随着显示技术的发展,人们对全面屏有了更高的追求,屏占比高、有效显示面积更大、显示效果更加惊艳的全面屏技术逐渐成为主流。继刘海屏和水滴屏之后,市面上又推出挖孔屏,即通过显示面板面内开孔设计来实现全面屏显示效果,在保留机身完整视觉效果的同时,可以更好地安置前置摄像镜头及其他感光元器件。
现有的显示面板面内盲孔设计中,在组装背光板与玻璃基板时,遮光胶涂覆在偏光板的开孔处,然而由于涂覆精度不良,该开孔边缘会产生溢胶,影响涂胶形貌,进而缩小了摄像头的视角范围。

本申请提供一种显示装置及其制造方法,通过在彩膜基板侧的第一开孔内设置第一遮光体,在阵列基板侧的第二开孔处设置第二遮光体,且第一遮光体覆盖第二遮光体所在的遮光区域,避免第二遮光体向透光区方向的溢胶问题,进而保证了电子器件的视角范围。

此外,本申请实施例中所涉及的开孔、通孔以及透光区10A可以为圆形、椭圆形或其他形状。本申请实施例附图中仅以所述开孔、通孔以及透光区10A均为圆形为例进行说明,本申请对此不作限定。
请参阅图1和图2,图1为本申请实施例提供的显示装置的平面结构示意图,图2是图1中沿剖面线AA’的剖面结构示意图。显示装置100包括液晶盒10、第一偏光片21、第二偏光片22、背光模组23、第一遮光体24和第二遮光体25。液晶盒10包括一透光区10A、第一表面10a和第二表面10b。第一偏光片21设置于第一表面10a上。第一偏光片21上设置有第一开孔210。第二偏光片22设置于第二表面10b上。第二偏光片22上设置有第二开孔220。背光模组23设置在第二偏光片22的一侧。背光模组23包括第一通孔230。第一遮光体24设置在第一开孔210内。第二遮光体25设置在第二开孔220内。
具体的,液晶盒10包括一透光区10A。透光区10A用于供电子器件所需的光线穿过。液晶盒10包括第一表面10a和第二表面10b。第一表面10a位于朝向用户的一侧。第二表面10b位于朝向背光模组23的一侧。可选的,该电子器件为摄像头模组或其他光感器件。
第一偏光片21设置于第一表面10a上。第一偏光片21上设置有第一开孔210。透光区10A于第一表面10a的正投影位于第一开孔210的孔壁于第一表面10a的正投影内。第二偏光片22设置于第二表面10b上。第二偏光片22上设置有第二开孔220。透光区10A于第二表面10b的正投影位于第二开孔220的孔壁于第二表面10b的正投影内。在一些实施例中,第一偏光片21上表面还包括依次设置的光学胶、玻璃盖板等组件(图中未示出),在此不再赘述。
背光模组23设置在第二偏光片22的一侧。背光模组23包括第一通孔230。第一通孔230与透光区10A对应设置。其中,第一通孔230可用于放置电子器件。具体的,第一通孔230内可以安放前置摄像头,也可以安放其他传感器件,如距离传感器和光线传感器等。在一些实施例中,背光模组还包括背板、导光板、光源、扩散板和增光膜等光学膜片(图中未示出),在此不再赘述。
第一遮光体24设置在第一开孔210内。第一遮光体24于第一表面10a的正投影位于透光区10A于第一表面10a的正投影外周。
在本申请实施例中,由于第一遮光体24设置于液晶盒10的第一表面10a,因此可以通过控制第一遮光体24的形状,实现对涂胶形貌的控制。
第二遮光体25设置在第二开孔220内且延伸至第一通孔230的孔壁。第二遮光体25于第二表面10b的正投影位于透光区10A于第二表面10b的正投影外周。在第二表面10b的正投影上,第二遮光体25靠近透光区10A的一侧可以与透光区10A的边界留有一定距离,也可以与透光区10A的边界重合。第二遮光体25可以部分延伸至第一通孔230的孔壁,也可以完全覆盖第一通孔230的孔壁,具体情况可以根据实际应用进行设定,本申请对此不作限定。
当光源发出的光线透过第二偏光片22时,第二开孔220的孔壁与第一通孔230的孔壁边缘接触处会产生漏光效应,第二遮光体25可以通过遮挡该接触处漏出的光线,避免光线进入透光区10A而影响电子器件的采光。
