根据本发明提供的吸尘器刷头及吸尘方法,在清洁过程中,前擦板、后擦板以相反方向往复移动。与传统吸尘器中的圆柱形刷毛相比,由于擦板前后移动使得擦板可以具有更大的清洁面积,甚至可从刷头本体底部的左侧边缘延伸到右侧边缘,由于清洁面积更大,可显著提升吸尘清洁效率。而且,由于前擦板、后擦板以相反方向往复移动,与传统吸尘器中的圆柱形刷毛进行的单向转动擦拭相比,往复擦拭清洁效果显著提升。而且,由于不再通过滚动擦拭的方式擦拭地面,克服了现有技术中圆柱形刷毛存在的缠头发问题。而且,与圆柱形刷毛相比,本方案中抹布与地面自己可具有更大的作用力,便于清洁牢固粘接在地面的垃圾。
另一方面,由于前擦板上设置有贯穿其上下两端的过尘孔,吸尘口保持与过尘孔重叠。由此,启动负压产生装置在垃圾进到前擦板的集尘槽内时,大部分的垃圾在未与前擦板上的抹布接触时就可通过吸尘口被吸走,地面上剩余未被吸干净的余灰通过后续的前插板和后擦板上的抹布处理掉。此外,前擦板上的抹布能够将尺寸、重量较大的垃圾向前推到吸尘口所在的区域,进而从吸尘口吸入,即本发明中通过前擦板将垃圾定向推送给吸尘口,二者实现了高效的联动吸尘清洁作用,与现有技术中滚刷与吸尘口、圆柱形刷毛与吸尘口这些组合中的各自独立工作或较差的联动相比,本发明具有显著的技术进步,且这种联动带来的显著提升的吸尘清洁效果是现有技术难以预料的。
进一步地,在吸尘管路进行吸尘作业时,集尘槽内的空气被抽走进而形成负压空间,在气压差的作用下,使得擦板上的抹布紧密接触地面,一方面使得在不需要用户用力按压的情况下吸尘器刷头也能紧密接触地面,另一方面使得抹布 与地面之间的摩擦力显著增强,能够除去地面上牢固粘接的垃圾,这是现有技术无法实现的,因而具有显著的进步。
进一步地,前擦板上设置有贯穿其上下两端的过尘孔还能显著降低吸尘口对刷头本体底部的空间占用,因而提升了擦板上抹布在刷头本体底部的面积占比。
进一步地,由于喷水组件的喷水口设置在刷头本体的底部且位于前擦板和后擦板之间。由此,在刷头行进过程中,前擦板接触干地面,后擦板接触湿地面,使前擦板对待清洁面进行干擦,实现对浮尘等垃圾的清扫,后擦板对待清洁面进行湿擦,与现有技术中单纯的干擦或单纯的湿擦相比,能够兼顾处理多种类型的垃圾,实现更好的综合清洁效果。由此,实现了吸尘、干擦、湿擦多位一体清洁作用,进一步显著提升了吸尘、清洁效果。
更进一步,由于喷水口设置在前擦板和后擦板之间,使得吸尘口与喷水口之间由前插板上的抹布隔开,杜绝喷水口喷出的清洁液进入吸尘口的可能性,防止吸尘***的电机进水损坏,即以巧妙的结构同时实现了清洁效果的提升和安全性的提升。
综上所述,本发明可以起到显著提升吸尘器刷头的清洁面积、清洁效果的技术效果,与现有相比具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步。且需要说明的是,前述各技术特征的技术效果虽然分段描述,但各部分并非割裂的,而是一个协调配合的整体技术方案。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种吸尘器刷头1,吸尘器刷头1可作为吸尘器的刷头使用。
如图1-图3所示,吸尘器刷头1包括刷头本体2、前擦板4、后擦板5、擦板驱动 装置和喷水组件。刷头本体2内设置有吸尘管路,吸尘管路在刷头本体2的底部前侧形成有吸尘口6,前擦板4和后擦板5分别设置在刷头本体2的底部,前擦板4和后擦板5上分别设置有抹布,擦板驱动装置设置在刷头本体2内,喷水组件的喷水口设置在刷头本体2的底部且位于前擦板4和后擦板5之间。擦板驱动装置传动连接前擦板4和后擦板5,擦板驱动装置配置为带动前擦板4、后擦板5以相反方向往复移动。
