Abstract

本发明提供了一种环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂,包括以下主要成分:二乙烯三胺五乙酸钠、乙酸乙酯、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、葡萄糖苷、螯合剂、氨基磺酸和水。本发明将葡萄糖苷与烷基甘油醚磺酸盐以及氨基磺酸一起使用,不但腐蚀性弱,高温下产品性能稳定,而且溶解复合堵塞物速度以及储层渗透率修复率等性能均有显著提高。本发明的环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂,加入二乙烯三胺五乙酸钠可以显著提升井筒解堵剂的溶垢速率并修复储层渗透率。

Description

一种环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂 技术领域
本发明涉及气田开发技术领域,特别地,涉及一种环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂。
背景技术
油水井开采过程中,产出水矿化度高,部分油水井管柱存在着严重腐蚀和结垢现象,因此需要长期采取井筒周期加注缓蚀剂进行油水井防腐。随着油水井生产时间的延长,缓蚀剂裂解残留物、管柱腐蚀产物、油水井产出液及其它入井剂的共同作用,造成油水井井筒形成有机或者无机堵塞,导致油水井无法正常生产,甚至被迫关井,这将严重影响单井产能的有效发挥,同时也影响到油水井开井时率、利用率及最终采收率。目前,用于油井井筒清洗解堵剂品种较多,用于油水井的清洗解堵剂还较少,并且现用的油水井解堵剂大多腐蚀性较强,与地层水配伍性较差,对于高温油水井解堵效果不理想,并增加了后续处理成本。微乳液是由表面活性剂、助表面活性剂、油和水等自发形成的各相同性、外观透明或半透明、热力学稳定的分散体系,具有超低界面张力、极小纳米颗粒和超强增溶能力。微乳液主要应用于提高原油采收率、微乳液膜、微乳液农药、微乳药胶囊、微乳洗涤液、微乳化妆液、纳米材料制备等领域。上世纪60年代,微乳液体系开始应用于三次采油,70年代石油危机加速了微乳液在油田中的应用研究。微乳液三次采油理论上可行,但所需表面活性剂浓度较高,由于成本等制约因素限制了其大规模应用。近年来,将微乳液作为油油水井解堵的分散剂引起较大关注,由于其超低的表界面张力以及超强的增溶性能,可以大幅度提高油水井井筒解堵剂的溶解或分散有机或无机堵塞物的速度,同时增强油水井井筒解堵剂与地层岩石、流体的配伍性,降低解堵剂对储层的 伤害。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂,以解决技术问题。
一种环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂,包括以下主要成分:二乙烯三胺五乙酸钠、乙酸乙酯、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、葡萄糖苷、螯合剂、氨基磺酸和水。
优选的,所述的环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:二乙烯三胺五乙酸钠:15-25%、乙酸乙酯:12-20%、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐:1-8%、葡萄糖苷(APG)8-15%、螯合剂:0.5-5%、氨基磺酸6-8%、水:余量。
优选的,所述的环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:二乙烯三胺五乙酸钠:18-20%、乙酸乙酯:12-15%、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐:1-4%、葡萄糖苷10-12%、螯合剂:1-2%、氨基磺酸6-8%、水:余量。
优选的,所述的螯合剂为EDTA。
葡萄糖苷,简称APG,是由可再生资源天然脂肪醇和葡萄糖合成的,是一种性能较全面的新型烷基甘油醚磺酸盐,兼具普通非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的特性,具有高表面活性、良好的环保安全性和相溶性,是国际公认的首选“绿色”功能性表面活性剂。
本发明具有以下有益效果:1、本发明中将葡萄糖苷与烷基甘油醚磺酸盐以及氨基磺酸一起使用,不但腐蚀性弱,高温下产品性能稳定,而且溶解复合堵塞物速度以及储层渗透率修复率等性能均有显著提高;2、传统的氟碳表面活性剂中含有卤素对环境有一定的影响,本发明中用烷基甘油醚磺酸盐进行取代,对环境的危害小很多;本发明中的溶剂为水和乙酸乙酯,且水的含量可以达到50%以上,成本低,环保安全。

以下对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以根据权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
实施例1
一种环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂,包括以下主要成分:二乙烯三胺五乙酸钠、乙酸乙酯、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、葡萄糖苷、螯合剂、氨基磺酸和水。
所述的螯合剂为EDTA。
所述的环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:二乙烯三胺五乙酸钠:17%、乙酸乙酯:15%、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐:3.5%、葡萄糖苷9%、螯合剂:4%、氨基磺酸7%、水:余量。
实施例2
一种环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂,包括以下主要成分:二乙烯三胺五乙酸钠、乙酸乙酯、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、葡萄糖苷、螯合剂、氨基磺酸和水。
所述的螯合剂为EDTA。
所述的环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:二乙烯三胺五乙酸钠:15%、乙酸乙酯:12%、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐:1%、葡萄糖苷15%、螯合剂:0.5%、氨基磺酸8%、水:余量。

一种环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂,包括以下主要成分:二乙烯三胺五乙酸钠、乙酸乙酯、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐、葡萄糖苷、螯合剂、氨基磺酸和水。
所述的螯合剂为EDTA。

对比例1
将实施例1中的二乙烯三胺五乙酸钠去除,其余配比不变。
对实施例1-6以及对比例1的样品进行检测,得到如下数据,见表1:

由以上测试数据可以知道,本发明的环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂,加入二乙烯三胺五乙酸钠可以显著提升井筒解堵剂的溶垢速率并修复储层渗透率。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂,其特征在于,所述的螯合剂为EDTA。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂,其特征在于,所述的环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:二乙烯三胺五乙酸钠:15-25%、乙酸乙酯:12-20%、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐:1-8%、葡萄糖苷8-15%、螯合剂:0.5-5%、氨基磺酸6-8%、水:余量。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的环保型油水井储层井筒解堵剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:二乙烯三胺五乙酸钠:18-20%、乙酸乙酯:12-15%、烷基甘油醚磺酸盐:1-4%、葡萄糖苷10-12%、螯合剂:1-2%、氨基磺酸6-8%、水:余量。
