[003] In the current state of the art, conventional fiber cement tiles are known, which have no fittings and have dimensions and weight that make their handling difficult. Additionally, they have low resistance and high thermal conductivity, that is, they heat up a lot in the presence of the sun; in addition, they do not have practical fitting systems that contribute to the roof assembly.
[004] In this sense, the document BR202013017864-6, deposited on 12/07/2013, describes a “PROVISION APPLIED TO TILES”, which comprises a tile provided with a tooth in its structure that covers any hole or gap existing between the wood of the roof and the tile, to prevent pigeons, birds or small animals such as rats, bats and others from entering through the gaps. The tooth applied to the tile avoids annoyance and embarrassment on the part of the residents and also offers greater security, since, by preventing the entry of such animals, the possibility of contamination by fungi and bacteria brought by them is very reduced. The tooth can be introduced and used in the most diverse types of tiles, such as ceramic tiles and their various stylized shapes, fiber cement, clay, among others.
DESCRIÇÃO DETALHADA DA INVENÇÃO DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[013] THE PROVISION INTRODUCED IN FIBROCERAMIC TILE, object of this utility model patent, comprises a fiber-ceramic tile (1), which is intended, more particularly, for use in roofs with a very low slope, having a reduced weight per square meter. Each unit of fibroceramic tile (1) is of the corrugated type and has at least two holes (2), which can assist in fixing the fibroceramic tile (1) to the structural element.
[014] Each fiber-ceramic tile (1) is provided, at diagonally opposite ends, with chamfered cuts (3), which are angled parallel, and along the eaves (4) of the fiber-ceramic tile (1), where the cut is chamfered (3), a guide (5) extends.
[015] Thus, according to the present utility model, for the assembly of a roof (T), a fiber-ceramic tile (1) is arranged in sequence to the other fiber-ceramic tile (1), so that the bevel cut (3 ) of a fibroceramic tile (1) positioned above is fitted to the chamfered cut (3) of the fibroceramic tile (1) immediately below, thus locking the tiles seated together, and the guide (5) assists in this fitting operation.
[016] Therefore, according to the present utility model, the assembly of a roof (T) wins in terms of speed and reduction of manpower, given that the locking between the fibroceramic tiles (1) occurs in a way that does not require excessive time loss in search of the best position and the best locking, since these occur almost automatically.
[017] On the other hand, the construction of the tile in ceramic material still stands out for presenting reduced weight per square meter, when compared to the similar one, of fiber cement, for example; in addition to reducing transportation costs (larger units); reduce roofing costs with wood, sand, iron and cement, if applicable; further facilitating its handling; and, as already mentioned, optimizing and accelerating the performance of labor when applying to the roof (T).
[018] As a result of the material used in making the fiber-ceramic tile (1), it has high resistance (greater in relation to fiber cement tiles) and high thermal conductivity.