前擦板4上设置有贯穿其上下两端的过尘孔44,过尘孔44配置为具有预设的尺寸,使前擦板4往复移动时吸尘口6始终被过尘孔44重叠。具体地,如图2所示,在沿前擦板4的前进或后退方向上,过尘孔44的宽度大于吸尘口6的宽度至预设阀值,使过尘孔44随前擦板4往复移动时吸尘口6保持与过尘孔44重叠。其中,预设阀值的具体数值本领域技术人员可根据吸尘口6、过尘孔44其中之一的尺寸进行选择,为可变化的数字,只要满足过尘孔44随前擦板4往复移动时吸尘口6保持与过尘孔44重叠即可,本实例中不再一一列举。需要说明的是,在另一实施方式中,也可以是,在沿前擦板的前进或后退方向上,过尘孔的宽度小于吸尘口的宽度至预设阀值,使过尘孔随前擦板往复移动时吸尘口保持与过尘孔重叠。
具体地,刷头本体2形成壳体结构,以安装前擦板4、后擦板5、擦板驱动装置、喷水组件、吸尘管路和其它附件。本实施例中,吸尘管路通过接头和外管25连接吸尘器***中的负压产生装置,负压产生装置启动时在吸尘口6产生负压以吸入灰尘等垃圾。
优选地,前擦板4和后擦板5分别是长板形结构,它们甚至各自从刷头本体2底部的左边缘一直延伸到由边缘,由此,使得前擦板4和后擦板5与现有技术中的圆柱形擦板相比,显著提升了吸尘器刷头1的有效清洁面积。优选地,前擦板4和后擦板5上的抹布分别可拆卸地安装,例如抹布分别通过类似尼龙扣的粘接在前侧板和后擦板5上。
图6-图9示出了一种优选的擦板驱动装置,该擦板驱动装置包括曲轴20、第一连杆18和第二连杆19。其中,曲轴20包括曲轴杆201、形成在曲轴杆201上的第一轴颈202和第二轴颈203,第一连杆18的一端可转动地套设在第一轴颈202上、 另一端铰接前擦板4的顶部,第二连杆19的一端可转动地套设在第二轴颈203上、另一端铰接后擦板5的顶部。即曲轴20、第一连杆18、前擦板4组成一组曲柄连杆机构,曲轴20、第二连杆19、后擦板5组成另一组曲柄连杆机构。其中,为了使曲轴20能够转动,擦板驱动装置还包括设置在刷头本体2内的驱动电机16和传动机构,驱动电机16通过转动机构带动曲轴20转动,其中传动机构包括同步带、涡流蜗杆传动箱或其它结构类型。
优选地,第一轴颈202的轴心线、第二轴颈203的轴心线与曲轴杆201的转动轴心共面,且第一轴颈202的轴心线和曲轴杆201的转动轴心之间的距离与第二轴颈203的轴心线之间的距离和曲轴杆201的转动轴心之间的距离相等。由此,实现了在曲轴20沿一个方向转动时,带动前擦板4、后擦板5以相反方向往复移动。
优选地,擦板驱动装置还配置为带动前擦板4、后擦板5以相反方向往复移动时,曲轴20保持自平衡。具体地,通过预先设定第一轴颈202、第二轴颈203、第一连杆18、第二连杆19、前擦板4和后擦板5的具体尺寸、重量、形状等参数使,由于曲轴20在转动过程保持自平衡。由此,能够使前擦板4、后擦板5以相反方向往复移动时整个吸尘器刷头1保持平稳,避免产生不必要的震动,可显著降低噪音以及减少擦板驱动装置的磨损。
本实施例中,喷水口的数量为一个或多个,优选为多个。图2示出了喷水口的数量为2个情形,2个喷水口均设置在刷头本体2的底部,且位于前擦板4和后擦板5之间。具体地,喷水组件还包括设置在刷头本体2内部的水箱12、泵送装置17和供水管路,水箱12通过供水管路连接各喷水口,水泵设置在供水管路中用于将水箱12中的清洁液增压后从喷水口喷出。
其中,如图9-图12所示,水箱12包括:箱体121、箱盖122和隔水垫123,箱盖122设置在箱体121的顶部,箱体121的下部具有具有出水口。隔水垫123设置在箱体121内并将箱体121分隔成上腔124和下腔125,下腔125用于储水,隔水垫123的中心区域的高度小于边缘区域的高度,且隔水垫123的中心区域具有用于往下腔125注水的注水口131,箱盖122配置为打开或关闭注水口131。
优选地,隔水垫123的高度由边缘区域至中心区域呈连续平滑降低。
优选地,箱体121的底部向内凹陷形成容纳槽130。
