本发明实施例能够对检测设备进行保护,同时收放方便,避免了检测设备的损坏,进而提高了检测的精确度,且还能够对机械配件进行夹持限位,避免检测过程中机械配件脱落,提高了检测效率。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的机械配件加工质量检测设备,其特征在于,所述收纳组件包括驱动组件、检测设备安装座(14)和升降组件(15),驱动组件与升降组件(15)固定连接,升降组件(15)的上方固定连接有检测设备安装座(14),检测设备安装座(14)上安装有检测设备。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的机械配件加工质量检测设备,其特征在于,驱动组件包括从动齿板(11)、驱动齿轮(12)和支撑板(13),所述从动齿板(11)的底部设有齿条安装槽(17),齿条安装槽(17)上安装有齿条,从动齿板(11)的下方设有驱动齿轮(12),驱动齿轮(12)固定连接有驱动电机,齿条与驱动齿轮(12)啮合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的机械配件加工质量检测设备,其特征在于,从动齿板(11)的右侧开设有限位槽(18),限位槽(18)内设有限位滑块,限位滑块的底部与底座(2)的内壁固定连接,且限位滑块与限位槽(18)滑动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的机械配件加工质量检测设备,其特征在于,所述升降组件(15)包括下滑块(19)和上滑块(20),下滑块(19)的底部与支撑板(13)固定连接,上滑块(20)的顶部固定连接有检测设备安装座(14),下滑块(19)和上滑块(20)相互靠近的一侧均设有斜面,两个斜面滑动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的机械配件加工质量检测设备,其特征在于,所述挡板(4)上对称设有两个竖直滑槽(10),竖直滑槽(10)内固定安装有气缸(9),气缸(9)的伸缩端固定连接有限位板(8)。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的机械配件加工质量检测设备,其特征在于,挡板(4)顶部中间位置设有拍摄装置收纳槽(5),拍摄装置收纳槽(5)的上方设有拍摄装置(7),拍摄装置(7)的后侧固定连接有液压缸(6),液压缸(6)安装在支架(1)上。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的机械配件加工质量检测设备,其特征在于,从动齿板(11)的上表面开设有卡槽(16),卡槽(16)内固定安装有支撑杆,支撑杆的顶部固定连接有支撑板(13)。
