为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例的技术方案,下面将对实施例描述中所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍,显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其它的附图。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本说明书提供的方案进行描述。
支付宝等服务平台,提供的服务种类日益丰富,例如生活缴费服务、财富管理服务、交通出行服务等。对于交通出行服务,其又可以包括地铁出行服务、公交出行服务、停车缴费服务、高速收费服务等,这些在为用户生活带来了便利。同时,由于电商平台提供的服务众多,用户在需要某种服务时,需要查找该服务。例如,在图1所示的地铁进站的场景下,用户需要打开相关服务平台的应用客户端,并进入地铁出行服务页面,以进行刷卡或扫码进站。当服务平台的客户端可提供多种服务时,用户专门花时间查找地铁出行服务页面,使得用户体验较差。
根据一种方案,对于支持近距离无线通讯(Near Field Communication,NFC)的终端,可以基于从服务设备接收到的NFC信号唤起服务,进入服务页面。NFC信号传输距离小于0.1m,所以只有终端和服务设备相距很近时,才能发起接收到NFC信号,然后才开始进行服务唤起,而服务唤起的过程也需要一定时间。因此,基于NFC的服务唤起方法,在用户将终端贴到服务设备上后,还需要等待一段时间才能进入服务页面,使得用户体验较差。
本说明书实施例提供了一种服务唤起方法,可以在终端距服务设备较远时,触发服务唤起,以提前唤起服务;然后,在终端距服务设备较近时,向用户推荐所需服务;当用户需要使用服务时,可以及时进入服务页面,改善了用户体验。
接下来,参考图2,对本说明书实施例提供的服务唤起方法进行具体介绍。所述方法可以由安装在终端上的应用客户端执行,该应用客户端可以为服务平台的客户端,终端可以为手机、平板电脑等移动终端。如图2所示,所述方法包括如下步骤。步骤200,从第一信号中获取服务设备的特征信息,第一信号为所述服务设备基于第一近场通信技术发射的信号;步骤202,基于所述特征信息,确定所述服务设备可接受的服务;以及基于所述服务设备可接受的服务,从所述应用客户端可提供的多个服务中确定用户所需服务;步骤204,当接收到第二信号时,向所述用户推荐所述所需服务;其中,所述第二信号为所述服务设备基于第二近场通信技术发射的信号,所述第二信号的最大传输范围小于所述第一信号的最大传输范围。
接下来,结合具体例子对上述各步骤进行具体介绍。
首先,在步骤200中,从第一信号中获取服务设备的特征信息,第一信号为所述服务设备基于第一近场通信技术发射的信号。
服务设备可以基于第一近场通讯技术,持续或者按照固定时间间隔(例如1秒、0.5秒、0.3秒等)发射信号,其中携带有该服务设备的特征信息。
第一近场通讯技术可以为蓝牙(具体可以为低功耗蓝牙、双向蓝牙、iBeacon等)、Wi-Fi、ZigBee(紫蜂)等。对于蓝牙信号、Wi-Fi信号,其有效传输距离为几米到几十米,甚至上百米。对于ZigBee信号,其有效传输距离为几十米到上百米。因此,在终端距离服务设备较远时,就可以接收到服务设备发送的基于近场通信技术发射的信号,使得应用客户端就可以从其中获取服务设备的特征信息,进而可以触发服务唤起。
当终端上的应用客户端处于运行状态(包括后台运行状态)时,一旦终端接收到服 务设备基于第一通信技术发射的信号,就可以获取该信号,该信号即为第一信号,进而从其中获取服务设备的特征信息。
如果终端已接收到一个或多个第一近场通讯技术的信号,应用客户端才被开启,此时,第一信号可以为在开启应用客户端后最近接收到的第一近场通讯技术信号。
在该实施例的一个示例中,服务设备和应用客户端之间具有对应关系,具体的,服务设备和应用客户端都预置有同一加密规则。基于该加密规则,服务设备可以对其基于第一近场通讯技术发射的信号进行加密。应用客户端获取了第一信号后,可以基于该加密规则,解密第一信号,从而可以从其中获取服务设备的特征信息。
