基于此,有必要针对目前胶囊饮品机存在的已用饮料胶囊不易取出的问题,提供一种方便取出已用饮料胶囊的料杯及饮料酿造机。
一种料杯,包括:
杯体,具有容纳饮料胶囊用的酿造腔;
弹性组件,沿所述杯体的高度方向活动设置于所述酿造腔的顶部,所述弹性组件具有支撑口,所述支撑口的顶部位置具有用于支撑饮料胶囊的外周缘。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性组件包括弹板和弹性件;所述弹性件的底部设置于所述酿造腔的顶部,所述弹性件的顶部支撑所述弹板;所述弹板围设形成所述支撑口;所述弹性件设置为,在受压状态时,使所述支撑口的顶部位置的所述外周缘支撑的饮料胶囊进入所述酿造腔;所述弹性件设置为,由受压状态伸展至恢复状态时,将所述弹板及饮料胶囊至少部分推出所述酿造腔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹板弯折形成相互连接的支撑部和延伸部;所述支撑部设置于所述酿造腔的顶部;所述弹性件支撑所述支撑部;所述支撑部围设形成所述支撑口;所述延伸部向所述酿造腔的底部方向延伸,所述延伸部的延伸端逐渐靠近所述支撑口的中 心;所述延伸部设置为顶托饮料胶囊的外侧壁。
在其中一个实施例中,所述酿造腔内具有允许所述延伸部沿所述杯体的高度方向运动的避让空间段;所述避让空间段与其下部的所述酿造腔的内壁之间形成过渡斜面;所述过渡斜面与水平面之间的夹角大于30°。
在其中一个实施例中,所述延伸部整体呈倒圆台状的空心壳体,所述延伸部的内侧壁上设置若干筋条,所述若干筋条设置为顶托饮料胶囊的外侧壁。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性件的顶部与所述弹板可拆卸的固定连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹板上具有固定件以及若干卡扣;所述若干卡扣与所述弹性件的顶部卡合;所述固定件与所述弹性件抵接,所述弹性件卡设于所述若干卡扣中。
在其中一个实施例中,所述酿造腔的顶部开设有若干导向槽;所述若干导向槽沿所述杯体的高度方向延伸;所述弹性组件的外周缘设置有若干导向筋,所述若干导向筋分别对应***所述若干导向槽中。
在其中一个实施例中,所述杯体的底部具有饮料出口;所述料杯还包括底部刺穿针,所述底部刺穿针固定设置于所述酿造腔的底部;所述底部刺穿针沿所述杯体的高度方向延伸;所述底部刺穿针设置为刺穿所述酿造腔内的饮料胶囊底部。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底部刺穿针的表面开设有流体槽。
在其中一个实施例中,所述弹性组件上开设有溢流槽;所述溢流槽沿所述支撑口的外周缘均匀分布;所述溢流槽设置为允许饮料胶囊顶部的流体流入所述酿造腔内。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底部刺穿针上沿针体的周向均匀开设四条流体槽。
在其中一个实施例中,弹性件为弹簧、弹性橡胶、或者其他能够发生弹性变形并能产生恢复力的弹性件。
在其中一个实施例中,弹板呈回转体结构,支撑部为中间开设支撑口的圆环;所述若干筋条沿所述延伸部的回转方向延伸或者沿所述杯体的高度方向延伸。
一种饮料酿造机,包括酿造装置和上述任一实施例所述的料杯,所述酿造装置与所述料杯可拆卸的固定连接。
