具体来说,支撑件20的第一端通过扭簧40与固定座10转动连接通过转轴22实现,支撑件20的第一端设有第一转轴孔24,固定座10上设有相应的第二转轴孔16,转轴22穿过第一转轴孔24、扭簧40和第二转轴孔16,实现了支撑件20的第一端通过扭簧40与固定座10转动连接。
在其他的实施方式中,弹性件40也可以为普通的弹簧,弹性件40设置在支撑件20的第二端和固定座10之间,从而为支撑件20的第二端的弹起提供弹性力。
在其他的实施方式中,也可以采用其他的方案实现支撑件20的第一端与固定座10的转动连接。例如,通过相互配合的圆形凸块和圆形凹槽。
在另一个实施方式中,支撑件20还可以为折弯弹片,支撑件20包括彼此形成一夹角的第一段和第二段。在该实施方式中,第一段远离第二段的一端为支撑件20的第一端,第二段远离第一段的一端为支撑件20的第二端。支撑件20的第一端安装在固定座10上,当盖合件30运动时,即可实现支撑件20的第二端位于盖合件30的下方或支撑件20的第二端弹出固定座10的顶面。
具体来说,本实施方式中,盖合件30可以相对于固定座10滑动,盖合件30与固定座10之间设有滑动结构,滑动结构用于使盖合件30在第一位置和第二位置之间滑动。在其他的实施方式中,盖合件30也可以相对于固定座10转动。
本实施方式中,固定座10包括底板11和自底板11的边缘向上延伸形成的边框13,底板11和边框13围成容纳槽12。滑动结构包括滑轨14和滑动配合部32。
底板11和边框13可以一体成型,也可以卡扣连接。
具体来说,本实施方式中,滑轨14设置在边框13的内侧,滑动配合部32设置在盖合件30的外侧。
结合附图,本实施方式中,滑轨14为长条状凹槽,滑动配合部32为凸块。
在其他的实施方式中,滑轨14也可以为长条状凸块,滑动配合部32为凹槽;或者,滑轨14和滑动配合部32也可以为其他形态,只要能够实现二者滑 动配合,盖合件30能够沿着容纳槽12的槽壁滑动即可。
在其他的实施方式中,滑轨14也可以设置在边框13的外侧,滑动配合部32设置在盖合件30的内侧。
具体来说,结合附图,本实施方式中,盖合件30滑动至第一位置时,盖合件30位于边框13的一端。盖合件30滑动至第二位置时,盖合件30位于边框13的另一端。
结合附图,优选的,本实施方式中,底板11上还设有垫块15,支架100处于打开状态时,垫块15层叠在盖合件30的正下方,从而可以对盖合件30进行一定程度的支撑,提高机械强度。
本实施方式中,支架100处于打开状态时,支撑件20与固定座10之间的夹角为40°~75°。
具体来说,支撑件20与固定座10之间的夹角可以为40°、41°、42°、43°、44°、45°、46°、47°、48°、49°、50°、51°、52°、53°、54°、55°、56°、57°、58°、59°、60°、61°、62°、63°、64°、65°、66°、67°、68°、69°、70°、71°、72°、73°、74°或75°。
优选的,固定座10的下表面设有粘胶层,从而可以将该支架100粘贴到移动电子设备的外壳或保护壳上。
上述的支架100可以设置在移动电子设备(例如,手机、平板电脑、耳机盒、移动电源、等)的外壳或保护壳上,从而形成支撑结构。
如图6~图9所示的第二实施方式的支架200,包括固定座210、支撑件220和盖合件230,固定座210用于将支架200安装到移动电子设备的外壳或保护壳的背面。
固定座210具有相对的顶面和底面,底面用于安装支架200。
支撑件220设置在固定座210的顶面。
支撑件220具有相对的第一端和第二端,支撑件220的第一端与固定座210连接,支撑件220的第二端可以在弹力作用下远离固定座210的顶面。
盖合件230设置在固定座210的顶面上,盖合件230与固定座210之间设有滑动结构,滑动结构用于使盖合件230在第一位置和第二位置之间滑动。
本实施方式的支架200与第一实施方式的支架100在结构上基本相同,区别点主要在于:盖合件230包括顶板232以及自顶板232的边缘向下延伸形成的边框234。滑动结构包括滑轨212和滑动配合部236,滑轨212设置在固定座210的外侧,滑动配合部236设置在边框234的内侧。
在其他的实施方式中,滑轨212也可以设置在边框234的内侧,相应的,滑动配合部236设置在固定座210的外侧。
