在一些实施例中,所述本体包括外壳以及安装于所述外壳内的推管,所述推管的内孔形成所述收容腔;
所述推管的轴向一端设有用于供所述烟体***的第一插口,另一端形成有底壁,所述底壁上开设有用于供所述插接部***的第二插口。
在一些实施例中,所述驱动机构包括安装于所述外壳内的电机,所述电机与所述加热组件连接,以驱动所述加热组件在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间来回直线移动。
在一些实施例中,所述电机为直线电机,所述直线电机的输出轴与所述加热组件连接,驱动所述加热组件沿所述烟体的轴向在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间来回直线移动。
在一些实施例中,所述驱动机构还包括供所述加热组件安装的安装座;
所述安装座分别连接所述电机和所述加热组件,带动所述加热组件沿所述烟体的轴向在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间来回直线移动。
在一些实施例中,所述电机为旋转电机,所述驱动机构还包括与所述旋转电机的输出轴连接的螺杆,所述螺杆的轴向与所述烟体的轴向平行;
所述安装座螺纹套接在所述螺杆外,带动所述加热组件沿所述烟体的轴向在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间来回直线移动。
在一些实施例中,所述螺杆、所述旋转电机在轴向方向上与所述加热组件错开设置。
在一些实施例中,所述安装座套设在所述加热组件外,所述安装座的外形尺寸大于所述第二插口的外形尺寸。
在一些实施例中,所述加热组件包括加热元件以及支架,所述加热元件通过所述支架安装于所述安装座上,所述加热元件与所述第一插口相对的一端形成所述插接部。
在一些实施例中,所述支架上设有与所述加热元件电性连接的第一接触点,所述安装座上设有第二接触点,所述支架安装于所述安装座上时,所述第一接触点与所述第二接触点接触导通。
在一些实施例中,所述加热元件为片状,且所述加热元件与所述第一插口相对的端部为等腰三角形或等腰梯形。
在一些实施例中,所述加热元件为棒状,且所述加热元件与所述第一插口相对的端部为圆锥形或圆台形。
在一些实施例中,所述外壳上设有沿所述加热组件的运动方向延伸设置的第一导向部,所述安装座上设有与所述第一导向部凸凹滑动配合的第二导向部。
在一些实施例中,所述外壳包括下壳以及盖设于所述下壳上端的上壳,所述推管安装于所述下壳的顶部,所述下壳上形成有用于承载所述推管的隔板,所述隔板上开设有与所述第二插口对应设置的通孔,所述第二插口和所述通孔的形状与所述插接部的横截面的形状相对应。
在一些实施例中,所述外壳包括下壳以及盖设于所述下壳上端的上壳,所述推管与所述上壳一体成型。
在一些实施例中,所述低温烟具还包括安装于所述外壳内的电池和由所述电池供电的电路板,所述电路板分别与所述加热组件和所述电机电性连接。
有益效果
实施本发明至少具有以下有益效果:本发明的低温烟具,加热组件能够在一个第一位置和一个第二位置之间来回移动,当加热组件处于第一位置时,加热组件可对***到收容腔中的烟体进行加热;当加热组件处于第二位置时,可使加热组件与烟体脱离,使用者可以直接拔烟而不会造成烟叶残留; 并且由于加热组件的运动方向为沿烟体的轴向,不会造成烟体的折断。

本发明的实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1-5所示,本发明第一实施例中的低温烟具包括本体1、加热组件2、驱动机构3、电池4、电路板5,其中,本体1包括供烟体6插设的收容腔132,加热组件2包括用于与烟体6插接的插接部211。加热组件2安装于本体1内,并能够在一个用于与烟体6插接的第一位置和一个用于与烟体6脱离的第二位置之间来回移动。当加热组件2位于第一位置时,插接部211完全伸入到收容腔132;当加热组件2位于第二位置时,插接部211至少部分地从收容腔132移出。
本体1在一些实施例中可包括外壳以及安装于外壳内的推管13,该外壳可包括下壳12以及盖设于下壳12上端的上壳11。推管13呈管状,推管13的内孔形成收容腔132,推管13的轴向一端设有用于供烟体6***的第一插口131,另一端形成有底壁133,底壁133上开设有用于供加热组件2***的第二插口1331。
在一些实施例中,推管13可固定安装于下壳12的顶部。下壳12的顶部可设有用于安装推管13的安装槽122,安装槽122的顶部敞开,供推管13装入。安装槽122的底部可设有用于承载推管13的隔板121,隔板121上开设有与第二插口1331对应设置的通孔1211,以使加热组件2能通过通孔1211及第二插口1331***到收容腔132中,对***到收容腔132中的烟体6进行加热。在一些实施例中,第二插口1331及通孔1211的形状与插接部211横截面的形状相对应,例如,可以为矩形,以使插接部211与烟体6分离时,底壁133和隔板121均可对插接部211进行清洁。在本实施例中,第二插口1331的横截面积可小于通孔1211的横截面积。在其他实施例中,第二插口1331的横截面积也可大于或等于通孔1211的横截面积。在另一些实施例中,推管13也可与上壳11一体成型设置。
