在一些实施例中,所述第二热齿组30包括与所述热齿槽卡扣连接的第二热齿条31,其前端设有部分***所述第二热齿条31的热齿弹簧33,及若干设置在所述第二热齿条31上的圆柱形的第二热齿32。
具体的,本实施例第二热齿组30和热齿槽采用的可相对位移的卡扣式连接,即第二热齿组30可在热齿槽内水平移动,但是不能进行竖直方向移动。同时梳齿部13或者热齿槽上还可设有用于盖住热齿弹簧33的盖板,以免热齿弹簧33弹出。
在一些实施例中,所述发热体50为PTC发热体或MCH发热体。
具体的,PTC发热体又叫PTC加热器,采用PTC陶瓷发热元件与铝管组成。该类型PTC发热体有热阻小、换热效率高的优点,是一种自动恒温、省电的电加热器。突出特点在于安全性能上,任何应用情况下均不会产生如电热管类加热器的表面"发红"现象,从而引起烫伤,火灾等安全隐患。
MCH发热体是金属陶瓷发热体。MCH是指将金属钨或者是钼锰浆料印刷在陶瓷流延坯体上,经过热压叠层,然后在1600℃氢气氛保护下,陶瓷和金属共同烧结而成的陶瓷发热体,具有耐腐蚀、耐高温、寿命长、高效节能、温度均匀、导热性能良好、热补偿速度快等优点,而且不含铅、镉、汞、六价铬、多溴联苯、多溴二苯醚等有害物质,符合欧盟RoHS等环保要求。
由于上述PTC发热体或MCH发热体为现有技术,并且已经普遍应用在蓬松梳上,本实施例并未对其进行改进,因此不再详细介绍其结构和工作原理。
需要说明的是,发热体也可以是其他的发热体,并不限制于本实施例所提供的。
在一些实施例中,所述控制组件包括用于接收并处理信息的PCB板,及与所述PCB板电连接、设置在所述把手部12上的开关,所述PCB板与所述发热体50电连接。
具体的,本实施例采用的PCB板已经大量应用于蓬松梳领域,本领域技术人员可轻易得知其具体电路结构和工作原理,因此不再详细介绍。
在一些实施例中,所述把手部12上端设有凹槽15,其底端设有通孔。
在一些实施例中,所述防烫蓬松梳还设有调节装置40,其包括:
设置在所述凹槽15内,前端与所述凹槽15相铰接的按压组件41;
与所述按压组件41尾端相连且穿过所述把手部12的通孔的受力组件42,其底端设有部分***所述受力组件42的受力弹簧;
可推动所述第二热齿组30的推动组件44,其前端抵住所述第二热齿条31;以及
两端分别与所述受力组件42和所述推动组件44相铰接的连接杆43。
具体的,当对按压组件41尾端施加压力时,将受力组件42向下按压,对受力弹簧进行压缩,同时由于连接杆43分别与受力组件42和推动组件44相铰接,使得受力组件42向下运动时,连接杆43对推动组件44产生了一个推力,推动组件44同时对其抵住的第二热齿条31产生推力,第二热齿条31对热齿弹簧33进行压缩,使得第二热齿条31在热齿槽内水平移动,通过调节第二热齿条31的移动位置可以达到调整波浪的大小,根据需求达到多种蓬松造型效果。松开按压组件41,热齿弹簧33和受力弹簧分别使第二热齿条31和受力组件42自动复位。
综上所述,本发明包括梳体10,其包括中空的把手部12,及与所述把手部12前端相连的梳齿部13,所述梳齿部13上端开口;第一热齿组20,其下端固定设置在所述梳齿部13内,上端设置在所述梳齿部13外,所述第一热齿组20可传导热量;第二热齿组30,其可活动的设置在所述第一热齿组20两侧,且与所述第一热齿组20相互错位,所述第二热齿组30可传导热量;发热体50,其设置在所述梳齿部13内,所述发热体50可将热量传导给所述第一热齿组20和所述第二热齿组30;以及控制组件,其设置在所述把手部12内,分别与所述发热体50和市电电连接。采用上述设计,使得本发明蓬松效果自然,而且能对发根处进行蓬松,蛮足人们的需求,结构简单易操作,产品制作成本低,便于推广使用。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的两种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防烫蓬松梳,其特征在于,所述防烫蓬松梳包括:
    梳体,其包括中空的把手部,及与所述把手部前端相连的梳齿部,所述梳齿部上端开口;
    第一热齿组,其下端固定设置在所述梳齿部内,上端设置在所述梳齿部外,所述第一热齿组可传导热量;
    第二热齿组,其可活动的设置在所述第一热齿组两侧,且与所述第一热齿组相互错位,所述第二热齿组可传导热量;
    发热体,其设置在所述梳齿部内,所述发热体可将热量传导给所述第一热齿组和所述第二热齿组;以及
    控制组件,其设置在所述把手部内,分别与所述发热体和市电电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防烫蓬松梳,其特征在于,所述梳齿部上端设有与所述第二热齿组相互错位的防烫胶齿。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防烫蓬松梳,其特征在于,所述梳齿部外表面设有与所述防烫胶齿相配合的配合槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防烫蓬松梳,其特征在于,所述梳齿部内还设有可传导热量的热齿安装座,其上端设有用于安装所述第一热齿组和所述第二热齿组的热齿槽,其下端设有用于安装所述发热体的发热槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防烫蓬松梳,其特征在于,所述第一热齿组包括与所述热齿槽卡扣连接的第一热齿条,及若干设置在所述第一热齿条上的圆柱形的第一热齿。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防烫蓬松梳,其特征在于,所述第二热齿组包括与所述热齿槽卡扣连接的第二热齿条,其前端设有部分***所述第二热齿条的热齿弹簧,及若干设置在所述第二热齿条上的圆柱形的第二热齿。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的防烫蓬松梳,其特征在于,所述发热体为PTC发热体或MCH发热体。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的防烫蓬松梳,其特征在于,所述控制组件包括用于接收并处理信息的PCB板,及与所述PCB板电连接、设置在所述把手部上的开关,所述PCB板与所述发热体电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的防烫蓬松梳,其特征在于,所述把手部上端设有凹槽,其底端设有通孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的防烫蓬松梳,其特征在于,所述防烫蓬松梳还设有调节装置,其包括:
    设置在所述凹槽内,前端与所述凹槽相铰接的按压组件;
    与所述按压组件尾端相连且穿过所述把手部的通孔的受力组件,其底端设有部分***所述受力组件的受力弹簧;
    可推动所述第二热齿组的推动组件,其前端抵住所述第二热齿条;以及
    两端分别与所述受力组件和所述推动组件相铰接的连接杆。
