Based on the trace information stored in the storage unit 12, the display control unit 11 displays on the display the actual data related to each of the plurality of types of processes in which the product has passed until the product is shipped. The display control unit 11 can display at least one of the trace screen, the inspection record screen, the manufacturing record screen, and the 5M screen on the display. Each screen will be described in detail below.
“Trace screen”
The display control unit 11 generates, for example, a trace screen as shown in FIG. 3 and displays it on the display. The illustrated screen has a search condition input area 1A, an index information display area 1B, and a detailed display area 1C.
The search condition input area 1A is an area that accepts input of search conditions for searching for desired actual data. The search condition is composed, for example, by connecting the values of the above-mentioned various information included in the actual data with a logical operator.
As an example of the search condition, "(date and time when the process was performed: January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2019) and (person involved in the process: Mr. A)" can be mentioned. In this case, the actual data of the process in which Mr. A was involved is searched between January 1, 2019 and June 30, 2019.
As another example of the search condition, "(date and time when the process was performed: January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2019) and (intermediate product: A00101)" can be mentioned. In this case, a process involving the intermediate product "A00101" between January 1, 2019 and June 30, 2019, for example, a process of manufacturing the intermediate product "A00101", a process of inspecting the intermediate product "A00101", The actual data of other intermediate products or processes for manufacturing the products using the intermediate product "A00101" is searched.
検索条件入力エリア1Aは、各種UI(user interface)部品を含む。 The search condition input area 1A includes various UI (user interface) parts. The user inputs the above-mentioned search conditions via the UI component.
The index information display area 1B is an area for displaying the index information of the actual data searched by the above search conditions.
For example, when a search condition is input to the search condition input area 1A and a search is performed, the display control unit 11 lists the index information of one or a plurality of actual data matching the search condition in the index information display area 1B. Display it.
Then, when the display control unit 11 specifies one of the index information displayed in the list and accepts the input for expanding the information, the display control unit 11 starts from the designated index information and is the previous result in chronological order. Data index information can be displayed in chronological order (traceback). For example, in the traceback starting from the actual data of the process of manufacturing the product using the intermediate product "A00101", the actual data of the process related to the intermediate product before that, for example, the intermediate product "A00101" The actual data of the process of inspecting the intermediate product "A00101", the actual data of the process of manufacturing the intermediate product "A00101", the actual data of the process of inspecting the predetermined material used for manufacturing the intermediate product "A00101", and the predetermined data thereof. Actual data of the process of purchasing materials is displayed in chronological order.
Further, when the display control unit 11 specifies one of the index information displayed in the list and accepts an input for expanding the information, the display control unit 11 starts from the designated index information and is the actual result after that in chronological order. Data index information can be displayed in chronological order (trace forward). For example, in the trace forward starting from the actual data of the process of manufacturing a product using the intermediate product "A00101", the actual data of the processes performed in connection with the intermediate product after that, for example, the intermediate product "A00101" The actual data of the process of inspecting the product manufactured by using "A00101", the actual data of the process of moving the product to the warehouse, the actual data of the process of shipping the product, and the like are displayed in chronological order.
Whether to trace back or trace forward may be selectable by user input, or either one may be specified in advance.
Note that the trace information may have a hierarchical structure both when tracing back and when tracing forward. For example, if multiple intermediate products are used to manufacture a certain product, and multiple intermediate products or materials are used to manufacture each intermediate product, tracing back from that product shows that multiple intermediate products used in a certain layer. It becomes information about products, and in the lower layers, it becomes information about materials related to each of the plurality of intermediate products, and so on. In addition, when a plurality of intermediate products are manufactured using a material having a certain lot number and a plurality of products are manufactured using the plurality of intermediate products, when a trace forward is performed from the material, the material is used in a certain layer. The information is about a plurality of intermediate products manufactured by using the intermediate products, and in the lower layer, the information is about a plurality of products manufactured by using the plurality of intermediate products, and so on.
Therefore, the display control unit 11 may display a plurality of index information in a hierarchical structure (example: tree structure) in the index information display area 1B. Further, since the information can be enormous, the display control unit 11 may accept the user selection of display / non-display of the detailed information of each layer and control the display according to the user selection.
The index information displayed in the index information display area 1B in chronological order includes information for identifying the process type and warning information. In addition, the index information can include a part of information specified by the user in the actual data.