接着,在步骤202中,基于所述特征信息,确定所述服务设备可接受的服务;以及基于所述服务设备可接受的服务,从所述应用客户端可提供的多个服务中确定用户所需服务。
服务设备具体可以为地铁闸机,也可以为公交刷码机,也可以为停车缴费机具,也可以高速收费机具等等。不同的服务设备具有不同的特征信息,应用客户端可以根据服务设备的特征信息可以识别出服务设备,进而可以确定出服务设备可接受的服务。
容易理解,当终端处于某个服务设备附近时,该服务设备可接受的服务一般为持有该终端用户将要使用的服务,例如用户处于地铁闸机附近,用户一般想要地铁出行服务。因此,可以基于服务设备可接受的服务从应用客户端可提供的多个服务中确定用户所需服务。
步骤204、当接收到第二信号时,向所述用户推荐所述所需服务;其中,所述第二信号为所述服务设备基于第二近场通信技术发射的信号,所述第二信号的最大传输范围小于所述第一信号的最大传输范围。
服务设备可以基于第二近场通讯技术,持续或按照预设固定时间间隔(例如0.5秒、0.3秒、0.1秒等)发射信号。第二近场通讯技术具体可以为NFC,也可以为IrDA(一种利用红外线进行点对点通信的技术,是由红外线数据标准协会(Infrared Data Association)制定的一种无线协议),也可以为射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)等。
基于第二近场通信技术的发射的信号最大传输范围较短,例如NFC信号,其最大传输范围一般小于0.1米;再例如RFID信号,其最大传输范围一般也小于0.1米;再例如IrDA信号,其最大一般小于1米。因此,终端接收到服务设备接收到第二近场通信技 术发射的信号时,表明终端已距离服务设备足够近了,即将要使用已确定所需服务了。此时,向用户推荐所需服务。
容易理解,在从终端接收到第一信号的时刻到接收到第二信号的时刻之间的时间段中,已确定出用户所需服务了。即在步骤204中,向用户推荐的服务为已提前确定好的服务,从而省却了服务唤起时间,相应的,减少了用户等待时间,改善了用户体验。
在一个实施例中,在步骤204中,具体可以在应用客户端的运行界面显示所需服务的入口信息或服务页面,以向用户推荐所需服务。
服务页面具体可以是服务卡片,例如公交码、地铁码等。
入口信息具体可以采用图标形式显示,以地铁码的入口信息为例,其可以显示为交通卡图标,用户点击该图标可以进入地铁码。
在该实施例的一个示例中,在步骤204中,可以从应用客户端的应用界面一侧浮出所需服务的入口信息或服务页面;例如,可以从应用界面顶侧浮出,也可以从应用界面左侧浮出,也可以从应用界面右侧浮出,也可以从应用界面底层浮出。
在该实施例的一个示例中,具体可以在应用客户端的消息对话框显示所需服务的入口信息或服务页面,以向用户推荐所需服务。
根据本说明书实施例提供的方案,可以在用户使用服务前,提前发起服务唤起,当用户需要使用该服务时,可以及时向用户推荐该服务,减少了用户等待时间,改善了用户体验。
另外,本说明书实施例提供的方案并未在确定了用户所需服务时,就向用户推荐服务,而是在用户所持终端和服务设备的距离足够短时,才向用户推荐。如此,可以避免在从终端接收到第一信号的时刻到用户使用服务的时刻这之间较长的时间段内,服务的入口信息或服务页面对终端显示界面的影响。例如,在地铁乘坐这一场景,可能在地铁站入口处就已接收到第一信号了,但用户在使用该应用客户端正在进行视频聊天服务,如果此时就显示服务页面,会影响用户的视频聊天服务,使得用户体验较差。
接下来,在一个实施例中,结合图1所示的场景,即乘坐地铁的场景,对本说明书实施例提供的服务唤起方法进行具体介绍。在本实施例中,方法可以由安装在终端上的支付宝客户端等应用客户端执行,终端具体可以为手机、平板电脑等移动终端。如图3所示,所述方法包括:步骤300,从第一信号中获取地铁闸机的特征信息,第一信号为所述地铁闸机基于第一近场通信技术发射的信号;步骤302,基于所述特征信息,确定 所述地铁闸机可接受的服务;以及基于所述地铁闸机可接受的服务,从所述应用客户端可提供的多个服务中确定地铁出行服务;步骤304,当接收到第二信号时,向所述用户推荐所述地铁出行服务;其中,所述第二信号为所述地铁闸机基于第二近场通信技术发射的信号,所述第二信号的最大传输范围小于所述第一信号的最大传输范围。
