其中,交易型开放式指数基金属于开放式基金的一种特殊类型,它结合了封闭式基金和开放式基金的运作特点,投资者既可以向基金管理公司申购或赎回基金份额,同时,又可以像封闭式基金一样在二级市场上按市场价格买卖ETF份额,不过,申购赎回必须以一篮子股票换取基金份额或者以基金份额换回一篮子股票。由于同时存在证券市场交易和申购赎回机制,投资者可以在ETF市场价格与基金单位净值之间存在差价时进行套利交易。套利机制的存在,使得ETF避免了封闭式基金普遍存在的折价问题。
根据投资方法的不同:ETF可以分为指数基金和积极管理型基金,国外绝大多数ETF是指数基金。目前国内推出的ETF也是指数基金。ETF指数基金代表一篮子股票的所有权,是指像股票一样在证券交易所交易的指数基金,其交易价格、基金份额净值走势与所跟踪的指数基本一致。因此,投资者买卖一只ETF,就等同于买卖了它所跟踪的指数,可取得与该指数基本一致的收益。通常采用完全被动式的管理方法,以拟合某一指数为目标,兼具股票和指数基金的特色。
简单地说,投资者可以通过某一交易型开放式指数基金中的成分股按照一定比例换购该指数基金,但在实现本申请的过程中,发明人意识到现有方案至少存在如下问题:这个换购过程往往是通过人工输入,可能存在误差,所以亟需一种针对股票换购指数基金时进行一定规则的校验的校验方法。

为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供一种金融数据的交换校验方法,采用了如下的技术方案;包括以下步骤:
接收终端发送的交换请求校验信息;
提取所述交换请求校验信息中第一金融数据的信息和第二金融数据的信息;
向金融数据服务器发送查询所述第二金融数据的组分信息请求;
接收金融数据服务器发送的所述第二金融数据的组分信息;
根据所述第二金融数据的组分信息,校验所述第一金融数据是否是所述第二金融数据的组分;
得到校验结果并发送给所述终端。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请提供一种金融数据的交换校验方法,采用了如下的技术方案;包括以下步骤:
向校验服务器发送交换请求校验信息;
接收所述交换请求校验信息的校验结果;
根据校验结果判断是否允许交换请求。

在本实施例中,服务器接收终端发送的交换请求校验信息,提取所述交换请求校验信息中第一金融数据的信息和第二金融数据的信息,向金融数据服务器发送查询所述第二金融数据的组分信息请求,接收金融数据服务器发送的所述第二金融数据的组分信息,根据所述第二金融数据的组分信息,校验所述第一金融数据是否是所述第二金融数据的组分,得到校验结果并发送给所述终端,避免人工输入人工核对可能存在的错误,提高了服务的时效性,为用户避免了损失。

用户在终端提出交换请求后,终端会向校验设备(校验设备指:另一终端或指定服务器端)发送交换请求校验信息,其中,交换请求校验信息中包括第一金融数据信息和第二金融数据信息,在本实施例中,第一金融数据信息和第二金融数据信息分别为拟进行换购的股票信息和拟通过该股票进行换购的指数基金信息,具体的,股票信息可以是该股票的股票名称和/或股票代码等,指数基金信息可以是该指数基金信息的指数基金信息名称和/或指数基金信息代码等;
可选地,交换请求校验信息中还可以包括拟用多少股票进行换购的信息,或者拟用多少股票进行换购多少指数基金的信息。
S102:提取交换请求校验信息中第一金融数据的信息和第二金融数据的信息。

终端设备101、102、103中的任一种,可以是具有显示屏并且支持网页浏览的各种电子设备,包括但不限于智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3播放器( Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3 )、MP4( Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4 )播放器、膝上型便携计算机和台式计算机等等。
应该理解,图1中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数目仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数目的终端设备、网络和服务器。

S101:接收终端发送的交换请求校验信息。

具体的,在本实施例中,校验服务器接收到该交换请求校验信息后,从中提取该第一金融数据信息和第二金融数据信息,即从中提取该交换请求校验信息中股票信息和指数基金信息,用以下一步的查询和判断。

具体的,在本实施例中,金融数据服务器是指指数基金服务器,向金融数据服务器发送查询第二金融数据的组分信息请求是指,校验服务器向指数基金服务器发送该指数基金都包括哪些成分股票的信息请求。
S104:接收金融数据服务器发送的第二金融数据的组分信息。
其中,在本实施例中,接收金融数据服务器发送的第二金融数据的组分信息是指,接收从指数基金服务器返回的该指数基金的成分股信息。

