述弹簧Ⅰ15一端抵在圆柱形凹槽13后壁,另一端连接气门16,并将气门16抵在圆柱形凹槽13前壁封堵住通气孔14,所述气门16中心孔与通气孔14连通。
所述活塞单元包括环形活塞杆3、轴承4、橡胶圈5,所述环形活塞杆3顶部设有环形底座31,所述环形底座31截面为L形,所述轴承4设于环形底座31内,所述轴承4外圈与环 形底座31固定连接,所述轴承4内圈套接橡胶圈5,所述轴承4顶部设有端盖6,所述端盖6与轴承4外圈固定连接。所述环形活塞杆3***中空环形气缸1腔室11内,并可在腔室11内上下滑动,所述环形活塞杆3下方抵有弹簧Ⅱ7,所述弹簧Ⅱ7的底端抵在腔室11底部,所述环形活塞杆3底部外壁设有密封圈32,用于密封环形活塞杆3与中空环形气缸1内壁之间的间隙。
使用时,将本发明轴承4套接手持电钻的钻夹,通过橡胶圈5卡紧,调节支撑杆2长度进行稳定支撑,然后进行钻孔操作,钻孔过程中环形活塞杆3下移,腔室11内空气经槽口12和气门16缓慢排出,在钻孔完成瞬间,手持电钻会向下冲击,带动环形活塞杆3突然下移压缩腔室11内空气,造成腔室11气体压强突然增大,但由于气门16中心孔大小未变,排气速度受限,因此腔室11内空气会给手持电钻一个向上的阻尼,抵消手持电钻的冲击力。当钻孔完成后,弹簧Ⅱ7会顶起环形活塞杆3向上复位,在外界的空气压力下弹簧Ⅰ15压缩,通气孔14完全打开,环形活塞杆3快速复位。

    所述活塞单元包括环形活塞杆、轴承、橡胶圈,所述环形活塞杆顶部设有环形底座,所述环形底座截面为L形,所述轴承设于环形底座内,所述轴承外圈与环形底座固定连接,所述轴承内圈套接橡胶圈,所述环形活塞杆***中空环形气缸腔室内,并可在腔室内上下滑动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持电钻缓冲器,其特征在于:所述槽口下方设有圆柱形凹槽,所述槽口与圆柱形凹槽侧壁连通,所述通气孔与圆柱形凹槽连通,所述圆柱形凹槽内设有弹簧Ⅰ和气门,所述气门为圆环形结构,所述气门外径大于通气孔内径,所述弹簧Ⅰ一端抵在圆柱形凹槽后壁,另一端连接气门,并将气门抵在圆柱形凹槽前壁封堵住通气孔,所述气门中心孔与通气孔连通。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手持电钻缓冲器,其特征在于:所述环形活塞杆下方抵有弹簧Ⅱ,所述弹簧Ⅱ的底端抵在中空环形气缸腔室底部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的手持电钻缓冲器,其特征在于:所述环形活塞杆底部外壁设有密封圈,用于密封环形活塞杆与中空环形气缸内壁之间的间隙。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的手持电钻缓冲器,其特征在于:所述轴承顶部设有端盖,所述端盖与轴承外圈固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的手持电钻缓冲器,其特征在于:所述支撑杆为伸缩杆,包括外杆和内杆,所述外杆顶端固定连接中空环形气缸底部,所述内杆上端***外杆内部,且与外杆螺纹连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的手持电钻缓冲器,其特征在于:所述支撑杆为3根。
