本发明公开了一种连发施夹钳和连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置,连发施夹钳包括推动手柄、管杆及安装于管杆前端的钳头,管杆内设有送料装置、推拉杆和储料仓,所所述扣发保险装置包括固定件、齿轮组件和保险轴,所述齿轮组件用于推动所述传送件移动,所述齿轮组件通过所述保险轴安装于所述固定件,并相对于所述固定件旋转,所述保险轴用于锁死或者打开所述齿轮组件,既可以防止所述传送件在所述连发施夹钳正常使用时回退,也可以防止误操作造成所述驱动件推动所述传送件前进,引起闭合夹进入所述钳头,影响所述钳头夹闭闭合夹。所述扣发保险装置使所述连发施夹钳的使用更加安全可靠、更加流畅。

本发明涉及医疗器械设备技术领域,具体涉及一种连发施夹钳和连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置。
背景技术
施夹钳是一种常用的医疗器械,通常适用于手术操作中,用于夹住血管,起到止血作用,也称为止血钳。现有的连发施夹钳推送储料仓内的闭合夹时,送料装置和推动手柄分别完成推送闭合夹和夹闭闭合夹的动作,在操作过程中,由于送料装置和推动手柄的安装距离近,容易触动送料装置,造成连发施夹钳的误操作,使送料装置回退,储料仓内的闭合夹松动造成移位,影响连发施夹钳的连续使用。
技术问题
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种结构简单的可锁死送料装置的连发施夹钳和连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置。
技术解决方案
一种连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置,所述连发施夹钳用于发送闭合夹,所述施夹钳包括推动手柄、管杆及安装于管杆前端的钳头,管杆内设有送料装置、推拉杆和储料仓,所述送料装置包括传送件,所述扣发保险装置包括固定件、齿轮组件和保险轴,所述齿轮组件用于推动所述传送件移动,所述齿轮组件通过所述保险轴安装于所述固定件,并相对于所述固定件旋转,所述保险轴用于锁死或者打开所述齿轮组件;所述保险轴包括弹性件以及相对设置的通过螺纹连接的基座和轴销,所述弹性件支撑于所述固定件与所述基座之间,所述轴销与所述基座旋紧时,所述基座紧密贴合于所述齿轮组件,使所述齿轮组件无法旋转;松开所述轴销与所述基座之间的咬合,所述弹性件推动所述基座松开所述齿轮组件,所述齿轮组件自由旋转。
在一个优选实施例中,所述推送手柄连接有安装管,所述传送件设于所述安装管内,所述传送件的后端具有齿条纹,所述安装管对应于所述齿条纹的位置开设有齿条槽。
在一个优选实施例中,所述齿轮组件包括齿轮和远离所述齿轮侧的轮把手,所述齿轮伸入所述齿轮槽并与所述齿条纹啮合,所述轮把手用于旋转所述齿轮组件。
在一个优选实施例中,所述固定件分别固设于所述齿轮槽长度方向的两侧,所述固定件具有第一固定孔和保险孔,所述保险孔设于所述齿轮槽与所述第一固定孔之间;所述齿轮组件具有第二固定孔和弧形通孔,所述弧形通孔与所述齿轮的方向相同,并设于所述齿轮和所述第二固定孔之间。
在一个优选实施例中,所述齿轮组件设于两个所述固定件之间,所述第一固定孔的位置与所述第二固定孔的位置对应,所述保险孔至所述第一固定孔距离与所述弧形通孔至所述第二固定孔之间半径一致,使所述齿轮组件转动时,所述弧形通孔与所述保险孔重合。
在一个优选实施例中,所述第二固定孔和所述第一固定孔内穿设有固定轴,所述齿轮组件以所述固定轴为轴转动;所述保险孔和所述弧形通孔内穿设有所述保险轴。
在一个优选实施例中,所述保险轴的所述轴销具有外螺纹,所述基座具有螺纹孔,所述轴销通过螺纹旋转固设于所述基座内。
在一个优选实施例中,所述基座包括第一螺帽和螺孔柱,所述第一螺帽设于所述螺孔柱的外侧顶端,所述螺孔柱的外径与所述弧形通孔的两内侧壁之间的距离相同,所述螺孔柱的顶端具有柱台,所述柱台的直径小于所述弧形通孔的两内侧壁之间的距离。
