技术领域
本公开涉及安全检测技术领域,尤其涉及一种工作台、安检***、方法及存储介质和电子设备。
背景技术
现阶段,机场、海关等单位对旅客随行行李进行安全检查并对携带安全隐患、违禁物品的嫌疑行李进行开包检查。目前,大部分从安检判图员得出结果后口头告知开包员进行人工复检,人工传输不可避免会出现信息传递错误,从而会导致外形相似行李错误开包,遗漏携带有违禁物品的行李带入公共场所。
目前,国内外关于嫌疑行李开包方式大致分为2种状态:
1、人工传输开包信息,人工开包查检。如果旅客随身行李物品较多种类、相互叠加、数量多,为查找违禁携带嫌疑物品需逐个排查,需花费大量的查找时间,费时费力。
2、通过增加设备能够跟踪嫌疑行李。缺乏图形图像信息,实用性不高。仅知道嫌疑行李,避免了遗漏携带违禁物品的行李,具体查找有嫌疑的违禁物品还需人工逐个排查。
发明内容
本公开的一个主要目的在于克服上述现有技术的至少一种缺陷,提供一种工作台、安检***、方法及存储介质和电子设备。
根据本发明的第一个方面,提供了一种工作台,工作台用于放置经安检装置安检后的待检测物品,安检装置用于获取待检测物品的图像信息,工作台包括:工作台本体,工作台本体用于放置至少两个待检测物品;显示单元,显示单元设置在工作台本体上,显示单元用于显示位于工作台本体上的待检测物品的图像信息。
在本发明的一个实施例中,工作台还包括:信息采集部,信息采集部用于获取待检测物品上的预设采集信息,以使显示单元显示具有预设采集信息的待检测物品的图像信息。
在本发明的一个实施例中,信息采集部设置在工作台本体上,信息采集部包括条码扫码装置、二维码扫码装置、RFID读取器以及数码相机中的至少一种。
在本发明的一个实施例中,工作台还包括:输入机构,输入机构设置在工作台本体上,输入机构用于输入待检测物品上的预设采集信息,以使显示单元显示具有预设采集信息的待检测物品的图像信息。
在本发明的一个实施例中,输入机构包括键盘和鼠标中的至少之一。

本发明的工作台通过设置有显示单元可以显示安检装置获取得到的待检测物品的图像信息,从而可以使得安检人员更有针对性地对行李物品进行拆包检查,以此提高整个安检效率,也可以避免遗漏检查携带违禁物品的行李。

本发明提供了一种工作台,请参考图1至图6,工作台用于放置经安检装置安检后的待检测物品10,安检装置用于获取待检测物品10的图像信息,工作台包括:工作台本体20,工作台本体20用于放置至少两个待检测物品10;显示单元30,显示单元30设置在工作台本体20上,显示单元30用于显示位于工作台本体20上的待检测物品10的图像信息。
本发明的工作台通过设置有显示单元30可以显示安检装置获取得到的待检测物品10的图像信息,从而可以使得安检人员更有针对性地对行李物品进行拆包检查,以此提高整个安检效率,也可以避免遗漏检查携带违禁物品的行李。
在本实施例中,用于在工作台本体20上进行检查的待检测物品10均为安检装置发现的嫌疑行李,而工作台本体20可以简单理解为一个承载平台。
针对工作台的进一步限定,如图6所示,工作台还包括:信息采集部40,信息采集部40用于获取待检测物品10上的预设采集信息11,以使显示单元30显示具有预设采集信息11的待检测物品10的图像信息。
在本实施例中,通过设置有信息采集部40,从而可以在显示单元30显示图像信息之前,信息采集部40获取待检测物品10上的预设采集信息11,然后通过此预设采集信息11提取得到具有此预设采集信息11的待检测物品10的图像信息。在整个提取过程中,安检装置已经将预设采集信息11与待检测物品10的图像信息进行了匹配,故,通过预设采集信息11即可调取待检测物品10的图像信息。
针对信息采集部40的选取,信息采集部40设置在工作台本体20上,信息采集部40包括条码扫码装置、二维码扫码装置、RFID读取器以及数码相机中的至少一种。
在本实施中,信息采集部40的选取较为多样化,只要能够与图像信息形成一对一的标识即可。
考虑到信息采集部40长时间使用会出现损坏,如图6所示,工作台还包括:输入机构50,输入机构50设置在工作台本体20上,输入机构50用于输入待检测物品10上的预设采集信息11,以使显示单元30显示具有预设采集信息11的待检测物品10的图像信息。
在本实施例中,通过在工作台本体20上设置有输入机构50,此输入机构50可以根据待检测物品10上的预设采集信息11,输入到调取图像的控制端,然后调取具有输入的预设采集信息11的待检测物品10的图像信息。