具体的,在本实施例中,校验服务器会向指数基金服务器发送该股票可以换购该指数基金的份额的区间信息请求,用于下一步的信息验证。
S203:接收金融数据服务器发送的第一金融数据可交换第二金融数据的份额的区间信息。
具体的,在本实施例中,接收金融数据服务器发送的该第一金融数据可交换该第二金融数据的份额的区间信息是指,接收从指数基金服务器返回的该股票可换购该指数基金份额的区间信息。
S204:校验交换中第一金融数据交换第二金融数据的份额是否在可交换份额的区间。
其中,通过指数基金服务器返回的该股票可换购该指数基金份额的区间信息判断拟用多少股票进行换购的信息,或者拟用多少股票进行换购多少指数基金的信息,即可知道交换中该股票换购该指数基金的份额是否在可换购份额的区间。
S106:得到校验结果并发送给终端。
具体的,将得到的校验结果通过结果发送模块发送给终端,当交换中该股票换购该指数基金的份额不在可换购份额的区间时,校验结果中可以包括该指数基金的份额可换购份额的区间信息。
在本申请的一个具体实施例中:校验服务器接收终端发送的交换请求校验信息后,提取该交换请求校验信息中股票信息和指数基金信息以及拟进行换购股票数量信息或拟用若干股票换购若干指数基金信息,得到股票代码157801和指数基金187401以及拟用10000股股票换购该指数基金,向指数基金服务器发送查询该指数基金的成分股信息请求,接收指数基金服务器发送的该指数基金的成分股信息和查询该股票可换购该指数基金份额的区间信息请求,得到该指数基金中包括股票157801、157802、157803、157804、157805五只股票,且157801可换购上限为20000股,校验服务器接收该结果并校验该股票是否是该指数基金的成分股,确认该股票是该指数基金成分股,且欲换购数量在可换购份额区间内,将得到的校验结果并发送给该终端。
在上述实施例中,通过接收终端发送的交换请求校验信息;提取该交换请求校验信息中第一金融数据信息和第二金融数据信息;向指第一服务器发送查询该第二金融数据信息的组成份信息请求;接收第一服务器发送的该第二金融数据信息的成分股信息;校验该第一金融数据信息是否是该第二金融数据信息的组成份信息;得到校验结果并发送给该终端,避免人工输入人工核对可能存在的错误,提高了服务的时效性,为用户避免了损失。

