实施例
如图1-4所示,本发明实施例提供一种沙发联动支架装置,包括底座1、驱动机构6、滑动机构2、第一连动杆22、第二连动杆23和设置在所述底座1上的两个伸展支架3;所述滑动机构2包括滑轨21和滑动件24,所述滑轨21的一端与所述第一连动杆22连接,所述滑轨21的另一端悬置,所述滑动件24安装于所述滑轨21上并能够沿着所述滑轨21滑动,所述第一连动杆22的两端分别与所述两个伸展机构连接,所述第二连动杆23的两端分别与所述两个伸展机构连接,所述第二连动杆23通过滑动件24与所述滑轨21连接;所述驱动机构6包括驱动电机61和丝杠62,所述丝杠62设置在所述滑轨21内部,所述驱动电机61用于驱动所述丝杠62转动,所述丝杠62用于带动所述滑动件24沿着所述滑轨21往复运动,所述滑动件24通过所述第一连动杆22和所述第二连动杆23带动两个所述伸展支架3伸展或收缩。
具体地,所述第一连动杆22的两端分别与其左右两侧的两个第一伸展件331转动连接。所述第二连动杆23的两端分别与其左右两侧的两个所述第一连杆324转动连接。其中,第一连动杆22位于所述座板联动机构32的前端与所述腿部伸展机构连接,所述第二连动杆23位于座板联动机构32的中部,第一连动杆22和第二连动杆23平行设置。在一些实施例中,所述第一连动杆22和第二连动杆23可以同时运动从而带动所述腿部伸展机构33和所述座板联动机构32伸展或收缩。在另一些实施例中,所述第一 连动杆22和第二连动杆23也可以单独运动,分别带动所述腿部伸展机构33和所述座板联动机构32伸展或收缩。所述第一连动杆22和所述第二连动杆23的横截面为圆形、矩形或L形。
具体地,所述驱动电机61通过第一转轴221与所述第一连动杆22转动连接,所述第一转轴221为插销或转动螺栓。所述滑动件24通过第二转轴231与所述第二连动杆23转动连接,所述第二转轴221为插销或转动螺栓。在一些实施例中,所述滑动件24为与滑轨和丝杠相配合的滑块。
具体地,两个所述伸展支架3为左右对称设置,每一所述伸展支架3包括依次连接的靠背机构31、座板联动机构32和腿部伸展机构33。
具体地,所述底座1为平行设置的两个条形底架11,所述座板联动机构32通过第一支撑件321和第二支撑件322与所述条形底架11转动连接。
具体地,所述座板联动机构32包括L形座框安装板323、第一连杆324、第二连杆325和第三连杆326,所述第一连杆324的一端与第一座框支架327连接,所述第一连杆324的另一端与第三座框支架329连接,所述第二连杆325的一端与所述第一支撑件321连接,所述第二连杆325的另一端与第二座框支架328连接,所述第三连杆326的一端与第二座框支架328连接,所述第三连杆326的另一端与所述腿部伸展机构33连接,所述第一座框支架327、第二座框支架328和第三座框支架329均设置在所述L形座框安装板323上。
具体地,所述靠背机构31通过所述第三座框支架329和所述第一连杆324与所述座板联动机构32转动连接。所述靠背机构31通过与所述座板联动机构32的联动实现其向前或向后倾倒的调节运动。
具体地,所述座板联动机构32上还设置有第一限位件7、第二限位件8和第三限位件9,所述第一限位件7固定在所述第二座框支架328上,所述第二限位件8固定在所述第三座框支架329上,所述第三限位件9固定在所述第一座框支架327上,当所述伸展支架3收缩至极限位置时,所述第一限位件7与所述第一连杆324相抵触,所述第二限位件8与所述第二支撑件322相抵触,所述第三限位件9与所述L形座框安装板323和第三连杆326相抵触。所述第一限位件7、第二限位件8第三限位件9用于在所 述伸展支架伸展或收缩过程中通过与其他连接件的位置相抵触来限定所述靠背机构31和腿部伸展机构33的调整范围。在一些实施例中,所述限位件可以是限位销或限位套。
具体地,所述L形座框安装板323上还设置有座框保护板34,所述座框保护板34固定在所述L形座框安装板323的弯折处。所述座框保护板34用于保护和加强所述L形座框安装板的强度,增强沙发承重能力。在实际应用中,所述座框保护板34根据需求可以为板状、杆状或角铁状。
具体地,所述腿部伸展机构33设置在所述座板联动机构32的前端,所述腿部伸展机构33与所述L形座框安装板323转动连接。所述腿部伸展机构33包括平行设置的第一伸展件331和第二伸展件332,所述第一伸展件331与所述第一连动杆22转动连接,所述第二伸展件332与所述L形座框安装板323转动连接。
具体地,所述沙发联动装置上还设置有至少一个平衡杆4,所述平衡杆4的两端分别固定在两个所述第二支撑件322上。在一些实施例中,所述平衡杆4可以根据需求设计成具有弧度的圆管,也可以是方管或其他形状的杆件或板件,所述平衡杆4具有增强沙发稳定性和保证沙发左右两侧伸展支架受力平衡的作用。
具体地,所述沙发联动装置上还设置有至少一个抗扭杆5,所述抗扭杆5的两端分别固定在两个所述第一支撑件321上。在一些实施例中,所述抗扭杆5也可以是具有弧度的圆管、方管或其他形状的杆件或板件,具有在防止两侧伸展支架3在伸展或收缩的过程中产生扭转和两侧受力不平衡的作用。
