如图1所示,图1为本发明所述风幕机安装支架的立体图。
发明提供了一种风幕机安装支架,包括挂墙板1、伸缩支架2、连接板3以及摆动机构4,通过所述挂墙板1将整个安装支架固定在墙面,所述伸缩支架2可以带动连接板3以及摆动机构4共同做伸缩运动,从而调节风幕机的位置,所述摆动机构4可以带动风幕机摆动从而调节风幕机的角度,此外,所述摆动机构4上还设置有高度不同的安装位,实现风幕机在不同高度上的安装,而且所述摆动机构4还可以拆卸,便于风幕机的维修,其灵活性强,可以根据实际需求调节风幕机的位置、角度以及安装高度。
以下分别对本实施例风幕机安装支架的各个组成部分进行详细描述。
如图2至图5所示,图2为本发明所述风幕机安装支架的侧视图;图3为本发明所述风幕机安装支架的***图;图4为本发明所述摆动机构的立体图;图5为本发明所述摆动机构的另一立体图。
所述挂墙板1为本申请实施例所述风幕机安装支架的基础部件,所述挂墙板1固定在一安装位置上固定不动,通常为安装在墙面上。具体地,所述挂墙板1为一矩形板,其正面面积大小与风幕机相当或者大于风幕机,所述挂墙板1上设置有多个挂墙板安装孔,可通过膨胀螺丝将挂墙板1固定在墙面。在所述挂墙板1上下边缘向前凸出有伸缩支架安装部,用于与所述伸缩支架连接。所述两安装部之间形成空间在伸缩支架2折叠时,也可充当收纳空间。
在本实施例中,所述挂墙板1上设置有多个挂墙板安装孔101,在本实施例中,包括上下两排安装孔101,所述安装孔101为圆角矩形孔。
所述伸缩支架2用于实现风幕机能够前后移动,所述伸缩支架2的一端与所述挂墙板1连接,另一端与所述连接板3连接,可进行水平方向的伸缩运动。
具体地,所述伸缩支架2包括互相铰接的第一连接臂21和第二连接臂22,其中,包括两平行设置的第一连接臂21,所述两第一连接臂21的一端铰接在所述挂墙板1上,所述第二连接臂22的一端铰接在所述两第一连接臂21另一端之间,所述第二连接臂22的另一端与所述连接板3铰接。所述两第一连接臂21通过一连接轴铰接在所述挂墙板1上,另一端通过另一连接轴与所述第二连接臂22共同铰接在一起。
作为优选的实施例,所述第一连接臂21的长度大于所述第二连接臂22的长度,使得伸缩支架折叠时,所述第二连接臂可以收纳在所述两第一连接臂之间。
作为优选的实施例,所述第二连接臂22与所述第一连接臂21的连接端沿着铰接的轴向延伸有轴套部221,所述第二连接臂22通过所述轴套部221与所述第一连接臂21铰接,使第一连接臂21和第二连接臂22的活动更加灵活,不易互相干涉。
所述第一连接臂21和第二连接臂22的横截面可以为矩形、圆形或者椭圆中的一种,在本实施例中,所述第一连接臂21和第二连接臂22的横截面为矩形。
所述连接板3用于分别连接伸缩支架2和所述摆动机构4,所述伸缩支架2的另一端与所述连接板3的背面连接,所述摆动机构4挂接在所述连接板3的正面。
作为优选的实施例,所述伸缩支架2通过一连接副板5与所述连接板3连接,所述连接副板5与所述连接板3固接,所述连接副板3与所述伸缩支架2铰接。具体地,所述连接副板5为矩形,固接在所述连接板3的中部,所述连接副板5的四个角可通过螺栓与所述连接板3固接,所述连接副板5的中心位 置伸出有与所述第二连接臂22铰接的铰接部。通过所述连接副板5实现伸缩支架2与连接板3的连接,能够避免连接板3在长期使用或者拆卸的过程中容易损坏,通过连接副板5承受与所述第二连接臂22之间的压力,由于与所述第二连接臂的连接处为压强较大的位置,因此,在长期使用后该位置最易变形或者损坏,由于连接副板5的存在,更换连接副板5即可,不必整块连接板3更换,,减少了维修成本。
所述摆动机构4安装在所述连接板3上,与风幕机连接,可使风幕机上下摆动调节吹风角度。具体地,所述摆动机构4包括固定连接架41和摆动连接架42,所述固定连接架41可拆卸地设置在所述连接板3上,所述摆动连接架42与所述固定连接架41转动连接,所述摆动连接架42外侧设置有上下设置的第一安装位和第二安装位,所述第一安装位的高于大于第二安装位,用于安装风幕机。
在本实施例中,所述固定连接架41和摆动连接架42的两边缘均弯折形成连接部,所述固定连接架41与所述摆动连接架42间隙配合,可使两者的连接部重合,所述固定连接架41的两侧面上开设有互相配合的导向槽401,所述摆动连接42沿着所述导向槽401引导的方向运动。具体地,所述导向槽呈弧形,且所述固定连接架41和摆动连接架42沿着竖直方向设置,使得所述摆动连接沿竖直方向摆动。
具体地,所述摆动连接架42上固设有两限位螺栓43,所述两限位螺栓43穿设在所述固定连接架41的导向槽401中,分别位于所述导向槽401的上下端,所述摆动连接架42摆动时,所述两限位螺栓43沿着所述导向槽401运动,使摆动机构4可以在一个合适的范围运动,也有利用结构的稳定性。
