本申请涉及空气调节技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种用于窗式空调器的密封装置及具有其的窗式空调器。
背景技术
相关技术中的窗式空调器,窗式空调器的密封装置的尺寸单一,不能与多种尺寸的窗户相适配,窗式空调器安装到窗户后,密封装置的密封长度固定,不能针对不同尺寸的窗户进行调整,影响窗式空调器的适用范围,操作不便。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种用于窗式空调器的密封装置,该窗式空调器的密封装置具有密封长度可变、使用方便、易于操作等优点。
本申请还提出了一种具有上述用于窗式空调器的密封装置的窗式空调器。
根据本申请第一方面的用于窗式空调器的密封装置,所述窗式空调器安装在墙体上的窗口内,所述窗口内设有可移动的窗户板,所述窗式空调器的机壳设有容纳槽,所述窗户板移动至所述容纳槽内,所述密封装置对应容纳槽设置,所述密封装置的一端与所述机壳连接,所述密封装置的另一端用于在机壳的外侧且密封窗口和窗户板之间的间隙,所述密封装置包括:第一调整件;第二调整件,所述第二调整件内设有第一滑动空间,所述第一调整件伸入到所述第一滑动空间内,所述第二调整件相对所述第一调整件可滑动,所述第一调整件的外周壁和所述第一滑动空间的内壁的其中一个设有第一弹性凸起部,所述第一调整件的外周壁和所述第一滑动空间的内壁的另一个设有多个第一配合扣位,所述多个第一配合扣位沿所述第二调整件的移动方向间隔设置,所述第二调整件移动时所述第一弹性凸起部与多个所述第一配合扣位切换接触配合。

根据本申请实施例的窗式空调器100支撑在墙体的窗口上,窗口内设有可移动的窗户板,窗式空调器100的机壳10设有容纳槽10a,容纳槽10a的顶部敞开,窗户板移动至容纳槽10a内。密封装置20对应所述容纳槽10a设置,例如,设于容纳槽10a的侧边。密封装置20的一端与机壳10连接,可与容纳槽10a的内部位置相连,密封装置20的另一端用于在机壳10的外侧以密封窗口和窗户板之间的间隙。
具体地,窗户板与窗式空调器100相对应的位置能够与容纳槽10a的底部贴合以实现该位置的密封,而窗户板对应窗式空调器100以外(如窗式空调器100一侧或两侧)的位置则与窗口的底壁间隔开,密封装置20则用于在窗式空调器100的一侧或两侧展开,分别与窗户板的底端和窗口的底壁、窗口的侧壁接触,用以实现窗户板与窗口内壁之间的密封,也即实现窗户板与窗框之间的密封。
如图1和图2所示,根据本申请第一方面的用于窗式空调器100的密封装置20,密封装置20包括第一调整件1和第二调整件2,例如,可以是第一调整件1与机壳10相连,或者,也可以是第二调整件2与机壳10相连。
参照图2所示,第二调整件2内设有第一滑动空间2a,第一调整件1伸入到第一滑动空间2a内,第二调整件2相对第一调整件1可滑动。
第一调整件1的外周壁和第一滑动空间2a的内壁的其中一个设有第一弹性凸起部11,第一调整件1的外周壁和第一滑动空间2a的内壁的另一个设有多个第一配合扣位21,换言之,可以是,如图7所示,第一调整件1的外周壁上设有第一弹性凸起部11,第一滑动空间2a的内壁的上设有多个第一配合扣位21,或者,如图8所示,第一滑动空间2a的内壁上设有第一弹性凸起部11,第一调整件1的外周壁上设有多个第一配合扣位21。
参照图3和图7所示,多个第一配合扣位21沿第二调整件2的移动方向间隔设置,第二调整件2移动时第一弹性凸起部11与多个第一配合扣位21切换接触配合。
可以理解的是,用户可直接拉动第二调整件2以调节密封装置20的密封长度,同时,在移动第二调整件2的过程中时,第一弹性凸起部11可发生形变,第一弹性凸起部11与多个第一配合扣位21切换接触配合,用户感到轻微的顿挫感,起到步进的作用,操作感强,并且当第二调整件2移动到用户需要的位置时,第一弹性凸起部11与相应的第一配合扣位21配合以实现对第二调整件2的固定,由此,便于实现调节密封装置20的密封长度,操作简单。