优选地,隔水垫123为弹性体,例如具有弹性的硅胶隔水垫123。
其中,刷头本体126的底部设置有喷嘴,喷嘴通过输水管路连通出水口。水泵配置为将下腔125内的清洁液泵送到喷嘴喷出,具体地,水泵连接在输水管路中,水泵启动时产生压力将水箱12内的清洁液。
本实施例中,隔水垫123的边缘区域具有向下方突出、且绕中心区域延伸的环形凸起127,箱体121的顶部具有第一环形槽132,环形凸起127安装在第一环形槽132内。环形凸起127的上表面向内凹陷形成有的第二环形槽133,刷头本体126的上表面具有开口,箱盖122可打开地安装在开口处,刷头本体126在开口处的内表面向下突出有筒状凸起128,筒状凸起128安装在第二环形槽133内,使箱盖122、筒状凸起128和箱体121围成闭合空间。
优选地,箱盖122包括连为一体的盖板1221和筒体1222,盖板1221露出刷头本体126的上表面,筒体1222***开口,筒体1222上套设有弹性密封圈129,弹性密封圈129抵接开口的内壁。
本实施例中,清洁装置还包括擦板、擦板驱动装置和吸尘管路,吸尘管路设置在刷头本体126内,吸尘管路在刷头本体126的底部形成有吸尘口,擦板设置在刷头本体126的底部,擦板底部设置有抹布,擦板驱动装置设置在刷头本体126内以驱动擦板运动。
由此,一方面可利用隔水垫123将下腔125内存储的清洁液与上腔124隔开,避免清洁装置高速震动或移动过程中清洁液晃动冲击箱盖122导致的可能漏水的情况,即使有少量的清洁液在晃动过程中溢出到隔水垫123上方,由于隔水垫123和箱盖122之间具有一定距离,能够接触到箱盖122的清洁液也很少。而且,由于隔水垫123的中心区域的高度小于边缘区域的高度,即使有少量的清洁液在晃动过程中溢出到隔水垫123上方,也能在自身重力的作用下,及时汇集到注水口131落入下腔125。而且,在注水过程中,并不需要完全对准注水口131,清洁液可自主汇集到注水口131落入下腔125,提供了注水的效率以及防止注水过程中清洁液洒出。
与此同时,由于通过该隔水垫123可巧妙的防止漏水,因而无需将箱盖122完全 密封,使得水箱在向外出水的过程中可及时补充空气以消除水箱内外的气压差,便于喷水***顺畅地将水箱内的清洁液输出。
根据本实施例提供的吸尘器刷头1,在清洁过程中,前擦板4、后擦板5以相反方向往复移动。与传统吸尘器中的圆柱形刷毛相比与传统吸尘器中的圆柱形刷毛进行的单向转动擦拭相比,往复擦拭清洁效果显著提升。而且,由于不再通过滚动擦拭的方式擦拭地面,克服了现有技术中圆柱形刷毛存在的缠头发问题。而且,与圆柱形刷毛相比,本方案中抹布与地面自己可具有更大的作用力,便于清洁牢固粘接在地面的垃圾。
另一方面,由于前擦板4上设置有贯穿其上下两端的过尘孔44,过尘孔44配置为具有预设的尺寸,使前擦板4往复移动时吸尘口6始终被过尘孔44重叠。由此,启动负压产生装置在垃圾进到前擦板4的过尘孔44内时,大部分的垃圾在未与前擦板4上的抹布接触时就可通过吸尘口6被吸走,地面上剩余未被吸干净的余灰通过后续的前插板4和后擦板5上的抹布处理掉。此外,前擦板上的抹布能够将尺寸、重量较大的垃圾向前推到吸尘口6所在的区域,前擦板4上的抹布能够将灰尘、头发等垃圾向前推到吸尘口6所在的区域,进而从吸尘口6吸入,即本实施例中通过前擦板4将垃圾定向推送给吸尘口6,二者实现了高效的联动吸尘清洁作用,与现有技术中滚刷与吸尘口6、圆柱形刷毛与吸尘口6这些组合中的各自独立工作或较差的联动难以将地面垃圾输送到吸尘口6相比,本实施例具有显著的技术进步,且这种联动带来的显著提升的吸尘清洁效果是现有技术难以预料的。
进一步地,在吸尘管路进行吸尘作业时,集尘槽42内的空气被抽走进而形成负压空间,在气压差的作用下,使得擦板上的抹布紧密接触地面,一方面使得在不需要用户用力按压的情况下吸尘器刷头也能紧密接触地面,另一方面使得抹布与地面之间的摩擦力显著增强,能够除去地面上牢固粘接的垃圾,这是现有技术无法实现的,因而具有显著的进步。
