但是现有的扫地机器人大多只有扫地的功能,清扫清洁效果不彻底,同时只能对地面进行打扫,而对于生活中产生的废水、废物等无法处理,功能较为单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有清扫清洁功能的家居机器人,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

2、随着两个清扫刷向内转动清扫,对于地面上的灰尘等颗粒杂质有向后向内的推动力,同时启动引风机,使得集尘箱的内部形成负压,从而进一步吸引灰尘等颗粒杂质从吸尘口进入集尘箱中进行收集,便于统一处理;
3、从注水口将清水注入清水箱中,启动微型水泵,微型水泵利用进水管将清水箱中的清水泵出后传送到出水管中,再经过出水管传送进入分液滴管中,通过分液滴管润湿擦拭布,润湿后的擦拭布在行走机构的带动下对地面进行彻底的擦拭,当擦拭布需要更换后将擦拭布从粘贴布上撕下后即可进行替换;
4、废水进入废水处理箱中,首先通过筛网过滤掉废水中的颗粒杂质,经过筛网的初步拦截后进入吸附层中,能吸收废水中的异味等,从而达到再利用的标准,启动自动伸缩杆,自动伸缩杆带动双面刮板向另一端推动,双面刮板上的挂齿从而对筛网上的杂质进行刮除;
5、废物进入废物处理箱中,启动第二电机,第二电机带动第四齿轮转动,从而带动第五齿轮反向转动,控制两个第二转轴上的破碎螺旋齿相对向内转动,从而对废物杂质进行破碎处理。

该具有清扫清洁功能的家居机器人,不仅具有清扫地面灰尘杂物的功能,还能作为家庭垃圾处理箱使用,并且对家庭固体垃圾和液体垃圾进行分别处理,可以进行再利用,方便处理回收,另外,与现有技术中的扫地机器人相比,该具有清扫清洁功能的家居机器人集扫地和拖地为一体,提高了清洁程度,保证了家庭卫生。
如图2~4所示,本实施例中,所述行走机构包括安装在所述清扫圆盘1下表面两侧的驱动轮9和安装在所述清扫圆盘1下表面顶端的万向轮11。
利用驱动轮9可以带动清扫圆盘1在移动的过程中完成对地面的清扫工作,同时利用万向轮11可以调转清扫圆盘1的方向,从而保证清扫圆盘1可以往任意方向进行移动,实现全面清扫的目的,减少清扫死角,由于驱动轮9和万向轮11是扫地机器人中常用的驱动行走设备,其具体的构造和原理在此不再赘述。
进一步的,所述扫地组件包括两个位于所述驱动轮9前侧的清扫刷8,所述清扫刷8安装在驱动组件上;所述驱动组件包括安装在所述清扫圆盘1内部的第一电机13,所述第一电机13的输出轴上套设有第一齿轮14,所述第一齿轮14的左右两侧均设有与之连续啮合的第二齿轮24,右端第二齿轮24的右侧设有与之连续啮合的第三齿轮25,左端的第二齿轮24以及第三齿轮25中均固定有第一转轴15,所述第一转轴15的底端固定有所述清扫刷8。
启动第一电机13,第一电机13带动第一齿轮14转动,第一齿轮14由此带动左右两侧的第二齿轮24同向转动(与第一齿轮14转动方向相反),右端的第二齿轮24由此带动第三齿轮25反向转动,从而左端的第二齿轮24以及第三齿轮25转动方向相反,控制保证第二齿轮24和第三齿轮25向内转动,从而保证第一转轴15底端的清扫刷8对地面进行清扫。
具体的,所述扫地组件还包括吸尘口12,所述吸尘口12位于两个清扫刷 8的后方,所述吸尘口12与位于所述清扫圆盘1内部的集尘箱16相连通,所述集尘箱16的外侧安装有引风机17,所述引风机17的吸风口设有连接管与所述集尘箱16相连接。
随着两个清扫刷8向内转动清扫,对于地面上的灰尘等颗粒杂质有向后向内的推动力,同时启动引风机17,使得集尘箱16的内部形成负压,从而进一步吸引灰尘等颗粒杂质从吸尘口12进入集尘箱16中进行收集,便于统一处理。
进一步的,所述拖地组件包括固定在所述集尘箱16后端的清水箱18,所述清水箱18的顶端设有注水口7;所述清水箱18的底端安装有微型水泵19,所述微型水泵19的进水口设有进水管20与所述清水箱18相连接,所述微型水泵19的出水口设有出水管21,所述出水管21的尾端连接有分液滴管22,所述分液滴管22位于擦拭布10的上表面;所述擦拭布10通过粘贴布23粘贴在所述清扫圆盘1下表面的后侧。
在利用清扫刷8对地面进行清扫收集杂质颗粒等,再利用拖地组件对地面进行进一步的清洁处理,保证了环境卫生,从注水口7将清水注入清水箱18中,启动微型水泵19,微型水泵19利用进水管20将清水箱18中的清水泵出后传送到出水管21中,再经过出水管21传送进入分液滴管22中,通过分液滴管22润湿擦拭布10,利用分液滴管22可以均匀快速的润湿擦拭布10,润湿后的擦拭布10在行走机构的带动下对地面进行彻底的擦拭,当擦拭布10需要更换后将擦拭布10从粘贴布23上撕下后即可进行替换。
实施例2
请参阅图1,本发明提供的再一个实施例中,所述废水处理箱2的顶端铰接有水箱盖4,所述废水处理箱2的底端设有出水口6,所述废水处理箱2的内部设有净化机构;所述废物处理箱3的顶端铰接有废物箱盖5,所述废物处理箱3的内部设有破碎机构。
当需要处理生活废水时,将水箱盖4向上翻开,将废水倒入废水处理箱2中,经过净化机构处理后达到可以再利用的标准,再通过出水口6排出,能够节约水资源,当需要处理生活废物如废纸、硬壳板等时,将废物箱盖5向上翻开,将生活废物经过破碎机构初步破碎处理,减少了占据空间。
如图5所示,本实施例中,所述净化机构从上到下依次包括筛网31和吸附层34,所述筛网31上套设有双面刮板33,所述双面刮板33通过自动伸缩杆32安装在所述废水处理箱2的内壁上,所述双面刮板33与所述筛网31相接触的面上固定有刮齿。