加热组件2、驱动机构3、电池4、电路板5均可安装于本体1内。加热组件2包括一端从第二插口1331伸入到收容腔132中的加热元件21,加热元件21与第一插口131相对的一端形成插接部211。加热元件21由电池4供电后,可对***收容腔132中的烟体6进行加热。在一些实施例中,加热元件21可以为片状,第二插口1331可以为形状对应于加热元件21的矩形孔,加热元件21与第一插口131相对的端部212可以为等腰三角形或等腰梯形,或者端部212也可以为宽度从靠近第一插口131的一端向远离第一插口131的方向逐渐增大的其他形状,便于***到烟体6中进行加热。在另一些实施例中,加热元件21也可以为棒状,第二插口1331的横截面形状与加热元件21的横截面形状对应,加热元件21与第一插口131相对的端部212可以为圆锥形或圆台形,或者端部212的截面也可以为宽度从靠近第一插口131的一端向远离第一插口131的方向逐渐增大的其他形状,便于***到烟体6中进行加热。
加热组件2与驱动机构3连接,加热组件2能够在驱动机构3的作用下通过第二插口1331在靠近第一插口131的第一位置和远离第一插口131的第二位置之间来回直线移动。当加热组件2处于第一位置时,加热组件2可与***到收容腔132中的烟体6插接,对烟体6进行加热;当加热组件2处于第二位置时,加热组件2可与烟体6脱离,使用者可以直接拔烟而不会将烟叶残留在推管13内。
驱动机构3在一些实施例中可包括电机31,通过电机31驱动加热组件2在第一位置和第二位置之间来回移动。电路板5由电池4供电,其可通过导线分别与加热组件2和电机31电性连接。
电机31在一些实施例中可以为旋转电机。驱动机构3还可包括螺杆32以及安装座33。螺杆32与旋转电机的输出轴连接,由旋转电机带动转动。安装座33上具有螺孔334,安装座33通过该螺孔334螺纹套接在螺杆32外,由螺杆32带动沿着平行于螺杆32轴向的方向来回直线移动。加热组件2安装于安装座33上,由安装座33带动加热组件2一起沿着平行于螺杆32的轴向方向来回直线移动。螺杆32的轴向与烟体6、收容腔132的轴向平行,以使加热组件2的运动方向为沿着烟体6的轴向,在加热组件2由第一位置移动到第二位置与烟体6脱离时,不会造成烟体6的折断。
该低温烟具在烟体6加热使用完后,可由电路板5驱动旋转电机旋转,带动螺杆32转动,从而带动安装座33沿螺杆32做直线运动,安装座33再带动加热组件2由第一位置直线移动到第二位置,从而使加热组件2与烟体6快速分离,然后使用者就可以直接拔出烟体6,而不会将烟叶残留在推管13内,同时还可防止在加热元件21上黏结残余物而影响下次使用的加热效果,底壁133和隔板121还可以通过摩擦作用刮去加热元件21上的残余物质,并且由于加热组件2的运动方向为沿烟体6的轴向,不会造成烟体6的折断。当需要再次加热新烟体时,驱动旋转电机反向旋转,安装座33带动加热组件2由第二位置向靠近第一插口131的方向移动,当加热组件2移动到第一位置后,将新烟体从第一插口131***并套插于加热元件21外。
螺杆32、旋转电机在轴向方向上可与加热组件2错开设置,给加热组件2的移动让出空间,且利于高度空间上的小型化设计。在其他实施例中,螺杆32、旋转电机也可位于加热组件2的正下方。
安装座33可套设在加热组件2的底部或底部附近。第二插口1331的外形尺寸、隔板121的内孔尺寸均可小于安装座33的外形尺寸,便于对安装座33抵挡。
在一些实施例中,下壳12上还可设有第一导向部123,安装座33上可设有与第一导向部123凸凹滑动配合的第二导向部331,第一导向部123沿加热组件2的移动方向延伸设置,第一导向部123、第二导向部331相互凸凹配合形成滑轨结构,以增加安装座33的运动平稳性。在本实施例中,下壳12的内壁向内(即朝向安装座33的方向)凸出形成两条沿加热组件2的移动方向延伸设置的凸筋,该两条凸筋之间形成的滑槽形成第一导向部123,第二导向部331为由安装座33的外壁向外(即朝向第一导向部123的方向)凸出形成的滑块。在其他实施例中,第一导向部123也可以为由下壳12的内壁向外(即背离安装座33的方向)凹陷形成的滑槽,第二导向部331为由安装座33的外壁向外凸出形成的滑块;或者,第一导向部123也可以为由下壳12的内壁向内凸起形成的滑动部,第二导向部331为由安装座33的外壁向内(即背离第一导向部123的方向)凹陷或由安装座33的外壁向外凸出形成的滑槽。