进一步地,前擦板4上设置有贯穿其上下两端的过尘孔44还能显著降低吸尘口6对刷头本体2底部的空间占用。
综上所述,本实施例可以起到显著提升吸尘器刷头1的清洁面积、清洁效果的 技术效果,与现有相比具有突出的实质性特点和显著的进步。且需要说明的是,前述各技术特征的技术效果虽然分段描述,但各部分并非割裂的,而是一个协调、配合、联动作用的整体技术方案。
本实施例还提供了一种吸尘方法,使用本实施例中的吸尘器刷头1进行以下操作:
启动负压产生装置将垃圾在吸尘口6被吸尘管路吸走;
启动擦板驱动装置配置为带动前擦板4、后擦板5以相反方向往复移动;
按照预设的时间间隔、水量启动喷水组件,使前擦板4对待清洁面进行干擦、后擦板5对待清洁面进行湿擦。
由此,在吸尘器刷头1行进过程中,前擦板4接触干地面,后擦板5接触湿地面,使前擦板4对待清洁面进行干擦、后擦板5对待清洁面进行湿擦。而且由于前擦板4为干擦,其以比较干燥的状态摩擦、推送灰尘等垃圾,更易于将尺寸较大的垃圾推送到吸尘口6,而小颗粒干燥灰尘则从地面扬起进而被吸尘口6吸入,现有技术中单纯的干擦无法起到清洗地面的效果导致清洁效果远不如本实施例。现有技术中单纯的湿擦吸尘能力差,水分挥发后灰尘等依然还在地面,现有技术中的湿擦,由于喷水口在最前面,容易把地面的头发喷湿后,粘在地表面很难吸起和清理,其清洁效果也远不如本实施例。因此,本实施例中的方案实现了吸尘、干擦、湿擦多位一体清洁作用,能够兼顾处理多种类型的垃圾,进一步显著提升了吸尘、清洁效果。
如图4-图8、图13所示,前擦板4的顶部传动连接擦板驱动装置,优选地,前擦板4的顶部设置有连接座47,连接座47上穿设有铰接轴,第一连杆18可转动地穿设在铰接轴上。相应地,后擦板5的顶部传动连接擦板驱动装置,优选地,后擦板5的顶部设置有连接座47,连接座47上穿设有铰接轴,第二连杆19可转动地穿设在铰接轴上。
如图2-图5所示,前擦板4的底部具有集尘槽42和抹布安装部43,集尘槽的前壁41位于前擦板4的底部前边缘,集尘槽的后壁46连接抹布安装部43,过尘孔44设置在集尘槽42内。由于前擦板4的组成部分包括集尘槽42,集尘槽42后侧的抹布安装部43上的抹布先将垃圾推送到集成槽中,再在集尘槽42内汇集到过尘孔44 处,进而被吸尘口6吸走。由此,与现有技术相比,可以显著提升吸尘口6的有效吸附区域面积,提高吸尘器刷头1的吸尘面积,进而提高清洁效率。
如图2-图4所示,集尘槽的前壁41上具有多个间隔设置的缺口45,各缺口45分别连通集尘槽42。本实施例中,由于集尘槽的前壁41上的缺口45与集尘槽42配合,使得吸尘器刷头1行进或吸尘管路工作时,尺寸较大的垃圾可通过缺口45进入集尘槽42,再在集尘槽42内汇集到过尘孔44处,进而被吸尘口6吸走。由此,显著提升了对于大尺寸垃圾的吸尘、清洁效果。
优选地,集尘槽42在前擦板4的底部前边缘从中部向两侧延伸,且占据前擦板4的底部前边缘的一半以上长度。由此,可进一步提升吸尘器刷头1的吸尘、清洁面积。
本实施例中,吸尘口6的数量为一个或多个,过尘孔44的数量为一个或多个。在吸尘口6的数量为多个时,过尘孔44与吸尘口6一一对应或者一个过尘孔44重叠多个吸尘口6,即一个过尘孔44重叠一个吸尘口6,或者一个过尘孔44重叠多个吸尘口6。
优选地,集尘槽42的未设置有过尘孔44区域的宽度小于过尘孔44的宽度。由此,可使得抹布安装部43的面积更大,进而提升清洁面积。
优选地,前擦板4与刷头本体2的底部之间设置有至少一组导向装置。进一步优选,导向装置包括滚轮10、滚轮座8、导轨条9、导轨座11,滚轮座8固定在前擦板4与刷头本体2的其中一个上,滚轮10可转动地安装在滚轮座8上,滚轮10滚动接触前擦板4与刷头本体2的另一个,导轨座11固定在前擦板4与刷头本体2的其中一个上,导轨条固定在前擦板4与刷头本体2的另一个上,导轨座11用于限制导轨条9的移动方向。