在本实施例中,预设采集信息11可以是图像也可以是条码、二维码、ID码等。
可选的,输入机构50包括键盘和鼠标中的至少之一。
在本实施例中,键盘和鼠标在正常状态下收纳于工作台本体20上的抽屉里,在具体使用时可以拉出进行输入操作。
针对工作台的一个具体实施例,工作台还包括:信息采集部40,信息采集部40设置在工作台本体20上,信息采集部40用于获取待检测物品10上的预设采集信息11;输入机构50,输入机构50设置在工作台本体20上,输入机构50用于输入待检测物品10上的预设采集信息11;其中,显示单元30根据信息采集部40获取的预设采集信息11显示具有预设采集信息11的待检测物品10的图像信息;和/或,显示单元30根据输入机构50 输入的预设采集信息11显示具有预设采集信息11的待检测物品10的图像信息。
在本实施例中,工作台同时具备信息采集部40和输入机构50,即可以通过不同的方式调取具有预设采集信息11的待检测物品10的图像信息。此方式可以进行信息采集的互补性,保证输入信息的准确性,也可以防止其中一个出现问题而影响具体的图像调取。
针对图像信息的调取,如图5和图6所示,工作台还包括:工控机60,工控机60设置在工作台本体20上,工控机60用于接收安检装置获取到的待检测物品10的图像信息,以在工控机60获得预设采集信息11时,控制显示单元30显示具有预设采集信息11的待检测物品10的图像信息。
在本实施例中,工作台本体20上工控机60的设置,可以通过工控机60控制显示单元30显示具有预设采集信息11的待检测物品10的图像信息。工控机60的设置不仅可以实时接收安检装置获取到的待检测物品10的图像信息,而且可以与安检装置分离较远,不用依托于安检装置,从而形成了一个独立的控制单元。而对于安检装置和工控机60之间的图像传输可以是无线传输也可以是有限传输,整体不会影响具体使用。
考虑到工控机60运行中会产生大量热量,如图5和图6所示,工作台还包括:散热器70,散热器70设置在工作台本体20上,且与工控机60相邻设置,以对工控机60进行降温。
在本实施例中,工控机60位于工作台本体20的内部,而散热器70设置在工作台本体20上,且与工控机60相邻设置,此时散热器70可以位于工控机60的上方,二者之间可以保证空间连通,从而可以实现对工控机60的快速降温。
在本实施例中,散热器70可以为风扇也可以是独立的空调制冷设备。
针对工作台本体20的具体结构,工作台本体20为柜体,柜体的上表面用于放置至少两个待检测物品10,显示单元30为至少两个,至少两个显示单元30用于显示至少两个待检测物品10的图像信息。
在本实施例中,工作台本体20上可以同时对至少两个待检测物品10进行拆包检查。此时,显示单元30的数量与待检测物品10的数量相匹配。
在本实施例中,待检测物品10包括托盘和放置在托盘内的行李物品,信息采集部40用于获取托盘上的预设采集信息11。
在本实施例中,工作台本体20为柜体,柜体的底部设置有地脚轮80。
针对显示单元30的具体结构,如图1和图4所示,显示单元30为显示器,工作台还包括:连接杆90,连接杆90设置在工作台本体20上,显示器位置可调节地设置在连接 杆90上。
在本实施例中,显示器可以沿连接杆90的延伸方向移动,且可以相对于连接杆90转动。
在本实施例中,如图2和图6所示,工作台本体20由支撑框架21、台面支撑板22、台面板23以及开包台柜门24组成,台面支撑板22安装在支撑框架21上,台面板23设置在台面支撑板22上。
在本实施例中,信息采集部40安装在台面支撑板22的下方,其倾斜于水平面设置。
针对本发明的工作台的一个具体实施例:
本发明提供了一种工作台是一种利用RFID无线射频识别技术准确判别嫌疑行李开包台,开包台由工作台本体20、工控机60、散热风扇(散热器70)、显示器(显示单元30)、RFID读取器(信息采集部40)、图形调取键盘(输入机构50)、地脚轮80组成。
在本实施例中,开包台由支撑框架21作为基体,支撑整个开包台所有零部件,结构不同连接形式不同,三个垂直面板和底板、台面支撑板22采用胶接方式。工控机60直接放在柜体的柜格内,散热风扇通过自攻螺钉钉在柜体板上,台面板23与台面支撑板22通过螺栓固定。图形调取键盘放置可伸缩抽屉内;地脚轮80与开包台底板采用自攻螺钉连接;RFID读取器通过自攻螺钉钉在台面支撑板22上;显示器与台面板、台面支撑板通过螺栓连接。