在本申请的一些实施例中,密封装置20还包括第三调整件3,第三调整件3内设有第二滑动空间3a,第二调整件2相对第三调整件3可滑动的伸入到第二滑动空间3a内。第二滑动空间3a的内壁和第二调整件2的外周壁的其中一个设有第二弹性凸起部22,第二滑动空间3a的内壁和第二调整件2的外周壁的另一个上设有多个第二配合扣位31,换言之,如图6和图7所示,第二调整件2的外周壁上设有第二弹性凸起部22,第二滑动空间3a的内壁上设有多个第二配合扣位31;或者参照图8所示,第二滑动空间3a的内壁上设有第二弹性凸起部22,第二调整件2的外周壁上设有多个第二配合扣位31。
参照图7所示,多个第二配合扣位31沿第三调整件3的滑动方向间隔设置,第三调整件3和第二调整件2相对移动时,第二弹性凸起部22与多个第二配合扣位31切换接触配合。可以理解的是,当用户拉动第三调整件3时,第三调整件3可相对第二调整件2滑动,并且第二调整件2可相对第一调整件1滑动,从而增大了密封装置20的密封长度的调节范围,同时在第三调整件3相对第二调整件2滑动以及第二调整件2相对第一调整件1的滑动过程中,用户会感到轻微的顿挫感,操作感强,并且当第三调整件3和第二调整件2移动到用户需要的位置时,第二弹性凸起部22与相应的第二配合扣位31配合以实现对第三调整件3的固定,第一弹性凸起部11与相应的第一配合扣位21配合以实现对第二调整件2的固定,操作简单。

在本申请的一些可选的实施例中,参照图3和图7所示,第二调整件2的外周壁设有第一凹槽23,第二弹性凸起部22设在第一凹槽23内。由此,通过将第二弹性凸起部22设在第一凹槽23内,便于第二弹性凸起部22的设置,同时有利于使得第二调整件2和第三调整件3之间结构紧凑,有利于减小密封装置20的占用空间,实现了密封装置20的结构优化。

在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图3所示,第一调整件1的一部分朝内凹入以限定出第二凹槽12,第一弹性凸起部11设在第一调整件1的一部分的底壁上。由此,有利于第二凹槽12的生产成型,同时便于实现多个第一配合扣位21与第一弹性凸起部11实现配合。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图3所示,第二滑动空间3a的内壁上设有伸入部 32,伸入部32伸入到第二调整件2和第一调整件1内。例如,如图7所示,伸入部32为第二滑动空间3a的底壁上延伸出的悬臂板,伸入部32的一端与第二滑动空间3a的朝向第一调整件1的内侧壁相连,伸入部32的另一端伸入到第二调整件2和第一调整件1内。由此,在第三调整件3相对第一调整件1移动的过程中,伸入部32可对第三调整件3的移动起到导向作用,便于用户拉动第三调整件3以改变密封装置20的密封长度,且有利于保证第一调整件1和第三调整件3的中心轴线在同一条直线上。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图5所示,第三调整件3的周壁上设有第一滑动槽33,第二调整件2上设有与第一滑动槽33配合的第一滑动凸起24。由此,通过第一滑动槽33和第一滑动凸起24的滑动配合,可对第三调整件3相对第二调整件2的滑动起到导向作用,便于用户拉动第三调整件3以改变密封装置20的密封长度,且有利于保证第二调整件2和第三调整件3的中心轴线在同一条直线上。例如,如图5所示,第一滑动凸起24形成为U形凸起,第一滑动槽33形成为U形槽。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图5所示,第二调整件2的周壁上设有第二滑动槽25,第一调整件1上设有与第二滑动槽25配合的第二滑动凸起13。由此,通过第二滑动槽25与第二滑动凸起13的滑动配合,可对第二调整件2相对第一调整件1的滑动起到导向作用,便于用户拉动第二调整件2以改变密封装置20的密封长度,且有利于保证第一调整件1和第二调整件2的中心轴线在同一条直线上。例如,如图5所示,第二滑动凸起13形成为U形凸起,第二滑动槽25形成为U形槽。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图5所示,第一滑动槽33在厚度方向上贯穿第三调整件3,第二滑动槽25在厚度方向上贯穿第二调整件2,第一滑动凸起24围绕第二滑动槽25设置。例如,如图5所示,第二滑动槽25设在第一滑动凸起24上,第二滑动槽25在第一滑动凸起24的厚度方向上贯穿第一滑动凸起24且在第一滑动凸起24的长度方向上延伸。