抽吸罩及包含其的吸奶器
本申请要求在2019年08月02日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910711630.2的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及母婴用品技术领域,例如涉及一种抽吸罩及包含其的吸奶器。
背景技术
目前市面上吸奶器的结构大概可以分为两类:手动吸奶器和电动吸奶器。
常规的手动吸奶器大多包括连接三通、吸奶罩和按压手柄,吸奶罩用于覆盖使用者的***,吸奶罩连接在连接三通的其中一个接口上,连接三通的另一个接口用于安装按压手柄,剩余一个接口用于连接奶瓶,使用时,将奶瓶安装在连接三通上,将吸奶罩罩设在使用者的***上,操作按压手柄不断地抽出吸奶罩内的空气,使吸奶罩内形成负压挤压***,进而挤出***内的奶液。相关技术中的手动吸奶器存在以下缺陷:1、通常为了使吸奶罩能够与连接三通实现良好的连接,吸奶罩采用硬质塑胶制成,硬质塑胶直接贴合在人体上非常不舒适,为了提升舒适性,有的在吸奶罩内部再贴合一层硅胶层以隔离皮肤和硬质塑胶,但是整体外形不可变化,不同使用者的***形状和大小均不同,同一人吸奶前后的***尺寸也会有较大的变化,在吸奶后期,吸奶罩无法自动改变形状贴合***,容易出现密封性差,影响吸奶效果;2、零部件结构复杂,需要设置连接三通和按压手柄,增加了组装、清洗及消毒的难度。
电动吸奶器包括主机(气泵)、连接三通以及吸奶罩,目前有的连接三通与吸奶罩作为一体的结构,主机的抽气口通过气管连通此连接三通,使用前,需要将多个配件按照要求组装,再与奶瓶连接,以手持的方式或者在哺乳文胸的辅助下将电动吸奶器固定在***上,打开主机电源,电动吸奶器开始产生吸力,进入吸奶工序。相关技术中的电动吸奶器存在以下缺陷:1、配件中如果任意一项发生损坏或故障,电动吸奶器都不能达到正常吸奶效果;2、配件数量繁多,使用前组装繁琐,占用使用者较多的时间,使用后清洁耗时,且连接三通体积小,容易出现卫生死角,导致细菌产生,存在健康隐患;3、吸奶罩主要由PP(Polypropylene,聚丙烯)制成,质地较硬,不具备形变效果,容易对使用者的***形成冲击感,同时也难以贴合各种不同女性的***,容易产生缝隙,出现漏气现象,使吸奶效果欠佳;4、电力驱动不能随时启停,如果在***吸空时忘记按下停止按键,还容易对***造成损伤,严重地会使***发生出血等情 况。
另外,市面上还有一种硅胶吸奶器,包括吸奶器头、瓶颈和瓶身,通常这三个部件通过一体成型的制作方法成型。硅胶吸奶器能否与***达到完美的贴合效果主要取决于:吸力大小和吸奶器头与***的贴合度。目前硅胶吸奶器的吸奶器头的设计宽度是6~10cm,瓶身容量是90~150ml,此结构的吸奶器头的边缘部分过于追求亲肤设计,所以采用单层硅胶设计,效果较薄,随着使用过程中母乳不断分泌,吸奶器头的吸力会随着吸奶器的重量增加而减少;或因***被挤出奶液后发生形变,使得***与硅胶吸奶器的接触面发生漏气的情况;或因使用者没有以正确方式使用硅胶吸奶器导致操作不当容易发生吸奶器头与***分离进而使硅胶吸奶器脱落的情况。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种抽吸罩,该抽吸罩结构简单,密封性好,贴合度高,可有效防止从***上脱落。
本申请实施例提供一种吸奶器,该吸奶器零部件少,操作简单,与***贴合度高,不易脱落。
本申请实施例采用以下技术方案:
第一方面,提供一种抽吸罩,包括采用硅胶一体制作成型的排气连接头和罩本体;其中,所述罩本体具有相对设置的开口端和封口端,所述封口端开设有通孔,所述排气连接头连接在所述封口端,所述排气连接头内贯穿设置有用于抽气和供奶液输出的通道,所述通道与所述通孔连通,所述排气连接头远离所述封口端的一端设置为连接输送管,所述罩本体包括依次连接在所述开口端与封口端之间的贴合环和做功环,所述贴合环设置为环形贴合在***的周部,所述做功环和所述封口端组成做功部,所述做功部设置为在所述排气连接头的抽气作用下变形以实现吸奶操作。
第二方面,提供一种吸奶器,包括集奶瓶、瓶盖以及如第一方面中所述的抽吸罩;其中,所述瓶盖以可拆卸的方式设置在所述集奶瓶的瓶口,所述集奶瓶和所述瓶盖均采用可变形的材料制成,所述瓶盖上开设有进气口,所述进气口设置为通过输送管连接所述抽吸罩的排气连接头。