可选地,交换请求校验信息中还可以包括拟用多少股票进行换购的信息,或者拟用多少股票进行换购多少指数基金的信息。
S302:接收交换请求校验信息的校验结果。
其中,终端通接收该交换请求的校验结果,该交换请求的校验结果包括该股票是否是该指数基金的成分股。
可选地,校验结果包括交换中该股票换购该指数基金的份额是否在可换购份额的区间。
S303:根据校验结果判断是否允许交换请求。
具体的,终端通过请求判断模块根据该股票是否是该指数基金的成分股以及交换中该股票换购该指数基金的份额是否在可换购份额的区间的结果判断是否允许交换请求,即,当该股票是该指数基金的成分股以及交换中该股票换购该指数基金的份额在可换购份额的区间时,判断为允许交换请求,否则拒绝。
S304:若判断结果为拒绝,则输出拒绝交换请求的原因。
具体地,如果判断结果为拒绝交换请求,则该终端可以通过显示装置输出拒绝交换请求的原因,例如,该股票不是该指数基金的成分股,交换中该股票换购该指数基金的份额超出了可换购份额的区间,并可以提示对用户进行提示交换中该股票换购该指数基金的份额可换购份额的区间是多少。
在本申请的一实施例中,首先,终端通过请求发送模块向校验设备发出交换请求校验信息,该交换请求校验信息中包括拟进行换购的股票信息和拟通过该股票进行换购的指数基金信息,具体的,该股票的股票名称是XX科技、股票代码:184620,该指数基金信息的名称为XXXX基金、指数基金信息代码为:156424等,交换请求校验信息中还,包括拟用50000股票进行换购的信息。
其次,终端通过结果接收模块接收该交换请求的校验结果,该交换请求的校验结果包括该股票是该指数基金的成分股,以及交换中该股票换购该指数基金的份额是否在可换购份额的区间为可用30000股进行换购。
再次,终端通过请求判断模块根据该股票是否是该指数基金的成分股以及交换中该股票换购该指数基金的份额是否在可换购份额的区间的结果判断是否允许交换请求,即,该股票是该指数基金的成分股,但是交换中该股票换购该指数基金的份额超出可换购份额的区间,判断为拒绝交换请求。
最后,则该终端可以通过显示装置输出拒绝交换请求的原因,即,交换中该股票换购该指数基金的份额超出了可换购份额的区间,并可以提示对用户进行提示交换中该股票换购该指数基金的份额可换购份额的区间为最多可用30000股进行换购。
更进一步的,如图4所示,图4是本申请第一金融数据信息交换的校验***一个实施例的结构示意图,本实施例包括:
校验信息接收模块401,用于接收终端发送的交换请求校验信息;
提取模块402,用于提取交换请求校验信息中第一金融数据的信息和第二金融数据的信息;
组份信息发送模块403,用于向金融数据服务器发送查询第二金融数据的组分信息请求;
成份股信息接收模块404,用于接收金融数据服务器发送的第二金融数据的组分信息;
校验模块405,用于根据第二金融数据的组分信息,校验第一金融数据是否是第二金融数据的组分;
校验结果发送模块406,用于得到校验结果并发送给终端。
本实施例的一种用于金融数据的交换校验的***,能够进行金融数据交换操作前,自动校验数据准确性,查验出错误的信息条目,从而有效保证交换数据信息的准确性。
请参阅图5,图5是本申请一种计算机设备的一实施例的结构示意图。
计算机设备500包括通过***总线相互通信连接存储器501、处理器502、网络接口503。需要指出的是,图中仅示出了具有组件501-503的计算机设备500,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。其中,本技术领域技术人员可以理解,这里的计算机设备是一种能够按照事先设定或存储的指令,自动进行数值计算和/或信息处理的设备,其硬件包括但不限于微处理器、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)、数字处理器 (Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、嵌入式设备等。
计算机设备可以是桌上型计算机、笔记本、掌上电脑及云端服务器等计算设备。计算机设备可以与用户通过键盘、鼠标、遥控器、触摸板或声控设备等方式进行人机交互。
存储器501至少包括一种类型的可读存储介质,可读存储介质包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等。在一些实施例中,存储器501可以是计算机设备500的内部存储单元,例如该计算机设备500的硬盘或内存。在另一些实施例中,存储器501也可以是计算机设备500的外部存储设备,例如该计算机设备500上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card, SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital, SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。当然,存储器501还可以既包括计算机设备500的内部存储单元也包括其外部存储设备。本实施例中,存储器501通常用于存储安装于计算机设备500的操作***和各类应用软件,例如金融数据的交换的校验方法的计算机可读指令等。此外,存储器501还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的各类数据。
处理器502在一些实施例中可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器、或其他数据处理芯片。该处理器502通常用于控制计算机设备500的总体操作。本实施例中,处理器502用于运行存储器502中存储的计算机可读指令或者处理数据,例如运行金融数据的交换的校验方法的计算机可读指令。
所述网络接口503可包括无线网络接口或有线网络接口,该网络接口503通常用于在所述计算机设备500与其他电子设备之间建立通信连接。
本申请还提供了另一种实施方式,即提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质可以是非易失性,也可以是易失性,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有文档编辑的计算机可读指令,所述金融数据的交换的校验的计算机可读指令可被至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行如上述的金融数据的交换的校验方法的步骤。

    提取所述交换请求校验信息中第一金融数据的信息和第二金融数据的信息;
    向金融数据服务器发送查询所述第二金融数据的组分信息请求;
    接收金融数据服务器发送的所述第二金融数据的组分信息;
    根据所述第二金融数据的组分信息,校验所述第一金融数据是否是所述第二金融数据的组分;
    得到校验结果并发送给所述终端。
  2. 根据权要求1所述的一种金融数据的交换校验方法,其中,所述提取所述交换请求校验信息中第一金融数据的信息和第二金融数据的信息之后,还包括:
    提取所述交换请求校验信息中拟进行交换第一金融数据中的份额或拟用若干份额的第一金融数据交换若干第二金融数据。