由此,结构简单,在用户调整密封装置20的密封长度时,同时可使得第一调整件1与第二调整件2以及第三调整件3和第二调整件2之间的配合可靠。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图3所示,第三调整件3的周壁上设有第三滑动槽35,第二调整件2上设有与第三滑动槽35配合的第三滑动凸起27。由此,通过第三滑动槽35和第三滑动凸起27的滑动配合,可对第三调整件3相对第二调整件2的滑动起到导向作用,便于用户拉动第三调整件3以改变密封装置20的密封长度,且有利于保证第二调整件2和第三调整件3的中心轴线在同一条直线上。
例如,如图3所示,第三调整件3的第二滑动空间3a的内周壁上设有多个第三滑动槽35,第二调整件2外周壁上设有多个第三滑动凸起27,多个第三滑动凸起27和多个 第三滑动槽35一一对应配合。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图3所示,第二调整件2的周壁上设有第四滑动槽28,第一调整件1上设有与第四滑动槽28配合的第四滑动凸起16(参照图12)。由此,通过第四滑动槽28与第四滑动凸起16的滑动配合,可对第二调整件2相对第一调整件1的滑动起到导向作用,便于用户拉动第二调整件2以改变密封装置20的密封长度,且有利于保证第一调整件1和第二调整件2的中心轴线在同一条直线上。
例如,如图3所示,第二调整件2的第一滑动空间2a的内周壁上设有多个第四滑动槽28,第一调整件1的外周壁上设有多个第四滑动凸起16,多个第四滑动凸起16和多个第四滑动槽28一一对应配合。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图3所示,第三滑动槽35在第三调整件3的移动方向上贯穿第三调整件3,第四滑动槽28在第二调整件2的移动方向上贯穿第二调整件2。由此,有利于增大第三滑动槽35与第三滑动凸起27之间的配合面积,同时有利于增大了第四滑动槽28与第四滑动凸起27之间的配合面积,有利于保证在调整密封装置20的密封长度时、第一调整件1和第二调整件2之间以及第三调整件3和第二调整件2之间配合的可靠性。
例如,如图3所示,第三滑动凸起27为四个,第四滑动槽28为四个,其中两个第三滑动凸起27位于四个第四滑动槽28的上方,剩下两个第三滑动凸起27位于四个第四滑动槽28的下方。
具体地,密封装置20可以为塑料、板件、橡胶、硅胶等材料件。
此外,在一些示例中,如图5所示,第一调整件1的在密封长度方向上的一端的外周壁上设有环形第一抵接部15,第二调整件2上设有第二抵接部26,第二抵接部26适于与第一抵接部15抵接,第三调整件3的外周壁上设有第三抵接部34,第三抵接部34上适于与第二抵接部26抵接,在密封装置20的密封长度最小时,第二抵接部26的一侧表面与第一抵接部15抵接,且第二抵接部26的相对另一侧表面与第三抵接部34抵接。由此,在密封装置20的密封长度最小时,通过第二抵接部26的一侧表面与第一抵接部15抵接,且第二抵接部26的相对另一侧表面与第三抵接部34抵接,可防止密封装置20在密封长度方向发生变形,结构简单,便于加工成型。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图5和图6所示,第一调整件1、第二调整件2、第三调整件3的中心轴线在同一条直线上,第一抵接部15、第二抵接部26和第三抵接部34在垂直于该直线的平面的投影的外轮廓重合。由此,使得密封装置20的结构简单,且便于在第一调整件1、第二调整件2和第三调整件3之间粘贴密封海绵。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图9和图10所示,密封装置20还包括转动支座4(参照图4),转动支座固定在机壳10上,第一调整件1可转动地设在转动支座4上。这样,不仅便于第一调整件1的安装,而可使得第一调整件1相对转动支座4可转动,便于对密封装置20进行收纳,有利于减小密封装置20的占用空间。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图9和图10所示,第一调整件1上设有枢转轴14,转动支座4上设有枢转孔41,转动支座4上设有枢转孔41,枢转轴14与枢转孔41转动配合。