在一个优选实施例中,所述第一螺帽的直径大于所述螺孔柱的直径,所述第一螺帽内侧具有凹槽,所述保险孔外侧顶端具有凹台,所述凹台的直径大于所述保险孔的直径,所述弹性件的两端分别顶设于所述凹槽和所述凹台的底部。

在本发明实施例的另一方面,提供一种连发施夹钳,所述施夹钳包括推动手柄、管杆及安装于管杆前端的钳头,管杆内设有送料装置、推拉杆和储料仓,所述送料装置包括传送件,其特征在于,所述连发施夹钳还包括按照权利要求1-10任一项所述的连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置。
在一个优选实施例中,所述储料仓包括前仓和后仓,所述前仓延伸至所述钳头的开口处,所述前仓与所述后仓的连接处设有上唇片和下唇片,所述上唇片和所述下唇片分别设于所述前仓的上部和下部,并与所述前仓的顶部和底部之间具有间隔,所述后仓的左右两侧具有条形侧边槽,所述前仓和所述后仓一体成型,所述后仓的后端螺纹连接至所述推拉杆的前端,所述钳头包括相对的一对钳臂,所述钳臂的内侧设有导向槽,所述导向槽构造为所述前仓的延伸,所述导向槽底部的近顶端设有防脱孔,闭合夹的外侧具有凸柱,所述传送件推动闭合夹自所述前仓的开口处滑入所述导向槽,闭合夹的在自身张力作用下张开,使闭合夹外侧壁的凸柱卡设于所述防脱孔内。

上述连发施夹钳及其扣发保险装置中,所述连发施夹钳的所述送料装置推动所述储料仓内的闭合夹进入所述钳头,所述推动手柄拉动所述推拉杆,使所述钳头夹闭闭合夹,在所述送料装置和所述推动手柄交替工作,在所述推动手柄动作时,所述保险轴锁死所述驱动件,使所述驱动件无法推动所述传送件移动,既可以防止所述传送件在所述连发施夹钳正常使用时回退,造成所述储料仓内的闭合夹松动移位;也可以防止误操作造成所述驱动件推动所述传送件前进,引起闭合夹进入所述钳头,影响所述钳头夹闭闭合夹。所述扣发保险装置使所述连发施夹钳的使用更加安全可靠、更加流畅。本发明的结构简单,易于实现,成本低廉,便于推广。

请参阅图1、图3和图4,示出本发明实施例提供的一种连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置100,连发施夹钳1000用于发送闭合夹,所述连发施夹钳1000包括推动手柄200、管杆300及安装于管杆300前端的钳头400,管杆300内设有送料装置500、推拉杆60和储料仓,所述送料装置500包括传送件,所述扣发保险装置包括固定件10、齿轮组件20和保险轴30,所述齿轮组件20用于推动所述传送件移动,所述齿轮组件20通过所述保险轴30安装于所述固定件10,并相对于所述固定件10旋转,所述保险轴30用于锁死或者打开所述齿轮组件20;所述保险轴30包括弹性件33以及相对设置的通过螺纹连接的基座31和轴销32,所述弹性件33支撑于所述固定件10与所述基座31之间,所述轴销32与所述基座31旋紧时,所述基座31紧密贴合于所述齿轮组件20,使所述齿轮组件20无法旋转;松开所述轴销32与所述基座31之间的咬合,所述弹性件33推动所述基座31松开所述齿轮组件20,所述齿轮组件20自由旋转。

在本发明实施例的另一方面,提供一种连发施夹钳1000。请参阅图4、图5、图6、图7和图8,示出本发明实施例提供的一种连发施夹钳1000,包括推动手柄200、管杆300及安装于管杆300前端的钳头400,还包括设于所述管杆300内的送料装置、推拉杆60、储料仓50以及如上所述的连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置100。所述送料装置包括传送件41和推动所述传送件41移动的驱动件42;所述管杆300的近前端设有轴杆431,所述轴杆431用于固定所述钳头400,所述传送件41具有条形通槽411,所述条形通槽411的两侧槽壁具有至少一对突出的防回退夹扣412,所述轴杆431穿过所述条形通槽411后两端固定于所述管杆300,所述防回退夹扣412末端直径小于所述轴杆431的直径,防回退夹扣412末端直径即一对防回退夹扣412末端径向或纵向距离。所述轴杆431在所述传送件41推送闭合夹201后被弹性夹持与两个所述防回退夹扣412之间,也就是弹性夹持与一对所述防回退夹扣412之间,以防止所述传送件41回退。