本实施方式中,滑轨212为固定座210的外侧的长条状的凹槽,滑动配合部236为凸起。
在其他的实施方式中,滑轨212也可以为长条状的凸起,滑动配合部236为凹槽。
本实施方式中,通过设置在支撑件220的第一端的圆形凸块222和设置在固定座210上的圆形凹槽214实现转动连接。
如图10~图11所示的第三实施方式的支架300,包括固定座310、支撑件320和盖合件330,固定座310用于将支架300安装到移动电子设备的外壳或保护壳的背面。
固定座310具有相对的顶面和底面,底面用于安装支架300。
支撑件320设置在固定座310的顶面。
支撑件320具有相对的第一端和第二端,支撑件320的第一端与固定座310连接,支撑件320的第二端可以在弹力作用下远离固定座310的顶面。
盖合件330设置在固定座310的顶面上,盖合件330与固定座310之间设有滑动结构,滑动结构用于使盖合件330在第一位置和第二位置之间滑动。
本实施方式的支架300与第一实施方式的支架100在结构上基本相同,区别点主要在于:滑动结构包括滑轨312和滑动卡块332,滑轨312为长条状的通孔(在其他的实施方式中也可以为长条状的凹槽)。滑轨312设置在固定座310的中部,滑动卡块332设置在盖合件330上,滑动卡块332与滑轨312卡扣在一起,从而使得盖合件330可以与固定座310滑动连接。
在其他的实施方式中,滑轨312也可以设置在盖合件330的中部,滑动卡块332设置在固定座310上。
本实施方式中,滑动卡块332为螺钉,滑动卡块332穿过312后与盖合件330固定连接。
如图12~图14所示的第四实施方式的支架400,包括固定座410、支撑件420和盖合件430,固定座410用于将支架400安装到移动电子设备的外壳或保护壳的背面。
固定座410具有相对的顶面和底面,底面用于安装支架400。
支撑件420设置在固定座410的顶面。
支撑件420具有相对的第一端和第二端,支撑件420的第一端与固定座410连接,支撑件420的第二端可以在弹力作用下远离固定座410的顶面。
盖合件430设置在固定座410的顶面上,盖合件430与固定座410转动连接,从而使得盖合件430可以在第一位置和第二位置之间滑动。
本实施方式的支架400与第一实施方式的支架100在结构上基本相同,区别点主要在于:盖合件430与固定座410转动连接。
结合附图,本实施方式中,盖合件430的转动轴432与固定座410的顶面垂直,从而使得盖合件430转动形成的平面平行于固定座410的顶面。
如图15~图17所示的第五实施方式的支架500,包括固定座510、支撑件520和盖合件530,固定座510用于将支架500安装到移动电子设备的外壳或保护壳的背面。
固定座510具有相对的顶面和底面,底面用于安装支架500。
支撑件520设置在固定座510的顶面。
支撑件520具有相对的第一端和第二端,支撑件520的第一端与固定座510连接,支撑件520的第二端可以在弹力作用下远离固定座510的顶面。
盖合件530设置在固定座510的顶面上,盖合件530与固定座510转动连接,从而使得盖合件530可以在第一位置和第二位置之间滑动。
本实施方式的支架500与第一实施方式的支架100在结构上基本相同,区别点主要在于:盖合件530与固定座510转动连接。
结合附图,本实施方式中,盖合件530的转动轴与固定座510的顶面平行,从而使得盖合件530转动形成的平面垂直于固定座510的顶面。
本实施方式中,盖合件530的中部形成转轴532,盖合件530远离支撑件520的一端与固定座510之间设有弹性件534。
当盖合件530位于支撑件510的第二端的上方时,弹性件534提供弹性力使得支撑件530可以压住支撑件510的第二端。
在其他的实施方式中,也可以通过增加转轴532处的阻尼值来实现类似的效果。
下面以第一实施方式的支架100应用到保护壳为例,对其进行介绍。
如图18所示的一实施方式的保护壳,包括上述的支架100,固定座10与保护壳的后盖1020固定连接。
安装了这种保护壳的移动电子设备可以通过打开支架100形成支撑结构,从而可以将安装了这种保护壳的移动电子设备放置在桌面上进行视频播放。这种保护壳结构简单,便于使用,具有较佳的应用前景。
