Abstract

본 발명은 트레이니로부터 측정되는 근활성도와 움직임 정보에 기초하여 트레이닝 완성도를 평가하는 기술에 관한 것으로서, 일실시예에 따른 트레이닝 완성도 평가 장치는 트레이니의 선정된 신체부위에 부착된 전극을 통해 해당 근육별 근활성도(muscle activity) 정보를 수집하는 근활성도 수집부, 상기 수집된 근활성도 정보에 기초하여 상기 해당 근육별 스테빌리티(stability)를 분석하되, 상기 수집된 근활성도 정보와 기설정된 스테빌리티 기준값의 크기를 비교하여, 스테빌리티 상태의 진입 여부를 판단하는 스테빌리티 분석부, 상기 스테빌리티 상태에 진입한 경우로 판단된 경우, 트레이너의 지시에 따른 트레이니의 움직임을 촬영한 영상 데이터를 수집하고, 상기 수집된 영상 데이터로부터 상기 해당 근육별 모빌리티(mobility)를 분석하는 모빌리티 분석부, 및 상기 분석된 스테빌리티 및 상기 분석된 모빌리티에 기초하여 상기 트레이니에 대한 트레이닝 완성도를 평가하는 트레이닝 평가 처리부를 포함할 수 있다.
