步骤S2,烘干。向收纳有被消毒物的物品收纳腔释放热风,对被消毒物烘干,以去除残留在被消毒物上的水渍。
步骤S3,恒温无菌保存。持续向所述物品收纳腔释放少量的热风和少量的消毒介质,维持所述被消毒物在预置的恒温温度及无菌的状态,所述恒温温度限定为当所述被消毒物与人体接触时人体会有暖感且不会有不适感。
这里的消毒介质优选但不限于紫外光、臭氧或其结合。
可以看出,上述消毒方法至少具有以下优点:1、一次控制即可自动完成消毒、烘干以及恒温无菌保存,智能化程度高,使用非常方便。2、由于在消毒烘干结束后,持续地释放少量的消毒介质,能够抑制细菌繁殖,因此能够避免被消毒物在使用之前再次被污染。3、由于消毒结束后,被消毒物始终被保持在恒温温度,且该恒温温度能够被人所感知,因此人们在使用这些被消毒物时,通过被消毒物的温度可以知晓该被消毒物是否被消毒过。4、由于被消毒物始终被保持在恒温温度,且在该恒温温度,人体与被消毒物接触时会有暖感,因此,在寒冷的环境中,使用这些被消毒物时,人们不会感到冰冷,具有良好的体验感。
进一步,所述消毒容器预置有35摄氏度和38摄氏度两个恒温温度,在恒温无菌保存步骤中,所述消毒容器通过获取环境温度,根据环境温度自适应地选择合适的恒温温度,具体的,当环境温度低于15 摄氏度时,选择35摄氏度的恒温温度,当环境温度等于或高于15摄氏度时,选择38摄氏度的恒温温度。采用多种恒温温度对应不同的环境温度,在保持上述优点的同时,可以有效节约能源。应当指出,恒温温度并不限于两种,也不限于前述指定的具体温度,可以根据本发明中恒温温度的设定原则,根据实际需要灵活设定。
进一步,烘干步骤包括:向所述物品收纳腔释放热风;当到达烘干初始时间时,采集所述物品收纳腔的腔内温度;自动获取所述腔内温度对应的延长烘干时间;以及继续向所述物品收纳腔释放热风,直至到达所述延长烘干时间。在典型实施例中,烘干初始时间设置为60分钟,延长烘干时间根据到达烘干初始时间时的腔内温度,分为四档:腔内温度为33摄氏度以下:延长烘干时间为90分钟;腔内温度33-40摄氏度:延长烘干时间为60分钟;腔内温度40-44摄氏度:延长烘干时间为30分钟;腔内温度44摄氏度以上:延长烘干时间为0分钟。可以看出,该烘干方法为两步式的智能烘干方法。相比采用固定时间烘干的方法,这种两步式的智能烘干方法不但可以有效地避免“过烘干”导致的能源浪费,而且可以避免“欠烘干”导致的没有完全去除被消毒物上残留的水渍。应当指出,上述的分档、具体的温度值和时间值仅是一个典型实施例,这些值可以根据需要而灵活设置,这些值需要事先实验,确保应用这些值时,能够刚好将被消毒物烘干。
进一步,在恒温无菌保存步骤中,消毒容器获取环境温度的方法为:使用所述物品收纳腔的腔内温度推算。这样,不需要额外地安装温度感应器来检测环境温度,从而可以简化电路,降低成本。其中,推算方法可以利用事先由实验获得的“腔内温度-环境温度对应表”来获得环境温度,也可以采用相关运算,例如,用腔内温度减去一个常数等等方法获得环境温度,具体的常数根据事先的实验统计获得。
进一步,在使用所述物品收纳腔的腔内温度推算环境温度的步骤中,采用的腔内温度为烘干步骤中烘干初始时间到达时的温度。这样,和确定延长烘干时间共用了同一个腔内温度,可以简化程序,优化运算效率。
请参照图2、图3,本消毒容器包括:用于收纳被消毒物的物品收纳腔1,设置在所述物品收纳腔1的腔壁的、用于向所述物品收纳腔1释放紫外光(消毒介质)的光照装置6,设置在所述物品收纳腔1的腔壁的、用于向所述物品收纳腔1释放热风的制热风道,该制热风道包括回风口2、出风口3、空气通道7、风扇8和电热元件(未图示),风扇8工作时,将物品收纳腔1的空气从回风口2吸入空气通道7,被电热元件加热后,从出风口3再送至物品收纳腔1,对物品收纳腔1内的被消毒物烘干,该制热风道将物品收纳腔1内的空气循环流动,没有引入环境空气,即,是一种内循环式的制热风道,可以节约制热消耗的能源。
本消毒容器还包括分别与所述光照装置6和所述制热风道电连接的微处理器(未图示),以及存储有能够被所述微处理器执行的计算机可读程序的存储器(未图示),所述计算机可读程序被所述微处理器执行时,所述消毒容器执行上述智能消毒方法的步骤。所述存储器可以是所述微处理器的片内存储器,也可以是外置的独立存储器。
本消毒容器为一种便携式紫外消毒容器,不仅可以居家使用,而且可以携带至办公室使用或者在外出时使用。其消毒容器主体4设置有提手5。