参照图1至图10,本申请实施例提供一种抽吸罩1,主要用于手动的吸奶器,此吸奶器包括集奶瓶3和瓶盖4,瓶盖4密封安装于集奶瓶3的瓶口,抽吸 罩1通过输送管2与集奶瓶3的内部连通,集奶瓶3采用柔性可变形的材料制成(比如硅胶),通过挤压集奶瓶3可以将抽吸罩1内的空气吸出,从而实现挤奶操作。
如图1至图3,本申请实施例提供的抽吸罩1包括采用硅胶一体制作成型的排气连接头11和罩本体12,罩本体12具有相对设置的开口端和封口端121,封口端121开设有通孔122,排气连接头11连接在封口端121,排气连接头11内贯穿设置有用于抽气和供奶液输出的通道111,通道111与通孔122连通,排气连接头11远离封口端121的一端设置为连接输送管2,罩本体12包括依次连接在开口端与封口端121之间的贴合环123和做功环124,贴合环123设置为环形贴合在***的周部,做功环124和封口端121组成做功部,做功部设置为在排气连接头11的抽气作用下变形从而实现吸奶操作。通过将抽吸罩1采用硅胶一体制造成型,可以简化抽吸罩1的零部件数量,降低组装、清洗以及消毒难度,同时硅胶制成的抽吸罩1,可以利用硅胶柔软且富有弹性的特点,在不同胸型的***尺寸的情况下使用,吸力产生后,贴合环123通过收缩,对***产生一种固定的效果,从而防止抽吸罩1脱离***,而做功环124与封口端121共同组成做功部,做功部在贴合环123贴合***后形成密封的空间,在吸力作用下做功部会实现有效地变形,进而进行有效地吸奶操作。
一实施例中,排气连接头11包括呈夹角设置的第一连接部112和第二连接部113,第一连接部112远离第二连接部113的一端与封口端121连接,第二连接部113远离第一连接部112的一端设置为连接输送管2,通道111包括呈夹角连通的第一通道1111和第二通道1112,第一通道1111设置于第一连接部112内且与通孔122连通,第二通道1112设置于第二连接部113内且用于连通第一通道1111和输送管2。通过将排气连接头11设置为呈夹角的两个连接部的结构,可以减小排气连接头11在整个抽吸罩1的厚度方向上所占用的空间,增加了抽吸罩1的使用空间,同时也可以减少与排气连接头11连接的输送管2因形变而发生折叠的情况。
在本实施例中,第一连接部112与第二连接部113之间的夹角不大于90度。此设计可以形成类似于L型的排气连接头11,使连接输送管2的第二连接部113能与罩本体12的封口端121保持一个相对平行的状态,进而使整个抽吸罩1在任何角度使用的时候,所连接的输送管2均能保持同一垂直或顺拐方向,从而防止输送管因形变产生折叠,并且可以缩小排气连接头11在抽吸罩1的厚度方向上占用的面积,从而增加抽吸罩1的使用空间。
在一实施例中,排气连接头11的第一连接部112与第二连接部113垂直。
在本实施例中,第一连接部112呈锥形,第一连接部112的第一端连接封 口端121,第一连接部112的第二端不封口,第一连接部112的侧壁邻近于第一连接部112的第二端的部分连接此第二连接部113,第二连接部113分为两个部分,第一部分呈锥形,第一部分的大端固定在第一连接部112的侧壁,第一部分的小端连接第二部分,第二部分的直径小于第一部分的小端的直径,在第二部分上沿其长度方向间隔设置有环形的凹陷,此凹陷设置为将输送管2的端部固定在第二部分上。
一实施例中,贴合环123远离做功环124的一端连接有密封圈125,密封圈125具有位于罩本体12的开口端的端面的第一密封面1251和位于罩本体12的内侧壁的第二密封面1252,第一密封面1251和第二密封面1252呈夹角设置。在初始状态下,抽吸罩1罩设在***上,密封圈125的第二密封面1252贴合在***上,此时第一密封面1251没有贴合***,启动吸力抽吸此抽吸罩1以进行吸奶操作,***在吸奶后发生变形,由于密封圈125的整体连续性以及贴合环123与密封圈125形成的隔断面产生的回拉力,将第二密封面1252移动并拉动第一密封面1251贴合***,实现二次吸附,保证抽吸罩1仍然吸附在***上,有效防止抽吸罩1脱落,密封效果好,不会影响挤乳操作。另外,呈夹角设置的第一密封面1251和第二密封面1252形成的V型结构,可以在使用的时候完全贴合不同胸型的***。