废水进入废水处理箱2中,首先通过筛网31过滤掉废水中的颗粒杂质,然后进入吸附层34中,能吸收废水中的异味等,从而达到再利用的标准,当废水中的杂质过多时容易堵塞筛网31,启动自动伸缩杆32,自动伸缩杆32带动双面刮板33向另一端推动,双面刮板33上的挂齿从而对筛网31上的杂质进行刮除。
如图6所示,本实施例中,所述破碎机构包括第二电机26,所述第二电机26的输出轴上套设有第四齿轮27,所述第四齿轮27的后侧设有与之连续啮合的第五齿轮28,所述第四齿轮27和第五齿轮28中均固定有第二转轴29,所述第二转轴29上固定有相互咬合的破碎螺旋齿30。
废物进入废物处理箱3中,启动第二电机26,第二电机26带动第四齿轮27转动,从而带动第五齿轮28反向转动,控制两个第二转轴29上的破碎螺旋齿30相对向内转动,从而对废物杂质进行破碎处理。
该文中出现的电器元件均与外界的主控器及220V市电电连接,并且主控器可为计算机等起到控制的常规已知设备。
在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连, 也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种具有清扫清洁功能的家居机器人,其特征在于,包括:
    用于清扫地面的清扫圆盘(1);
    用于处理家庭废水的废水处理箱(2);
    用于处理家庭废物的废物处理箱(3);
    所述废水处理箱(2)和废物处理箱(3)均固定在所述清扫圆盘(1)的上表面;
    所述清扫圆盘(1)的底端设有行走机构和清扫机构,所述清扫机构包括扫地组件和拖地组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有清扫清洁功能的家居机器人,其特征在于,所述行走机构包括安装在所述清扫圆盘(1)下表面两侧的驱动轮(9)和安装在所述清扫圆盘(1)下表面顶端的万向轮(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有清扫清洁功能的家居机器人,其特征在于,所述扫地组件包括两个位于所述驱动轮(9)前侧的清扫刷(8),所述清扫刷(8)安装在驱动组件上;
    所述驱动组件包括安装在所述清扫圆盘(1)内部的第一电机(13),所述第一电机(13)的输出轴上套设有第一齿轮(14),所述第一齿轮(14)的左右两侧均设有与之连续啮合的第二齿轮(24),右端第二齿轮(24)的右侧设有与之连续啮合的第三齿轮(25),左端的第二齿轮(24)以及第三齿轮(25)中均固定有第一转轴(15),所述第一转轴(15)的底端固定有所述清扫刷(8)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有清扫清洁功能的家居机器人,其特征在于,所述扫地组件还包括吸尘口(12),所述吸尘口(12)位于两个清扫刷(8)的后方,所述吸尘口(12)与位于所述清扫圆盘(1)内部的集尘箱(16)相连通,所述集尘箱(16)的外侧安装有引风机(17),所述引风机(17)的吸风口设有连接管与所述集尘箱(16)相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有清扫清洁功能的家居机器人,其特征在于, 所述拖地组件包括固定在所述集尘箱(16)后端的清水箱(18),所述清水箱(18)的顶端设有注水口(7);
    所述清水箱(18)的底端安装有微型水泵(19),所述微型水泵(19)的进水口设有进水管(20)与所述清水箱(18)相连接,所述微型水泵(19)的出水口设有出水管(21),所述出水管(21)的尾端连接有分液滴管(22),所述分液滴管(22)位于擦拭布(10)的上表面;
    所述擦拭布(10)通过粘贴布(23)粘贴在所述清扫圆盘(1)下表面的后侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一所述的具有清扫清洁功能的家居机器人,其特征在于,所述废水处理箱(2)的顶端铰接有水箱盖(4),所述废水处理箱(2)的底端设有出水口(6),所述废水处理箱(2)的内部设有净化机构;
    所述废物处理箱(3)的顶端铰接有废物箱盖(5),所述废物处理箱(3)的内部设有破碎机构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有清扫清洁功能的家居机器人,其特征在于,所述净化机构从上到下依次包括筛网(31)和吸附层(34),所述筛网(31)上套设有双面刮板(33),所述双面刮板(33)通过自动伸缩杆(32)安装在所述废水处理箱(2)的内壁上,所述双面刮板(33)与所述筛网(31)相接触的面上固定有刮齿。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的具有清扫清洁功能的家居机器人,其特征在于,所述破碎机构包括第二电机(26),所述第二电机(26)的输出轴上套设有第四齿轮(27),所述第四齿轮(27)的后侧设有与之连续啮合的第五齿轮(28),所述第四齿轮(27)和第五齿轮(28)中均固定有第二转轴(29),所述第二转轴(29)上固定有相互咬合的破碎螺旋齿(30)。