液晶盒10还包括相对设置的彩膜基板11、阵列基板13和位于彩膜基板11与阵列基板13之间的液晶12。彩膜基板11包括第一基板111和设置在第一基板111上的彩膜功能层112。彩膜功能层112上开设有对应于透光区10A的第二通孔110。第二通孔110裸露出第一基板111。阵列基板13包括第二基板131和设置在第二基板131上的薄膜晶体管功能层132。薄膜晶体管功能层132上开设有对应于透光区10A的第三通孔130。第三通孔130裸露出第二基板131。透光区10A于第一表面10a的正投影位于第二通孔110的孔壁于第一表面10a的正投影内。透光区10A于第二表面10b的正投影位于第三通孔130的孔壁于第二表面10b的正投影内。液晶12填充于第二通孔110和第三通孔130。其中,透光区10A包括第一基板111的裸露部分、第二基板131的裸露部分和位于第一基板111的裸露部分与第二基板131的裸露部分之间的液晶12。
需要说明的是,第二通孔110的孔径可以与第一开孔210的孔径相同,也可以小于第一开孔210的孔径。相应的,第三通孔130的孔径可以与第一开孔210的孔径相同,也可以小于第一开孔210的孔径。具体情况根据实际情况进行设定,本申请对此不作限定。
实际工艺操作中,在第一基板111上贴附第一偏光片21时,贴附精度会发生偏移,背光光源发出的光线从第一偏光片21贴附偏移处漏出,通过在第一偏光片2 1开孔处设置第一遮光体24,可以对该贴附精度偏移产生的漏光区域进行遮挡。
可选的,第一基板111和第二基板131为玻璃基板。第一基板111和第二基板131的材质可以相同,也可以不同,具体应用时可以根据实际情况进行选择,本申请对此不作限定。
在本实施例中,第一遮光体24贴合于第一开孔210的孔壁。第二遮光体25贴合于第二开孔220的孔壁。第二遮光体25于第二表面20a的正投影位于第一遮光体24于第二表面10b的正投影内。由于涂胶精度问题,第二遮光体25的形貌不规整,在背光模组23与液晶盒10组装时,影响第一通孔230与透光区10A的对位,第一遮光体24可以覆盖第二遮光体25所在的遮光区域,从而降低了对第二遮光体25所在遮光区域的涂胶形貌的要求。
在本实施例中,第二遮光体25与透光区10A边界具有预设距离b。其中,预设距离b为第二遮光体25的可溢胶距离。即在进行第二遮光体25的涂覆工艺中,可以允许第二遮光体25延伸至预设距离b的范围内。另外,第一遮光体24通过覆盖第二遮光体25的可溢胶区域,有效避免了第二遮光体25因涂胶精度不良而带来的形貌不规整问题。具体的,预设距离b的长度可以根据实际应用需求进行设定,本申请对此不作限定。
背光模组23通过口子胶26与液晶盒10进行粘合。可选的,口子胶26为具有遮光效果的遮光材料,对第二偏光片22与第一通孔230孔壁边缘粘合处产生的漏光具有遮挡作用。在本申请实施例中,口子胶26还可以用于粘合背光模组23与液晶盒10组装完成后所形成的面板边缘(图中未示出),在此不再赘述。
第二开孔220的孔壁于第一表面10a的正投影位于第一开孔210的孔壁于第一表面10a的正投影内,且第一开孔210的孔径大于所述第二开孔220的孔径。
因口子胶26干涉的影响,背光模组23与第二偏光片22贴合可能会造成第二遮光体25向第二偏光片22的方向溢胶,影响第二遮光体25的涂胶形貌。由于第一遮光体24贴合于第一开孔210的孔壁设置,第二遮光体25贴合于第二开孔220的孔壁设置。因此,第一遮光体24相应地覆盖第二遮光体25的溢胶部分,以确保遮光胶整体外观的完整性。
需要说明的是,在保证第一遮光体24有效覆盖溢胶形貌的前提下,为了不影响 显示区的显示面积,在偏光片开孔设计中,第一开孔210的孔径略大于第二开孔220的孔径即可。
可选的,第一遮光体24为遮光胶或黑色油墨,或其它具有遮光效果的遮光材料。第二遮光体25可以为遮光胶。具体应用时可以根据实际情况进行选择,本申请对此不作限定。
在本申请实施例中,第一通孔230与透光区10A同轴设置。
本申请实施例提供的显示装置100中,通过在彩膜基板11侧的第一开孔210内设置第一遮光体24,在阵列基板13侧的第二开孔220处设置第二遮光体25,且第一遮光体24覆盖第二遮光体25所在的遮光区域,避免第二遮光体25向透光区10A方向的溢胶问题,进而保证了电子器件的视角范围。此外,在背光模组23与第二偏光片22贴合处,第一遮光体24相应地覆盖第二遮光体25的溢胶部分,确保了遮光胶整体外观的完整性。
