La présente invention concerne un appareil d'inhibition du rétrécissement de l'urètre, et plus spécifiquement, un appareil d'inhibition du rétrécissement de l'urètre qui est appliqué et maintenu par insertion dans l'urètre afin d'empêcher un rétrécissement de revenir sur un site sur lequel une chirurgie du rétrécissement de l'urètre a été réalisée. L'appareil d'inhibition du rétrécissement de l'urètre permet à une barrière anti-adhérences d'être facilement administrée et appliquée à un site chirurgical ou à un site de rétrécissement de l'urètre, permet d'empêcher la barrière anti-adhérences administrée de s'étendre sur un site non nécessaire et d'être perdue, et permet de maintenir fermement l'état inséré de l'appareil dans l'urètre.