优选地,后擦板5与刷头本体2的底部之间设置有至少一组导向装置。进一步优选,导向装置包括滚轮23、滚轮座24、导轨条22、导轨座(图中未示出),滚轮座固定在后擦板5与刷头本体2的其中一个上,滚轮可转动地安装在滚轮座上,滚轮滚动接触后擦板5与刷头本体2的另一个,导轨座固定在后擦板5与刷头本体2的其中一个上,导轨条固定在后擦板5与刷头本体2的另一个上,导轨座用于限制导轨条的移动方向。
优选地,导轨座包括第一座体和第二座体,第一座体和第二座体之间的间隙内穿设有导轨条。
优选地,喷水组件的喷水口设置有喷嘴7,喷嘴7可拆卸地安装在刷头本体2的底部。
本实施例中,吸尘管路包括内部管路13和柔性接头,内部管路13位于刷头本体2内且一端连接吸尘口6,内管的另一端插接在柔性接头内,柔性接头固定在刷头本体2上。
图6、图13-图14示出了一种优选的柔性接头,柔性接头包括第一套管14、第二套管3和外管25,第一套管14安装在的第一端***刷头本体2,第一套管14的第二端与第二套管3铰接,外管25套设在第二套管3内,内部管路13穿过第一套管14后与外管25插接,外管25与第二套管3之间由卡键26锁紧。由此实现了吸尘器刷头1内的吸尘管路外管25的柔性连接,且便于快速拆装。
优选地,外管25与第二套管3之间固定有电线插头27,电线插头27穿过第二套管3和第一套管14。
本实施例中,刷头本体2上优选还设置有位置传感器,用于检测刷头本体2是否离开地面。吸尘方法还包括:
检测刷头本体2是否位于地面,当刷头本体2离开地面时,关闭喷水组件。
本实施例中,吸尘方法还包括:
接收移动终端发出的控制指令控制吸尘器刷头1工作,控制指令包括喷水组件起闭指令、擦板驱动装置起闭指令、负压产生装置起闭指令、喷水时间间隔、吸风量中的一种或多种。由此,可通过手机等设备实现对吸尘器刷头1的无线智能控制。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种吸尘器刷头1,吸尘器刷头1可作为吸尘器的刷头使用。与实施例1相比,本实施例的主要区别在于:
如图16所示,集尘槽的后壁46具有多个齿刀,齿刀的刀刃朝向集尘槽42。其中,齿刀形状包括三角齿、梯形齿、梳齿等多种形状。
由此,当遇到毛发等垃圾时,齿刀可先将垃圾铲起,通过吸尘口6被吸走,可 提升吸毛发时的效果,消除或减少吸毛发时毛发还没来得及被吸入吸尘口6而毛发已被卷入抹布下的情况,进一步提升了清洁效果。
优选地,如图17所示,抹布安装部43与集尘槽的后壁46的过渡部位相对于抹布安装部43朝工作面突出,齿刀形成在该突出的过渡部位上。
本实施例中的其它特征与实施例1相同,不再赘述。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施场景,但是,本发明并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,包括刷头本体、前擦板、后擦板、擦板驱动装置和喷水组件,所述刷头本体内设置有吸尘管路,所述吸尘管路在所述刷头本体的底部前侧形成有吸尘口,所述前擦板和所述后擦板分别设置在所述刷头本体的底部,所述前擦板和所述后擦板上分别设置有抹布,所述擦板驱动装置设置在所述刷头本体内,所述喷水组件的喷水口设置在所述刷头本体的底部且位于所述前擦板和所述后擦板之间;
    所述擦板驱动装置传动连接所述前擦板和所述后擦板,所述擦板驱动装置配置为带动所述前擦板、所述后擦板以相反方向往复移动;
