Abstract
种复合棱镜导光膜生产装置,涉及薄膜生产技术领域,通过将棱镜卷料设置在两冲型头(4,4-1)之间,采用滚动轴组将两冲型头(4,4-1)出口的原料自两侧分别与棱镜卷料贴附,再通过滚动轴组表面的转印结构在复合棱镜导光膜的远离棱镜卷料的侧面印压设计网点,结构简单,生产效率高;通过直接在导光膜表面贴合棱镜卷料和设置网点结构,一体成型复合棱镜导光膜,使得棱镜导光膜产品的聚光性能大幅提升,并且采用金属材质的整形轮(8)对塑形后的复合棱镜导光膜整形,在消除膜内应力的同时,避免单一圆柱形滚轴所造成的膜翘曲现象,生产的复合棱镜导光膜产品质量高.