上述料杯及饮料酿造机,在制作饮料完成后,弹性组件将已用的饮料胶囊推出,使得饮料胶囊与酿造腔脱离,使用者可以方便的倒弃已用饮料胶囊,有效解决了使用者直接从酿造腔内费力地拿取与酿造腔内壁紧密贴合的饮料胶囊时,饮料胶囊烫手以及残留饮品弄脏使用者手的问题。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。下面对具体实施方式的描述仅仅是示范性的,应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施仅仅用以解释本申请,而绝不是对本申请及其应用或用法的限制。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。相反,当元件被称作“直接在”另一元件“上”时,不存在中间元件。相反,当元件被称作“直接”与另一元件连接时,不存在中间元件。 本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。

如图1-2所示,本申请提供一种料杯26,料杯26包括杯体4和弹性组件7。杯体4具有容纳饮料胶囊1用的酿造腔8。弹性组件7沿杯体4的高度方向活动设置于酿造腔8的顶部;弹性组件7具有支撑口,支撑口的顶部位置具有用于支撑饮料胶囊1的外周缘。弹性组件7产生的弹性恢复力能够将饮料胶囊1至少部分推出酿造腔8。
上述料杯26,在制作饮料完成后,弹性组件7将已用饮料胶囊1推出,使得饮料胶囊1与酿造腔8脱离,使用者可以方便的倒弃已用饮料胶囊1,有效避免了使用者直接从酿造腔8内费力地拿取与酿造腔8内壁紧密贴合的饮料胶囊1时,饮料胶囊1烫手以及残留饮品弄脏使用者手的问题。同时,弹性组件7上的支撑口支撑饮料胶囊1顶部位置的外周缘,能够在推出饮料胶囊1的过程中更稳定的保持弹性组件7与饮料胶囊1的接触,使饮料胶囊1按照弹性组件7的弹出轨迹弹出,避免了饮料胶囊1弹出时脱离弹性组件7。
在本申请一实施例中,参考图1-2,杯体4的底部具有饮料出口6。料杯26还包括底部刺穿针5,底部刺穿针5固定设置于酿造腔8的底部。底部刺穿针5沿杯体4的高度方向延伸,底部刺穿针5用于刺穿酿造腔8内的饮料胶囊1底部。饮料胶囊1在外力作用下沿杯体4的高度方向向下运动时,底部刺穿针5能够有效的刺破饮料胶囊1的底部,从而使得饮料胶囊1中的流体能够顺利的流入酿造腔8的底部。流入酿造腔8内的流体饮料通过杯体4底部的饮料出口6流出,使用者可用杯子等容器在饮料出口6处接流出料杯26的流体饮料。而且,在弹性组件7将饮料胶囊1至少部分推出酿造腔8时,饮料胶囊1上移与底部刺穿针5分离。与底部刺穿针5分离后的饮料胶囊1中的流体饮料能更快的流出饮料胶囊1。可选的,如图7所示,底部刺穿针5用螺钉25固定在料杯26底部。
作为一种可实现的方式,底部刺穿针5表面开设有流体槽。当底部刺穿针5刺入饮料胶囊1的底部时,饮料胶囊1内的流体饮料能够从底部刺穿针5的流体槽快速流入酿造腔8内。进一步,酿造腔8的底部设置有多个底部刺穿针5,每个底部刺穿针5上沿针体的周向均匀开设四条流体槽,以更快的将饮料胶囊1内的流体饮料引流至酿造腔8内。
在本申请一实施例中,如图1及图3-5所示,弹性组件7包括弹板2和弹性件3;弹性件3的底部设置于酿造腔8的顶部,弹性件3的顶部支撑弹板2;弹板2围设形成支撑口。弹性件3设置为,在受压状态时,使所述支撑口的顶部位置的所述外周缘支撑的饮料胶囊1进入酿造腔8;弹性件3设置为,由受压状态伸展至恢复状态时,将弹板2及饮料胶囊1至少部分推出酿造腔8。弹性件3利用自身的弹性变形以及恢复过程中的恢复力,能够完全满足饮料胶囊1在外力作用下的下降以及制备饮料结束后的推出饮料胶囊1。可选的,弹性件3可以是弹簧12、弹性橡胶或者其他能够发生弹性变形并能产生恢复力的弹性件。具体的,在本实施例中弹性件3选用弹簧12。弹簧12具有适应性强、变形大的特点。作为弹性件3的弹簧12一端固定在酿造腔8的顶部,另一端支撑弹板2。
弹板2与饮料胶囊1适配以稳定的支撑饮料胶囊1,同时在弹性件3的作用下带动饮料胶囊1在酿造腔8内一同升降。作为一种可实现的方式,如图1及图3所示,弹板2弯折形成相互连接的支撑部36和延伸部37。支撑部36设置于酿造腔8的顶部;弹性件3支撑支撑部36;支撑部36围设形成支撑口。延伸部37向酿造腔8的底部方向延伸,延伸部37的延伸端逐渐靠近支撑口的中心,延伸部37用于顶托饮料胶囊1的外侧壁。弹板2的支撑部36和延伸部37协同支撑并带动饮料胶囊1运动,保证了弹板2与饮料胶囊1的稳定接触。
