Description

一种具有空气净化、散热、充电功能的手机壳 技术领域
本发明属于手机壳领域,特别涉及一种具有空气净化、散热、充电功能的手机壳。
背景技术
目前,手机壳的种类各式各样,但是具有空气净化功能的手机壳却没有,随着社会经济的飞速发展,空气质量却日益下降,空气中的雾霾、粉尘已经严重威胁到了人类的健康。现有技术中的空气净化器虽然能够实现空气的净化,但空气净化器的体积比较大,不便于随身携带,而手机壳却是我们生活中经常使用和携带的物品;因此,如果手机壳能够起到净化空气的作用,将可以满足人们随时随地呼吸小范围清新空气的需要。
技术问题
另外,现有的手机壳功能比较单一,只能起到美观、防摔的作用,而我们在使用手机的过程中,会出现许多问题;例如,手机的摄像头位置容易起雾积尘,影响拍摄质量,如果用手擦拭,皮肤上的油脂会污染摄像头。手机在长时间使用过程中会产生大量热量,如果不及时散热,会出现手机卡顿甚至死机等现象,严重影响手机使用寿命。
技术解决方案
鉴于背景技术所存在的技术问题,本发明所提供的一种具有空气净化、散热、充电功能的手机壳,不仅可以净化空气,还可以对手机进行充电和散热,另外还能对摄像头进行除尘除雾。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采取了如下技术方案来实现:
    一种具有空气净化、散热、充电功能的手机壳,包括壳体,壳体内设有壳体盖板,壳体盖板将壳体分成了元器件组装腔和手机安装腔;所述的器件组装空间内设置有风扇槽和电池槽,电池槽内设有充电电池,所述的风扇槽由两个弧形导风板组成,两个弧形导风板之间存在气流流通的通道口,风扇槽内设有换气扇,所述的两个弧形导风板围成换气扇的蜗壳,换气扇由充电电池提供工作电源;风扇槽底部为进气口格栅,进气口格栅外侧设有滤芯盖,滤芯盖设有孔洞,滤芯盖与进气口格栅之间装有滤芯;所述的风扇槽气流流通的通道口与出气空腔连通,元器件组装腔侧壁设有第一排气孔,第一排气孔将出气空腔与元器件组装腔外部空气连通,出气空腔内设有负离子发生器和距离感应器;壳体背面设有电源开关,电源开关通过主控制集成电路板与负离子发生器、换气扇、距离感应器与主控制集成电路板电连接;
壳体盖板上开设有摄像头孔,壳体内设有喇叭状摄像头通道;所述的摄像头孔和摄像头通道相配合,用于给手机的摄像头提供拍摄的通道;摄像头通道套在摄像头孔内。
    优选的方案中,所述的所述的出气空腔旁设有电路板安装槽,电路板安装槽内安装有主控制集成电路板;出气空腔是由风扇槽侧壁、电路板安装槽侧壁、壳体盖板和壳体内壁以及空气质量感应器、蓝牙装置围成的空腔结构;所述的空气质量感应器和蓝牙装置通过卡口固定,所述的卡口至少为两个且横向设置在器件组装空间内;
两块弧形导风板其中一块弧形导风板位于风扇槽和电池槽之间,且与卡口连接,将风扇槽和电池槽隔开;另一块弧形导风板位于风扇槽和电路板安装槽之间,且将风扇槽和电路板安装槽隔开;
空气质量感应器用于检测出气空腔内的空气质量;
距离感应器用于检测壳体距离外部物体的距离信号;
电源开关通过主控制集成电路板与换气扇,负离子发生器,空气质量感应器,蓝牙装置和距离感应器电连接;主控制集成电路板还与空气质量指示灯电连接;所述的电源开关和空气质量指示灯安装在壳体背面。
优选的方案中,所述的摄像头通道位于电路板安装槽内,电路板安装槽和出气空腔之间是完全隔开,摄像头通道的一侧与电路板安装槽相连,一侧与出气空腔相连,所述摄像头通道靠近出气空腔的侧壁设有摄像头吹扫孔。
优选的方案中,所述的壳体盖板上设有连通孔,所述的连通孔将元器件组装腔和手机安装腔之间的空间连通,手机安装腔侧壁设有第二排气孔。
优选的方案中,所述的壳体盖板上表面设有多条条形凸块,条形凸块之间形成了空气流通的导流槽。
优选的方案中,所述的元器件组装腔内设有充电电路板槽,充电电路板槽位于元器件组装腔一端,充电电路板槽内设有充电电路板,充电电路板上设有充电接头和USB接口;元器件组装腔侧壁设有充电接头孔和USB接口孔,所述的充电接头孔与充电接头相配合,USB接口孔与USB接口相配合;所述的充电电路板与充电电池电连接;充电电池通过主控制集成电路板与电源开关,换气扇,负离子发生器,空气质量感应器,蓝牙装置和距离感应器电连接。