接下来,结合具体例子对上述各步骤进行具体介绍。
首先,在步骤300中,从第一信号中获取地铁闸机的特征信息,第一信号为所述地铁闸机基于第一近场通信技术发射的信号。
地铁闸机可以基于第一近场通讯技术,持续或者按照固定时间间隔(例如1秒、0.5秒、0.3秒等)发射信号,其中携带有该地铁闸机的特征信息。
第一近场通讯技术可以为蓝牙(具体可以为低功耗蓝牙、双向蓝牙、iBeacon等)、Wi-Fi、ZigBee(紫蜂)等。对于蓝牙信号、Wi-Fi信号,其有效传输距离为几米到几十米,甚至上百米。对于ZigBee信号,其有效传输距离为几十米到上百米。因此,在终端距离地铁闸机较远时,例如处于地铁口时,或者刚进入到地铁检票大厅时,就可以接收到地铁闸机基于近场通信技术发射的信号,使得其安装的应用客户端就可以从其中获取地铁闸机的特征信息,进而可以触发对地铁出行服务的唤起。
当终端上的应用客户端处于运行状态(包括后台运行状态)时,一旦终端接收到地铁闸机基于第一通信技术发射的信号,就可以获取该信号,该信号即为第一信号,进而从其中获取地铁闸机的特征信息。
如果终端已接收到一个或多个第一近场通讯技术信号,应用客户端才被开启,此时,第一信号可以为在开启应用客户端后最近接收到的第一近场通讯技术信号。
在该实施例的一个示例中,地铁闸机和应用客户端之间具有对应关系,具体的,地铁闸机和应用客户端都预置有同一加密规则。基于该加密规则,地铁闸机可以对其基于第一近场通讯技术发射的信号进行加密。应用客户端获取了第一信号后,可以基于该加密规则,解密第一信号,从而可以从其中获取地铁闸机的特征信息。
接着,在步骤302中,基于所述特征信息,确定所述地铁闸机可接受的服务;以及基于所述地铁闸机可接受的服务,从所述应用客户端可提供的多个服务中确定地铁出行服务。
应用客户端可基于地铁闸机的特征信息,识别出地铁闸机可接受的服务,即地铁出行服务。
容易理解,当终端处于地铁闸机附近时,地铁出行服务一般为持有该终端用户将要使用的服务。因此,可以基于地铁闸机可接受的服务从应用客户端可提供的多个服务中确定地铁出行服务。以支付宝客户端为例,支付宝客户端可以支持铁出行服务、公交出行服务、停车缴费服务、高速收费服务以及生活缴费服务、财富管理服务等。支付宝客户端所在的客户端处于地铁闸机附近时,支付宝可以从其支持的多个服务中确定出地铁出行服务。
步骤304、当接收到第二信号时,向所述用户推荐所述地铁出行服务;其中,所述第二信号为所述地体闸机基于第二近场通信技术发射的信号,所述第二信号的最大传输范围小于所述第一信号的最大传输范围。
地铁闸机可以基于第二近场通讯技术,持续或按照预设固定时间间隔(例如0.5秒、0.3秒、0.1秒等)发射信号。第二近场通讯技术具体可以为NFC、IrDA、RFID)等。
基于第二近场通信技术的发射的信号最大传输范围较短,例如NFC信号,其最大传输范围一般小于0.1米;再例如RFID信号,其最大传输范围一般也小于0.1米;再例如IrDA信号,其最大一般小于1米。因此,终端接收到地铁闸机接收到第二近场通信技术发射的信号时,表明终端已距离地铁闸机足够近了,即将要使用地铁出行服务了。此时,向用户推荐地铁出行服务。
容易理解,在从终端接收到第一信号的时刻到接收到第二信号的时刻之间的时间段中,已确定出地铁出行服务。即在步骤304中,向用户推荐的服务为已提前确定好的服务,从而省却了服务唤起时间,相应的,减少了用户等待时间,改善了用户体验。
在该实施例的一个示例中,在步骤304中,具体可以在应用客户端的运行界面显示所需服务的入口信息或服务页面,以向用户推荐地铁出行服务。
服务页面具体可以是地铁出行服务卡片,例如地铁码等。
入口信息具体可以采用图标形式显示,例如可以显示为交通卡图标,用户点击该图标可以进入地铁码。
在该示例的一个例子中,在步骤304中,可以从应用客户端的应用界面一侧浮出地铁出行服务的入口信息或服务页面;例如,可以从应用界面顶侧浮出,也可以从应用界面左侧浮出,也可以从应用界面右侧浮出,也可以从应用界面底层浮出。
在该实施例的一个示例中,具体可以在应用客户端的消息对话框显示地铁出行服务的入口信息或服务页面,以向用户推荐地铁出行服务。
根据本说明书实施例提供的方案,可以在用户距离地铁闸机较远时,提前唤起地铁出行服务;当用户靠近地铁闸机,即将需要刷卡进站时,可以及时显示已经提取唤起的地铁出行服务,减少了用户等待时间,改善了用户体验。
