精油添加单元:用于通过电动泵将精油容器中的精油取出,并添加到所述雾化通道的水中,使其与该雾化通道中的水一起雾化;
其中,所述精油添加单元固定在第二壳体围合而形成的安装空间中,所述第一壳体外部一侧设置有与所述第二壳体外形适配的凹槽,所述第二壳体嵌入并固定在所述凹槽的上端的设定位置上。
更进一步地,所述精油添加单元包括用于连接精油容器的容器接口、用于通过所述容器接口进入连接在该容器接口上的精油容器内部的输油管、用于固定所述输油管的出油段位置的出油构件以及通过挤压排出所述输油管内的空气进而使得精油容器内的精油通过该输油管移动的蠕动泵。
更进一步地,所述容器接口设置并固定在所述第二壳体底部,精油容器通过设置在所述第二壳体底部的开口连接在所述容器接口上;所述蠕动泵设置并固定在所述第二壳体中的所述容器接口的上方;所述输油管包括具有弹性的软管,所述输油管一端通过所述容器接口进入精油容器中,另一端通过所述出油构件被限制在所述第一壳体内部的设定位置;所述输油管的中间部分穿过所述蠕动泵的旋转构件,在所述旋转构件转动时被挤压或放开。
更进一步地,所述出油构件包括一个供所述输油管穿过的、中空的管道,所述出油构件通过所述第二壳体和第一壳体之间的侧壁上的安装槽进入所述第一壳体内;所述出油构件具有一弧状的外形,使得当其通过所述安装槽进入所述第一壳体内时,穿过其中所述管道的输油管输出的精油滴落在所述第一壳体内的设定位置上。
更进一步地,所述第一壳体包括侧壁、隔离板和底板;所述隔离板的位置高于所述底板;所述隔离板和所述侧壁构成放置所述第一容器的第一放置空间;所述底板、隔离板和侧壁围合成第二放置空间。
更进一步地,所述隔离板底部设置用向下凹陷的、用于容置有所述第一容器中流出的水的雾化通道;所述雾化通道中位于所述第一壳体中轴位置上设置有雾化窗;所述雾化单元在所述雾化窗出将所述雾化通道中的水雾化。
更进一步地,所述雾化单元还包括超声波雾化器,所述超声波雾化器安装在所述第二放置空间内,并通过所述雾化窗与所述雾化通道中的水接触并将其雾化。
更进一步地,所述第一容器包括顶面开口的圆柱形状,其具有底面和侧壁;沿所述圆柱形的轴线位置,设置有中空的、贯穿所述底面的溢出通道,所述溢出通道用于使所述超声雾化器产生的水雾通过并溢出到所述空气加湿器外部;所述溢出通道具有圆柱或圆锥状的外壁,所述底面、侧壁和外壁围合形成所述第 一容器盛放水的空间;所述溢出通道在垂直投影面上与所述雾化窗重叠。
更进一步地,所述第一容器底面还设置有使得其中的水流出并进入所述雾化通道的出水口,所述出水口位于所述雾化通道上方并设置有控制做主第一容器中的水流出或不流出的水流控制模块,所述水流控制模块采用机械控制或电控方式使得所述第一容器中的水进入或不进入所述雾化通道。
更进一步地,还包括控制单元,所述控制单元设置在第三壳体中并控制所述水雾化单元或所述精油添加单元的工作时间或工作状态;所述第三壳体嵌入连接在所述凹槽的底端的设定位置。
发明的有益效果
有益效果
实施本发明的一种空气加湿器,具有以下有益效果:由于将水雾化单元和精油添加单元结合在一起,使得在水雾化的同时,精油添加单元能够准确地讲将设定量的精油滴入水雾化单元中的水中,使得精油在水中扩散,进而使得准备雾化的水本身就带有一定量的精油,在水雾化的同时实现了精油雾化;同时实现了水和精油的雾化,即同时实现了加湿和熏香的功能;同时,由于精油在水雾化通道的滴入由精油添加单元单独实现,因此通过控制该单元的工作时间就能够控制滴入精油的数量,从而实现精油使用量的准确控制。因此,其操作简单、成本低。

发明实施例
本发明的实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,在本发明的一种空气加湿器实施例中,该空气加湿器,包括水雾化单元1、精油添加单元2和控制单元3;其中,水雾化单元1用于将第一容器12中的水进行雾化,即通过使所述第一容器12中的水进入雾化通道15并形成水雾溢出,从而实现上述第一容器12中的水雾化;所述水雾化单元1包括第一壳体11,所述第一容器12和实现水雾化的部件(包括雾化通道15、雾化单元等等)均设置在所述第一壳体11中;所述精油添加单元2用于通过电动泵将精油容器4中的精油适量地取出,并添加到所述雾化通道15的水中,使其与该雾化通道15中的水一起雾化;在图1中,上述雾化后得到的带有精油的水雾通过设置在第一壳体12的顶部的溢出口10溢出该空气加湿器,使得该空气加湿器所在环境的空气湿度上升。在本实施例中,所述精油添加单元2固定在第二壳体21围合而形成的安装空间中,所述第一壳体11外部一侧设置有与所述第二壳体21外形适配的凹槽5,所述第二壳体21嵌入并固定在所述凹槽5的上端的设定位置上,请参见图2。