请参照图2和图3,图3为本申请实施例提供的显示装置的制造方法的流程图。本申请实施例还提供一种显示装置的制造方法,如图3所示,本申请提供的显示装置的制造方法包括:
S101,提供一液晶盒10,液晶盒10包括一透光区10A、第一表面10a和第二表面10b。其中,第一表面10a上设置有第一偏光片21。第二表面10b上设置有第二偏光片22。第一偏光片21上设置有第一开孔210。第二偏光片22上设置有第二开孔220。透光区10A于第一表面10a的正投影位于第一开孔210的孔壁于第一表面10a的正投影内。透光区10A于第二表面10b的正投影位于第二开孔220的孔壁于第二表面10b的正投影内。
具体的,在液晶盒10组装工艺中,包括以下步骤:提供一第一基板111,在第一基板111上形成彩膜功能层112膜层;提供一第二基板131,在第二基板131上形成薄膜晶体管功能层132膜层。在液晶盒10的制程中,分别在彩膜功能层112以及薄膜晶体管功能层132上的开孔区预留一圆孔空间,并对该圆孔空间内的膜层进行挖孔处理,形成对应的第二通孔110以及第三通孔130,然后将液晶12填充于彩膜基板11和阵列基板13之间,并通过贴附工艺形成液晶盒10。其中,在开孔区,液晶12位于彩膜基板11和阵列基板13之间,并填充第二通孔110和第三 通孔130。
在液晶盒10的第一表面10a贴附第一偏光片21,第一偏光片21上贴附有第一保护膜。在第二表面10b贴附第二偏光片22,第二偏光片22上贴附有第二保护膜。在一些实施例中,液晶盒10组装工艺还包括组装前对取向膜的处理、框胶涂布、贴合以及组装后的切割、密封等工程,在此不再赘述。
S102,在第一开孔210内形成第一遮光体24,第一遮光体24自第一开孔210的孔壁延伸至透光区10A的边界。
其中,第一遮光体24的材料为第一遮光材料,通过在第一开孔210内涂覆或喷涂第一遮光材料,形成第一遮光体24。在本申请实施例中,可以将第一遮光材料直接涂覆于第一开孔210内,也可以通过喷涂设备将第一遮光材料喷射于第一开孔210内,具体方法可以根据实际工艺需求进行选择,本申请对此不作限定。
在形成第一遮光体24之前,首先将液晶盒10与基层电路板以及驱动电路板等进行贴合绑定,完成驱动电路的连接,然后撕除第一偏光片21上的第一保护膜,于第一开孔210内涂覆或喷涂第一遮光材料,该第一遮光材料可以为遮光胶或黑色油墨。由于第一遮光体24通过平面制程形成于第一开孔210内,工艺操作简单,在得到良好涂胶形貌的同时,可以节约工艺成本。
具体的,该第一遮光材料可以自第一开孔210的孔壁延伸至透光区10A的边界,并通过固化该第一遮光材料形成第一遮光体24。其中,第一遮光体24可以完全覆盖第一开孔210的孔壁。在第一遮光体24形成之后,还包括步骤:将光学胶贴附于玻璃盖板上,并将玻璃盖板贴附有光学胶的一面与第一偏光片21进行贴合,通过加压升温对贴合后产生的脱泡进行处理,完成贴合制程。
S103,提供一背光模组23,将背光模组23与液晶盒10进行组装,背光模组23包括第一通孔230,第一通孔230与透光区10A对应设置。
在背光模组23与液晶盒10组装过程中,包括步骤:撕除第二偏光片22上的第二偏光片保护膜,用口子胶26将背光模组23与液晶盒10进行粘合。
S104,在第二开孔220内形成第二遮光体25,第二遮光体25自第二开孔220的孔壁延伸至第一通孔230的孔壁。
其中,第二遮光体25的材料为第二遮光材料,通过在第二开孔220内涂覆第二 遮光材料,形成第二遮光体25。该第二遮光材料可以为遮光胶,可以通过点涂的方式将遮光胶涂覆于第二开孔220内。
该第二遮光材料可以自第二开孔220的孔壁延伸至第一通孔230的孔壁,并通过固化该第二遮光材料形成第二遮光体25。由于第二遮光体25靠近透光区10A边界处具有预设距离b,在点胶工艺中,除可以根据透光区10A与第一通孔230的孔径差异来调节预设距离b的大小之外,还可以通过调节点胶时的出胶速度以及出胶孔的大小来控制第二遮光体25在第二表面10b的遮光范围,进而控