在一实施例中,第二密封面1252设置为由第一密封面1251朝向罩本体12的内部倾斜,第一密封面1251与第二密封面1252呈钝角设置。此设计形成朝向罩本体12内部凸设的V型结构的密封圈125,可以增强密封效果,并且第一密封面1251与第二密封面1252呈钝角设置可以形成较缓的两个连续的密封面,密封效果非常好。
在本实施例中,密封圈125的外表面为倾斜面1253,倾斜面1253设置为由开口端朝向贴合环123向内倾斜。此设计可以增加密封圈125的厚度,保证密封圈125具有一定的强度以提升密封性和贴合紧密度。
在一实施例中,密封圈125的外径不大于80mm,深度为5~10mm。
一实施例中,做功环124的厚度大于贴合环123的厚度。此设计可以增加做功环124的强度(即刚性),保证做功环124具有足够的回弹力(即可以产生大幅度的形变),提升抽吸罩1的吸力。
当吸力产生时,做功部会产生最大幅度的形变效果,形变幅度越大,吸力便会越充足,做功部的大幅度形变效果使它能在任何不同胸型的***上进行使用,且达到完全密封的效果,在吸奶的过程中牢牢地吸附在***上,且使吸奶的效率保持在一个高效且稳定的水平。
在本实施例中,贴合环123的截面呈弧形,且贴合环123朝向罩本体12的外部凸设。此设计可以便于增加贴合环123的容纳空间,也符合人体***的形变规律,便于贴合***。
在本实施例中,做功环124的截面呈矩形。在其他实施例中,还可以将做功环124的截面设置为弧形,且做功环124朝向罩本体的内部凸设。此设计便于在抽吸罩1的外部形成挤压位置,保证挤压操作能够顺利进行,同时,内凹的做功环124与外凸的贴合环123的组合结构还可以增加整个抽吸罩1的强度,保证贴合环123的贴合效果和做功环124的形变效果。
一实施例中,封口端121的内表面为朝向通孔122倾斜的斜面。此设计可以形成对奶液的导流,便于奶液能够顺畅地进入到通孔122内。
在本实施例中,通孔122的中心与封口端121的中心间隔设置。在一实施例中,通孔122的中心位于封口端121的中心的下方,此设计可以便于接收奶液,通常哺乳期的女性因生理原因***会下垂,因此,此设计是为了配合***的***位置而设计,保证***喷出的乳汁能准确地喷射到通孔122内,可以尽可能避免乳汁残留在抽吸罩1的罩本体12内。
在一实施例中,做功环124与贴合环123的连接处采用圆弧过渡;和/或,做功环124与封口端121采用圆弧过渡。此设计可以保证抽吸罩1内壁光滑,提升舒适性。
在本实施例中,做功环124的内径处于30~50cm的范围内,贴合环123的内径处于60~80cm的范围内。此设计可以形成设计高度为40~55mm,宽度为70~80mm的抽吸罩1,抽吸罩1的设计重量在20~28.5克,由于此抽吸罩1只挤乳而不存乳,因此,抽吸罩1施加在***上的向下的拉力较小,增强使用者使用时的舒适度,也不会拉动***变形。
一实施例中,抽吸罩1采用处于65~70度范围内的硅胶一体制造成型。硅胶材料具有弹性,硅胶材料的特性决定了抽吸罩1的刚性越强,回弹越大,刚性越弱,回弹越小。以下以硅胶能在挤压后恢复原貌的原理进行比较:
设置三组不同硬度的硅胶,分别为:硬度为25-64度、硬度为65-70以及硬度为71-90度,评比结果如下:
(1)、采用硅胶硬度为25-64度的硅胶材质,抽吸罩1的刚性较弱,抽吸罩1的做功部回弹效果小、吸力弱,没有足够的吸力支持高效的吸附效果。经过实际测试,得出的效果是母乳出量为1-3滴/秒,吸力小,集乳速度过慢。而且该硬度下的抽吸罩1的做功部形变效果小,回弹区间短,导致密封圈125与***贴合度不高,容易出现漏气,发生从***上脱落的现象。
(2)、采用硅胶硬度为71-90度的硅胶材质,抽吸罩1的刚性增强,抽吸罩1的做功部回弹效果变大、吸力变强,具有足够的吸力支持高效的吸附效果。经过实际测试,得出的效果是母乳出量为8-12滴/秒,但吸力过大,容易造成***不适,给使用者***造成疼痛感,且硅胶硬度达到71度后,抽吸罩1出现变脆情况,硅胶外层出现龟裂和成品易碎情况,产品耐用度大大降低。
(3)、采用本实施例的硬度,即硅胶硬度为65-70度的硅胶材质,抽吸罩1的做功部的形变大,回弹力强,吸力适中,贴合环123与***的贴合度高,未发现抽吸罩1出现漏气情况,未出现抽吸罩1从***上发生脱落情况。经过实际测试,得出的效果是母乳出量为4-6滴/秒,该状态下进行吸奶工作,使得在保持吸奶的高效性的同时也能让使用者在吸奶时候感到舒适。