工作过程:安检员将有嫌疑的行李连同托盘放到开包台上方,RFID读取器感应出托盘对应ID代码,工控机通过内置程序自动调取经物品机或CT机所成图像二维、三维图形图像传输呈现在显示器,根据嫌疑物品针对性开包查验,经过人工查验确认是否为违禁物品,违禁品按国家规定进行区别处理。
在本实施例中,行李摆放托盘配有唯一有效的ID地址,为防止托盘ID地址标签磨损设计至托盘两侧,为确保托盘检测的100%精准设计在2个对角线处布置。台面下方装有RFID读取器,RFID读取器对台面板上方的托盘进行读取,读出托盘ID地址对应在图形显示器上显示出嫌疑行李信息。通过键盘操作可对图形图像进行局部、总体显示。
开包台台面高度设计为开包员便于水平推、拉高度,高度为800mm-850mm可升降。为适应不同开包员身高、观察角度、使用舒适度需要,图形显示器高度方向、水平角度方向均可调,升降定位采用顶丝定位,出厂角度为25度,显示器立柱与台面采用内部螺栓连接。
为增加台面板的使用寿命,台面板23设计有不锈钢板、大理石面两种,台面板23与 台面支撑板22采用螺栓连接,开包台长度1800mm,通过利用人体工程学原理知识对操作的合理性、空间的进行详细设计,得出合适的操作、判别工位,开包台台面设计足够的开包空间。考虑强度因素,台面下方设计台面支撑板进行加强牢固性和抗冲击性。台面支撑板与开包台柜体均采用ABS材质,开包台柜体采用粘接结构连接。
在本实施例中,地脚轮80带有升降调节丝杆和水平方向360度旋转脚轮,便于移动和定位,地脚轮80与开包台柜体采用螺栓连接,螺母镶嵌在柜体板内螺栓外置。
在本实施例中,二维、三维图形图像传输***安装在工作站内,工作站具备与物品机、CT机信息实时互通传输,工作站由于处理任务重,会散发大量的热,开包台设计有冷热空气交换散热风扇,确保工作处于良好工作状态。图形、图像信息、数据调取通过101键键盘输入指令进行操作,每工控机配有独立键盘。
本发明还提供了一种安检***,包括安检装置和工作台,工作台为上述的工作台。
在本实施例中,安检装置包括物品机和CT机中的至少一种。
本发明还提供了一种安检方法,安检方法包括:接收到达工作台本体20上的待检测物品10的图像信息;显示位于工作台本体20上的待检测物品10的图像信息,以便对待检测物品10进行处理。
可选的,接收待检测物品10的图像信息之前,安检方法还包括:读取位于工作台本体20上的待检测物品10的预设采集信息11,以根据预设采集信息11获取具有预设采集信息11的待检测物品10的图像信息。
可选的,接收待检测物品10的图像信息之前,安检方法还包括:输入位于工作台本体20上的待检测物品10的预设采集信息11,以根据预设采集信息11获取具有预设采集信息11的待检测物品10的图像信息。
可选的,获取具有预设采集信息11的待检测物品10的图像信息之前,安检方法还包括:获取位于安检过程中的待检测物品10的预设采集信息11;接收待检测物品10的图像信息,并将图像信息与相应的预设采集信息相对应,以存入网络集成***;控制工作台本体20上的待检测物品10的预设采集信息11与所述网络集成***进行信息交互、图像信息对应,以调取预设采集信息11对应的图像信息并显示图像信息。
在本实施例中,网络集成***为Flexone网络集成***,其类似一个图形图像数据控制***,用于执行图形图像数据信息整合、调取、分类等。其中,当Flexone网络集成***接收到预设采集信息11时,如ID地址,则其会对其进行分析,并与内部存储模块进行相应的交互,确定此ID地址对应的图像信息,然后对其进行调取,并最终将其显示在显 示单元30上。
在本实施例中,Flexone网络集成***应用于安检***中,可以对安检过程中各类信息进行统计收集,如时间、信息编码、以及相应的图像信息等。在输入相应的信息编号时,Flexone网络集成***可以对相应的信息编号所对应的信息进行调取,如图像信息等。
在本实施例中,如图7所示,对于嫌疑物品的具体开包检测过程,首先需要通过信息采集部40采集待检测物品10的预设采集信息11,或通过输入机构50输入待检测物品10的预设采集信息11,然后将位于工控机60内的图像信息显示在显示单元30上,然后检查人员根据图像信息有针对性地进行拆包检查。
在本实施例中,安检方法可以用于上述的工作台。
本发明还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现上述的安检方法。