制预设距离b的大小,从而避免第二遮光体25形成时产生的溢胶进入透光区10A,影响电子器件的采光。
此外,在涂覆过程中,考虑到操作条件及工艺成本的要求,第二遮光体25并不会完全覆盖第一通孔230的孔壁,具体覆盖范围可以根据实际应用进行设定,本申请对此不作限定。
本申请实施例提供的显示装置100的制造方法中,通过在彩膜基板11侧的第一开孔210内涂覆或喷涂第一遮光材料,以形成第一遮光体24,在阵列基板13侧的第二开孔220处涂覆第二遮光材料,以形成第二遮光体25,且第一遮光体24覆盖第二遮光体25所在的遮光区域,避免第二遮光体25向透光区10A方向的溢胶问题,进而保证了电子器件的视角范围。此外,在贴合背光模组23与第二偏光片22时,第一遮光体24相应地覆盖第二遮光体25的溢胶部分,确保了遮光胶整体外观的完整性。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种显示装置,其包括:
    液晶盒,所述液晶盒包括一透光区,所述透光区用于供电子器件所需的光线穿过;所述液晶盒包括第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面位于朝向用户的一侧,所述第二表面位于朝向背光模组的一侧;
    第一偏光片,设置于所述第一表面上;所述第一偏光片上设置有第一开孔,所述透光区于所述第一表面的正投影位于所述第一开孔的孔壁于所述第一表面的正投影内;
    第二偏光片,设置于所述第二表面上;所述第二偏光片上设置有第二开孔,所述透光区于所述第二表面的正投影位于所述第二开孔的孔壁于所述第二表面的正投影内;
    所述背光模组,设置在所述第二偏光片的一侧;所述背光模组通过口子胶与所述液晶盒粘合,所述背光模组包括第一通孔,所述第一通孔与所述透光区对应设置;
    第一遮光体,设置在所述第一开孔内,所述第一遮光体于所述第一表面的正投影位于所述透光区于所述第一表面的正投影外周,所述第一遮光体为遮光胶或黑色油墨;以及
    第二遮光体,设置在所述第二开孔内且延伸至所述第一通孔的孔壁,所述第二遮光体于所述第二表面的正投影位于所述透光区于所述第二表面的正投影外周,所述第二遮光体为遮光胶。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述液晶盒还包括相对设置的彩膜基板、阵列基板和位于所述彩膜基板与所述阵列基板之间的液晶;
    所述彩膜基板包括第一基板和设置在所述第一基板上的彩膜功能层,所述彩膜功能层上开设有对应于所述透光区的第二通孔,所述第二通孔裸露出所述第一基板;
    所述阵列基板包括第二基板和设置在所述第二基板上的薄膜晶体 管功能层,所述薄膜晶体管功能层上开设有对应于所述透光区的第三通孔,所述第三通孔裸露出所述第二基板;
    所述液晶填充于所述第二通孔和所述第三通孔;
    所述透光区包括所述第一基板的裸露部分、所述第二基板的裸露部分和位于所述第一基板的裸露部分与所述第二基板的裸露部分之间的液晶。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一遮光体贴合于所述第一开孔的孔壁,所述第二遮光体贴合于所述第二开孔的孔壁;
    所述第二遮光体于所述第二表面的正投影位于所述第一遮光体于所述第二表面的正投影内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二遮光体与所述透光区边界具有预设距离。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二开孔的孔壁于所述第一表面的正投影位于所述第一开孔的孔壁于所述第一表面的正投影内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一通孔与所述透光区同轴设置。
  7. 一种显示装置,其包括:
    液晶盒,所述液晶盒包括一透光区,所述透光区用于供电子器件所需的光线穿过;所述液晶盒包括第一表面和第二表面,所述第一表面位于朝向用户的一侧,所述第二表面位于朝向背光模组的一侧;