如图4至图10所示,本申请实施例还提供一种吸奶器,此吸奶器包括集奶瓶3和瓶盖4,瓶盖4以可拆卸的方式设置在集奶瓶3的瓶口,集奶瓶3和瓶盖4均采用硅胶材料制成,此吸奶器还包括如上任意实施例的抽吸罩1,抽吸罩1的具体结构此处不再赘述。瓶盖4上开设有进气口,进气口设置为通过输送管2连接抽吸罩1的排气连接头11。硅胶材料制成的集奶瓶3可以实现挤压变形,以对抽吸罩1内的空气进行抽吸,保证挤奶操作能够正常进行,同时奶液也会被抽吸至集奶瓶3内积存。在一实施例中,整个吸奶器包括四个零部件:抽吸罩1、输送管2、集奶瓶3和瓶盖4,在组装时,零部件少,降低了组装和清洗的难度,同时手动挤压集奶瓶3为吸奶动作提供动力,可以做到随时停止,防止使用者的***在奶液排空的时候被持续抽吸,保证***不受伤害,并且不需要电源或电线,没有噪音,这是一款使用者在抽奶时不需要隐藏或者遮盖的吸奶器。另外,此吸奶器的抽吸罩1仅用于吸奶,不存奶液,且吸附效果好,可以持续贴合在使用者的***上,解放了使用者的双手,并且可以在任何地方任何状况下使用,比如开车、购物、散步或者躺着。
在本实施例中,进气口设置有进气管5,进气管5的第一端延伸至瓶盖4外且与输送管2以可拆卸的方式连接,进气管5的第二端延伸至瓶盖4内且以可拆卸的方式连接有第一单向阀6,第一单向阀6设置为控制气体或液体仅能从进气管5的连接有输送管2的一端朝向集奶瓶3内部输送。通过设置第一单向阀6,可以有效避免吸入到输送管2内的奶液回流到抽吸罩1内,同时还可以避免空气回流到抽吸罩1内,影响抽吸罩1的密封性,保证抽吸罩1始终都能处于贴合***的状态。
在一实施例中,进气管5设置在瓶盖内侧的一端设置有外螺纹51,第一单向阀6设有内螺纹61,第一单向阀6可螺纹旋接在进气管5上。螺旋连接的方式便于进气管5与第一单向阀6的拆装。
在本实施例中,瓶盖4上开设有排气口,在排气口处设置有第二单向阀7,第二单向阀7设置为控制气体或液体仅能从集奶瓶3内部朝向集奶瓶3外部输送。通过设置第二单向阀7,可以防止集奶瓶3外的空气进入到集奶瓶3内,保证挤奶操作能够顺畅地进行。
在一实施例中,瓶盖4包括盖本体41和环设在盖本体41周部的固定环42,固定环42的内侧壁设置有螺纹结构以旋拧在集奶瓶3的瓶口。盖本体41与固定环42可以作为一体结构,也可以作为分体结构,当盖本体41与固定环42为分体制造成型时,固定环42可以选用强度较高的硅胶或者塑料制成,便于瓶盖4与集奶瓶3连接。
此吸奶器可以单侧吸奶或者双侧同步吸奶。如图4和图5所示,当吸奶器为单侧吸奶时,仅设置一个输送管2,输送管2的一端与瓶盖4上的进气管5连接,另一端连接抽吸罩1的排气连接头11。当吸奶器为双侧吸奶时,设置三个输送管2,其中一个输送管2设置为连接进气管5和三通管8的第一接口81,另外两个输送管2分别连接第二接口82和第三接口83,第二接口82和第三接口83远离三通管8的一端分别连接一个抽吸罩1。
吸奶器不限于连接上述数量的抽吸罩1,还可以连接三个或三个以上的抽吸罩1,此时吸奶器可应用于人体吸奶以外的动物吸奶。
另外,也不限于采用三通管8连接两个抽吸罩1,还可以直接在瓶盖4上增加进气管5的数量,以连接对应数量的抽吸罩1。

  1. 一种抽吸罩,包括采用硅胶一体制作成型的排气连接头和罩本体;
    其中,所述罩本体具有相对设置的开口端和封口端,所述封口端开设有通孔,所述排气连接头连接在所述封口端,所述排气连接头内贯穿设置有用于抽气和供奶液输出的通道,所述通道与所述通孔连通,所述排气连接头远离所述封口端的一端设置为连接输送管,所述罩本体包括依次连接在所述开口端与封口端之间的贴合环和做功环,所述贴合环设置为环形以贴合在***的周部,所述做功环和所述封口端组成做功部,所述做功部设置为在所述排气连接头的抽气作用下变形以实现吸奶操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的抽吸罩,其中,所述排气连接头包括呈夹角设置的第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部远离所述第二连接部的一端与所述封口端连接,所述第二连接部远离所述第一连接部的一端设置为连接所述输送管,所述通道包括呈夹角连通的第一通道和第二通道,所述第一通道设置于所述第一连接部内且与所述通孔连通,所述第二通道设置于所述第二连接部内且用于连通所述第一通道和所述输送管。