在使用时,将所述瓶塞2塞于瓶装容器的瓶口上,然后将所述抽气装置1上的第二抽气口111可拆卸式地与所述瓶塞2上的出气口214连接,所述电控模块13就可以启动所述抽气装置1对瓶装容器内部进行抽气,以降低瓶装容器内部的气体含量,实现对瓶装容器内部的食物进行保鲜保质的目的。
所述抽气装置1的外壳11上开设有专门的第二排气口112,用于连通所述电动气泵12的第一排气口,以将所述电动气泵12从瓶装容器内部抽取的气体全部排放到外界,避免含有大量水汽、酒精等的气体对所述电控模块13上的电路造成腐蚀,进而导致漏电、损坏等不良情况。
所述电控模块13包括控制主板以及分别与所述控制主板电连接的控制按键131和电池组件,其中所述控制按键131从所述外壳11露出,以方便用户进行对所述控制按键131进行操作;所述电池组件包括分别与所述控制主板电连接的充电电池141和充电接口142,其中所述充电接口142从所述外壳11露出;连通所述第一抽气口和第二抽气口111的抽气气道121内设有与所述电控模块13电连接的负压传感器16,用于在抽气时检测瓶装容器内的负压;所述抽气装置1内还设有与所述电控模块13电连接的温度传感器,用于在抽气时检测瓶装容器内的负压,所述温度传感器的位置应尽量接近于所述抽气气道121或连通所述第一排气口和第二排气口112的排气气道122,以降低对所述抽气气道121或排气气道122内的气体温度进行检测的误差。
所述外壳11上还设有与所述电控模块13电连接的显示屏15,所述显示屏15可用于显示所述抽气装置1的电池电量和瓶装容器的内部温度。
其中,所述电动气泵12不限于为压电气泵、电磁气泵或隔膜气泵,任何类型的电动气泵12均应该本案的保护范围内。
如图4和5所示,所述瓶塞2包括塞体21和单向逆止阀,所述塞体21上开设有连通的进气口213和出气口214,所述单向逆止阀设于连通所述进气口213和出气口214的连通气道215内,所述单向逆止阀仅允许气体从所述进气口213流向所述出气口214;所述单向逆止阀具有相连接的弹性开合部231和连接部232,所述弹性开合部231用于在恢复弹力和气压差的共同作用下自动打开或关闭所述连通气道215,所述连接部232用于连接固定所述连通气道215。
当所述抽气装置1对所述瓶塞2进行抽气时,瓶装容器的内部气压大于外界气压,瓶装容器的内外气压差所产生的作用力大于所述弹性开合部231的恢复弹力,所述弹性开合部231打开所述连通气道215,瓶装容器内的气体从所述进气口213流向所述出气口214;当所述抽气装置1对所述瓶塞2停止抽气时,瓶装容器的内外气压差所产生的作用力小于或等于所述弹性开合部231的恢复弹力,所述弹性开合部231关闭所述连通气道215,瓶装容器内的气体无法从所述进气口213流向所述出气口214。
所述瓶塞2的单向逆止阀采用弹性材料来制作其弹性开合部231,所述弹性开合部231在外力作用下会产生形变,并在撤去外力后在自身的恢复弹力作用下即可恢复至原形状;所述单向逆止阀通过其弹性开合部231的形变和恢复来打开或关闭所述连通气道215,实现瓶装容器内部气体的单向流通,无需其他元件提供恢复外力,具有元件少、工序多、成本低的优势,且弹性材料对水汽、酒精等不敏感。
为了所述瓶塞2的气密性,所述出气口214内还设有一密封塞25,在对瓶装容器完成抽气后,可将所述密封塞25塞于所述出气口214内;同时为防止所述密封塞25丢失,所述密封塞25通过一体的连接条251连接于所述出气口214处的瓶塞2外。
具体的,所述连通气道215内设有一连接件24,所述连接件24上开设有供气体流通的至少一流通孔241;所述弹性开合部231为膜片状,覆盖于所述连接件24上以盖住所述连通孔;所述连接部232设于所述弹性开合部231朝向所述连接件24的一面上以与所述连接件24进行连接固定。
当所述抽气装置1对所述瓶塞2进行抽气时,所述弹性开合部231在内外气压差所产生的作用力下,朝背向所述连接件24的一面被掀起,所述连通孔露出以打开所述连通气道215,使得瓶装容器内的气体可流向外界;当所述抽气装置1对所述瓶塞2停止抽气时,所述弹性开合部231在自身的恢复弹力作用下,重新展开并覆盖于所述连接件24上,并在内外气压差所产生的作用力下,紧紧地被顶住在所述连接件24上以盖住所述连通孔,使得外界气体无法流向瓶装容器内,以保持瓶装容器内为负压状态。
本实施例中,所述连接件24设于所述连通气道215的进气口213处并与所述塞体21为一体化结构;优选地,为了便于装配,所述连接件24和塞体21之间装配在一起后,再通过超声波焊接或熔融焊接等方式焊接为一体结构,且在两者的原装配缝隙处设有密封圈26,以提高密封性。
依据实际需求,所述连接件24可设于所述连通气道215内的任一位置,比如设于所述连通气道215的出气口214处或中部均可。
优选地,所述连接部232设于所述弹性开合部231中心上,为一连接轴;所述连接部232的一端一体连接于所述弹性开合部231,另一端穿过所述连接件24上的连接孔242后与所述连接孔242卡接固定;所述流通孔241均匀分布于所述连接孔242的圆周外沿上。