    第一偏光片,设置于所述第一表面上;所述第一偏光片上设置有第一开孔,所述透光区于所述第一表面的正投影位于所述第一开孔的孔壁于所述第一表面的正投影内;
    第二偏光片,设置于所述第二表面上;所述第二偏光片上设置有第二开孔,所述透光区于所述第二表面的正投影位于所述第二开 孔的孔壁于所述第二表面的正投影内;
    所述背光模组,设置在所述第二偏光片的一侧;所述背光模组包括第一通孔,所述第一通孔与所述透光区对应设置;
    第一遮光体,设置在所述第一开孔内,所述第一遮光体于所述第一表面的正投影位于所述透光区于所述第一表面的正投影外周;以及
    第二遮光体,设置在所述第二开孔内且延伸至所述第一通孔的孔壁,所述第二遮光体于所述第二表面的正投影位于所述透光区于所述第二表面的正投影外周。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示装置,其中,所述液晶盒还包括相对设置的彩膜基板、阵列基板和位于所述彩膜基板与所述阵列基板之间的液晶;
    所述彩膜基板包括第一基板和设置在所述第一基板上的彩膜功能层,所述彩膜功能层上开设有对应于所述透光区的第二通孔,所述第二通孔裸露出所述第一基板;
    所述阵列基板包括第二基板和设置在所述第二基板上的薄膜晶体管功能层,所述薄膜晶体管功能层上开设有对应于所述透光区的第三通孔,所述第三通孔裸露出所述第二基板;
    所述液晶填充于所述第二通孔和所述第三通孔;
    所述透光区包括所述第一基板的裸露部分、所述第二基板的裸露部分和位于所述第一基板的裸露部分与所述第二基板的裸露部分之间的液晶。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一遮光体贴合于所述第一开孔的孔壁,所述第二遮光体贴合于所述第二开孔的孔壁;
    所述第二遮光体于所述第二表面的正投影位于所述第一遮光体于所述第二表面的正投影内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二遮光体与所述透 光区边界具有预设距离。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的显示装置,其中,所述背光模组通过口子胶与所述液晶盒粘合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二开孔的孔壁于所述第一表面的正投影位于所述第一开孔的孔壁于所述第一表面的正投影内。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一遮光体为遮光胶或黑色油墨;
    所述第二遮光体为遮光胶。
  14. 根据权利要求7所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一通孔与所述透光区同轴设置。
  15. 一种显示装置的制造方法,其包括:
    提供一液晶盒,所述液晶盒包括一透光区、第一表面和第二表面;其中,所述第一表面上设置有第一偏光片,所述第二表面上设置有第二偏光片,所述第一偏光片上设置有第一开孔,所述第二偏光片上设置有第二开孔,所述透光区于所述第一表面的正投影位于所述第一开孔的孔壁于所述第一表面的正投影内,所述透光区于所述第二表面的正投影位于所述第二开孔的孔壁于所述第二表面的正投影内;
    在所述第一开孔内形成第一遮光体,所述第一遮光体自所述第一开孔的孔壁延伸至所述透光区的边界;
    提供一背光模组,将所述背光模组与所述液晶盒进行组装,所述背光模组包括第一通孔,所述第一通孔与所述透光区对应设置;
    在所述第二开孔内形成第二遮光体,所述第二遮光体自所述第二开孔的孔壁延伸至所述第一通孔的孔壁。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的制造方法,其中,所述在所述第一开孔内形成第一遮光体,包括:
    在所述第一开孔内涂覆或喷涂第一遮光材料,所述第一遮光材料 自所述第一开孔的孔壁延伸至所述透光区的边界;
    固化所述第一遮光材料形成所述第一遮光体。
