- EPE film Expandable Polyethylene
- the covering member A1 and the object L are placed on the support plate 11 together.
- the carrying unit 1 appears Expanded state.
- the covering part A1 will form a positioning part A11 beyond the object L after the covering action is completed (see Fig. 1b).
- the first side plate 12 is bent in the same direction relative to the supporting plate 11, so that the first side plate 12 is stacked on the supporting plate 11, so that the carrying unit 1 assumes a folded state.

- the carrying unit 6 includes a supporting plate 61, two side plates 62 located on opposite sides of the supporting plate 61, and a coating layer 63 tightly covering the supporting plate 61 and the two side plates 62.
- the two side plates 62 are not directly connected to the support plate 61, but there is a gap between the two side plates 62 and the support plate 61.
- the two side plates 62 and the support plate 61 are wrapped into one body by the coating layer 63, so that the two The side plate 62 can be bent relative to the supporting plate 31, and two sides of the film A6 are respectively disposed on the coating layer 63 corresponding to the ends of the two side plates 62 away from the supporting plate 61.
- the supporting plate 61 and the side plate 62 can be made of cardboard that has been strengthened and moisture-proof, or a material with better moisture resistance, such as wood or plastic board, to ensure that the supporting plate 61 can maintain a certain level after use. Structural strength.
- the covering layer 63 is coated paper 632 coated with a non-slip film 631, and the carrying unit 6 contacts the object L through the non-slip film 631.
- the non-slip film 631 may be, for example, a PE film (Polyethylene), a PP film (Polypropylene), a PVC film (Polyvinyl Chloride), an EPE film (Expandable polyethylene), etc., but it is not limited thereto.
- the side plates 62 may be provided at intervals on only one side of the supporting plate 61, and then the supporting plate 61 and the side plates 62 can be tightly covered with the covering layer 63.

- two fixing units 7 are placed at two opposite corners of the outer box B, and the accommodating groove 72 of each fixing unit 7 extends along the Y-axis direction and faces the container of the opposite fixing unit 7 Slots 72 are provided for the two ends of the aforementioned packaging structure to be inserted into setting positions respectively.
- the X-axis direction intersects with the Y-axis direction. In this embodiment, the X-axis direction is perpendicular to the Y-axis direction.
- a plurality of packaging structures are first wrapped into an assembly P, and then the two corners of each assembly P are respectively placed in the accommodating groove 72 of the corresponding fixing unit 7, and the accommodating groove 72 The assembly P is clamped and positioned. It should be noted that, depending on the width of the accommodating slot 72, it is possible to determine how many packaging structures each assembly P contains. Of course, if the width of the accommodating groove 72 is small, each packaging structure can also be placed independently, and there is no need to wrap multiple packaging structures into the aforementioned assembly P first.
- two fixing units 7 are respectively arranged to accommodate and position all four corners of the assembly P in the accommodating grooves 72 of the four fixing units 7 for complete protection And positioning.
- the packaging structure When the object L (optical plate) is placed inside the packaging structure, the packaging structure can be positioned upright and spaced apart by the above design, which can not only increase the number of storage, but also avoid damage to the optical plate due to the stacking method. . Furthermore, the accommodating groove 72 has a length in the Y-axis direction, so it is possible to place and position the assembly P or packaging structures of different sizes, and there is no need to make different sizes of transport devices for packaging structures of various sizes. Reduce manufacturing costs and storage space.
- the packaging structure of the present invention as long as the object is completely wrapped with the covering member and then placed on the carrying unit, and the supporting unit is stably presented in a folded state by cooperating with different forms of binding members, the object can be positioned at Support the board for transportation.
- the transport device of the present invention can be applied to packaging structures of different sizes or specifications, and stored and transported in an upright arrangement, reducing possible damage due to stacking up and down, and at the same time increasing storage and Transport quantity, reduce production cost.
