Description

一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板及其安装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及低温储罐外壁的保温材料,具体涉及一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板及其安装方法。
背景技术
在目前,市场上对于一些低温储罐以及燃料罐的保温,主要会采用聚氨酯喷泡和粘贴保温板的形式。
聚氨酯喷泡会导致现场工作环境差,还需要培养大量的专业抢手,由于人为因素会导致现场材料存在较高的不稳定性,同时聚氨酯本身的材料性能伸缩性的限制,在储罐热胀冷缩的情况下,聚氨酯易发生开裂。
粘贴保温板的形式,虽材料得到了较好的控制,可粘贴性能却会因为受到湿度,温度,施工工艺等因素而产生粘贴失效的问题,遇到储罐收缩量较大时,同样有保温开裂的可能性。
中国专利CN108980601A公开了一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板及保温***,保温板包括层状设置的低温层板、高温层板、钢丝网及保护皮,所述低温层板相邻两个侧面上设有弹性保温材料。保温***包括低温层、高温层、钢丝网层及保护层,沿低温储罐罐壁延伸方向,多个保温板拼接组成保温***,沿垂直于低温储罐罐壁的方向,低温层内侧靠近低温储罐的罐壁设置,低温层外侧与高温层内侧通过钢丝网层连接,保护层设在高温层的外侧,相邻两个低温层板之间设置弹性保温材料,相邻两个高温层板之间设置聚氨酯喷泡,丁基胶带覆盖聚氨酯喷泡。该绝热保冷保温板起主要保温作用的是低温层板和高温层板,采用的材质是常用的聚苯乙烯或聚氨酯,在板数不够充分的情况下保温板的保温效果和强度不够理想。
中国专利CN109268673A公开了一种及用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板安装办法,包括以下步骤:A、将低温层板、高温层板、钢丝网、保护皮依次粘结,在低温层板相邻两个侧面上设置弹性保温材料,组成保温模块;B、在低温储罐罐 壁上焊接螺栓,用连接套筒下端与螺栓连接;C、沿低温储罐罐壁延伸方向,多个保温模块拼接组成保温板,D、两个保温模块之间通过钢丝网片及铆钉连接;E、在连接套筒上端连接螺杆,螺杆伸出至低温层板外侧,在螺杆上套上固定盘,在固定盘上设置有螺帽,螺帽连接在螺杆上并压紧固定盘;F、相邻两个高温层板之间设置聚氨酯喷泡。上述结构安装时所需的部件较多,同时是通过丝杆和固定盘等同时固定两块保温板,结构强度较差。

本本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题而提供一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板及其安装方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板,所述保温板包括依次层状设置的高温层板、上中间层板、下中间层板和低温层板,所述高温层板和上中间层板之间设有不锈钢网,所述上中间层板和下中间层板之间设有网格布,所述下中间层板和低温层板之间留有用于聚氨酯填充的空隙,所述高温层板外侧表面设有保护皮,所述上中间层板、下中间层板和低温层板的相邻两个侧面上均设有弹性保温材料。设置四层不仅可以充分保证保温板的保温效果,而且保温板的强度也大大增加,不易损坏,所述上中间层板与不锈钢网表面积相同,所述保护皮表面积小于高温层板表面积,所述高温层板表面积小于上中间层板表面积。
进一步地,所述高温层板的四个侧面为对接面,所述高温层板的对接面向内倾斜于上中间层板表面设置,形成斜口。
进一步地,所述上中间层板、下中间层板和低温层板错位设置,所述上中间层板、下中间层板和低温层板的侧面为对接面,均垂直于低温储罐罐壁。

一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板的安装方法,所述安装方法具体为:将所述多个保温板进行连接并固定于低温储罐罐壁上时,沿垂直于低温储罐罐壁的方向,在相邻两个低温层板之间设置固定盘,所述固定盘通过固定支座将保温板与低温储罐罐壁连接,沿低温储罐罐壁延伸方向,所述保温板进行多块拼接,相邻的两个低温层板、下中间层板和上中间层板均是一个侧面设有弹性保温材料,一个侧面不设有弹性保温材料,相邻两个高温层板之间的间隙采用聚氨酯泡沫进行填充,所述裸露在高温层表面的聚氨酯泡沫设有丁基胶带进行覆盖,所述下中间层板和低温层板之间的空隙采用聚氨酯泡沫进行填充。
本发明中,下中间层和低温层之间的空隙是特地预留出空间通过聚氨酯填充的,而上中间层与下中间层之间无间隙,只有网格布。
通过多个保温板的拼接,可适用于多种形状的低温储罐,且保温板之间的严密配合,在罐体表面构成密闭的绝热保冷***。
进一步地,所述相邻的两个不锈钢网之间通过钢丝网片和铆钉进行连接,加强板与板之间的强度,防止由于变形而开裂。
进一步地,所述固定盘采用高强度桦木板。