The information that identifies the type of process is such that each index information is related to the actual data of any of the multiple types of processes (eg, purchasing process, receiving process, manufacturing process, inspection process, moving process, and shipping process). It is information indicating whether or not. In the illustrated example, an icon is displayed as information for identifying the type of process. The method of identifying the type of process with an icon is just an example, and other methods may be adopted. For example, the color of the index information may be different depending on the type of process, or characters or numbers indicating the type of process may be included in the index information to be displayed.
Warning information is information for notifying the user of actual data including contents to be warned. For example, the index information of the actual data having a high warning level includes the first notification information as warning information, and the index information of the actual data having a low warning level includes the second notification information as warning information and needs to be warned. The index information of the non-actual data does not have to include the warning information.
In the example shown in FIG. 3, as warning information, an icon corresponding to the first notification information and an icon corresponding to the second notification information are displayed. The method of identifying the warning level by the icon is just an example, and other methods may be adopted. For example, the color of the index information may be different depending on the warning level, or characters or numbers indicating the warning level may be included in the index information to be displayed.
Note that the display control unit 11 can include the first notification information as warning information in the index information of the actual data including the error information. Then, the display control unit 11 can include the second notification information as warning information in the index information whose time series order is later than the first index information including the first notification information.
For example, it is assumed that the result of the inspection of the material of the first lot number is a predetermined warning level, so that the error information is included in the actual data of the inspection process of the material of the first lot number. In this case, the display control unit 11 includes the first notification information as warning information in the index information of the actual data. Then, in the trace information, a process whose chronological order is later than the "inspection process of the material of the first lot number", for example, "a manufacturing process of manufacturing an intermediate product using the material of the first lot number", Achievements such as "inspection process of the intermediate product", "process of manufacturing the product using the intermediate product", "inspection process of the product", "movement process of the product", "shipping process of the product", etc. The second notification information is included as warning information in the index information of the data.
Note that the actual data may include information indicating whether or not error information is included. Then, the display control unit 11 may determine whether or not each actual data includes error information based on the information. In this case, for example, information indicating that error information is included in the actual data in which the inspection result of the inspection process satisfies a predetermined warning condition (example: inspection value is within the reference range) (example: "inspection result: fail"". , "Inspection result: Class B product (not rejected, but relatively inferior in quality)") may be included.
In addition, the display control unit 11 may determine whether or not each actual data includes error information based on the actual data. In this case, for example, the display control unit 11 may determine whether or not the inspection result indicated by the actual data satisfies a predetermined warning condition (eg, the inspection value is within the reference range). The reference range defined by the warning condition may be predetermined (eg, a value determined based on a predetermined standard, a value determined based on past experience), or a plurality of inspection values (values determined based on past experience) in the measurement. It may be determined based on the measured value) (eg, (“average value of inspection values within a predetermined period” −α) or more (“average value of inspection values within a predetermined period” + α) or less).
In addition, the display control unit 11 may determine whether or not the state of the equipment indicated by the actual data satisfies a predetermined warning condition (example: temperature X ° C. or higher, rate of increase Y% or more and Z time continuation).
In addition, the display control unit 11 may determine whether or not the image (image of a product, intermediate product, material, equipment, etc.) included in the actual data includes error information. In this case, an estimation model for estimating whether or not the inspection image contains error information may be generated in advance by machine learning. Then, the display control unit 11 may use the estimation model to determine whether or not the inspection image included in the actual data includes error information.
By the way, as described above, the display control unit 11 can display a plurality of index information in a hierarchical structure (example: tree shape), but can have a plurality of display patterns having a hierarchical structure. Hereinafter, a plurality of display patterns will be described using actual data as shown in FIG. The data in one row corresponds to one actual data. Actual data can be identified by the actual number + detailed item + detailed item serial number.
In the first display pattern, the display control unit 11 displays all of the plurality of actual data in a hierarchical structure as shown in FIG.
In the second display pattern, as shown in FIG. 6, the display control unit 11 groups the index information based on the actual data, and displays the displayed index information so that it can be identified which group it belongs to. In the example of FIG. 6, the display control unit 11 groups the actual data having the same actual number. Then, the display control unit 11 attaches a label (0001, 0002, etc.) for identifying each group to the root of the hierarchical structure of each group. It should be noted that the items to be grouped based on may be predetermined or may be selectable by the user.