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的抽吸罩,其中,所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部之间的夹角不大于90度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的抽吸罩,其中,所述贴合环远离所述做功环的一端连接有密封圈,所述密封圈具有位于所述开口端的端面的第一密封面和位于所述罩本体的内侧壁的第二密封面,所述第一密封面和所述第二密封面呈夹角设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的抽吸罩,其中,所述第二密封面设置为由所述第一密封面朝向所述罩本体的内部倾斜,所述第一密封面与所述第二密封面呈钝角设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的抽吸罩,其中,所述密封圈的外表面为倾斜面,所述倾斜面设置为由所述开口端朝向所述贴合环向内倾斜。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的抽吸罩,其中,所述密封圈的外径不大于80mm,深度为5~10mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的抽吸罩,其中,所述做功环的厚度大于所述贴合环的厚度。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的抽吸罩,其中,所述贴合环的截面呈弧形,且所述贴合环朝向所述罩本体的外部凸设。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的抽吸罩,其中,所述做功环的截面呈弧形,且 所述做功环朝向所述罩本体的内部凸设;或,所述做功环的截面呈矩形。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的抽吸罩,其中,所述封口端的内表面为朝向所述通孔倾斜的斜面。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的抽吸罩,其中,所述通孔的中心与所述封口端的中心间隔设置。
  13. 根据权利要求1至12任一项所述的抽吸罩,其中,所述抽吸罩满足以下至少之一:所述做功环与所述贴合环的连接处采用圆弧过渡;或,所述做功环与所述封口端采用圆弧过渡。
  14. 根据权利要求1至12任一项所述的抽吸罩,其中,所述做功环的内径处于30~50cm范围内。
  15. 根据权利要求1至12任一项所述的抽吸罩,其中,所述贴合环的内径处于60~80cm范围内。
  16. 根据权利要求1至12任一项所述的抽吸罩,其中,所述抽吸罩采用处于65~70度范围内的硅胶一体制造成型。
  17. 一种吸奶器,包括集奶瓶、瓶盖以及如权利要求1至16任一项所述的抽吸罩;
    其中,所述瓶盖以可拆卸的方式设置在所述集奶瓶的瓶口,所述集奶瓶和所述瓶盖均采用可变形的材料制成,所述瓶盖上开设有进气口,所述进气口设置为通过输送管连接所述抽吸罩的排气连接头。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的吸奶器,其中,所述进气口设置有进气管,所述进气管的第一端延伸至所述瓶盖外且与所述输送管以可拆卸的方式连接,所述进气管的第二端延伸至所述瓶盖内且以可拆卸的方式连接有第一单向阀,所述第一单向阀设置为控制气体或液体仅能从所述进气管的连接有所述输送管的一端朝向所述集奶瓶内部输送。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的吸奶器,其中,所述瓶盖上开设有排气口,在所述排气口处设置有第二单向阀,所述第二单向阀设置为控制气体或液体仅能从所述集奶瓶内部朝向所述集奶瓶外部输送。