具体地,本实施例中,所述连发施夹钳的靠近所述钳头400一侧为前端,与前端相对的一侧为后端。

进一步地,所述储料仓50包括前仓和后仓,所述前仓延伸至所述钳头400的开口处,所述前仓与所述后仓的连接处设有上唇片52和下唇片53,所述上唇片52和所述下唇片53分别设于所述前仓的上部和下部,并与所述前仓的顶部和底部之间具有间隔,所述后仓的左右两侧具有条形侧边槽,所述前仓和所述后仓一体成型,所述后仓的后端螺纹连接至所述推拉杆60的前端。
进一步地,所述钳头400包括相对的一对钳臂,所述钳臂的内侧设有导向槽,所述导向槽构造为所述前仓的延伸,防脱孔433设于所述导向槽底部的近顶端,闭合夹201的外侧具有凸柱,所述传送件41推动闭合夹201自所述前仓的开口处滑入所述导向槽,闭合夹201的在自身张力作用下张开,使闭合夹201外侧壁的凸柱卡设于所述防脱孔433内。
具体地,闭合夹201放置于所述前仓内,所述传送件41将闭合夹201自所述前仓开口处推出,闭合夹201在自身张力的作用下张开呈V字型,闭合夹201外侧壁的凸柱沿着所述导向槽槽底向所述钳头400前端滑动,当凸柱到达所述防脱孔433时,凸柱在自身张力的作用下卡设于所述防脱孔433内,所述钳头400稳固地抓牢闭合夹201,使闭合夹201不易脱落。
进一步地,所述传送件41包括顶杆511和中空腔,所述中空腔内容置有所述推拉杆60,所述中空腔的前端两侧具有沿所述中空腔轴向延伸的侧边条521,所述侧边条521穿设于侧边槽531内;所述顶杆511连接至所述侧边条521的顶端,所述条形通槽411沿所述顶杆511的长度方向延伸,所述防回退夹扣412成对设置,且所述防回退夹扣412由所述条形通槽411的内侧壁伸出并沿着闭合夹201的传送方向延伸;所述防回退夹扣412的顶端设有凸起,所述凸起指向所述条形通槽411的内部,相对的两个所述凸起之间的距离小于所述轴杆431的直径。所述凸起呈半圆柱体或者椎体,所述凸起的柱面或者锥面为与所述轴杆431接触的表面。
进一步地,所述钳臂包括扁平的安装部34,两个所述安装部34分别设于所述上唇片52和所述下唇片53与所述前仓之间的间隔内,所述钳尾具有轴孔310和斜向孔310a,所述轴孔310内穿设有所述轴杆431,一对所述斜向孔310a分别设置于两个所述安装部34后端,并由外向内相交,所述斜向孔310a内穿设有转动轴432。
进一步地,所述前仓具有长通孔51和圆孔,所述长通孔51沿所述前仓长度方向延伸,所述轴杆431穿设于所述传送件41的条形通槽411、所述前仓的长通孔51和所述安装部34的轴孔310,所述轴杆431的两端分别固定连接至所述管杆300的上侧壁和下侧壁;所述转动轴432穿设于所述传送件41的条形通槽411、所述前仓的圆孔和所述安装部34的斜向孔310a,所述转动轴432的两端分别固定连接至所述上唇片52和所述下唇片53。
具体地,所述长通孔51的长度与所述推拉杆60带动所述储料仓50移动的长度相同,所述储料仓50向后端移动时,所述转动杆随着所述储料仓50向后端移动,所述轴杆431不随着所述储料仓50的移动而移动,使所述转动杆在所述斜向孔310a内向所述安装部34的后端移动,使所述钳头400闭合。
具体地,所述防回退夹扣412成对设置于所述条形通槽411的内侧壁,所述防回退夹扣412的数量及间隔与所述储料仓50内设置的闭合夹201的个数及长度对应,每推送一个闭合夹201,所述顶杆511向前端移动相应的距离,所述轴杆431穿过相对的一对所述防回退夹扣412顶端的所述凸起之间的间隙,所述凸起阻碍所述顶杆511回退。
具体地,在向所述连发施夹钳内放置闭合夹201和使用所述推动手柄200使闭合夹201夹住血管时,锁死所述保险轴,使所述驱动件42无法移动,防止手术过程中的误操作。在需要推送闭合夹201时打开所述保险轴,旋转所述齿轮组件20,使所述传送件41推送闭合夹201向所述钳头400移动。
具体地,所述齿轮组件20上标注有所述齿轮21转动的位置,所述齿轮21转动相应的弧度后,使所述传送件41向前端移动相应的距离,将闭合夹201推出所述储料仓50。