进一步,弹板2呈回转体结构,支撑部36为中间开设支撑口的圆环。如图3所示,延伸部37整体呈倒圆台状的空心壳体,延伸部37的内侧壁上设置若干筋条16,若干筋条16用于顶托饮料胶囊1的外侧壁。延伸部37的内侧壁上设置的筋条16能够有效减小饮料将囊与延伸部37的接触面积,大大减小了饮料胶囊1与延伸部37之间由于流体饮料造成的吸附力,能更加便捷的取出已用饮料胶囊1。具体的,延伸部37的内侧设置的若干筋条16沿延伸部37的回转方向延伸或者沿杯体4的高度方向延伸。在本实施例中,延伸部37的内侧设置的若干筋条16沿杯体4的高度方向延伸,并且筋条16的数量为十二条,十二条筋条16沿延伸部37的回转方向均匀分布。
在本申请一实施例中,弹性件3的顶部与弹板2可拆卸的固定连接。固定连接的弹性组件7便于快速的拆装以及保持弹性件3上下运动的整体稳定性。可拆卸的连接便于弹性件3或者弹板2的单独更换,降低了弹性组件7的更换或者维修成本,且便于弹性组件7的组装。作为一种可实现的方式,如图4所示,弹板2上具有固定件以及若干卡扣15,若干卡扣15与弹性件3的顶部卡合,固定件与弹性件3抵接以保持弹性件3卡设于若干卡扣15中。具体的,弹性件3为弹簧12,弹簧12与弹板2的安装结构为:弹簧12一端设 置有一个直簧13;弹板2上设置有一个通孔14和另一侧设置有一个卡扣15;直簧13***在通孔14内,另一侧弹板2上的卡扣15扣住弹簧12线径,从而使二者装配后形成一个整体。在其它的实施例中,弹板2与弹性件3之间仅用多个卡扣连接或者用其他可实现的方式连接。使用者拆装弹性组件7时,弹板2与弹性件3不会脱离,保持成一整体。
相应的,如图2所示,酿造腔8内具有允许延伸部37沿杯体4的高度方向运动的避让空间段38,避让空间段38与其下部的酿造腔8的内壁之间形成过渡斜面34,过渡斜面34与水平面之间的夹角大于30°。较大角度的斜面有利于流体饮料快速流至酿造腔8的底部,进而更快的收集流体饮料。在其它的实施例中,过渡斜面34还可以替换为平滑的曲面或者其他能满足流体饮料快速下落的结构。
饮料的酿造过程结束后,弹性件3将饮料胶囊1弹起,这时从饮料胶囊1的顶部会有很多的流体饮料流出。为将饮料胶囊1顶部的流体饮料引入酿造腔8内,在本申请一实施例中,弹性组件7上开设有溢流槽11,溢流槽11沿支撑口的外周缘均匀分布,溢流槽11允许饮料胶囊1顶部的流体流入酿造腔8内。溢流槽11的开设既保证了饮料胶囊1顶部的流体饮料顺利的流入酿造腔8内,又防止了流体饮料污染料杯26内的其他结构。使用者在倒出饮料胶囊1时残留在料杯26内的饮料液体也可从此溢流槽11倒入到垃圾桶内,从而避免饮料液体残留在酿造腔8内而影响下次的饮用口感。可选的,溢流槽11的数量为八个,八个溢流槽11在弹板2的支撑部36上沿支撑口的外周缘均匀分布,无论饮料胶囊1上的流体饮料从哪个角度流至弹性件3上,都能很快的流入酿造腔8中。
在本申请一实施例中,如图1-3及图5所示,酿造腔8的顶部开设有若干导向槽35,若干导向槽35沿杯体4的高度方向延伸,弹性组件7的外周缘设置有若干导向筋10,若干导向筋10分别对应***若干导向槽35中。导向槽35和导向筋10的配合保证了弹性组件7升降过程的稳定性,同时还能对弹性组件7的升降进行限位,导向槽35的长度即是弹性组件7的升降范围。具体的,导向槽35的顶部具有限位扣9,导向筋10与限位扣9接触时,弹性组件7上升至极限位置。导向筋10在料杯26的杯体4从下往上的高度方向安装在导向槽35内,弹性组件7可在酿造腔8内上下运动。饮料胶囊1放置在弹性组件7上及酿造腔8内,弹性组件7上下运动时带动饮料胶囊1上下运动。作为一种可实现的方式,弹性组件7上弹板2的外周缘设置有四个导向筋10,酿造腔8的顶部开设有四个导向槽35,导向筋10沿着杯体4从下往上的高度方向上安装卡入至杯体4上的四个导向槽35内,导向筋10与导向槽35之间有间隙,弹性组件7可沿着杯体4从下往上的高度方向上往复灵活运动,运动过程中弹性组件7不会脱离杯体4。