优选的方案中,所述的充电电路板上设有电量指示灯,元器件组装腔侧壁与电量指示灯相对应的位置设有电量指示灯孔。
优选的方案中,所述的蓝牙装置与主控制集成电路板电连接;所述的蓝牙装置用于和手机实现无线连接并将检测的空气质量数据发送至手机APP;同时收发手机指令,根据空气质量状况通过主控制集成电路板实现对换气扇转速的控制。
优选的方案中,所述的壳体盖板下表面设有第一卡槽和第二卡槽,所述的第一卡槽与风扇槽和电池槽间的弧形导风板顶部及卡口顶部连接;所述的第二卡槽与风扇槽和电路板安装槽间的弧形导风板顶部连接。
优选的方案中,所述的滤芯盖边缘设有多个磁铁,与之对应的进气口格栅也设有多个磁铁,滤芯盖通过磁铁相吸与进气口格栅紧密盖合,并将滤芯固定;所述的进气口格栅位于壳体上并向内凹陷,形成滤芯仓,当滤芯与滤芯盖安装后,滤芯盖与壳体背面平齐。
有益效果
本专利可达到以下有益效果:
1、本手机壳相当于一个随身携带的天然氧吧,时刻保证人们周围2m³内空气清新,避免烟雾粉尘甲醛病菌等的困扰;驾车出游,手机壳可以净化车内空气,替代车载净化器;睡眠时手机壳开启自动净化模式,提高人们的睡眠质量;为了提高空气净化效率,手机壳在使用时尽量底部朝上,保证进气量,避免进风口被遮挡;也可以配合手机指环使用,底部朝下,满足人们日常使用习惯;
本手机壳巧妙解决了因手机使用时间长手机机身发热,无法快速方便有效散热的问题;更解决了摄像头容易起雾蒙尘的问题,满足了人们爱美的需求;
而且手机壳内的充电电池可以通过USB数据线为手机充电;
2、因为本手机壳滤芯盖与进气口格栅之间没有采用螺栓连接,而是通过磁铁的磁吸力将滤芯固定,所以滤芯在使用过程中可以随时更换,使用起来方便快捷,保证空气净化效果;
3、弧形导风板围成风扇的蜗壳,利于风扇收集气体并导流,提高空气净化效率;
4、壳体盖板上表面设有多条条形凸块,条形凸块之间形成了空气流通的导流槽,所述导流槽内流动的空气在手机机身下形成一层气垫,能将手机散发的热量迅速带走,并从第二排气孔排出,达到手机散热的效果;
5、蓝牙装置和手机中的APP无线连接,使用者可以随时通过手机控制换气扇的转速和开启。

换气扇11采用的是转速可调的双滚轴直流无刷涡轮风机,其型号为YH3007S5W,它包括直流无刷电机和涡轮叶片两部分,采用离心式的工作原理,也即是进风面与出风面垂直呈90度,不改变腔内介质的流向,以提高空气流动的速度,具有吸力强,排风快,功耗低等特点。
进一步地,所述的出气空腔21旁设有电路板安装槽,电路板安装槽内安装有主控制集成电路板16,其型号为EN8F156,内部含有定时器,程序储存器和数据储存器等装置,能完成对空气质量,距离等数据的采集分析处理等功能;出气空腔21是由风扇槽侧壁、电路板安装槽侧壁、壳体盖板1和壳体2内壁以及空气质量感应器14、蓝牙装置12围成的空腔结构;所述的空气质量感应器14和蓝牙装置12通过卡口22固定,所述的卡口22至少为两个且横向设置在器件组装空间内;
两块弧形导风板30其中一块弧形导风板30位于风扇槽和电池槽之间,且与卡口22连接,将风扇槽和电池槽隔开;另一块弧形导风板30位于风扇槽和电路板安装槽之间,且将风扇槽和电路板安装槽隔开;
负离子发生器13用于产生负离子,净化空气,其型号为HJFR-16A;
空气质量感应器14用于检测出气空腔21内的空气质量;其型号为QS3012;
距离感应器10用于检测壳体2距离外部物体的距离信号;距离感应器10是型号为TL-W5MC1 的接近开关传感器,能探测壳体背面与遮挡物的距离,当壳体背面与遮挡物过近,小于设定的数值时,接近开关触发,换气扇11停止工作,从而保护电机;
电源开关24通过主控制集成电路板16与换气扇11,负离子发生器13,空气质量感应器14,蓝牙装置12和距离感应器10电连接;主控制集成电路板16还与空气质量指示灯23电连接;所述的电源开关24和空气质量指示灯23安装在壳体2背面;
所述的电源开关24为智能触摸开关,该电源开关24直接安装在主控制集成电路板16上,可以实现一键控制,开启并控制调整换气扇11的转速,相对应的高中低三档转速。