进一步地,所述前仓内放置有多个闭合夹201,所述推拉杆60的后端连接至所述推动手柄200,并在所述推动手柄200的推动下移动,所述推拉杆60的前端活动连接至所述后仓的后端,所述前仓的前端连接至所述钳头400,并使所述钳头400张开或者闭合;所述传送件41伸入所述前仓内,所述传送件41的顶端具有凹槽,所述凹槽卡设于闭合夹201后端的突起,并将闭合夹201依次推送至所述钳头400。
上述连发施夹钳1000除设有保险装置100之外,还具有防退回结构,具体地,所述轴杆431和所述转动轴432穿设于所述传送件41的条形通槽411内,所述条形通槽411内的所述防回退夹扣412顶端的凸起对所述轴杆431和所述转动轴432具有阻挡作用,使所述传送件41向所述钳头400方向移动后不易能反向移动,阻止所述传送件41回退,同时,所述保险轴锁死所述驱动件42,使所述驱动件42无法推动所述传送件41移动,既可以防止所述传送件41在所述连发施夹钳正常使用时回退,也可以防止误操作造成所述驱动件42推动所述传送件41前进或者后退;所述钳头400的导向槽底部内设置所述防脱孔433,所述闭合夹201外侧的凸柱穿设于所述防脱孔433,使所述钳头400能够抓牢所述闭合夹201,且所述闭合夹201不易脱落,所述连发施夹钳对所述止血钳的抓握和释放更加稳定,操作更加顺畅。本发明的结构简单,易于实现,成本低廉,便于推广。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置,所述连发施夹钳用于发送闭合夹,所述施夹钳包括推动手柄、管杆及安装于管杆前端的钳头,管杆内设有送料装置、推拉杆和储料仓,所述送料装置包括传送件,其特征在于,所述扣发保险装置包括固定件、齿轮组件和保险轴,所述齿轮组件用于推动所述传送件移动,所述齿轮组件通过所述保险轴安装于所述固定件,并相对于所述固定件旋转,所述保险轴用于锁死或者打开所述齿轮组件;所述保险轴包括弹性件以及相对设置的通过螺纹连接的基座和轴销,所述弹性件支撑于所述固定件与所述基座之间,所述轴销与所述基座旋紧时,所述基座紧密贴合于所述齿轮组件,使所述齿轮组件无法旋转;松开所述轴销与所述基座之间的咬合,所述弹性件推动所述基座松开所述齿轮组件,所述齿轮组件自由旋转。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置,其特征在于,所述推送手柄连接有安装管,所述传送件设于所述安装管内,所述传送件的后端具有齿条纹,所述安装管对应于所述齿条纹的位置开设有齿条槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置,其特征在于,所述齿轮组件包括齿轮和远离所述齿轮侧的轮把手,所述齿轮伸入所述齿轮槽并与所述齿条纹啮合,所述轮把手用于旋转所述齿轮组件。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置,其特征在于,所述固定件分别固设于所述齿轮槽长度方向的两侧,所述固定件具有第一固定孔和保险孔,所述保险孔设于所述齿轮槽与所述第一固定孔之间;所述齿轮组件具有第二固定孔和弧形通孔,所述弧形通孔与所述齿轮的方向相同,并设于所述齿轮和所述第二固定孔之间。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置,其特征在于,所述齿轮组件设于两个所述固定件之间,所述第一固定孔的位置与所述第二固定孔的位置对应,所述保险孔至所述第一固定孔距离与所述弧形通孔至所述第二固定孔之间半径一致,使所述齿轮组件转动时,所述弧形通孔与所述保险孔重合。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置,其特征在于,所述第二固定孔和所述第一固定孔内穿设有固定轴,所述齿轮组件以所述固定轴为轴转动;所述保险孔和所述弧形通孔内穿设有所述保险轴。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置,其特征在于,所述保险轴的所述轴销具有外螺纹,所述基座具有螺纹孔,所述轴销通过螺纹旋转固设于所述基座内。