    所述前擦板上设置有贯穿其上下两端的过尘孔,所述过尘孔位于所述吸尘口的下方,所述过尘孔配置为随所述前擦板往复移动时所述吸尘口保持与所述过尘孔重叠。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,在沿所述前擦板的前进或后退方向上,所述过尘孔的宽度大于所述吸尘口的宽度至预设阀值,使所述过尘孔随所述前擦板往复移动时所述吸尘口保持与所述过尘孔重叠;
    或者,在沿所述前擦板的前进或后退方向上,所述过尘孔的宽度小于所述吸尘口的宽度至预设阀值,使所述过尘孔随所述前擦板往复移动时所述吸尘口保持与所述过尘孔重叠。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述前擦板的顶部传动连接所述擦板驱动装置,所述前擦板的底部具有集尘槽和抹布安装部,所述集尘槽的前壁位于所述前擦板的底部前边缘,所述集尘槽的后壁连接所述抹布安装部,所述过尘孔设置在所述集尘槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述集尘槽的前壁上具有多个间隔设置的缺口,各所述缺口分别连通所述集尘槽 。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述集尘槽在所述前擦板的底部前边缘从中部向两侧延伸,且占据所述前擦板的底部前边缘的一半以上长度。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述吸尘口的数量为一个或多个,所述过尘孔的数量为一个或多个,在所述吸尘口的数量为多个时,所述过尘孔与所述吸尘口一一对应或者一个所述过尘孔重叠多个所述吸尘口。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述集尘槽的后壁具有多个齿刀,所述齿刀的刀刃朝向所述集尘槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述集尘槽的前壁也具有多个齿刀,所述齿刀的刀刃朝向所述集尘槽。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述集尘槽的未设置有所述过尘孔区域的宽度小于所述过尘孔的宽度。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述擦板驱动装置包括曲轴、第一连杆和第二连杆,所述曲轴包括曲轴杆、形成在所述曲轴杆上的第一轴颈和第二轴颈,所述第一连杆的一端可转动地套设在所述第一轴颈上、另一端铰接所述前擦板的顶部,所述第二连杆的一端可转动地套设在所述第二轴颈上、另一端铰接所述后擦板的顶部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述第一轴颈的轴心线、所述第二轴颈的轴心线与所述曲轴杆的转动轴心共面,且所述第一轴颈的轴心线和所述曲轴杆的转动轴心之间的距离与所述第二轴颈的轴心线之间的距离和所述曲轴杆的转动轴心之间的距离相等。
  12. 根据权利要求1或10所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述擦板驱动装置还配置为带动所述前擦板、所述后擦板以相反方向往复移动时,所述曲轴保持自平衡。
  13. 根据权利要求1或10所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述前擦板与所述刷头本体的底部之间设置有至少一组导向装置;
    所述导向装置包括滚轮、滚轮座、导轨条、导轨座,所述滚轮座固定在所述前擦板与所述刷头本体的其中一个上,所述滚轮可转动地安装在所述滚轮座上,所述滚轮滚动接触所述前擦板与所述刷头本体的另一个,所述导轨座固定在所述前擦板与所述刷头本体的其中一个上,所述导轨条固定在所述前擦板与所述刷头本体的另一个上,所述导轨座用于限制所述导轨条的移动方向。