所述连接部232的外壁上设有环形外凸233,所述连接孔242的内壁上设有环形内凸243,所述环形外凸233的外径大于所述环形内凸243的内径,以使所述环形内凸243卡接于所述环形外凸233和弹性开合部231之间形成的环形槽内。其中,所述环形外凸233为弹性凸起,其在外力作用下可压缩形变,在装配时,先将所述连接部232的尾部穿过所述连接孔242,然后抓住所述连接部232的尾部向外拉动,使得所述环形外凸233在拉力和所述环形内凸243的挤压力作用下,径向缩小后穿过所述环形内凸243,并在径向恢复至原尺寸后卡住所述环形内凸243上。
所述塞体21采用食品级材料制成。在一实施例中,所述塞体21包括固定塞211和软套212,所述固定塞211作为所述塞体21的主体结构,用于装配所述连接件24、单向逆止阀和密封塞25等部件,所述软套212套设于所述固定塞211外,用于与瓶口接触,所述连通气道215设于所述固定塞211内,所述连通气道215的进气口213和出气口214均从所述软套212里露出,所述固定塞211可采用材质较硬的塑胶,所述软套212可采用材质较软的橡胶或硅胶且与所述密封塞25优选为一体;在另一实施例中,所述塞体21为整体软塞,可整体采用橡胶或硅胶且与所述密封塞25优选为一体。
所述逆向阀23和固定架也采用食品级材料制成,所述逆向阀23可采用优选材质较软且具有弹性的硅胶,所述固定架可采用材质较硬的塑胶。
本实施例中,所述抽气装置1上的第二抽气口111为凸出的插接口,在使用时,将所述抽气装置1的第二抽气口111插进所述瓶塞2的出气口214内即可连接,同时为了提高两者连接的气密性,所述第二抽气口111凸出的外壁上设有密封套17,以防连接处漏气。
优选地,所述第二抽气口111的***设有与所述瓶塞2的出气口214一端的***相适配的容纳槽18,当所述抽气装置1的第二抽气口111插进所述瓶塞2的出气口214内时,所述瓶塞2的出气口214一端收容于所述容纳槽18内;优选地,所述容纳槽18的深度与所述第二抽气口111的凸出高度相等,以使所述第二抽气口111不凸出与其所在一端的外壳11表面。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于瓶装容器保质的抽气装置,包括外壳以及设于所述外壳内的电动气泵和电控模块,所述电控模块电连接于所述电动气泵,以控制所述电动气泵的开启和关闭;所述外壳上开设有与所述电动气泵的第一抽气口连通的第二抽气口;其特征在于,所述外壳上还开设有与所述电动气泵的第一排气口连通的第二排气口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于瓶装容器保质的抽气装置,其特征在于,所述电控模块包括控制主板以及分别与所述控制主板电连接的控制按键和电池组件。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于瓶装容器保质的抽气装置,其特征在于,所述外壳上还设有与所述电控模块电连接的显示屏。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于瓶装容器保质的抽气装置,其特征在于,所述外壳内还设有与所述电控模块电连接的负压传感器和/或温度传感器。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于瓶装容器保质的抽气装置,其特征在于,所述电动气泵为压电气泵、电磁气泵或隔膜气泵。
  6. 一种用于瓶装容器保质的瓶塞,包括塞体和单向逆止阀,所述塞体上开设有连通的进气口和出气口,所述单向逆止阀设于连通所述进气口和出气口的连通气道内,所述单向逆止阀仅允许气体从所述进气口流向所述出气口;其特征在于,所述单向逆止阀具有相连接的弹性开合部和连接部,所述弹性开合部用于在恢复弹力和气压差的共同作用下自动打开或关闭所述连通气道,所述连接部用于连接固定所述连通气道。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于瓶装容器保质的瓶塞,其特征在于,所述连通气道内设有一连接件,所述连接件上开设有供气体流通的至少一流通孔;所述弹性开合部为膜片状,覆盖于所述连接件上以盖住所述连通孔。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的用于瓶装容器保质的瓶塞,其特征在于,所述塞体包括固定塞和软套,所述软套套设于所述固定塞外,用于与瓶口接触;或者,所述塞体为整体软塞。
  9. 根据权利要求6或7所述的用于瓶装容器保质的瓶塞,其特征在于,所述出气口内还设有一密封塞。
  10. 一种用于瓶装容器保质的抽气设备,其特征在于,包括抽气装置和瓶塞,其中所述抽气装置为权利要求1-5中任一所述的用于瓶装容器保质的抽气装置,和/或,所述瓶塞为权利要求6-9中任一所述的用于瓶装容器保质的瓶塞。