在本实施例中,所述精油添加单元2包括用于连接精油容器的容器接口22、用于通过所述容器接口22进入连接在该容器接口上的精油容器4内部的输油管(图中未示出)、用于固定所述输油管的出油段位置的出油构件24以及通过挤压排出所述输油管内的空气进而使得精油容器内的精油通过该输油管移动的蠕动泵23。其中,所述容器接口22设置并固定在所述第二壳体21底部,精油容器4通过设置在所述第二壳体21底部的对应位置上的开口连接在所述容器接口22上;所述蠕动泵23设置并固定在所述第二壳体21中的所述容器接口22的上方;所述输油管包括具有弹性的软管,所述输油管一端通过所述容器接口22进入精油容器中,另一端通过所述出油构件24被限制在所述第一壳体内部的设定位置;所述输油管的中间部分穿过所述蠕动泵的旋转构件,在所述旋转构件转动时被挤压或放开。值得一提的是,在本实施例中,上述输油管可以是一条连续的软管,直接由上述精油容器4中取得精油并输送到第一外壳12中;而在另外一些情况下,上述输油管也可以是多条设定长度的、通过上述蠕动泵23中的构件连接在一 起而形成的连续的通道。同时,在本实施例中,上述蠕动泵23的工作时间决定单位时间内进入上述第一外壳11中的精油(也就是单位时间内参与雾化的精油量),即通过控制上述蠕动泵23的工作时间就能够控制参与雾化的精油数量,控制雾化后的水中的精油浓度。
在本实施例中,上述容器接口22的内表面设置有内螺纹,该内螺纹和精油容器4的瓶口上设置的外螺纹配合,使得上述精油容器4能够方便地。牢固地连接在上述容器接口22上,同时具有一定的气密性,以保证在使用过程中,上述精油容器4中的精油不会通过上述容器接口22和精油容器4的连接处挥发或大量挥发,从而在一定程度上保证使用的时间。
从总体上来看,在本实施例中,就是在一个水雾化单元1上附加一个精油添加单元2,使得安装在上述精油添加单元2中的精油容器4中的精油,在蠕动泵23的作用下,(通过控制单元3的控制)定时定量地进入到上述水雾化单元1中的设定位置,从而实现雾化水的同时实现熏香功能,即使得散发出来的水雾带有精油的气味。在此基础上,上述技术方案的一个重要的特点是能够不影响水雾化单元1中的第一容器12(用于盛放准备雾化的水)的取出和放出,从而使得整个空气加湿器的加水操作不会受到上述精油雾化单元2的影响,加水后也不需要重新放置上述精油雾化单元2中的精油输出管,因此,整个加湿器的操作较为简单。而上述特点是通过上述第一外壳11、第一容器12以及上述精油添加单元2的位置和结构来实现的。
具体来讲,在本实施例中,所述出油构件24包括一个供所述输油管穿过的、中空的管道(请参见图3),所述出油构件24通过所述第二壳体21和第一壳体11之间的侧壁上的安装槽进入所述第一壳体21内;所述出油构件24具有一弧状的外形,使得当其通过所述安装槽进入所述第一壳体11内时,穿过其中所述管道的输油管输出的精油滴落在所述第一壳体11内的设定位置上。也就是说,在本实施例中,上述出油构件24的形状和安装位置使得通过该出油构件24进入上述第一壳体11内参与雾化的精油滴落在设置在第一壳体11内的雾化通道15中,具体来讲,该滴落位置是上述雾化通道15中与该出油构件24位置适配的圆弧形突出部151(请参见图3)。在本实施例中,上述圆弧1突出部151和上述出油构件24 的配合实现了使得精油添加到上述第一壳体12的设定位置的目的。值得一提的是,在本实施例中,精油添加的位置是一个重要的特点。一般来讲,精油当然可以添加到上述第一容器12中,但是这种方式除了需要在第一容器12放入或取出时放置或整理添加精油的出油构件24之外,还有一个缺点是由于第一容器12中的水是变化的,所以,精油添加的浓度也是变化的,例如,设定的添加量,在上述第一容器12中的水较多时,其浓度较低;而随着添加的次数加多,此时在水中的精油浓度就会变得越来越高。因此,这种方式造成精油的添加的控制比较困难。而在本实施例中,精油添加到雾化通道15中,不仅不需要在第一容器12放入或取出时放置或整理添加精油的出油构件24,另外一个重要的特点是该雾化通道15中的水的数量,在使用过程中基本上不变。因此,对于控制水中的精油的浓度变得较为容易。