由此,便于实现第一调整件1的顺畅转动,便于调高第一调整件1转动的可靠性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图9所示,密封装置20还包括角度定位组件5,角度定位组件5分别与转动支座4和第一调整件1配合、以在第一调整件1转动至设定角度时将第一调整件1定位。这样可以将第一调整件1定位在特定的角度,例如定位第一调整件1与水平方向的夹角为30°、45°或90°,便于用户根据需求将第一调整件1的转动角度进行定位,便于提高密封装置20的使用性能。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图11和图13所示,角度定位组件5包括定位凸起51和多个定位凹槽52,定位凸起51设在第一调整件1上,多个定位凹槽52设在转动支座4上且排布成圆环形,第一调整件1转动时定位凸起51可与多个定位凹槽52切换配合,定位凸起51与其中一个定位凹槽52配合时以定位第一调整件1。这样,可以利用定位凸起51和定位凹槽52对第一调整件1的转动角度进行定位,便于提高转动支座4对第一调整件1的定位的可靠性和稳定性。
下面描述根据本申请实施例的窗式空调器100。
参照图14和图18所示,根据本申请第二方面的窗式空调器100,窗式空调器100支撑在墙体的窗口上,窗口内设有可移动的窗户板,窗式空调器100包括机壳10和密封装置20,机壳10设有容纳槽10a,窗户板的至少一部分可伸入到容纳槽10a内,密封装置20为根据本申请上述实施例的密封装置20,密封装置20分别与窗户板的底端、窗口的底壁和窗口的侧壁接触。
例如,在运输窗式空调器100时,窗式空调器100可处于如图19-21所示的收纳位置,即密封装置20容纳在容纳槽10a内,当窗式空调器100处于密封位置时,如图15-17所示,密封装置20转动至延伸出窗式空调器100的机身,密封装置20的底壁可与窗口的底壁接触配合,密封装置20的侧壁可与窗口的侧接触配合,且密封装置20的顶壁可与窗户板接触配合。
根据本申请实施例的窗式空调器100,通过设置根据本申请上述实施例的窗式空调器100的密封装置20,用户可直接拉动第二调整件2以调节密封装置20的密封长度,同时,在移动第二调整件2的过程中时,第一弹性凸起部11与多个第一配合扣位21切换接触配合,用户感到轻微的顿挫感,操作感强,并且当第二调整件2移动到用户需要的位置时,第一弹性凸起部11与相应的第一配合扣位21配合以实现对第二调整件2的固定,由此,便于实现调节密封装置20的密封长度,操作简单,有利于提高用户的使用体验。
根据本申请实施例的窗式空调器100的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接,还可以是通信;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种用于窗式空调器的密封装置,其特征在于,所述窗式空调器安装在墙体上的窗口内,所述窗口内设有可移动的窗户板,所述窗式空调器的机壳设有容纳槽,所述窗户板移动至所述容纳槽内,所述密封装置对应所述容纳槽设置,所述密封装置的一端与所述机壳连接,所述密封装置的另一端用于在所述机壳的外侧以密封所述窗口和所述窗户板之间的间隙,所述密封装置包括:
    第一调整件;
    第二调整件,所述第二调整件内设有第一滑动空间,所述第一调整件伸入到所述第一滑动空间内,所述第二调整件相对所述第一调整件可滑动,所述第一调整件的外周壁和所述第一滑动空间的内壁的其中一个设有第一弹性凸起部,所述第一调整件的外周壁和所述第一滑动空间的内壁的另一个设有多个第一配合扣位,所述多个第一配合扣位沿所述第二调整件的移动方向间隔设置,所述第二调整件移动时所述第一弹性凸起部与多个所述第一配合扣位切换接触配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于窗式空调器的密封装置,其特征在于,所述密封装置还包括:
    第三调整件,所述第三调整件内设有第二滑动空间,所述第二调整件相对所述第三调整件可滑动的伸入到所述第二滑动空间内,所述第二滑动空间的内壁和所述第二调整件的外周壁的其中一个设有第二弹性凸起部,所述第二滑动空间的内壁和所述第二调整件的外周壁的另一个上设有多个第二配合扣位,所述多个第二配合扣位沿所述第三调整件的滑动方向间隔设置,所述第三调整件和所述第二调整件相对移动时,所述第二弹性凸起部与多个所述第二配合扣位切换接触配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于窗式空调器的密封装置,其特征在于,多个所述第一配合扣位和所述第二弹性凸起部分别设在所述第二调整件上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于窗式空调器的密封装置,其特征在于,所述第二调整件的外周壁设有第一凹槽,所述第二弹性凸起部设在所述第一凹槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于窗式空调器的密封装置,其特征在于,所述第二调整件的一部分朝向所述第一调整件凹入以限定出所述第一凹槽,所述第二弹性凸起部设在所述第二调整件的所述一部分的底壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的用于窗式空调器的密封装置,其特征在于,所述第一调整 件的外周壁设有第二凹槽,所述第一弹性凸起部设在所述第二凹槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于窗式空调器的密封装置,其特征在于,所述第一调整件的一部分朝内凹入以限定出所述第二凹槽。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的用于窗式空调器的密封装置,其特征在于,所述第二滑动空间的内壁上设有伸入部,所述伸入部伸入到所述第二调整件和所述第一调整件内。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的用于窗式空调器的密封装置,其特征在于,所述第三调整件的周壁上设有第一滑动槽,所述第二调整件上设有与所述第一滑动槽配合的第一滑动凸起。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的用于窗式空调器的密封装置,其特征在于,所述第二调整件的周壁上设有第二滑动槽,所述第一调整件上设有与所述第二滑动槽配合的第二滑动凸起。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于窗式空调器的密封装置,其特征在于,所述第一滑动槽在厚度方向上贯穿所述第三调整件,所述第二滑动槽在厚度方向上贯穿所述第二调整件,所述第一滑动凸起围绕所述第二滑动槽设置。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的用于窗式空调器的密封装置,其特征在于,还包括转动支座,所述转动支座固定在所述机壳上,所述第一调整件可转动地设在所述转动支座上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的用于窗式空调器的密封装置,其特征在于,还包括角度定位组件,所述角度定位组件分别与所述转动支座和所述第一调整件配合、以在所述第一调整件转动至设定角度时将所述第一调整件定位。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的用于窗式空调器的密封装置,其特征在于,所述角度定位组件包括定位凸起和多个定位凹槽,所述定位凸起设在所述第一调整件上,所述多个定位凹槽设在所述转动支座上且排布成圆环形,所述第一调整件转动时所述定位凸起可与多个定位凹槽切换配合,所述定位凸起与其中一个定位凹槽配合时以定位所述第一调整件。
  15. 一种窗式空调器,所述窗式空调器支撑在墙体的窗口上,所述窗口内设有可移动的窗户板,其特征在于,所述窗式空调器包括:
    机壳,所述机壳设有容纳槽,所述窗户板的至少一部分可伸入到所述容纳槽内;
    密封装置,所述密封装置为根据权利要求1-14中任一项所述的密封装置,所述密封装置分别与窗户板的底端、所述窗口的底壁和所述窗口的侧壁接触。