另外,在所述固定连接架41上并位于所述导向槽401的中部设有一锁定螺 孔44,所述摆动连接架42的侧面上开设有槽部,通过一锁定螺丝45穿设在所述槽部内并与所述锁定螺孔配合锁定所述固定连接架41和摆动连接架42。在本实施例中,所述锁定所示为梅花螺丝,所述梅花螺丝包括一握持部,可以通过人手直接拧动,不需要工具辅助。
作为优选的实施例,所述连接板3的顶部向上竖起有挂靠部31,所述固定连接架41的顶部设置有与所述挂靠部31配合的挂钩部411,所述固定连接架41通过所述挂钩部411和挂靠部31的配合挂靠在所述连接板3上。
同时,所述固定连接架41的底部也可设置有延伸到所述连接板3下方的连接板凸块412,所述连接板凸块412上开设有与所述连接板3的底部相垂直的通孔,所述通孔上螺纹连接有固定螺栓46,所述固定螺栓46从所述通孔的一端拧入,在另一端顶住所述连接板3的底部,与所述挂钩部411挂靠在所述连接板3上相配合,从而固定所述固定连接架41。进一步的,所述连接板3底部靠近所述摆动机构4的一侧也可向下伸出有阻挡部32,能够阻挡所述固定螺栓46向风幕机方向滑动使固定连接架41的底部脱离连接板3,进一步增强了固定连接架41的稳定性。
所述第一安装位与所述第二安装位分别为上下相隔设置的定位部47、或是锁定部48,在本实施例中,所述第一安装位为所述定位部47并为沿所述摆动连接架42正面凸出的、水平设置块状件,所述定位部47上开设有挂孔,风幕机的上端可以通过安装挂钩挂到所述定位部47上从而实现定位。所述第二安装位为所述锁定部48并为沿所述摆动连接架42正面凸出的、水平设置块状件,所述锁定部48上开设有螺孔,风幕机的下端可以通过螺栓与所述锁定部8螺纹连接从而实现风幕机的固定。
在实际使用时,所述连接板3上可以设置有多个所述摆动机构4,同时与风 幕机连接,形成较为稳定的安装结构。
如图6所示,图6为本发明所述风幕机的装配图。
在本申请实施例中,公开了一种风幕机9,所述风幕机9包括了上述的风幕机安装支架,所述风幕机的背部设置有与所述定位部48配合的挂钩91以及与所述锁定部48配合的连接件92。在使用时,所述风幕机9可以根据用户的需求,随时调节距离墙面的距离以及吹风的角度。
相比于现有技术,本申请实施例风幕机安装支架具有如下技术效果或者优点:
1、本发明所述风幕机安装支架包括挂墙板、伸缩支架、连接板以及摆动机构,通过所述挂墙板将整个安装支架固定在墙面,所述伸缩支架可以带动连接板以及摆动机构共同做伸缩运动,从而调节风幕机的位置,所述摆动支架可以带动风幕机摆动从而调节风幕机的角度,此外,所述摆动机构上还设置有高度不同的安装位,实现风幕机在不同高度上的安装,而且所述摆动机构还可以拆卸,便于风幕机的维修,其灵活性强,可以根据实际需求调节风幕机的位置、角度以及安装高度。
2、所述伸缩支架包括互相铰接的第一连接臂和第二连接臂,且具体包括两平行设置的第一连接臂,使的伸缩支架能承受的重量更大,在进行伸缩运动的时候更稳定,给用户更高的品质感。
3、所述固定连接架和连接板通过挂钩部和挂靠部互相配合实现摆动机构的快速安装,能够提高工作效率,便于风幕机以及支架的安装。
4、所述各安装位均包括上下相隔设置的定位部和锁定部,通过定位部和锁定部共同固定风幕机,使风幕机更加稳固。
5、通过一连接副板实现伸缩支架与连接板的连接,能够避免连接板容易损 坏,也便于零件的更换,减少维修成本。
6、所述固定连接架底部延伸出的连接板凸块使摆动机构更加稳定,在进行摆动时不容易偏移。
7、所述摆动连接架上的限位螺栓能够沿着所述导向槽运动,使摆动机构可以在一个合适的范围运动,也有利用结构的稳定性。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对发明的限制。在发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种风幕机安装支架,其特征在于,包括:
    挂墙板,所述挂墙板固定在一安装位置上;
    伸缩支架,所述伸缩支架的一端与所述挂墙板连接,可进行水平方向的伸缩运动;
    连接板,所述伸缩支架的另一端与所述连接板连接;