在本实施例中,第一壳体11的结构请参见图3和图4,所述第一壳体11包括侧壁、隔离板19和底板18;所述隔离板19的位置高于所述底板18;所述隔离板19和所述侧壁构成放置所述第一容器12的第一放置空间;所述底板18、隔离板19和侧壁围合成第二放置空间。该第二放置空间位于上述第一壳体11的最底部,其用于放置雾化器、电源以及控制单元的引出线(控制线等等)。
在图3和图4中,所述隔离板19底部设置用向下凹陷的、用于容置有所述第一容器12中流出的水的雾化通道15;所述雾化通道15中位于所述第一壳体11中轴位置(即在整个第一壳体11的中心或圆心位置)上设置有雾化窗17;所述水雾化单元在所述雾化窗17处将所述雾化通道15中的水雾化。在本实施例中,所述雾化单元还包括用于将水雾化的超声波雾化器16,所述超声波雾化器16安装在所述第二放置空间内,并通过所述雾化窗17与所述雾化通道15中的水接触并将其雾化。在本实施例中,上述雾化通道15中的水来自于上述第一容器12,第一容器12中的水可控地、自动地进入上述雾化才15,由上述精油添加单元2加入适量的精油,在上述雾化窗17由上述超声波雾化器16雾化。这样,在本实施例中,雾化通道15中的水中就含有适量的精油的成分,当将这些水雾化时,就同时实现了加湿和熏香的功能。
请参见图5和图6,在本实施例中,所述第一容器12包括顶面开口的圆柱形,第 一容器12具有底面和侧壁;沿所述圆柱形的中轴线位置,设置有中空的、贯穿所述底面的溢出通道14,所述溢出通道14用于使所述超声波雾化器16产生的水雾通过并溢出到所述空气加湿器外部;所述溢出通道14具有圆柱或圆锥或圆台状的外壁141,所述底面、侧壁和外壁141围合形成所述第一容器12盛放水的空间。换句话说,上述溢出通道14是直接通往上述第一容器12的底面并穿过该底面的外部的,即溢出通道14是与上述雾化通道15相通的,且位于上述雾化窗口17的上方;溢出通道14的外壁141使得该溢出通道14和放置水的空间隔开。此外,如图5所示,在本实施例中,为了使得通过上述溢出通道14的水雾能够更为均匀,上述溢出通道14中设置有过滤片142,其所用是控制水雾的溢出量,使得水雾的语出更为缓慢和均匀。
在本实施例中,为了使得第一容器12中的水可控地进入上述雾化通道15,所述第一容器12的底面还设置有使得第一容器12中的水流出并进入所述雾化通道15的出水口152,所述出水口152位于所述雾化通道15上方并设置有控制所述第一容器12中的水流出或不流出的水流控制模块,所述水流控制模块可以采用机械控制或电控方式控制,以确定该水流控制模块的导通或关断。具体来讲,在本实施例中,上述出水口152的打开(此时第一容器12中的水进入雾化通道15)或关断(此时第一容器12中的水不能进入雾化通道15)状态,可以通过安装在其上的浮标阀门来实现,也可以通过一个电磁阀来实现,通过浮标阀门实现时,上述浮标是安装在上述雾化通道15中的,当上述雾化通道15中的水位达到一定高度时,浮标升起并使得阀门关断。而当使用电磁阀控制时,该电磁阀的工作是由控制单元3来控制的。
此外,在本实施例中,如前所述,该空气加湿器还还包括控制单元3,所述控制单元3设置在第三壳体31中并控制所述水雾化单元1或所述精油添加单元2的工作时间或工作状态,一些情况下还控制上述电磁阀的通断,以便于将第一容器12中的水可控地放入上述雾化通道15;所述第三壳体31嵌入连接在所述凹槽的底端的设定位置。在本实施例中,上述控制单元3包括设置在上述第三壳体31中的电路板,该电路板上设置有控制按键和控制电路,同时,在上述控制电路的相关输出端,通过线缆与上述蠕动泵23、超声波雾化器16以及电磁阀连接,为这 些部件提供电源和控制信号。一般来讲,当与一个部件连接的线缆为该部件供电时,该部件工作;否则,该部件不工作。这样,通过上述控制电路就能够控制上述部件的工作时间和状态,从而控制雾化时间以及精油的添加量或者电磁阀的打开与关断。在本实施例中,通过上述设置的电路板上的控制按键,就能轻易控制上述部件的工作状态,从而实现对整个雾化的控制。值得一提的是,上述控制单元3的设置位置使得其操作重心较低,这样即使第一容器12中存在较少的水,也能够较为容易地进行按键操作,而不会出现按键时推动整个空气加湿器移动的情况。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空气加湿器,其特征在于,包括:
    水雾化单元:用于使所述第一容器中的水进入雾化通道并形成水雾溢出,从而将第一容器中的水进行雾化;所述水雾化单元包括第一壳体,所述第一容器和实现水雾化的部件均设置在所述第一壳体中;
    精油添加单元:用于通过电动泵将精油容器中的精油取出,并添加到所述雾化通道的水中,使其与该雾化通道中的水一起雾化;
    其中,所述精油添加单元固定在第二壳体围合而形成的安装空间中,所述第一壳体外部一侧设置有与所述第二壳体外形适配的凹槽,所述第二壳体嵌入并固定在所述凹槽的上端的设定位置上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空气加湿器,其特征在于,所述精油添加单元包括用于连接精油容器的容器接口、用于通过所述容器接口进入连接在该容器接口上的精油容器内部的输油管、用于固定所述输油管的出油段位置的出油构件以及通过挤压排出所述输油管内的空气进而使得精油容器内的精油通过该输油管移动的蠕动泵。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于熏香的装置,其特征在于,所述容器接口设置并固定在所述第二壳体底部,精油容器通过设置在所述第二壳体底部的开口连接在所述容器接口上;所述蠕动泵设置并固定在所述第二壳体中,且位于所述容器接口的上方;所述输油管包括具有弹性的软管,所述输油管一端通过所述容器接口进入精油容器中,另一端通过所述出油构件被限制在所述第一壳体内部的设定位置;所述输油管的中间部分穿过所述蠕动泵的旋转构件,在所述旋转构件转动时被挤压或放开。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空气加湿器,其特征在于,所述出油构件包括一个供所述输油管穿过的、中空的管道,所述出油构件通过所 述第二壳体和第一壳体之间的侧壁上的安装槽进入所述第一壳体内;所述出油构件具有一弧状的外形,使得当其通过所述安装槽进入所述第一壳体内时,穿过其中所述管道的输油管输出的精油滴落在所述第一壳体内的设定位置上。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的空气加湿器,其特征在于,所述第一壳体包括侧壁、隔离板和底板;所述隔离板的位置高于所述底板;所述隔离板和所述侧壁构成放置所述第一容器的第一放置空间;所述底板、隔离板和侧壁围合成第二放置空间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空气加湿器,其特征在于,所述隔离板底部设置用向下凹陷的、用于容置有所述第一容器中流出的水的雾化通道;所述雾化通道中位于所述第一壳体中轴位置上设置有雾化窗;所述雾化单元在所述雾化窗处将所述雾化通道中的水雾化。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的空气加湿器,其特征在于,所述雾化单元包括超声波雾化器,所述超声波雾化器安装在所述第二放置空间内,并通过所述雾化窗与所述雾化通道中的水接触并将其雾化。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的空气加湿器,其特征在于,所述第一容器包括顶面开口的圆柱形状,所述第一容器具有底面和侧壁;沿所述圆柱形的轴线位置,设置有中空的、贯穿所述底面的溢出通道,所述溢出通道用于使所述超声雾化器产生的水雾通过并溢出到所述空气加湿器外部;所述溢出通道具有圆柱或圆锥状的外壁,所述底面、侧壁和外壁围合形成所述第一容器盛放水的空间;所述溢出通道在垂直投影面上与所述雾化窗重叠。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的空气加湿器,其特征在于,所述第一容器底面还设置有使得其中的水流出并进入所述雾化通道的出水口,所述出水口位于所述雾化通道上方并设置有控制所述第一容器中的水流出或不流出的水流控制模块,所述水流控制模块采用机械控制或电控方式使得所述第一容器中的水进入或不进入所述雾化通道。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的空气加湿器,其特征在于,还包括控制单元,所述控制单元设置在第三壳体中并控制所述水雾化单元或所述精油添加单元的工作时间或工作状态;所述第三壳体嵌入连接在所述凹槽的底端的设定位置。