在一些实施例中,加热组件2还可包括支架22,加热元件21通过支架22安装于安装座33上。安装时,可先将加热元件21的底部或底部附近固定于支架22上,再将支架22安装于安装座33上。支架22在一些实施例中可包括第一半部221和设置在第一半部221远离烟体6一侧的第二半部222。第二插口1331的外形尺寸、隔板121的内孔尺寸均小于第一半部221的外形尺寸,以便于对支架22抵挡,且第二半部222的外形尺寸、安装座33上安装孔333的尺寸均小于第一半部221的外形尺寸,以便于安装定位。安装时,先将加热元件21由第一半部221一侧插装于支架22上,加热元件21的底部与第二半部222的底部抵接定位,再将支架22插装于安装座33上的安装孔333中,第一半部221和第二半部222之间形成的台阶面与安装座33的顶部端面抵接定位。
进一步地,支架22的外壁上还可设有与加热元件21电性连接的第一接触点2221,安装座33上安装孔333的孔壁上可设有与电路板5电性连接的第二接触点332,当支架22安装于安装座33上时,第一接触点2221与第二接触点332接触导通,而将加热元件21与电路板5导通,使电路板5向加热元件21供电。
该低温烟具在一些实施例中还可包括测距装置(例如红外测距装置、磁场测距装置等),以防止安装座33或支架22向上移动时的行程过大而挤压碰撞到隔板121及推管13,当安装座33或支架22向上移动到预定行程时,自动停止运动。该测距装置可包括发射器71和接收器72,其中,发射器71可以安装在推管13的底部或隔板121上,接收器72可安装在安装座33或支架22上;或者,接收器72也可以安装在推管13的底部或隔板121上,发射器71安装在安装座33或支架22上。
图6所示为本发明第二实施例中的低温烟具,其与第一实施例的主要区别在于:在本实施例中,电机31为直线电机。该直线电机的输出轴311可与安装座33连接,通过安装座33带动加热组件2沿烟体6的轴向在第一位置和第二位置之间来回直线移动;或者,该直线电机的输出轴311也可与加热元件21直接连接,直线驱动加热元件21沿烟体6的轴向在第一位置和第二位置之间来回直线移动;或者,该直线电机的输出轴311也可通过支架22与加热元件21连接,直线驱动支架22和加热元件21沿烟体6的轴向在第一位置和第二位置之间来回直线移动。该直线电机在一些实施例中可以为压电马达。
同第一实施例中,该直线电机在轴向方向上可与加热组件2错开设置,给加热组件2的移动让出空间,利于高度空间上的小型化设计。在其他实施例中,该直线电机也可位于加热组件2的正下方。
可以理解地,上述各技术特征可以任意组合使用而不受限制。
以上实施例仅表达了本发明的优选实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制;应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,可以对上述技术特点进行自由组合,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围;因此,凡跟本发明权利要求范围所做的等同变换与修饰,均应属于本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种低温烟具,其特征在于,包括本体(1)、加热组件(2)以及驱动机构(3),所述本体(1)包括供烟体(6)插设的收容腔(132),所述加热组件(2)包括用于与所述烟体(6)插接的插接部(211),所述驱动机构(3)与所述加热组件(2)连接;
    所述加热组件(2)安装于所述本体(1)内,并能够在所述驱动机构(3)的驱动下沿所述烟体(6)的轴向在一个用于与所述烟体(6)插接的第一位置和一个用于与所述烟体(6)脱离的第二位置之间来回直线移动;
    所述加热组件(2)位于所述第一位置时,所述插接部(211)完全伸入到所述收容腔(132);所述加热组件(2)位于所述第二位置时,所述插接部(211)至少部分地从所述收容腔(132)移出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的低温烟具,其特征在于,所述本体(1)包括外壳以及安装于所述外壳内的推管(13),所述推管(13)的内孔形成所述收容腔(132);
