Abstract

본 발명에 따른 위치고정튜브를 구비한 삼첨판막 역류증 시술용 기구는 일시적으로 삼첨판막 역류증을 시술하기 위한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 삼첨판막 역류증 환자에게 영구적인 방법으로 삼첨판막 역류증을 시술할 때 발생할 수 있는 우심실 부전의 발생여부를 확인하기 위해 일시적으로 삼첨판막의 빈공간(orifice)에 삽입되도록 시술하는 기구이며, 관상정맥에 삽입되는 위치고정튜브를 구비하여 삼첨판막의 빈공간을 차단하는 차단부가 삼첨판막의 판막엽과 유사한 평면으로 관통되며, 삼첨판막의 빈공간을 효율적으로 차단할 수 있게 하는 관통 각도를 지니게 하는 위치고정튜브를 구비한 삼첨판막 역류증 시술용 기구에 관한 것이다.