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置,其特征在于,所述基座包括第一螺帽和螺孔柱,所述第一螺帽设于所述螺孔柱的外侧顶端,所述螺孔柱的外径与所述弧形通孔的两内侧壁之间的距离相同,所述螺孔柱的顶端具有柱台,所述柱台的直径小于所述弧形通孔的两内侧壁之间的距离。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置,其特征在于,所述第一螺帽的直径大于所述螺孔柱的直径,所述第一螺帽内侧具有凹槽,所述保险孔外侧顶端具有凹台,所述凹台的直径大于所述保险孔的直径,所述弹性件的两端分别顶设于所述凹槽和所述凹台的底部。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置,其特征在于,所述轴销包括第二螺帽和螺栓柱,所述第二螺帽设于所述螺栓柱的外侧顶端,所述第二螺帽的直径大于所述螺栓柱的直径,所述第二螺帽外侧设有突出的把手,所述把手用于旋转所述轴销。
  11. 一种连发施夹钳,所述施夹钳包括推动手柄、管杆及安装于管杆前端的钳头,管杆内设有送料装置、推拉杆和储料仓,所述送料装置包括传送件,其特征在于,所述连发施夹钳还包括按照权利要求1-10任一项所述的连发施夹钳的扣发保险装置。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的连发施夹钳,其特征在于,所述储料仓包括前仓和后仓,所述前仓延伸至所述钳头的开口处,所述前仓与所述后仓的连接处设有上唇片和下唇片,所述上唇片和所述下唇片分别设于所述前仓的上部和下部,并与所述前仓的顶部和底部之间具有间隔,所述后仓的左右两侧具有条形侧边槽,所述前仓和所述后仓一体成型,所述后仓的后端螺纹连接至所述推拉杆的前端,所述钳头包括相对的一对钳臂,所述钳臂的内侧设有导向槽,所述导向槽构造为所述前仓的延伸,所述导向槽底部的近顶端设有防脱孔,闭合夹的外侧具有凸柱,所述传送件推动闭合夹自所述前仓的开口处滑入所述导向槽,闭合夹的在自身张力作用下张开,使闭合夹外侧壁的凸柱卡设于所述防脱孔内。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的连发施夹钳,其特征在于,所述送料装置还包括推动所述传送件移动的驱动件;所述管杆的近前端设有轴杆,所述轴杆用于固定所述钳头,所述传送件具有条形通槽,所述条形通槽的两侧槽壁具有至少一对突出的防回退夹扣,所述轴杆穿过所述条形通槽后两端固定于所述管杆,所述防回退夹扣末端直径小于所述轴杆的直径,所述轴杆在所述传送件推送闭合夹后被弹性夹持与两个所述防回退夹扣之间,所述传送件包括顶杆和中空腔,所述中空腔内容置有所述推拉杆,所述中空腔的前端两侧具有沿所述中空腔轴向延伸的侧边条,所述侧边条穿设于所述侧边槽内;所述顶杆连接至所述侧边条的顶端,所述条形通槽沿所述顶杆的长度方向延伸,所述防回退夹扣成对设置,且所述防回退夹扣由所述条形通槽的内侧壁伸出并沿着闭合夹的传送方向延伸;所述防回退夹扣的顶端设有凸起,所述凸起指向所述条形通槽的内部,相对的两个所述凸起之间的距离小于所述轴杆的直径。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的连发施夹钳,其特征在于,每个所述钳臂包括扁平的安装部,两个所述安装部分别设于所述上唇片和所述下唇片与所述前仓之间的间隔内,所述钳尾具有轴孔和斜向孔,所述轴孔内穿设有所述轴杆,一对所述斜向孔分别设置于两个所述安装部后端,并由外向内相交,所述斜向孔内穿设有转动轴。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的连发施夹钳,其特征在于,所述前仓具有长通孔和圆孔,所述长通孔沿所述前仓长度方向延伸,所述轴杆穿设于所述传送件的条形通槽、所述前仓的长通孔和所述安装部的轴孔,所述轴杆的两端分别固定连接至所述管杆的上侧壁和下侧壁;所述转动轴穿设于所述传送件的条形通槽、所述前仓的圆孔和所述安装部的斜向孔,所述转动轴的两端分别固定连接至所述上唇片和所述下唇片。
