Abstract

一种层叠型屏蔽电感,包括层叠体、内部线圈、第一外部电极、第二外部电极、第三外部电极和屏蔽罩,层叠体包括层叠设置的多个绝缘体层,所述多个绝缘体层上开设有位于内部线圈***的屏蔽导体通槽,每个所述屏蔽导体通槽内设置有屏蔽导体且相互电连接,共同形成围在所述内部线圈的外侧的屏蔽导体层叠层,在所述内部线圈的上方和下方分别设置有屏蔽导体上层和屏蔽导体下层,所述屏蔽导体层叠层、所述屏蔽导体上层和屏蔽导体下层闭合形成将所述内部线圈包围在内的屏蔽罩,屏蔽罩与设置在所述层叠体的表面上的第三外部电极连接,由此,本发明能够实现层叠型贴片电感的高屏蔽效果,有效地减少层叠型贴片电感的对外辐射,从而提高电路***的可靠性。
