一种内含支撑部件的降温元件,其包括管壁(31)和管腔(32);管腔(32)内具有支撑部件(33),支撑部件(33)与管壁(31)相接;支撑部件(33)沿降温元件轴向螺旋延伸至少一部分,螺旋角的范围为30-180°。以及一种包含降温元件的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,烟支中的降温元件支撑力强且对烟气的降温效果好,同时降温元件通过高分子材料挤压成型制备其在相变吸热过程中不会缩塌,抽吸体验感好。

Description

一种内含支撑部件的降温元件及包含其的烟支 技术领域
本发明专利涉及加热不燃烧卷烟生产技术领域,具体涉及一种内含支撑部件的降温元件及包含其的烟支。
背景技术
随着消费者对于健康问题的重视及对卷烟产品个性化体验的需求提升,烟草行业不断响应消费者的需求升级,开发出各种具有降焦减害的烟支。其中,加热不燃烧型卷烟由于其卷烟加热方式不同于传统卷烟制品,使其能够在满足消费者对于卷烟产品的感官需求的同时提供更加健康的抽吸体验。
现有加热不燃烧卷烟烟支主要包括发烟芯材段、中空支撑元件、降温元件和滤嘴段,其中降温元件的主要目的在于对烟气降温。现有技术的降温元件多为聚拢的聚乳酸膜,其主要存在以下问题:1、降温材料为相变材料,在抽吸几口后,相变材料缩塌并堵住气流通道,吸阻大幅度升高,影响抽吸体验;2、对烟气的降温效果仍然不佳,原因在于:(1)烟气与降温元件的接触面积有限,不能实现有效的降温;(2)烟气径直通过降温元件,在降温元件中停留时间短,降温元件不能充分对烟气降温。
因此,开发一种支撑力强、不易缩塌,且降温效果好的降温元件是人们所希望的。
为了解决上述问题提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明第一方面提供一种内含支撑部件的降温元件,其包括管壁31和管腔32;管腔32内具有支撑部件33,所述支撑部件33与所述管壁31相接;所述支撑部件33沿所述降温元件轴向螺旋延伸至少一部分,螺旋角的范围为30-180°。
优选地,所述降温元件为圆柱形,所述支撑部件33将所述管腔(32)分为至少两个扇形气流通道。
优选地,所述支撑部件33自身还具有中心气流通道,所述支撑部件将所述管腔(32)分为中心气流通道和至少两个截角扇形气流通道。
优选地,所述降温元件由高分子材料挤压成型制备,所述高分子材料选自醋酸纤维、聚乳酸、聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
其中,通过高分子材料挤压成型的方法制备可以切割成多个降温元件的降温元件长棒,如图4所示,其长度为F,然后再根据实际需要切割长度为f的降温元件长棒作为降温元件。
其中所述螺旋角是指该支撑部件的终止端相对于起始端在圆周方向上扭曲的角度。
本发明第二方面提供一种加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其依次包括:发烟芯材段1、中空支撑元件2、所述的降温元件和滤嘴段4;
所述中空支撑元件2、所述降温元件和所述滤嘴段4通过成型纸包裹形成嘴棒,所述发烟芯材段1和所述嘴棒通过接装纸接装;
所述中空支撑元件的长度为所述嘴棒总长度的1/3-3/4。
优选地,所述中空支撑元件2具有沿其径向贯穿所述中空支撑元件2的通风孔21。
其中,所述中空支撑元件2为纸材卷制而成的纸管。
其中,所述滤嘴段4为醋酸纤维丝束或者醋酸纤维和聚乳酸混制的丝束或者醋酸纤维丝束外包裹聚乳酸膜,当所述滤嘴段4为醋酸纤维和聚乳酸混制的丝束时,所述醋酸纤维与所述聚乳酸的质量比为50-90%;当所述滤嘴段4为醋酸纤维丝束外包裹聚乳酸膜时,所述醋酸纤维丝束与所述聚乳酸膜的体积比为50-90%。
其中,所述发烟芯材段1为含有发烟剂的烟丝或包含香味物质的再造烟叶无序填充而成的棒状发烟烟芯。
本发明所述的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支同样也可以作为传统卷烟进行点燃抽吸。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明降温元件中具有支撑部件33,支撑部件33和管壁31通过高分子材料挤压成型一并形成,即所述支撑部件33为降温材料,其可以增大烟气与支撑部件23的接触面积,从而实现更有效的降温。
2、本发明支撑部件33沿所述降温元件轴向螺旋延伸并贯穿所述降温元件,支撑部件33将管腔32分为多个气流通道,当烟气进入降温元件后,支撑部件33将一股烟分为多股烟气,烟气在气流通道中流通,而采用螺旋延伸的方法可以改变烟气在降温元件中的气流路径,从而增加烟气在降温元件中停留时间,避 免烟气直接快速通过降温元件,进一步实现对烟气的降温。