  14. 根据权利要求1或10所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述后擦板与所述刷头本体的底部之间设置有至少一组导向装置;
    所述导向装置包括滚轮、滚轮座、导轨条、导轨座,所述滚轮座固定在所述后擦板与所述刷头本体的其中一个上,所述滚轮可转动地安装在所述滚轮座上,所述滚轮滚动接触所述后擦板与所述刷头本体的另一个,所述导轨座固定在所述后擦板与所述刷头本体的其中一个上,所述导轨条固定在所述后擦板与所述刷头本体的另一个上,所述导轨座用于限制所述导轨条的移动方向。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述导轨座包括第一座体和第二座体,所述第一座体和所述第二座体之间的间隙内穿设有所述导轨条。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述喷水组件的喷水口设置有喷嘴,所述喷嘴可拆卸地安装在所述刷头本体的底部。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述吸尘管路包括内部管路和柔性接头,所述内部管路位于所述刷头本体内且一端连接所述吸尘口,所述内管的另一端插接在所述柔性接头内,所述柔性接头固定在所述刷头本体上。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述柔性接头包括第一套管、第二套管和外管,所述第一套管安装在的第一端 ***所述刷头本体,所述第一套管的第二端与所述第二套管铰接,所述外管套设在所述第二套管内,所述内部管路穿过所述第一套管后与所述外管插接,所述外管与所述第二套管之间由卡键锁紧。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述外管与所述第二套管之间固定有电线插头,所述电线插头穿过所述第二套管和所述第一套管。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器刷头,其特征在于,所述喷水组件包括水箱,所述水箱包括箱体、箱盖和隔水垫,所述箱盖设置在所述箱体的顶部,所述箱体的下部具有具有出水口,所述隔水垫设置在所述箱体内并将所述箱体分隔成上腔和下腔,所述下腔用于储水,所述隔水垫的中心区域的高度小于边缘区域的高度,且所述隔水垫的中心区域具有用于往所述下腔注水的注水口,所述箱盖配置为打开或关闭所述注水口。
  21. 一种吸尘方法,其特征在于,使用如权利要求1-19中任一项所述的吸尘器刷头进行以下操作:
    启动负压产生装置使垃圾在所述吸尘口被所述吸尘管路吸走;
    启动所述擦板驱动装置配置为带动所述前擦板、所述后擦板以相反方向往复移动;
    按照预设的时间间隔、水量启动所述喷水组件,使所述前擦板对待清洁面进行干擦、所述后擦板对待清洁面进行湿擦。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的吸尘方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    检测所述刷头本体是否位于地面,当所述刷头本体离开地面时,关闭所述喷水组件。
  23. 根据权利要求20所述的吸尘方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收移动终端发出的控制指令控制所述吸尘器刷头工作,所述控制指令包括喷水组件起闭指令、擦板驱动装置起闭指令、负压产生装置起闭指令、喷水时间间隔、吸风量中的一种或多种。