    摆动机构,所述摆动机构包括固定连接架和摆动连接架,所述固定连接架可拆卸地设置在所述连接板上,所述摆动连接架与所述固定连接架转动连接,所述摆动连接架外侧设置有第一安装位和第二安装位,所述第一安装位的高于大于第二安装位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述伸缩支架包括互相铰接的第一连接臂和第二连接臂,其中,包括两平行设置的第一连接臂,所述两第一连接臂的一端铰接在所述挂墙板上,所述第二连接臂的一端铰接在所述两第一连接臂另一端之间,所述第二连接臂的另一端与所述连接板铰接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述第一连接臂的长度大于所述第二连接臂的长度;伸缩支架折叠时,所述第二连接臂收纳在所述两第一连接臂之间。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:还包括轴套部,所述第二连接臂通过所述轴套部与所述第一连接臂铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述第一连接臂和第二连接臂的横截面形状分别为矩形、或圆形、或椭圆中的一种。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述连接板的顶部向上竖起有挂靠部,所述固定连接架的顶部设置有与所述挂靠部配合的挂钩 部,所述固定连接架通过所述挂钩部和挂靠部的配合挂靠在所述连接板上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述固定连接架与所述摆动连接架间隙配合,所述固定连接架上开设有互相配合的导向槽,所述摆动连接架沿着所述导向槽引导的方向运动。8、根据权利要求1所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述第一安装位与第二安装位分别为包括上下相隔设置的定位部、或是锁定部。
  8. 根据权利要求8所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述定位部为沿所述摆动连接架正面凸出的、水平设置的块状件,所述定位部上开设有用于风幕机定位的挂孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述锁定部为沿所述摆动连接架正面凸出的、水平设置的块状件,所述锁定部上开设有用于固定风幕机的螺孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述伸缩支架通过一连接副板与所述连接板连接,所述连接副板与所述连接板固接,所述连接副板与所述伸缩支架铰接。
  11. 根据权利要求11所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述连接副板通过螺栓固接在所述连接板中部。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述固定连接架的底部设置有延伸到所述连接板下方的连接板凸块,所述连接板凸块上开设有与所述连接板的底部相垂直的通孔,所述通孔上螺纹连接有固定螺栓,所述固定螺栓顶住所述连接板的底部从而固定所述固定连接架。
  13. 根据权利要求13所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述连接板的底部靠近所述摆动机构的一侧设有向下伸出的阻挡部以阻挡所述固定螺栓滑 动。
  14. 根据权利要求7所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述摆动连接架上固设有两限位螺栓,所述两限位螺栓穿设在所述导向槽中,分别位于所述导向槽的上下端,所述摆动连接架摆动时,所述两限位螺栓沿着所述导向槽运动。
  15. 根据权利要求15所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述导向槽呈弧形,且所述固定连接架和所述摆动连接架沿着竖直方向设置。
  16. 根据权利要求7所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述导向槽的中部设有锁定螺孔,通过锁定螺丝与所述锁定螺孔配合锁定所述固定连接架和所述摆动连接架。
  17. 根据权利要求17所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述锁定螺丝为具有握持部的梅花螺丝。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述挂墙板的正面面积大于或等于风幕机。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述挂墙板的上下边缘向前凸出设有伸缩支架安装部,用于与所述伸缩支架连接。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述连接板上设有两个以上的所述摆动机构。
  21. 根据权利要求1所述的风幕机安装支架,其特征在于:所述挂墙板上设有上下两排安装孔;所述安装孔为圆角矩形孔。
  22. 一种风幕机,其特征在于:所述风幕机包括如权利要求1至22任一项所述的风幕机安装支架。
