进一步优选的,所述充气垫呈现C字状;
两个充气垫的两端均超出两个子罩体的端部,且两个充气垫分别与两个子罩体的内壁通过胶粘剂相连。
便于充气垫的固定。当两个子罩体拼合后,两个充气垫超出子罩体端部的区域相接触,且相互挤压。保证气密性。
充气垫内可以充设有酒精,酒精的含量是充气垫充气状态下体积的1/8-1/6。提高对高温患者的降温效果。此外,还可以提高呼吸的舒适度,给予清凉感。
进一步优选的,两个子罩体分别为位于左侧的左侧子罩体以及位于右侧的右侧子罩体;
所述左侧子罩体上铰接有前连接件,所述前连接件的右端与所述右侧子罩体可拆卸连接;
所述右侧子罩体上铰接有后连接杆,所述后连接件的左端与所述左侧子罩体可拆卸连接。
便于实现左侧子罩体与右侧子罩体的可拆卸连接。
进一步优选的,所述密封结构是一密封条,所述密封条设置在所述左侧子罩体与所述右侧子罩体的连接处;
所述密封条包括一条状体,所述条状体的左右两侧均设有两个上下设置的延伸片,位于左侧的延伸片的延伸长度小于位于右侧的延伸片的延伸长度;
所述条状体的左侧面以及位于左侧的两个延伸片构成一用于容纳左侧子罩体的左侧嵌入槽;
所述条状体的右侧面以及位于右侧的两个延伸片构成一用于容纳右侧子罩体的右侧嵌入槽;
所述左侧嵌入槽的内壁与所述左侧子罩体的右端粘连。
便于通过密封条,实现左侧子罩体与右侧子罩体连接处的气密性。
所述前连接件包括从左至右顺序连接的左杆体、套筒以及右杆体,所述左杆体的右端部以及所述右杆体的左端部设有螺纹方向相反的外螺纹,所述套筒内的左部设置有与所述左杆体的外螺纹相匹配的左侧内螺纹,所述套筒内的右部设置有与所述右杆体的外螺纹相匹配的右侧内螺纹;

所述后连接件包括连接杆,所述连接杆的右端与所述左侧子罩体铰接,所述左侧上罩体上安装有用于连接杆的***的插槽,所述插槽的左侧、右侧以及后侧均开口,所述连接杆的左端螺纹连接有一锁紧螺母。
本装置使用时,前连接件的右端与右侧子罩体相连,右连接杆的左端***插槽;然后通过旋转套筒实现,连接件的长度缩短,给与密封条夹紧力,提高密封效果,然后右连接杆的锁紧螺母向右螺旋拧紧。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
具体实施例1:参见图1、图2以及图3,一种罩体左右可拆卸式的呼吸机面罩,包括罩体,罩体上开设有一呼吸管道插接口5以及鼻胃管插接口3,罩体是两个左右设置的子罩体可拆卸连接构成,两个子罩体的连接处设有密封结构13;两个子罩体上开设有两个半圆形缺 口;两个子罩体连接时,两个半圆形缺口拼合构成鼻胃管插接口3以及呼吸管道插接口5;两个子罩体中的任意一个子罩体上转动连接有一用于覆盖鼻胃管插接口3的翻盖4。本专利将传统一体化成型的呼吸机面罩罩体改良为两个子罩体可拆卸连接构成,便于后期罩体从患者身上剥离,但不影响鼻胃管的插设。此外,当患者无需插设鼻胃管,但仍需要氧气供给时,可以通过将两个子罩体分离后,将鼻胃管取出后,再次拼合两个子罩体,将翻盖4覆盖住鼻胃管插接口3,即可保证氧气供给的进行。操作方便。解决了现有鼻胃管取出,需要患者头部的活动,才能将面罩整体拆除的不便性。翻盖的一端与左侧子罩体转动连接,翻盖的另一端通过螺钉固定在右侧子罩体。且翻盖接触罩体侧安装有环状橡胶圈。提高翻盖安装处的气密性。
