Description

一种隧道式干燥机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及干燥设备技术领域,尤其涉及了一种隧道式干燥机。
背景技术
干燥机广泛适用制药、化式、食品、轻工、重工等行业物料及产品的干燥脱水。如:原料药、生药、中药饮片、粉剂、颗粒、冲剂、大小蜜丸包装瓶、颜料、染料、脱水蔬菜、瓜果干、得香肠、塑料树脂、电气原件、烘漆等。传统的干燥机采用蒸汽盘管进行加热干燥,利用自然风进行通风,这样干燥产生如下缺陷:(1)需要人工进行加料、出料,耗时耗力;(2)时间比较长,降低了干燥效率,且水分控制不稳定,水蒸气排放不流畅,产生的热气从产品的一侧向另一侧传递,造成产品干燥不均匀,容易产品一致性差;(3)热能的利用效率低下,随着能源问题的日益紧张、节能减排受到重视。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的就在于提供了一种隧道式干燥机,结构简单,省时省力,受热均匀,干燥效率高,热能源利用率高。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是这样的:一种隧道式干燥机,包括进料机构、隧道式干燥箱体、出料存储箱、传送带,所述传送带的一端位于进料机构的下方位置、另一端贯穿隧道式干燥箱体并设置于出料存储箱的上方位置;所述进料机构包括料斗、搅拌机构、预警机构,所述料斗的顶部为进料口、底部为出料口;所述搅拌机构包括搅拌电机、搅拌叶片、搅拌传动轴,所述搅拌电机设置于料斗下部侧壁外;所述搅拌传动轴的一端与搅拌电机相连接并贯穿设置于料斗上,所述搅拌叶片位于料斗内并呈螺旋状设置于搅拌传动轴的周部;所述预警机构包括预警电机、预警传动轴、预警叶片,所述预警电机设置于料斗上部侧壁外;所述预警传动轴一端与预警电机相连接,另一端穿过料斗侧壁位于料斗内;所述预警叶片设置于预警传动轴位于料斗内的端部,并位于搅拌叶片的上方位置;所述隧道式干燥箱体包括本体、隔板、热风箱、热风管道、热风炉、热风循环泵,所述隔板设置于本体内并将本体分为位于下部的干燥室与位于上部的循环室,所述隔板上开设有多个通风孔;所述干燥室上设置有进风口、循环风口,所述循环室的顶部设置有排风口;所述热风箱设置于干燥室内,且热风箱件的一侧部设置有空气过滤器与分风板、热风箱的另一侧部设置有吹风口与新风口;所述进风口与新风口联通,所述吹风口处的本体上设置有吹风扇;所述热风 管道的一端与热风炉的出气口相连接,另一端依次穿过热风箱、热风循环泵后与热风炉的进气口相连接。

具体的,所述传送带4通过传送带驱动机构41传动,该传送带驱动机构41位于机架5上。
进一步的,通过进料机构1将待干燥的物料出料至传送带4上,通过传送带驱动机构41传送驱动,送至隧道式干燥箱体2内进行干燥,最后传送至出料存储箱3内存储,省时省力。
具体的,所述进料机构1通过升降机构6在竖直方向上运动,该升降机构6包括升降滑杆61、升降滑块62、升降电机63,所述升降电机63控制升降滑块62在升降滑杆61上做竖直运动;所述升降滑块62上垂直连接有升降连杆64,该升降连杆64与料斗11外壁相连接。
进一步的,当需要进料、出料时,通过升降机构6控制上料斗11升降,进行对物料的进料与出料。
具体的,所述料斗11外壁设置有灯光指示灯7、蜂鸣器8、消音按钮9。
更为具体的,所述料斗11的出料口13设置有缺料探测器110。
进一步的,当料斗11内缺料时,缺料探测器110检测到压力不足,灯光指示灯7会闪烁,蜂鸣器8发出响亮的警报声,提醒操作人员检查加料,料斗11内物料超过缺料探测器110检测高度时,缺料探测器110检测到料压正常,自动停止报警;其中灯光指示灯7、蜂鸣器8、消音按钮9均设置于料斗11外侧壁上。
具体的,还包括有循环机构10,所述循环机构10联通干燥室27与循环室28。
进一步的,所述循环室28内设置有温度表218,能够及时监控本体21内的温度,避免损坏。
具体实施时,将需要干燥烘干的物料放置于料斗11中,搅拌机构进行搅拌,物料落入至传送带4上并输送至干燥室27内,打开热风炉25,热风从热风管道24中经过热风箱23,热气从空气过滤器213、分风板214中流出对湿品干燥,而湿气从隔板22的通风孔29进入到循环室28,再从排风口212排出,然后经过循环机构10后再次从循环风口211进入到干燥 室27,从而循环使用,而干燥室27上的进风口210可以及时补入新风,吹风扇217将新风吹入干燥室27,等到干燥完成后,继续由传送带4传送至出料存储箱3。