在一些可能的实施方式中,本发明的各个方面还可以实现为一种程序产品的形式,其包括程序代码,当所述程序产品在终端设备上运行时,所述程序代码用于使所述终端设备执行本说明书上述安检方法部分中描述的根据本发明各种示例性实施方式的步骤。

总线630可以为表示几类总线结构中的一种或多种,包括存储单元总线或者存储单元 控制器、***总线、图形加速端口、处理单元或者使用多种总线结构中的任意总线结构的局域总线。
电子设备600也可以与一个或多个外部设备700(例如键盘、指向设备、蓝牙设备等)通信,还可与一个或者多个使得用户能与该电子设备600交互的设备通信,和/或与使得该电子设备600能与一个或多个其它计算设备进行通信的任何设备(例如路由器、调制解调器等等)通信。这种通信可以通过输入/输出(I/O)接口650进行。并且,电子设备600还可以通过网络适配器660与一个或者多个网络(例如局域网(LAN),广域网(WAN)和/或公共网络,例如因特网)通信。网络适配器660可以通过总线630与电子设备600的其它模块通信。应当明白,尽管图中未示出,可以结合电子设备600使用其它硬件和/或软件模块,包括但不限于:微代码、设备驱动器、冗余处理单元、外部磁盘驱动阵列、RAID***、磁带驱动器以及数据备份存储***等。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员易于理解,这里描述的示例实施方式可以通过软件实现,也可以通过软件结合必要的硬件的方式来实现。因此,根据本公开实施方式的技术方案可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该软件产品可以存储在一个非易失性存储介质(可以是CD-ROM,U盘,移动硬盘等)中或网络上,包括若干指令以使得一台计算设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行根据本公开实施方式的上述安检方法。
本发明的工作台通过设置有显示单元30可以显示安检装置获取得到的待检测物品10的图像信息,从而可以使得安检人员更有针对性地对行李物品进行拆包检查,以此提高整个安检效率,也可以避免遗漏检查携带违禁物品的行李。
本发明的工作台性能稳定,结构合理,使用可靠,使用成本低,维护简单,使用时对维护技术专业要求适中,寿命长,材料方面无特殊材料,无污染环保,将机场行李输送推向一个新的时代。
本发明的工作台可独立进行销售,也可组线进行销售,也可组机进行销售,销售灵活,市场空间大,适用面广。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种工作台,所述工作台用于放置经安检装置安检后的待检测物品(10),所述安检装置用于获取所述待检测物品(10)的图像信息,其特征在于,所述工作台包括:
    工作台本体(20),所述工作台本体(20)用于放置至少两个待检测物品(10);
    显示单元(30),所述显示单元(30)设置在所述工作台本体(20)上,所述显示单元(30)用于显示位于所述工作台本体(20)上的所述待检测物品(10)的图像信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述工作台还包括:
    信息采集部(40),所述信息采集部(40)用于获取所述待检测物品(10)上的预设采集信息(11),以使所述显示单元(30)显示具有所述预设采集信息(11)的所述待检测物品(10)的图像信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述信息采集部(40)设置在所述工作台本体(20)上,所述信息采集部(40)包括条码扫码装置、二维码扫码装置、RFID读取器以及数码相机中的至少一种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述工作台还包括:
    输入机构(50),所述输入机构(50)设置在所述工作台本体(20)上,所述输入机构(50)用于输入所述待检测物品(10)上的预设采集信息(11),以使所述显示单元(30)显示具有所述预设采集信息(11)的所述待检测物品(10)的图像信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述输入机构(50)包括键盘和鼠标中的至少之一。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述工作台还包括:
    信息采集部(40),所述信息采集部(40)设置在所述工作台本体(20)上,所述信息采集部(40)用于获取所述待检测物品(10)上的预设采集信息(11);
    输入机构(50),所述输入机构(50)设置在所述工作台本体(20)上,所述输入机构(50)用于输入所述待检测物品(10)上的预设采集信息(11);
    其中,所述显示单元(30)根据所述信息采集部(40)获取的预设采集信息(11)显示具有所述预设采集信息(11)的待检测物品(10)的图像信息;和/或,所述显示单元(30)根据所述输入机构(50)输入的预设采集信息(11)显示具有所述预设采集信息(11)的待检测物品(10)的图像信息。
  7. 根据权利要求2至6中任一项所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述工作台还包括:
    工控机(60),所述工控机(60)设置在所述工作台本体(20)上,所述工控机(60)用于接收所述安检装置获取到的所述待检测物品(10)的图像信息,以在所述工控机(60)获得预设采集信息(11)时,控制所述显示单元(30)显示具有所述预设采集信息(11)的待检测物品(10)的图像信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述工作台还包括:
    散热器(70),所述散热器(70)设置在所述工作台本体(20)上,且与所述工控机(60)相邻设置,以对所述工控机(60)进行降温。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的工作台,其特征在于,所述工作台本体(20)为柜体,所述柜体的上表面用于放置至少两个待检测物品(10),所述显示单元(30)为至少两个,至少两个所述显示单元(30)用于显示至少两个所述待检测物品(10)的图像信息。
  10. 一种安检***,包括安检装置和工作台,其特征在于,所述工作台为权利要求1至9中任一项所述的工作台。
  11. 一种安检方法,其特征在于,所述安检方法包括:
    接收到达工作台本体(20)上的待检测物品(10)的图像信息;
    显示位于所述工作台本体(20)上的所述待检测物品(10)的所述图像信息,以便对所述待检测物品(10)进行处理。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的安检方法,其特征在于,接收所述待检测物品(10)的图像信息之前,所述安检方法还包括:
    读取位于所述工作台本体(20)上的待检测物品(10)的预设采集信息(11),以根据所述预设采集信息(11)获取具有所述预设采集信息(11)的待检测物品(10)的图像信息。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的安检方法,其特征在于,接收所述待检测物品(10)的图像信息之前,所述安检方法还包括:
    输入位于所述工作台本体(20)上的待检测物品(10)的预设采集信息(11),以根据所述预设采集信息(11)获取具有所述预设采集信息(11)的待检测物品(10)的图像信息。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的安检方法,其特征在于,获取具有所述预设采集信息(11)的待检测物品(10)的图像信息之前,所述安检方法还包括:
    获取位于安检过程中的待检测物品(10)的预设采集信息(11);
    接收待检测物品(10)的图像信息,并将所述图像信息与相应的预设采集信息相对应, 以存入网络集成***;
    控制所述工作台本体(20)上的待检测物品(10)的预设采集信息(11)与所述网络集成***进行信息交互、图像信息对应,以调取所述预设采集信息(11)对应的图像信息并显示所述图像信息。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求11至14中任一项所述的安检方法。
  16. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;以及
    存储器,用于存储所述处理器的可执行指令;
    其中,所述处理器配置为经由执行所述可执行指令来执行权利要求11至14中任一项所述的安检方法。