    所述推管(13)的轴向一端设有用于供所述烟体(6)***的第一插口(131),另一端形成有底壁(133),所述底壁(133)上开设有用于供所述插接部(211)***的第二插口(1331)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的低温烟具,其特征在于,所述驱动机构(3)包括安装于所述外壳内的电机(31),所述电机(31)与所述加热组件(2)连接,以驱动所述加热组件(2)在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间来回直线移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的低温烟具,其特征在于,所述电机(31)为直线电机,所述直线电机的输出轴与所述加热组件(2)连接,以驱动所述加热组件(2)沿所述烟体(6)的轴向在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间来回直线移动。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的低温烟具,其特征在于,所述驱动机构(3)还包括供所述加热组件(2)安装的安装座(33);
    所述安装座(33)分别连接所述电机(31)和所述加热组件(2),带动所述加热组件(2)沿所述烟体(6)的轴向在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间来回直线移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的低温烟具,其特征在于,所述电机(31)为旋转电机,所述驱动机构(3)还包括与所述旋转电机的输出轴连接的螺杆(32),所述螺杆(32)的轴向与所述烟体(6)的轴向平行;
    所述安装座(33)螺纹套接在所述螺杆(32)外,带动所述加热组件(2)沿所述烟体(6)的轴向在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间来回直线移动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的低温烟具,其特征在于,所述螺杆(32)、所述旋转电机在轴向方向上与所述加热组件(2)错开设置。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的低温烟具,其特征在于,所述安装座(33)套设在所述加热组件(2)外,所述安装座(33)的外形尺寸大于所述第二插口(1331)的外形尺寸。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的低温烟具,其特征在于,所述加热组件(2)包括加热元件(21)以及支架(22),所述加热元件(21)通过所述支架(22)安装于所述安装座(33)上,所述加热元件(21)与所述第一插口(131)相对的一端形成所述插接部(211)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的低温烟具,其特征在于,所述支架(22)上设有与所述加热元件(21)电性连接的第一接触点(2221),所述安装座(33)上设有第二接触点(332),所述支架(22)安装于所述安装座(33)上时,所述第一接触点(2221)与所述第二接触点(332)接触导通。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的低温烟具,其特征在于,所述加热元件(21)为片状,且所述加热元件(21)与所述第一插口(131)相对的端部(212)为等腰三角形或等腰梯形。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的低温烟具,其特征在于,所述加热元件(21)为棒状,且所述加热元件(21)与所述第一插口(131)相对的端部(212)为圆锥形或圆台形。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的低温烟具,其特征在于,所述外壳上设有沿所述加热组件(2)的运动方向延伸设置的第一导向部(123),所述安装座(33)上设有与所述第一导向部(123)凸凹滑动配合的第二导向部(331)。
  14. 根据权利要求2所述的低温烟具,其特征在于,所述外壳包括下壳(12)以及盖设于所述下壳(12)上端的上壳(11),所述推管(13)安装于所述下壳(12)的顶部,所述下壳(12)上形成有用于承载所述推管(13)的隔板(121),所述隔板(121)上开设有与所述第二插口(1331)对应设置的通孔(1211),所述第二插口(1331)和所述通孔(1211)的形状与所述插接部(211)的横截面的形状相对应。
  15. 根据权利要求2所述的低温烟具,其特征在于,所述外壳包括下壳(12)以及盖设于所述下壳(12)上端的上壳(11),所述推管(13)与所述上壳(11)一体成型。
  16. 根据权利要求3所述的低温烟具,其特征在于,所述低温烟具还包括安装于所述外壳内的电池(4)和由所述电池(4)供电的电路板(5),所述电路板(5)分别与所述加热组件(2)和所述电机(31)电性连接。
