Abstract

The invention relates to a catalyst and carrier gas distributor for circulating reactor-regenerator systems for the dehydrogenation of С3-C5 paraffin hydrocarbons having a fluidized bed that is divided into sections by grates, said distributor comprising a vertical transport pipe arranged along the axis of a reactor and/or regenerator, said vertical transport pipe having an upward or downward flow of a catalyst and carrier gas and being mounted with its open end facing upward or downward accordingly, and an expander arranged coaxially with said vertical transport pipe and comprising a bottom, connected to the end of the transport pipe, and a cover. The bottom of the expander consists of a diffuser in the shape of a truncated cone that is connected by its smaller base to the open end of the transport pipe and by its larger base to a first disc surrounding an opening in the diffuser, and the cover comprises an end plate and a second disc, wherein the second disc is connected to the side face of the end plate, encircling same, and is mounted at a certain distance above or below the first disc such that an open annular space is formed between the discs. The technical result is a decrease in the erosion of the structural elements of the distributor and the internal devices of the reactor and the regenerator, an increase in olefin hydrocarbon yield, and a reduction in air consumption and catalyst entrainment.