发明的有益效果
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1)保温性能优异:采用预制的保温材料以及弹性保温材料,保温性能,稳定性和自身强度都高于现场喷泡和粘贴保温板这两种保温方式,避免了因为现场 人工因素以及环境因素而导致保温性能差异大的现象,使得保温***整体密封性和强度都得到了很大的提升。
2)形状设计优异:高温层四周形成斜口设计,便于最后聚氨酯泡沫填充时,使得聚氨酯泡沫能更完全的发泡,填满间隙。中间层以及低温层错层,形成楔口连接,加强了保温板之间的连接。
3)使用寿命长:相对于聚氨酯喷泡,保温板使用期限更为长久,保温板本身因为钢丝网而变得强度更好,又由于保温板之间有较好的弹性保温材料,又增加了整体保温的柔韧性,使得保温板不易被破坏。
4)使用范围广:可适用于各种不同形状,不同液化气体的低温储罐。
5)保温牢固:通过固定支座以机械连接的方式牢固的将保温板固定在液罐上,而保温板之间的钢丝和铆钉,使得整个保温***成为一体,平分保温板所受的热胀冷缩的应力,防止保温***因为应力集中而开裂,进一步加强了保温板***的强度。
6)安装环境优异:对于环保要求越来越高的情况下,预制保温板可以大大的提高现场的工作环境。
7)安装简易,便捷:经过简单培训,普通工人即可理解操作步骤。减少对抢手的培训,减少人工成本。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明保温板结构呈现错层形式,使得保温***之间的连接更加的紧密。本发明中下中间层与低温层间需要充聚氨酯保温。本发明中采用固定支座,减少了安装时所需的部件,也加强了安装强度。本发明中一个固定支座固定一块保温板,结构强度高,而如专利CN109268673A的结构是通过丝杆和固定盘等同时固定两块保温板,结构强度较差。

一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板,保温板包括依次层状设置的高温层板1、上中间层板2、下中间层板3和低温层板4,高温层板1和上中间层板2之间设有不锈钢网5,上中间层板2和下中间层板3之间设有网格布6,下中间层板3和低温层板4之间留有用于聚氨酯填充的空隙,高温层板1外侧表面设有保护皮7,上中间层板2、下中间层板3和低温层板4的相邻两个侧面上均设有弹性保温材料8。
高温层板1的四个侧面为对接面,高温层板1的对接面向内倾斜于上中间层板2表面设置,形成斜口。
上中间层板2、下中间层板3和低温层板4错位设置,上中间层板2、下中间层板3和低温层板4的侧面为对接面,均垂直于低温储罐罐壁16。

一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板的安装方法,安装方法具体为:将多个保温板进行连接并固定于低温储罐罐壁16上时,沿垂直于低温储罐罐壁16的方向,在相邻两个低温层板4之间设置固定盘9,固定盘9通过固定支座10将保温板与低温储罐罐壁16连接,沿低温储罐罐壁16延伸方向,保温板进行多块拼接,相邻的两个低温层板4、下中间层板3和上中间层板2均是一个侧面设有弹性保温材料8,一个侧面不设有弹性保温材料8,相邻两个高温层板1之间的间隙采用聚氨酯泡沫12进行填充,裸露在高温层表面的聚氨酯泡沫12设有丁基胶带14进行覆盖,下中间层板3和低温层板4之间的空隙采用聚氨酯泡沫12进行填充。
相邻的两个不锈钢网5之间通过钢丝网片和铆钉13进行连接。
固定盘9采用桦木板。
低温储罐罐壁16上设有螺栓11,将固定支座10和低温储罐罐壁16固定相连。
低温层板4与低温储罐罐壁16之间设有垫片15。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板,其特征在于,所述保温板包括依次层状设置的高温层板(1)、上中间层板(2)、下中间层板(3)和低温层板(4),所述高温层板(1)和上中间层板(2)之间设有不锈钢网(5),所述上中间层板(2)和下中间层板(3)之间设有网格布(6),所述下中间层板(3)和低温层板(4)之间留有用于聚氨酯填充的空隙,所述高温层板(1)外侧表面设有保护皮(7),所述上中间层板(2)、下中间层板(3)和低温层板(4)的相邻两个侧面上均设有弹性保温材料(8)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板,其特征在于,所述高温层板(1)的四个侧面为对接面,所述高温层板(1)的对接面向内倾斜于上中间层板(2)表面设置,形成斜口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板,其特征在于,所述上中间层板(2)、下中间层板(3)和低温层板(4)错位设置,所述上中间层板(2)、下中间层板(3)和低温层板(4)的侧面为对接面,均垂直于低温储罐罐壁(16)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板,其特征在于,所述保温板的材质选自硬质聚苯乙烯发泡塑料、硬质聚氨酯发泡塑料或酚醛泡沫塑料中的一种或多种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板,其特征在于,所述保护皮(7)为金属片。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板的安装方法,其特征在于,所述安装方法具体为:将多个保温板进行连接并固定于低温储罐罐壁(16)上时,沿垂直于低温储罐罐壁(16)的方向,在相邻两个低温层板(4)之间设置固定盘(9),所述固定盘(9)通过固定支座(10)将保温板与低温储罐罐壁(16)连接,沿低温储罐罐壁(16)延伸方向,所述保温板 进行多块拼接,相邻的两个低温层板(4)、下中间层板(3)和上中间层板(2)均是一个侧面设有弹性保温材料(8),一个侧面不设有弹性保温材料(8),相邻两个高温层板(1)之间的间隙采用聚氨酯泡沫(12)进行填充,所述裸露在高温层表面的聚氨酯泡沫(12)设有丁基胶带(14)进行覆盖,所述下中间层板(3)和低温层板(4)之间的空隙采用聚氨酯泡沫(12)进行填充。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板的安装方法,其特征在于,相邻的两个不锈钢网(5)之间通过钢丝网片和铆钉(13)进行连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板的安装方法,其特征在于,所述固定盘(9)采用桦木板。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板的安装方法,其特征在于,所述低温储罐罐壁(16)上设有螺栓(11),将所述固定支座(10)和低温储罐罐壁(16)固定相连。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于低温储罐的绝热保冷保温板的安装方法,其特征在于,所述低温层板(4)与低温储罐罐壁(16)之间设有垫片(15)。