上述通过具体实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,这些详细的说明仅仅限于帮助本领域技术人员理解本发明的内容,并不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。本领域技术人员在本发明构思下对上述方案 进行的各种润饰、等效变换等均应包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种智能消毒方法,应用于消毒容器,其特征在于,所述智能消毒方法包括当下达智能消毒指令后,所述消毒容器顺次执行以下步骤:
    消毒及烘干步骤,先后向收纳有被消毒物的物品收纳腔释放消毒介质和热风,对被消毒物消毒和烘干;
    恒温无菌保存步骤,持续向所述物品收纳腔释放少量的热风和少量的消毒介质,维持所述被消毒物在预置的恒温温度及无菌的状态,所述恒温温度限定为当所述被消毒物与人体接触时人体会有暖感且不会有不适感。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能消毒方法,其特征在于,所述消毒介质为紫外光。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能消毒方法,其特征在于,所述消毒容器预置有多个不同的恒温温度,在恒温无菌保存步骤中,所述消毒容器通过获取环境温度,根据环境温度自适应地选择合适的恒温温度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的智能消毒方法,其特征在于,烘干步骤包括:
    向所述物品收纳腔释放热风;
    当到达烘干初始时间时,采集所述物品收纳腔的腔内温度;
    自动获取所述腔内温度对应的延长烘干时间;以及
    继续向所述物品收纳腔释放热风,直至到达所述延长烘干时间。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的智能消毒方法,其特征在于,在恒温无菌保存步骤中,消毒容器获取环境温度的方法为:使用所述物品收纳腔的腔内温度推算。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的智能消毒方法,其特征在于,在恒温无菌保存步骤中,消毒容器获取环境温度的方法为:使用所述物品收纳腔的腔内温度推算。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能消毒方法,其特征在于,在使用所述物品收纳腔的腔内温度推算环境温度的步骤中,采用的腔内温度为烘干步骤中烘干初始时间到达时的温度。
  8. 一种消毒容器,包括:
    用于收纳被消毒物的物品收纳腔;
    用于向所述物品收纳腔释放消毒介质的光照装置;
    用于向所述物品收纳腔释放热风的制热风道;
    分别与所述光照装置和所述制热风道电连接的微处理器;以及
    存储有能够被所述微处理器执行的计算机可读程序的存储器;
    其特征在于:所述计算机可读程序被所述微处理器执行时,所述消毒容器执行如权利要求1所述的智能消毒方法的步骤。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的消毒容器,其特征在于,所述消毒容器预置有多个不同的恒温温度,在恒温无菌保存步骤中,所述消毒容器通过获取环境温度,根据环境温度自适应地选择合适的恒温温度。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的消毒容器,其特征在于,烘干步骤包括:
    向所述物品收纳腔释放热风;
    当到达烘干初始时间时,采集所述物品收纳腔的腔内温度;
    自动获取所述腔内温度对应的延长烘干时间;以及
    继续向所述物品收纳腔释放热风,直至到达所述延长烘干时间。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的消毒容器,其特征在于,在恒温无菌保存步骤中,消毒容器获取环境温度的方法为:使用所述物品收纳腔 的腔内温度推算。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的消毒容器,其特征在于,在使用所述物品收纳腔的腔内温度推算环境温度的步骤中,采用的腔内温度为烘干步骤中烘干初始时间到达时的温度。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的消毒容器,其特征在于,所述消毒容器为便携式紫外消毒容器。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的消毒容器,其特征在于,所述制热风道为内循环式制热风道。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的消毒容器,其特征在于,所述消毒介质为紫外光。