In the third display pattern, as shown in FIG. 7, the display control unit 11 groups the index information based on the actual data, and displays the group index information that identifies each group in a hierarchical structure in chronological order. In the case of the example of FIG. 7, the display control unit 11 groups the actual data whose actual numbers and details match. Then, the group index information (actual number + details) that identifies each group is displayed in a hierarchical structure. In this display pattern, the display control unit 11 does not display all of the plurality of actual data in a hierarchical structure, but displays all of the plurality of groups in a hierarchical structure. It should be noted that the items to be grouped based on may be predetermined or may be selectable by the user.
Returning to FIG. 3, the detailed display area 1C is an area for displaying the detailed information of the actual data corresponding to each index information displayed in the index information display area 1B. The detailed display area is an area that shows the results of analyzing the actual data searched by the search conditions and classifying them according to a predetermined rule. In the illustrated example, the values included in the searched actual data are displayed in a list for each of the information about the equipment, the information about the person, the information about the object, the information about the procedure, and the information about the measurement result included in the actual data. There is.
By the way, the display control unit 11 may specify one actual data on the above-mentioned trace screen, inspection result screen, and manufacturing result screen, and accept an instruction input to trace back or trace forward from that as a starting point. Then, the display control unit 11 may generate a trace screen that is traced back or traced forward from the designated actual data as a starting point in response to the input, and may display it on the display.
Further, the display control unit 11 may display the identification information of the equipment used in each process as the actual data on the above-mentioned trace screen, inspection result screen, manufacturing result screen and 5M screen. Then, when the display control unit 11 specifies one piece of equipment and receives an instruction input for displaying detailed information, the display control unit 11 detects the detailed information of the equipment, for example, the state of the equipment at that time (years of use, failure history, sensor). Information indicating the state data such as the temperature of the installed equipment), information indicating the equipment settings at that time (setting contents by user operation, etc.) may be displayed.
In addition, the display control unit 11 displays information (name, employee identification information, etc.) that identifies a person involved in each process as actual data on the above-mentioned trace screen, inspection record screen, manufacturing record screen, and 5M screen. According to the processing device 10 described above, the trace information of the product can be displayed so that the user can easily grasp it.
For example, according to the processing device 10, it is possible to display the index information of the actual data for each of the plurality of types of processes in which the product has passed until the product is shipped in chronological order. By displaying the index information in chronological order instead of the actual data including a lot of information, the amount of information displayed is reduced and the displayed contents can be easily grasped.
In addition, the index information includes information that identifies the type of process. There are various types of processes such as a purchasing process, an receiving process, a manufacturing process, an inspection process, a moving process, and a shipping process. In the trace information, the actual data of these processes may be displayed collectively, but in this case, it becomes difficult to grasp the information. By including the information that identifies the process type in the index information, it becomes easy to grasp which process information each information is.
Also, the index information includes warning information. Therefore, the user can easily find the problematic information from the plurality of information displayed as the trace information.
Further, the processing device 10 can display the actual data in association with the index information. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the index information can be displayed in the index information display area 1B, and the actual data can be displayed in the detailed display area 1C. In this case, the user refers to the index information display area 1B to grasp the entire image of the trace information, searches for the index information of the desired actual data, and then refers to the detailed display area 1C to obtain the desired actual data. Can be confirmed. As a result, the user can easily reach the desired performance data.
Further, the processing device 10 includes the first notification information as warning information in the index information of the actual data including the error information, and the index is in chronological order after the first index information including the first notification information. The information can include a second notification information as warning information. According to such a display, the user can use the actual data in which the problem occurs (actual data including the first notification information) and the actual data that may be affected by the problem (second). Actual data including notification information) can be easily grasped.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the processing device 10 can display the index information of the hierarchical structure in a plurality of patterns. Therefore, the user can easily confirm the items to be confirmed by displaying them in the optimum pattern.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the whole picture can be grasped by displaying all of a plurality of actual data in a hierarchical structure.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, by grouping index information based on actual data and displaying which group each index information belongs to in an identifiable manner, it is possible to classify and grasp a plurality of actual data. ..
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, instead of displaying all of the plurality of actual data in a hierarchical structure, index information is grouped based on the actual data, and group index information that identifies each group is displayed in a hierarchical structure in chronological order. By doing so, the information to be displayed can be narrowed down to the necessary information. As a result, it becomes easy to grasp the displayed contents.
Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the processing device 10 can organize and display the searched actual data by category (equipment, person, object, procedure and measurement result). As a result, it becomes easier to grasp the search result.