进一步地,摄像头通道26位于电路板安装槽内,电路板安装槽和出气空腔21之间是完全隔开,摄像头通道26的一侧与电路板安装槽相连,一侧与出气空腔21相连,所述摄像头通道26靠近出气空腔21的侧壁设有摄像头吹扫孔25;摄像头吹扫孔25与手机摄像头平齐。
进一步地,壳体盖板1上设有连通孔27,所述的连通孔27对称排列在出气空腔21上部,将元器件组装腔和手机安装腔之间的空间连通;手机安装腔侧壁设有第二排气孔18;所述的第二排气孔18对称排列在手机安装腔侧壁,位于手机机身与壳体盖板1形成的空隙之间。
进一步地,壳体盖板1上表面设有多条条形凸块19,条形凸块19之间形成了空气流通的导流槽;导流槽内流动的空气在手机机身下形成一层气垫,能将手机散发的热量迅速带走,并从第二排气孔18排出,达到手机散热的效果。
进一步地,元器件组装腔内设有充电电路板槽,充电电路板槽位于元器件组装腔一端,充电电路板槽内设有充电电路板6,充电电路板6上设有充电接头9和USB接口8;元器件组装腔侧壁设有充电接头孔和USB接口孔,所述的充电接头孔与充电接头9相配合,USB接口孔与USB接口8相配合;所述的充电电路板6与充电电池5电连接;充电电池5通过主控制集成电路板16与电源开关24,换气扇11,负离子发生器13,空气质量感应器14,蓝牙装置12和距离感应器10电连接。
进一步地,充电电路板6上设有电量指示灯7,元器件组装腔侧壁与电量指示灯7相对应的位置设有电量指示灯孔。
进一步地,蓝牙装置12与主控制集成电路板16电连接;所述的蓝牙装置12型号为JDY-19;用于和手机实现无线连接并将检测的空气质量数据发送至手机APP;同时收发手机指令,根据空气质量状况通过主控制集成电路板16实现对换气扇11转速的控制。
    进一步地,壳体盖板1下表面设有第一卡槽28和第二卡槽29,所述的第一卡槽28与风扇槽和电池槽间的弧形导风板30顶部及卡口22顶部连接;所述的第二卡槽29与风扇槽和电路板安装槽间的弧形导风板30顶部连接;
第一卡槽28和第二卡槽29使壳体2与壳体盖板1之间连接更紧密,保证涡轮风扇的气密性,提升空气的净化效率。
进一步地,滤芯盖3边缘设有多个磁铁30,与之对应的进气口格栅20也设有多个磁铁30,滤芯盖3通过磁铁30相吸与进气口格栅20紧密盖合,并将滤芯4固定;进气口格栅20位于壳体2上并向内凹陷,形成滤芯仓,当滤芯4与滤芯盖3安装后,滤芯盖3与壳体2背面平齐。
整个装置的工作原理如下:
空气由壳体背面的滤芯盖3孔洞进入,经过滤芯4净化,滤芯4由初效过滤网,HEPA滤网,活性炭滤网,冷触媒滤网四层组成;初效过滤网能有效过滤5微米以上的大颗粒尘埃物质;HEPA滤网能去除空气中的pm2.5微生物,花粉等;活性炭滤网能消除异味,吸附空气中的甲醛,苯系物,TVOC,CO等有害气体;冷触媒滤网对甲醛,苯系物,TVOC,CO等有害气体进一步分解去除;四层滤网组成的滤芯4对空气进行有效净化;
初步净化的空气在换气扇11的转动下,进入了出气空腔21,出气空腔21的负离子发生器13在空气循环的过程中不断产生负离子,负离子对空气中的粉尘,细菌,烟雾等进行净化;净化后的清新空气由第一排气孔17排出;
净化后的清新空气一部分经由壳体2左右两边的第一排气孔17排出;一部分经由摄像头吹扫孔25排出,洁净的空气直接吹拭摄像头,达到为摄像头防尘防雾的功能;还有一部分经由壳体盖板1上的连通孔27排出,从而吹拭手机机身,在手机机身下形成一层气垫,不断带走手机热量,并经由手机安装腔侧壁设有的第二排气孔18排出,达到为手机散热的功能;
空气质量感应器14在空气循环的过程中完成对空气质量的检测,检测的空气质量数据通过蓝牙装置12发送至手机APP;
同时空气质量指示灯23通过颜色变化直观显示空气质量,其不同的颜色代表的信息分别是红色代表空气质量很差;紫色代表空气质量一般;蓝色代表空气质量优良;
主控制集成电路板16上的智能触摸电源开关24可以实现一键控制,开启和调整涡轮风扇的转速;与空气质量指示灯23颜色相对应的高中低三档转速;
手机APP通过蓝牙装置12发送指令,通过主控制集成电路板16实现对涡轮风扇的开启,定时和调速;满足人们在睡眠时空气的自动净化,提高睡眠质量;

