防过载自调节安全单杠 技术领域
本发明主要涉及健身器材相关技术领域,具体是防过载自调节安全单杠。
背景技术
门框单杠使用时是通过两端的固定头顶紧在门框上实现单杠的固定。随着人们生活水平的提高以及对于健身训练的重视,门框单杠的使用越来越普及。
门框单杠使用时的安全性能主要取决于两侧的固定头与门框之间的顶紧关系,现有单杠结构中,一般是通过将固定头设置在伸缩管上,通过丝杆驱动伸缩管向外运动使固定头顶紧在门框上,使用时如果出现过载等意外情况,容易造成单杠的脱落,危害用户的使用安全。
发明内容
为解决目前技术的不足,本发明结合现有技术,从实际应用出发,提供一种防过载自调节安全单杠,本单杠通过在固定头处设置特殊的防过载结构,能够保证单杠稳定的顶紧在门框上,保证用户的使用安全。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
防过载自调节安全单杠,包括单杠本体、设置于单杠本体两端的固定头组件,所述固定头组件包括
固定座,所述固定座连接单杠本体;
上支撑件、下支撑件,所述上支撑件、下支撑件用于顶紧在门框上,上支撑件和下支撑件之间通过滑动卡槽可相对滑动的上下连接在一起;
连接件,所述连接件具有第一连接头、第二连接头、第三连接头,其中, 第一连接头与固定座铰接连接,第二连接头与上支撑件铰接连接,第三连接头与下支撑件铰接连接。
进一步的,所述第一连接头、第二连接头、第三连接头的中心点连线呈直角三角形结构,第二连接头位于该直角三角形的直角顶点处。
进一步的,所述第一连接头和第三连接头之间通过弧形的连接臂连接,所述固定座上设有与该弧形连接臂配合的弧面。
进一步的,所述上支撑件底部位置设有卡槽,所述卡槽处设有导向槽,所述下支撑件顶部设有卡板,所述卡板处设有导向条,所述卡板***于卡槽内并与卡槽滑动配合,所述导向条***于导向槽内并与导向槽滑动配合。

进一步的,所述单杠本体包括外管,所述外管内部设有双头丝杆,双头丝杆与外管之间通过铆钉连接,所述双头丝杆两端设有内伸缩管,内伸缩管通过螺母与双头丝杆螺纹配合,所述固定座连接在内伸缩管端部。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过设置的连接件将支撑件和固定座连接在一起,支撑件采用上支撑件和下支撑件共同作用顶紧在门框上的方式,使用时,固定头与门框之间相当于形成一个三角支撑,顶紧门框牢靠稳定,且由于连接件特殊的结构设计以及连接关系,固定座受力时,能够通过连接件向支撑件施加压力,因此本发明在受力后能够自动张紧,从而起到防脱落效果,整体具有结构简单合理、拆装方便快捷、稳定性好、实用性强等优点。

如图1~2所示,为本发明提供的一种防过载自调节安全单杠结构,
本单杠结构包括单杠本体1以及设置在单杠本体1两端的固定头组件2,单杠本体1为伸缩式结构,两侧的固定头组件2用于顶紧在门框上以固定本单杠。
如图4所示,本发明的固定头组件包括固定座21,固定座用于与单杠本体1连接;
如图5、6、7所示,上支撑件23、下支撑件24,上支撑件23和下支撑件24侧面均设置带有防滑纹路的防滑软垫25,上支撑件24、下支撑件23通过两侧的防滑软垫25顶紧在门框上,上支撑件23设置在下支撑件24上方,上支撑件23和下支撑件24之间通过滑动卡槽可相对滑动的连接在一起;
如图8所示,连接件22,所述连接件22为人字形结构,连接件22具有第一连接头221、第二连接头222、第三连接头223,其中,第一连接头221与固定座21铰接连接,第二连接头222与上支撑件23铰接连接,第三连接头223与下支撑件24铰接连接。具体的是,第一连接头221、第二连接头222、第三连接头223处均设有铰接耳,在固定座21、上支撑件23、下支撑件24上均设有铰接头,铰接耳和对应的铰接头之间通过铆钉连接后实现可相对转动的铰接连接。
本发明的上述结构,在使用时,通过调节单杠本体1的长度,使两侧的防滑软垫25顶紧在门框上,使用时,每侧的两个防滑软垫25和门框之间的摩擦力固定单杠。上述结构中,通过连接件22形成一个牢靠的三角支撑,当单杠受到向下的作用力时,该作用力可通过连接件22向下支撑件24施加压力,受力后能够实现自动张紧,从而起到防脱落目的。
本发明中,连接件22的具体形状如下:第一连接头221、第二连接头222、第三连接头223的中心点连线呈直角三角形结构,且第二连接头222位于该直 角三角形的直角顶点处,该结构能否方便的使单杠和门框之间形成一个三角支撑;在第一连接头221和第三连接223头之间通过弧形的连接臂连接,在固定座21上设有与该弧形连接臂配合的弧面211,该弧面221和连接臂的弧形结构配合能够限制下支撑件24向下转动的角度,以便于将单杠安装于门框上。
如图5、6、7所示,本发明的上支撑件23、下支撑件24的可相对滑动结构如下:在上支撑件23底部位置设有卡槽231,卡槽231下方设有两个导向槽232,下支撑件24顶部设有卡板241,卡板241处设有导向条242,卡板241***于卡槽231内并与卡槽231滑动配合,导向条242***于导向槽232内并与导向槽232滑动配合。上述结构用于连接上支撑件23和下支撑件24,且两者连接后能够实现相对滑动,以便于对应的铰接结构配合进行调整。
如图3所示,本发明中,单杠本体1的具体结构如下:单杠本体1包括外管11,外管11内部设有双头丝杆13,双头丝杆13与外管11之间通过铆钉固定连接,双头丝杆13两端设有内伸缩管14,内伸缩管14通过螺母12与双头丝杆螺13纹配合,内伸缩管14外端伸出外管11并连接固定座21。当转动外管11使带动双头丝杆13转动,进而使两端的内伸缩管14伸缩运动实现单杠长度的调整。

    固定座,所述固定座连接单杠本体;
    上支撑件、下支撑件,所述上支撑件、下支撑件用于顶紧在门框上,上支撑件和下支撑件之间通过滑动卡槽可相对滑动的上下连接在一起;
    连接件,所述连接件具有第一连接头、第二连接头、第三连接头,其中,第一连接头与固定座铰接连接,第二连接头与上支撑件铰接连接,第三连接头与下支撑件铰接连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防过载自调节安全单杠,其特征在于:所述第一连接头、第二连接头、第三连接头的中心点连线呈直角三角形结构,第二连接头位于该直角三角形的直角顶点处。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的防过载自调节安全单杠,其特征在于:所述第一连接头和第三连接头之间通过弧形的连接臂连接,所述固定座上设有与该弧形连接臂配合的弧面。