另外,本说明书实施例提供的方案并未在确定了地铁出行服务时,就向用户地铁出行服务,而是在用户所持终端和地铁闸机的距离足够短时,才向用户推荐。如此,可以避免在从终端接收到第一信号的时刻到用户刷卡进站的时刻这之间较长的时间段内,地铁出行服务的入口信息或服务页面对终端显示界面的影响。例如,可能在地铁站入口处就已接收到第一信号了,但用户在使用该应用客户端正在进行视频聊天服务,如果此时就显示服务页面,会影响用户的视频聊天服务,使得用户体验较差。
第二方面,本说明书实施例还提供了一种应用客户端400,安装于终端。如图4所示,所述应用客户端400包括:
获取单元410,配置为从第一信号中获取服务设备的特征信息,第一信号为所述服务设备基于第一近场通信技术发射的信号;
确定单元420,配置为基于所述特征信息,确定所述服务设备可接受的服务;以及基于所述服务设备可接受的服务,从所述应用客户端300可提供的多个服务中确定用户所需服务;
推荐单元430,配置为当接收到第二信号时,向所述用户推荐所述所需服务;其中,所述第二信号为所述服务设备基于第二近场通信技术发射的信号,所述第二信号的最大传输范围小于所述第一信号的最大传输范围。
在一个实施例中,所述第一信号为以下信号的任一种:
蓝牙信号、Wi-Fi信号、ZigBee信号。
在一个实施例中,所述第二信号为以下信号中的任一种:
NFC信号、射频识别信号、IrDA信号。
在一个实施例中,所述第一信号为基于预设加密规则进行加密的信号,所述应用客户端400预置有所述预设加密规则;所述获取单元410还配置为基于所述预设加密规则,解密所述第一信号,以获取所述特征信息。
在一个实施例中,所述推荐单元430还配置为在所述应用客户端的运行界面显示所述所需服务的入口信息或服务页面。
在该实施例的一个示例中,所述推荐单元430还配置为从所述应用界面第一侧浮出所述所需服务的入口信息或服务页面;其中,所述第一侧为以下任一种:
顶侧、左侧、右侧、底侧。
在一个实施例中,所述服务设备为以下任一种:
地铁闸机、公交刷码机、停车缴费机具、高速收费机具。
应用客户端400的各功能单元可以参考图2或图3所示的方法实施例实现,在此不再赘述。
根据本说明书实施例提供的应用客户端,可以在用户使用服务前,提前发起服务唤起,当用户需要使用该服务时,可以及时向用户推荐该服务,减少了用户等待时间,改善了用户体验。
另一方面,本说明书的实施例提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,当所述计算机程序在计算机中执行时,令计算机执行图2或图3所示的方法。
另一方面,本说明书的实施例提供了一种计算终端,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有可执行代码,所述处理器执行所述可执行代码时,实现图2或图3所示的方法。
本领域技术人员应该可以意识到,在上述一个或多个示例中,本发明所描述的功能可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的任意组合来实现。当使用软件实现时,可以将这些功能存储在计算机可读介质中或者作为计算机可读介质上的一个或多个指令或代码进行传输。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种服务唤起方法,应用于应用客户端,所述方法包括:
    从第一信号中获取服务设备的特征信息,第一信号为所述服务设备基于第一近场通信技术发射的信号;
    基于所述特征信息,确定所述服务设备可接受的服务;以及基于所述服务设备可接受的服务,从所述应用客户端可提供的多个服务中确定用户所需服务;
    当接收到第二信号时,向所述用户推荐所述所需服务;其中,所述第二信号为所述服务设备基于第二近场通信技术发射的信号,所述第二信号的最大传输范围小于所述第一信号的最大传输范围。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述第一信号为以下信号的任一种:
    蓝牙信号、Wi-Fi信号、ZigBee信号。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述第二信号为以下信号中的任一种:
    NFC信号、射频识别信号、IrDA信号。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述第一信号为基于预设加密规则进行加密的信号,所述应用客户端预置有所述预设加密规则;所述从第一信号中获取服务设备的特征信息包括:
    基于所述预设加密规则,解密所述第一信号,以获取所述特征信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述向所述用户推荐所述所需服务包括:
    在所述应用客户端的运行界面显示所述所需服务的入口信息或服务页面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,所述在所述应用客户端的运行界面显示所述所需服务的入口信息或服务页面包括:
    从所述应用界面第一侧浮出所述所需服务的入口信息或服务页面;其中,所述第一侧为以下任一种:
    顶侧、左侧、右侧、底侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述服务设备为以下任一种:
    地铁闸机、公交刷码机、停车缴费机具、高速收费机具。
  8. 一种服务唤起应用客户端,安装于终端,所述应用客户端包括:
    获取单元,配置为从第一信号中获取服务设备的特征信息,第一信号为所述服务设备基于第一近场通信技术发射的信号;
    确定单元,配置为基于所述特征信息,确定所述服务设备可接受的服务;以及基于所述服务设备可接受的服务,从所述应用客户端可提供的多个服务中确定用户所需服务;
    推荐单元,配置为当接收到第二信号时,向所述用户推荐所述所需服务;其中,所述第二信号为所述服务设备基于第二近场通信技术发射的信号,所述第二信号的最大传输范围小于所述第一信号的最大传输范围。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的应用客户端,所述第一信号为以下信号的任一种:
    蓝牙信号、Wi-Fi信号、ZigBee信号。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的应用客户端,所述第二信号为以下信号中的任一种:
    NFC信号、射频识别信号、IrDA信号。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的应用客户端,所述第一信号为基于预设加密规则进行加密的信号,所述应用客户端预置有所述预设加密规则;所述获取单元还配置为基于所述预设加密规则,解密所述第一信号,以获取所述特征信息。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的应用客户端,所述推荐单元还配置为在所述应用客户端的运行界面显示所述所需服务的入口信息或服务页面。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的应用客户端,所述推荐单元还配置为从所述应用界面第一侧浮出所述所需服务的入口信息或服务页面;其中,所述第一侧为以下任一种:
    顶侧、左侧、右侧、底侧。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的应用客户端,所述服务设备为以下任一种:
    地铁闸机、公交刷码机、停车缴费机具、高速收费机具。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,当所述计算机程序在计算机中执行时,令计算机执行权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法。
  16. 一种计算终端,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有可执行代码,所述处理器执行所述可执行代码时,实现权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法。