    两块弧形导风板(30)其中一块弧形导风板(30)位于风扇槽和电池槽之间,且与卡口(22)连接,将风扇槽和电池槽隔开;另一块弧形导风板(30)位于风扇槽和电路板安装槽之间,且将风扇槽和电路板安装槽隔开;
    空气质量感应器(14)用于检测出气空腔(21)内的空气质量;
    距离感应器(10)用于检测壳体(2)距离外部物体的距离信号;
    电源开关(24)通过主控制集成电路板(16)与换气扇(11),负离子发生器(13)空气质量感应器(14),蓝牙装置(12)和距离感应器(10)电连接;主控制集成电路板(16)还与空气质量指示灯(23)电连接;所述的电源开关(24)和空气质量指示灯(23)安装在壳体(2)背面。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有空气净化、散热、充电功能的手机壳,其特征在于:摄像头通道(26)位于电路板安装槽内,电路板安装槽和出气空腔(21)之间是完全隔开,摄像头通道(26)的一侧与电路板安装槽相连,一侧与出气空腔(21)相连,所述摄像头通道(26)靠近出气空腔(21)的侧壁设有摄像头吹扫孔(25)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有空气净化、散热、充电功能的手机壳,其特征在于:壳体盖板(1)上设有连通孔(27),所述的连通孔(27)将元器件组装腔和手机安装腔之间的空间连通,手机安装腔侧壁设有第二排气孔(18)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有空气净化、散热、充电功能的手机壳,其特征在于:壳体盖板(1)上表面设有多条条形凸块(19),条形凸块(19)之间形成了空气流通的导流槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有空气净化、散热、充电功能的手机壳,其特征在于:元器件组装腔内设有充电电路板槽,充电电路板槽位于元器件组装腔一端,充电电路板槽内设有充电电路板(6),充电电路板(6)上设有充电接头(9)和USB接口(8);元器件组装腔侧壁设有充电接头孔和USB接口孔,所述的充电接头孔与充电接头(9)相配合,USB接口孔与USB接口(8)相配合;所述的充电电路板(6)与充电电池(5)电连接;充电电池(5)通过主控制集成电路板(16)与电源开关(24)换气扇(11),负离子发生器(13),空气质量感应器(14),蓝牙装置(12)和距离感应器(10)电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种具有空气净化、散热、充电功能的手机壳,其特征在于:充电电路板(6)上设有电量指示灯(7),元器件组装腔侧壁与电量指示灯(7)相对应的位置设有电量指示灯孔。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有空气净化、散热、充电功能的手机壳,其特征在于:蓝牙装置(12)与主控制集成电路板(16)电连接;所述的蓝牙装置(12)用于和手机实现无线连接并将检测的空气质量数据发送至手机APP;同时收发手机指令,根据空气质量状况通过主控制集成电路板(16)实现对换气扇(11)转速的控制。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有空气净化、散热、充电功能的手机壳,其特征在于:壳体盖板(1)下表面设有第一卡槽(28)和第二卡槽(29),所述的第一卡槽(28)与风扇槽和电池槽间的弧形导风板(30)顶部及卡口(22)顶部连接;所述的第二卡槽(29)与风扇槽和电路板安装槽间的弧形导风板(30)顶部连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有空气净化、散热、充电功能的手机壳,其特征在于:滤芯盖(3)边缘设有多个磁铁(30),与之对应的进气口格栅(20)也设有多个磁铁(30),滤芯盖(3)通过磁铁(30)相吸与进气口格栅(20)紧密盖合,并将滤芯(4)固定;所述的进气口格栅(20)位于壳体(2)上并向内凹陷,形成滤芯仓,当滤芯(4)与滤芯盖(3)安装后,滤芯盖(3)与壳体(2)背面平齐。