如图6-9所示,本申请还提供一种饮料酿造机,包括酿造装置和上述方案中的任一料杯26,酿造装置与料杯26可拆卸的固定连接。具体的,本实施例中,使用者可以将待使用的饮料胶囊1放置在弹性组件7上及酿造腔8内。然后,将料杯26放入核心组件27内。使用者启动饮料酿造机制作饮料,机内电磁泵30开始泵水,水通过核心冷水进口24进入到活塞头18内腔,迫使活塞头18向下运动,此时核心复位弹簧22和弹性件3压缩。上刺穿针19固定在活塞头18上,活塞头18向下运动时带动上刺穿针19同时向下运动。活塞头18运动的过程中压迫饮料胶囊1以及弹性组件7沿料杯26的杯体4高度方向向下运动,上刺穿针19刺入饮料胶囊1内部。随着饮料胶囊1向下运动,饮料胶囊1底部与底部刺穿针5接触,底部刺穿针5刺破饮料胶囊1的底部。此时弹性件3受压缩,核心密封圈33固定在活塞头18上,将整个酿造腔密封。
水箱28中的水经过锅炉31加热后通过单向阀32,经过核心热水进口23并最终由热水出孔20进入到饮料胶囊1内。如图1-2和图7所示,浸泡饮料胶囊1后的热水再通过底部刺穿针5及饮料出孔17,然后再通过料杯26的饮料出口6,经过引流嘴21进入到使用者的饮料杯内。如图8和图9所示,当饮料量达到所需容量时,电磁泵30停止工作,电磁阀29开启,核心复位弹簧22和弹性件3复位。在核心复位弹簧22和弹性件3的复位作用下,活塞头18向上运动,活塞头18内腔的水经过电磁阀29回到水箱28。上刺穿针19随着活塞头18一起向上运动,脱离饮料胶囊1内部。此时弹性组件7在弹性件3复位的作用下,沿着杯体4高度方向向上运动,带动饮料胶囊1同时也向上运动,直到饮料胶囊1完全脱离底部刺穿针5及腔体底部。饮料胶囊1顶部残留的流体饮料通过溢流槽11流入酿造腔8中,并最终由饮料出口6流出。此时使用者将料杯26从核心组件27抽取出,直接将已用饮料胶囊1倒弃入垃圾桶即可。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本公开的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种料杯(26),其特征在于,包括:
    杯体(4),具有容纳饮料胶囊(1)用的酿造腔(8);
    弹性组件(7),沿所述杯体(4)的高度方向活动设置于所述酿造腔(8)的顶部,所述弹性组件(7)具有支撑口,所述支撑口的顶部位置具有用于支撑饮料胶囊(1)的外周缘。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的料杯,其特征在于,所述弹性组件包括弹板(2)和弹性件(3);所述弹性件(3)的底部设置于所述酿造腔(8)的顶部,所述弹性件(3)的顶部支撑所述弹板(2);所述弹板(2)围设形成所述支撑口;所述弹性件(3)设置为,在受压状态时,使所述支撑口的顶部位置的所述外周缘支撑的饮料胶囊(1)进入所述酿造腔(8);所述弹性件(3)设置为,由受压状态伸展至恢复状态时,将所述弹板(2)及饮料胶囊(1)至少部分推出所述酿造腔(8)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的料杯,其特征在于,所述弹板(2)弯折形成相互连接的支撑部(36)和延伸部(37);所述支撑部(36)设置于所述酿造腔8的顶部;所述弹性件(3)支撑所述支撑部(36);所述支撑部(36)围设形成所述支撑口;所述延伸部(37)向所述酿造腔(8)的底部方向延伸,所述延伸部(37)的延伸端逐渐靠近所述支撑口的中心;所述延伸部(37)设置为顶托饮料胶囊1的外侧壁。