优选的,支撑件20与固定座10之间的夹角可以为53°,此时用户具有最佳的播放体验。
结合附图,本实施方式中,支架100一体成型到保护壳的后盖1020。在其他的实施方式中,支架100也可以粘贴到保护壳的后盖1020。
以上所述实施方式仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种支架,用于安装或一体成型到移动电子设备的外壳或保护壳的背面,其特征在于,包括固定座、支撑件和盖合件;
    所述固定座具有相对的顶面和底面,所述底面用于安装所述支架;
    所述支撑件设置在所述顶面上,所述支撑件具有相对的第一端和第二端,所述支撑件的第一端与所述固定座连接,并且所述支撑件的第二端可以在弹力作用下远离所述顶面;
    所述盖合件与所述固定座连接,并且所述盖合件可以相对于所述固定座在第一位置和第二位置之间运动;
    所述盖合件运动至所述第一位置时,所述盖合件位于所述支撑件的第二端的上方,并且所述支撑件的第二端有相对所述顶面弹起的趋势,此时所述支架处于闭合状态;所述盖合件运动至所述第二位置时,所述支撑件的第二端脱离所述盖合件并相对于所述顶面弹起,此时所述支架处于打开状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支架还包括弹性件,所述弹性件分别与所述固定座和所述支撑件连接;
    所述支架处于闭合状态时,所述弹性件处于弹性形变状态,从而为所述支撑件的第二端提供弹性力,使得所述支撑件的第二端有相对所述顶面弹起的趋势。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述支架处于打开状态时,所述支撑件的第一端比所述支撑件的第二端更靠近所述盖合件。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的支架,其特征在于,所述盖合件与所述固定座之间设有滑动结构,所述滑动结构用于使所述盖合件可以相对于所述固定座在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间滑动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的支架,其特征在于,所述固定座包括底板以及自所述底板的边缘向上延伸形成的边框,所述滑动结构包括滑轨和滑动配合部,所述滑轨和所述滑动配合部二者之一设置在所述边框的内侧,所述滑轨和所述滑动配合部二者之另一设置在所述盖合件的外侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的支架,其特征在于,所述底板上还设有垫块,所 述支架处于打开状态时,所述垫块层叠在所述盖合件的正下方;
    所述支架还包括转轴,所述支撑件的第一端设有第一转轴孔,所述边框靠近所述垫块的位置设有相应的第二转轴孔,所述转轴穿过所述第一转轴孔和所述第二转轴孔。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的支架,其特征在于,所述盖合件包括顶板以及自所述顶板的边缘向下延伸形成的边框,所述滑动结构包括滑轨和滑动配合部,所述滑轨和所述滑动配合部二者之一设置在所述边框的内侧,所述滑轨和所述滑动配合部二者之另一设置在所述固定座的外侧。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的支架,其特征在于,所述滑动结构包括滑轨和滑动卡块,所述滑轨为长条状的凹槽或长条状的通孔,所述盖合件和所述固定座二者之一的中部设有所述滑轨,所述盖合件和所述固定座二者之另一设有所述滑动卡块。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的支架,其特征在于,所述盖合件与所述固定座转动连接,所述盖合件转动形成的转动平面与所述顶面平行;
    或者,所述盖合件与所述固定座转动连接,所述盖合件转动形成的转动平面与所述顶面垂直。
  10. 一种保护壳,用于移动电子设备,其特征在于,所述保护壳包括如权利要求1~9中任一项所述的支架,所述固定座安装或一体成型到所述保护壳的后盖。