两个子罩体分别为位于左侧的左侧子罩体12以及位于右侧的右侧子罩体11;左侧子罩体12上铰接有前连接件,前连接件的右端与右侧子罩体11可拆卸连接;右侧子罩体11上铰接有后连接杆63,后连接件的左端与左侧子罩体12可拆卸连接。便于实现左侧子罩体12与右侧子罩体11的可拆卸连接。前连接件以及后连接件均是一长度可调的连接件。前连接件包括从左至右顺序连接的左杆体66、套筒62以及右杆体61,左杆体66的右端部以及右杆体61的左端部设有螺纹方向相反的外螺纹,套筒62内的左部设置有与左杆体66的外螺纹相匹配的左侧内螺纹,套筒62内的右部设置有与右杆体61的外螺纹相匹配的右侧内螺纹;左杆体66的左端与左侧子罩体12通过一转轴铰接;右杆体61的右端部固定有一定位件,定位杆可拆卸安装在右侧子罩体11上;后连接件包括连接杆63,连接杆63的右端与左侧子罩体12铰接,左侧上罩体上安装有用于连接杆63的***的插槽64,插槽64的左侧、右侧以及后侧均开口,连接杆63的左端螺纹连接有一锁紧螺母65。本装置使用时,前连接件的右端与右侧子罩体11相连,右连接杆63的左端***插槽64;然后通过旋转套筒62实现,连接件的长度缩短,给与密封条夹紧力,提高密封效果,然后右连接杆63的锁紧螺母65向右螺旋拧紧。左杆体66的转动方向垂直于连接杆63的旋转方向。
一种罩体左右可拆卸式的呼吸机面罩,参见图3,还包括呼吸机管路连接接头51,呼吸机管路连接接头51的外壁设有沿着轴向设置的两个限位环,罩体开设有呼吸管道插接口处夹设在两个限位环之间;两个限位环分别为用于设置在罩体内侧的内限位环52以及用于设置在罩体外侧的外限位环53;内限位环52固定设置在呼吸机管路连接接头的外侧;外限位环与呼吸机管路连接接头螺纹连接,外限位环53靠近内限位环52的一侧面黏附有一橡胶层;呼吸机管路连接接头的外壁上套设有一密封圈,密封圈设置在两个限位环之间,且密封圈设置 在呼吸管道插接口与呼吸机管路连接接头之间。通过外限位环的拧紧可以实现橡胶层与罩体的外侧接触处的密封效果。便于保证氧气输送管路的气密性。鼻胃管31的外壁上固定连接有一密封圈32。实现鼻胃管与鼻胃管插接口处的密封效果。左侧子罩体或者右侧子罩体的内侧安装有用于固定鼻胃管的卡扣。便于通过卡扣引导鼻胃管从鼻胃管插接口处引出。鼻胃管插接口3也可以设置在呼吸管道插接口5的下方。左侧子罩体或者右侧子罩体任意一个上设有呼气口。也可以将呼气口设置在呼吸机管路连接接头上。
左侧子罩体的左端外侧安装有弹性固定带接口。右侧子罩体的右端外侧安装有弹性固定带结构。左侧子罩体的顶部与右侧子罩体的顶部至少一处安装有弹性固定带接口。或者,处于顶部的弹性固定带接口是左侧子罩体上的接口与右侧子罩体上的接口拼合构成的。进而实现弹性固定带的固定。弹性固定带的结构为现有技术,故本专利不进行详述。
参见图2,密封结构13是一密封条,密封条设置在左侧子罩体12与右侧子罩体11的连接处;密封条包括一条状体131,条状体131的左右两侧均设有两个上下设置的延伸片,位于左侧的延伸片(左侧延伸片133)的延伸长度小于位于右侧的延伸片(右侧延伸片132)的延伸长度;条状体的左侧面以及位于左侧的两个延伸片构成一用于容纳左侧子罩体12的左侧嵌入槽;条状体的右侧面以及位于右侧的两个延伸片构成一用于容纳右侧子罩体11的右侧嵌入槽;左侧嵌入槽的内壁与左侧子罩体12的右端粘连。便于通过密封条,实现左侧子罩体12与右侧子罩体11连接处的气密性。