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的料杯,其特征在于,所述酿造腔(8)内具有允许所述延伸部沿所述杯体(4)的高度方向运动的避让空间段(38);所述避让空间段(38)与其下部的所述酿造腔(8)的内壁之间形成过渡斜面(34);所述过渡斜面(34)与水平面之间的夹角大于30°。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的料杯,其特征在于,所述延伸部(37)整体呈倒圆台状的空心壳体,所述延伸部(37)的内侧壁上设置若干筋条(16),所述若干筋条(16)设置为顶托饮料胶囊(1)的外侧壁。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的料杯,其特征在于,所述弹性件(3)的顶部与所述弹板(2)可拆卸的固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的料杯,其特征在于,所述弹板(2)上具有固定件以及若干卡扣(15);所述若干卡扣(15)与所述弹性件(3)的顶部卡合;所述固定件与所述弹性件(3)抵接,所述弹性件(3)卡设于所述若干卡扣(15)中。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的料杯,其特征在于,所述酿造腔(8)的顶部开设有若干导 向槽(35);所述若干导向槽(35)沿所述杯体(4)的高度方向延伸;所述弹性组件(7)的外周缘设置有若干导向筋(10),所述若干导向筋(10)分别对应***所述若干导向槽(35)中。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的料杯,其特征在于,所述杯体(4)的底部具有饮料出口(6);所述料杯还包括底部刺穿针(5),所述底部刺穿针(5)固定设置于所述酿造腔(8)的底部;所述底部刺穿针(5)沿所述杯体(4)的高度方向延伸;所述底部刺穿针(5)设置为刺穿所述酿造腔(8)内的饮料胶囊(1)的底部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的料杯,其特征在于,所述底部刺穿针(5)的表面开设有流体槽。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的料杯,其特征在于,所述底部刺穿针(5)上沿针体的周向均匀开设四条流体槽。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的料杯,其特征在于,弹性件(3)为弹簧(12)、弹性橡胶、或者其他能够发生弹性变形并能产生恢复力的弹性件。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的料杯,其特征在于,弹板(2)呈回转体结构,支撑部(36)为中间开设支撑口的圆环;
    所述若干筋条(16)沿所述延伸部(37)的回转方向延伸或者沿所述杯体(4)的高度方向延伸。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13任一项所述的料杯,其特征在于,所述弹性组件(7)上开设有溢流槽(11);所述溢流槽(11)沿所述支撑口的外周缘均匀分布;所述溢流槽(11)设置为允许饮料胶囊(1)顶部的流体流入所述酿造腔(8)内。
  15. 一种饮料酿造机,其特征在于,包括酿造装置和权利要求1-13任一项所述的料杯(26),所述酿造装置与所述料杯(26)可拆卸的固定连接。