3、本发明降温元件通过高分子材料挤压成型制备,内部具有支撑部件33,其在相变吸热过程中不会缩塌,避免在抽吸几口后,由于相变材料缩塌并堵住气流通道,造成吸阻大幅度升高,影响抽吸体验。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例和附图对本发明做进一步详细说明,实施例仅限于说明本发明,而非对本发明的限定。
本实施例为一种加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其依次包括:发烟芯材段1、中空支撑元件2、降温元件3和滤嘴段4;
所述中空支撑元件2、降温元件3和所述滤嘴段4通过成型纸包裹形成嘴棒,所述发烟芯材段1和所述嘴棒通过接装纸接装,所述中空支撑元件2的长度为所述嘴棒总长度的2/5。
所述降温元件3包括管壁31和管腔32;
管腔32内具有支撑部件33,所述支撑部件33与所述管壁31相接;
所述支撑部件33沿所述降温元件轴向螺旋延伸并贯穿所述降温元件,螺旋角为60°;
所述降温元件为圆柱形,所述支撑部件33将所述管腔(32)分为4个扇形气流通道。
其中,通过聚乳酸材料挤压成型的方法制备可以切割成多个降温元件的降温元件长棒,如图4所示,其长度为F,然后再根据实际需要切割长度为f的降温 元件长棒作为本实施例降温元件。
其中,如图2所示,降温元件一端的横截面图中可以看出,降温元件管壁31与支撑部件33的两个交点为A、B。而如图3所示,在降温元件另一端的截面图中,交点A、B即为交点A’、B’,所以支撑部件33在降温元件轴向螺旋延的螺旋角即为A点旋转到A’点的角度60°。
所述中空支撑元件2具有沿其径向贯穿所述中空支撑元件2的通风孔21。
其中,所述中空支撑元件2为纸材卷制而成的纸管。
其中,所述滤嘴段4为醋酸纤维丝束。
其中,所述发烟芯材段1为含有发烟剂的烟丝无序填充而成的棒状发烟烟芯。
依照本实施例烟支样品卷制烟支对比样,烟支对比样的其他结构与本实施例烟支样品结构相同,仅是降温元件3的管腔32中没有支撑部件。将两者分别用于加热不燃烧卷烟烟具进行抽吸,发现烟支对比样进入吸烟者口腔的烟气温度为45℃,吸烟者感觉较烫,吸烟感受差。而本实施例烟支样品进入吸烟者口腔的烟气温度为37℃,吸烟者感觉温度刚好适合抽吸。同时,在抽吸几口后,烟支对比样的降温元件发生缩塌,而本实施例烟支样品的降温元件未发生缩塌,支撑力强。
因此,本实施例烟支样品中的降温元件3支撑力强、不易缩塌,且对烟气的降温效果好。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种内含支撑部件的降温元件,其特征在于,其包括管壁(31)和管腔(32);管腔(32)内具有支撑部件(33),所述支撑部件(33)与所述管壁(31)相接;所述支撑部件(33)沿所述降温元件轴向螺旋延伸至少一部分,螺旋角的范围为30-180°。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的内含支撑部件的降温元件,其特征在于,所述降温元件为圆柱形,所述支撑部件(33)将所述管腔(32)分为至少两个扇形气流通道。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的内含支撑部件的降温元件,其特征在于,所述支撑部件(33)自身还具有中心气流通道,所述支撑部件将所述管腔(32)分为中心气流通道和至少两个截角扇形气流通道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的内含支撑部件的降温元件,其特征在于,所述降温元件由高分子材料挤压成型制备,所述高分子材料选自醋酸纤维、聚乳酸、聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
  5. 一种加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,其依次包括:发烟芯材段(1)、中空支撑元件(2)、权利要求1-4任一项所述的降温元件和滤嘴段(4);
    所述中空支撑元件(2)、所述降温元件和所述滤嘴段(4)通过成型纸包裹形成嘴棒,所述发烟芯材段(1)和所述嘴棒通过接装纸接装;
    所述中空支撑元件的长度为所述嘴棒总长度的1/3-3/4。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的加热不燃烧卷烟烟支,其特征在于,所述中空支撑元件(2)具有沿其径向贯穿所述中空支撑元件(2)的通风孔(21)。
