Abstract

Disclosed is a planar induction coaxial multi-excitation group multi-stator group power generator, comprising a power generator mounting machine base, a body frame, an assembly body, multiple groups of stators, a housing, a hoisting ring, and an output power accessory. The two sides of the upper surface of the power generator mounting machine base are provided with the body frame by means of bolts and the middle is provided with the stator groups by means of bolts according to the design size. The body frame is used for mounting the assembly body and the power generator stator groups as well as the housing. The inner surface of a first mounting base is fixedly provided with first and second body frames by means of bolts. Concentric assembly bearing seats are fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the body frame on the two sides. A rotating assembly body bearing is mounted inside the bearing seat. The assembly body comprises an assembly and a rotor body. The assembly is welded, on a main shaft, with circular mounting flanges of several groups of excitation rotor groups according to design requirements. The rotor body consists of several even-numbered excitation magnets mounted on the two sides of a circular excitation magnet mounting plate. The excitation magnet is a permanent magnet or a coil excitation magnet. The coil excitation magnet comprises an iron core and a coil winding. The coil excitation work operates in an alternating current to direct current conversion mode. In alternating current to direct current conversion, a conductive brush is used or no brush is used. The excitation work using a brush is to rectify outside the rotors and then supply power to coils by means of a carbon brush and a rotating conductive ring to generate an excitation magnetic field. The excitation work using no brush is to select any group of excitation coils as an excitation power supply, rectify and directly supply power to other excitation groups to generate an induced magnetic field. The stator group consists of several coils mounted in core slots. The core is made of silicon steel sheets superimposed to have a thickness of a certain size and cut or punched into a certain number of slots having a certain size. The coil winding is an enameled or yarn-coated metal wire wound into a certain number of turns according to design requirements. The housing is used for fixing the stators and preventing dust and safety. The hoisting ring is designed for hoisting and mounting, and the output power accessory is designed for power generator power output wiring. In the planar induction coaxial multi-excitation group multi-stator group power generator, several groups of rotors and stators can be coaxially mounted, full use of the bipolarity of excitation magnets is made to generate electric energy by means of magnetic induction acting on the stators, thereby solving the difficulty in the production technology for a multi-pole low-speed power generator, reducing the reverse acting force of unipolar circular motion under load, greatly improving the power factor, and outputting stable effective load electric energy having a higher frequency under the same power.
