由于发酵乳的生产工艺要求,需要对乳制品进行植入菌种发酵,现在的菌种植入方式就是通过打开的发酵罐的投料口,用酒精喷洒消毒和或火焰圈的辅助方法,直接将菌种导入,罐内物料和菌种沟通过程直接和外界接触,该菌种植入过程很容易被外界的细菌所污染,导致发酵的产品不合格。

本实用新型的目的是针对现有的发酵乳生产过程所存在的上述问题,而提出一种能通过小范围的无菌环境,能极大降低发酵产品接种过程中物料被杂菌感染的发酵无菌接种装置。