具体实施例2,参见图4至图6,在具体实施例1的基础上,罩体的内侧还连接有用于接触皮肤的硅胶软垫2。硅胶软垫是一硅胶片,硅胶片沿着罩体的内壁呈螺旋状缠绕,硅胶片的径向***延伸出罩体的外边缘。便于后期硅胶软垫的分离。硅胶片包括具有切断部的环状水平片21以及一断面呈现V形的面部贴敷部;面部贴敷部包括内外设置的外侧硅胶片22以及内侧硅胶片23相连构成断面呈现V形的主贴敷部,外侧硅胶片22的顶部与环状水平片21的外边缘相连,外侧硅胶片22的宽度大于内侧硅胶片23的宽度;外侧硅胶片22的一端部延伸出一硅胶辅助片24,硅胶辅助片从外侧硅胶片的另一端与内侧硅胶片之间的间隙中穿过,硅胶辅组片与外侧硅胶片相连构成一内凹的用于容纳外侧硅胶片的有另一端的容纳槽。便于硅胶片的分离。环状水平片的切端部优选的设置在硅胶片接触鼻梁处。用户还可以在面罩接触鼻梁处贴敷有一纱布。
具体实施例3,参见图7至图9,在具体实施例1的基础上,罩体的内侧还连接有用于接触皮肤的硅胶软垫2。硅胶软垫是两个左右设置的充气垫(分别为左侧充气垫25以及右侧充 气垫26),两个充气垫分别固定在两个子罩体的内侧,且每个子罩体上的充气垫均延伸出罩体的外边缘;两个子罩体相连时,两个充气垫拼合构成一环状结构;两个子罩体上均开设有一用于充气垫的气嘴伸出的通孔,充气垫的气嘴伸出通孔27,且通孔27处与充气垫通过胶粘剂相连。便于通过气嘴的输气以及送气,实现充气垫的充气程度,便于匹配不同的面部结构。充气垫内可以充设有酒精,酒精的含量是充气垫充气状态下体积的1/8-1/6。提高对高温患者的降温效果。此外,还可以提高呼吸的舒适度,给予清凉感。所述充气垫呈现C字状;两个充气垫的两端均超出两个子罩体的端部,且两个充气垫分别与两个子罩体的内壁通过胶粘剂相连。便于充气垫的固定。当两个子罩体拼合后,两个充气垫超出子罩体端部的区域相接触,且相互挤压。保证气密性。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种罩体左右可拆卸式的呼吸机面罩,包括罩体以及呼吸机管路连接接头,所述罩体上开设有一呼吸管道插接口以及鼻胃管插接口,其特征在于,所述罩体是两个左右设置的子罩体可拆卸连接构成,两个子罩体的连接处设有密封结构;
    两个子罩体上开设有两个半圆形缺口;
    两个子罩体连接时,两个半圆形缺口拼合构成所述鼻胃管插接口以及呼吸管道插接口;
    两个子罩体中的任意一个子罩体上转动连接有一用于覆盖所述鼻胃管插接口的翻盖;
    所述呼吸机管路连接接头的外壁设有沿着轴向设置的两个限位环,所述罩体开设有呼吸管道插接口处夹设在两个限位环之间;
    两个限位环分别为用于设置在罩体内侧的内限位环以及用于设置在罩体外侧的外限位环;
    所述内限位环固定设置在所述呼吸机管路连接接头的外侧;
    所述外限位环与所述呼吸机管路连接接头螺纹连接,所述外限位环靠近所述内限位环的一侧面黏附有一橡胶层;
    所述呼吸机管路连接接头的外壁上套设有一密封圈,所述密封圈设置在两个限位环之间,且所述密封圈设置在所述呼吸管道插接口与所述呼吸机管路连接接头之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种罩体左右可拆卸式的呼吸机面罩,其特征在于:所述罩体的内侧连接有一硅胶软垫。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种罩体左右可拆卸式的呼吸机面罩,其特征在于:所述硅胶软垫是一硅胶片,所述硅胶片沿着罩体的内壁呈螺旋状缠绕,所述硅胶片的径向***延伸出所述罩体的外边缘。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种罩体左右可拆卸式的呼吸机面罩,其特征在于:所述硅胶片包括具有切断部的环状水平片以及一断面呈现V形的面部贴敷部;