  4. 根据权要求3所述的一种金融数据的交换校验方法,其中,所述向金融数据服务器发送查询所述第一金融数据交换所述第二金融数据的份额的区间信息请求之后,还包括:
    接收金融数据服务器发送的所述第一金融数据交换所述第二金融数据的份额的区间信息。
  5. 根据权要求4所述的一种金融数据的交换校验方法,其中,所述接收金融数据服务器发送的所述第一金融数据交换所述第二金融数据的份额的区间信息之后,还包括:
    校验所述第一金融数据交换所述第二金融数据的份额是否在交换份额的区间。
  6. 一种金融数据的交换校验方法,其中,包括以下步骤:
    向校验服务器发送交换请求校验信息;
    接收所述交换请求校验信息的校验结果;
    根据校验结果判断是否允许交换请求。
  7. 根据权要求6所述的一种金融数据的交换校验方法,其中,根据校验结果判断是否允许交换请求之后,还包括:
    若判断结果为拒绝,则输出拒绝交换请求的原因。
  8. 一种金融数据的交换校验装置,其中,包括:
    校验信息接收模块,用于接收终端发送的交换请求校验信息;
    提取模块,用于提取所述交换请求校验信息中第一金融数据的信息和第二金融数据的信息;
    组份信息发送模块,用于向金融数据服务器发送查询所述第二金融数据的组分信息请求;
    组份信息接收模块,用于接收金融数据服务器发送的所述第二金融数据的组分信息;
    校验模块,用于根据所述第二金融数据的组分信息,校验所述第一金融数据是否是所述第二金融数据的组分;
    校验结果发送模块,用于得到校验结果并发送给所述终端。
  9. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:
    接收终端发送的交换请求校验信息;
    提取所述交换请求校验信息中第一金融数据的信息和第二金融数据的信息;
    向金融数据服务器发送查询所述第二金融数据的组分信息请求;
    接收金融数据服务器发送的所述第二金融数据的组分信息;
    根据所述第二金融数据的组分信息,校验所述第一金融数据是否是所述第二金融数据的组分;
    得到校验结果并发送给所述终端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,其中,所述提取所述交换请求校验信息中第一金融数据的信息和第二金融数据的信息之后,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还实现如下步骤:
    提取所述交换请求校验信息中拟进行交换第一金融数据中的份额或拟用若干份额的第一金融数据交换若干第二金融数据。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其中,所述提取所述交换请求校验信息中拟进行交换第一金融数据中的份额或拟用若干份额的第一金融数据交换若干第二金融数据之后,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还实现如下步骤:
    向金融数据服务器发送查询所述第一金融数据交换所述第二金融数据的份额的区间信息请求。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其中,所述向金融数据服务器发送查询所述第一金融数据交换所述第二金融数据的份额的区间信息请求之后,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还实现如下步骤:
    接收金融数据服务器发送的所述第一金融数据交换所述第二金融数据的份额的区间信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的计算机设备,其中,所述接收金融数据服务器发送的所述第一金融数据交换所述第二金融数据的份额的区间信息之后,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还实现如下步骤:
    校验所述第一金融数据交换所述第二金融数据的份额是否在交换份额的区间。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被一种处理器执行时使得所述一种处理器执行如下步骤:
    接收终端发送的交换请求校验信息;
    提取所述交换请求校验信息中第一金融数据的信息和第二金融数据的信息;
    向金融数据服务器发送查询所述第二金融数据的组分信息请求;
    接收金融数据服务器发送的所述第二金融数据的组分信息;
    根据所述第二金融数据的组分信息,校验所述第一金融数据是否是所述第二金融数据的组分;
    得到校验结果并发送给所述终端。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述提取所述交换请求校验信息中第一金融数据的信息和第二金融数据的信息之后,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行如下步骤:
    提取所述交换请求校验信息中拟进行交换第一金融数据中的份额或拟用若干份额的第一金融数据交换若干第二金融数据。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述提取所述交换请求校验信息中拟进行交换第一金融数据中的份额或拟用若干份额的第一金融数据交换若干第二金融数据之后,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行如下步骤:
    向金融数据服务器发送查询所述第一金融数据交换所述第二金融数据的份额的区间信息请求。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述向金融数据服务器发送查询所述第一金融数据交换所述第二金融数据的份额的区间信息请求之后,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行如下步骤:
    接收金融数据服务器发送的所述第一金融数据交换所述第二金融数据的份额的区间信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述接收金融数据服务器发送的所述第一金融数据交换所述第二金融数据的份额的区间信息之后,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行如下步骤:
    校验所述第一金融数据交换所述第二金融数据的份额是否在交换份额的区间。
  19. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被一种处理器执行时使得所述一种处理器执行如下步骤:
    向校验服务器发送交换请求校验信息;
    接收所述交换请求校验信息的校验结果;
    根据校验结果判断是否允许交换请求。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,根据校验结果判断是否允许交换请求之后,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行如下步骤:
    若判断结果为拒绝,则输出拒绝交换请求的原因。