    所述面部贴敷部包括内外设置的外侧硅胶片以及内侧硅胶片相连构成断面呈现V形的主贴敷部,所述外侧硅胶片的顶部与所述环状水平片的外边缘相连,所述外侧硅胶片的宽度大于所述内侧硅胶片的宽度;
    所述外侧硅胶片的一端部延伸出一硅胶辅助片,所述硅胶辅助片从外侧硅胶片的另一端与内侧硅胶片之间的间隙中穿过。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种罩体左右可拆卸式的呼吸机面罩,其特征在于:所述硅胶软垫是两个左右设置的充气垫,两个充气垫分别固定在两个子罩体的内侧,且每个子罩体上 的充气垫均延伸出罩体的外边缘;
    两个子罩体相连时,两个充气垫拼合构成一环状结构;
    两个子罩体上均开设有一用于充气垫的气嘴伸出的通孔,所述充气垫的气嘴伸出所述通孔,且所述通孔处与所述充气垫通过胶粘剂相连。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种罩体左右可拆卸式的呼吸机面罩,其特征在于:两个子罩体分别为位于左侧的左侧子罩体以及位于右侧的右侧子罩体;
    所述左侧子罩体上铰接有前连接件,所述前连接件的右端与所述右侧子罩体可拆卸连接;
    所述右侧子罩体上铰接有后连接杆,所述后连接件的左端与所述左侧子罩体可拆卸连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种罩体左右可拆卸式的呼吸机面罩,其特征在于:所述密封结构是一密封条,所述密封条设置在所述左侧子罩体与所述右侧子罩体的连接处;
    所述密封条包括一条状体,所述条状体的左右两侧均设有两个上下设置的延伸片,位于左侧的延伸片的延伸长度小于位于右侧的延伸片的延伸长度;
    所述条状体的左侧面以及位于左侧的两个延伸片构成一用于容纳左侧子罩体的左侧嵌入槽;
    所述条状体的右侧面以及位于右侧的两个延伸片构成一用于容纳右侧子罩体的右侧嵌入槽;
    所述左侧嵌入槽的内壁与所述左侧子罩体的右端粘连。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种罩体左右可拆卸式的呼吸机面罩,其特征在于:所述前连接件包括从左至右顺序连接的左杆体、套筒以及右杆体,所述左杆体的右端部以及所述右杆体的左端部设有螺纹方向相反的外螺纹,所述套筒内的左部设置有与所述左杆体的外螺纹相匹配的左侧内螺纹,所述套筒内的右部设置有与所述右杆体的外螺纹相匹配的右侧内螺纹;
    所述左杆体的左端与所述左侧子罩体通过一转轴铰接;
    所述右杆体的右端部固定有一定位件,所述定位杆可拆卸安装在所述右侧子罩体上;
    所述后连接件包括连接杆,所述连接杆的右端与所述左侧子罩体铰接,所述左侧上罩体上安装有用于连接杆的***的插槽,所述插槽的左侧、右侧以及后侧均开口,所述连接杆的左端螺纹连接有一锁紧螺母。