本实施例的运动原理是驱动电机61驱动丝杠62旋转,从而带动滑动件24沿着滑轨21往复运动,以带动与滑动件24相连的第二连动杆23和与滑轨21的一端相连的第一连动杆22产生旋转和平移运动,最终带动两侧的伸展支架3伸展和收缩。
本发明沙发联动装置三种姿态的变换。坐姿状态,此时伸展支架3收缩至极限状态,靠背机构31和腿部伸展机构33均收拢于中间座板联动机构32,此时所述第一连动杆22和第二连动杆23距离最近。如图3所示, 休闲姿态,此时靠背机构31保持坐姿时的角度基本不变,腿部伸展机构33向前展开到搁脚部与地面平行,在驱动电机的驱动下滑动件24带动第二连动杆23向前平移,第一连动杆22旋转一定角度并向前平移。如图4所示,躺姿状态,在休闲姿的基础上座板联动机构32带动腿部伸展机构33继续向前平移,同时靠背机构31向后倾倒,此时所述第一连动杆22和第二连动杆23之间距离最远。
本发明两伸展之架之间设置有滑动机构和驱动机构,其中驱动机构控制滑动件带动第一连动杆和第二连动杆运动,以使得两个伸展支架伸展或收缩,其中驱动电机与丝杠滑轨结合的驱动方式结构简单、精确度高、降低噪音、节约成本、便于精密控制。本发明驱动电机的一端通过第一转轴与第一连动杆转动连接,第一连动杆与腿部伸展机构连接,伸展支架运动中驱动电机是随第一连动杆向前平移运动的,整个驱动机构的重心在沙发座椅的前端,使得人坐在沙发上时腿部伸展机构的伸展和收缩更加自如和平稳,避免产生晃动的情况。本发明第一连动杆设置在两个座板联动机构之间,第二连动杆设置在两个腿部伸展机构之间,既可以通过第一连动杆和第二连动杆的运动分别驱动座板联动机构和腿部伸展机构的运动,还起到了支撑和平稳装置的作用。
应当理解的是,本发明的上述具体实施方式仅仅用于示例性说明或解释本发明的原理,而不构成对本发明的限制。因此,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种沙发联动支架装置,其特征在于,包括底座(1)、驱动机构(6)、滑动机构(2)、第一连动杆(22)、第二连动杆(23)和设置在所述底座(1)上的两个伸展支架(3);
    所述滑动机构(2)包括滑轨(21)和滑动件(24),所述滑轨(21)的一端与所述第一连动杆(22)连接,所述滑轨(21)的另一端悬置,所述滑动件(24)安装于所述滑轨(21)上并能够沿着所述滑轨(21)滑动,所述第一连动杆(22)的两端分别与所述两个伸展机构连接,所述第二连动杆(23)的两端分别与所述两个伸展机构连接,所述第二连动杆(23)通过滑动件(24)与所述滑轨(21)连接;
    所述驱动机构(6)包括驱动电机(61)和丝杠(62),所述丝杠(62)设置在所述滑轨(21)内部,所述驱动电机(61)用于驱动所述丝杠(62)转动,所述丝杠(62)用于带动所述滑动件(24)沿着所述滑轨(21)往复运动,所述滑动件(24)通过所述第一连动杆(22)和所述第二连动杆(23)带动两个所述伸展支架(3)伸展或收缩。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沙发联动支架装置,其特征在于,两个所述伸展支架(3)为左右对称设置,每一所述伸展支架(3)包括依次连接的靠背机构(31)、座板联动机构(32)和腿部伸展机构(33)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沙发联动支架装置,其特征在于,所述底座(1)为平行设置的两个条形底架(11),所述座板联动机构(32)通过第一支撑件(321)和第二支撑件(322)与所述条形底架(11)转动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种沙发联动支架装置,其特征在于,所述座板联动机构(32)包括L形座框安装板(323)、第一连杆(324)、第二连杆(325)和第三连杆(326),所述第一连杆(324)的一端与第一座框支架(327)连接,所述第一连杆(324)的另一端与第三座框支架(329)连接,所述第二连杆(325)的一端与所述第一支撑件(321)连接,所述第二连杆(325)的另一端与第二座框支架(328)连接,所述第三连杆(326)的一端与第二座框支架(328)连接,所述第三连杆(326)的另一端与所 述腿部伸展机构(33)连接,所述第一座框支架(327)、第二座框支架(328)和第三座框支架(329)均设置在所述L形座框安装板(323)上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种沙发联动支架装置,其特征在于,所述靠背机构(31)通过所述第三座框支架(329)和所述第一连杆(324)与所述座板联动机构(32)转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种沙发联动支架装置,其特征在于,所述座板联动机构(32)上还设置有第一限位件(7)、第二限位件(8)和第三限位件(9),所述第一限位件(7)固定在所述第二座框支架(328)上,所述第二限位件(8)固定在所述第三座框支架(329)上,所述第三限位件(9)固定在所述第一座框支架(327)上,当所述伸展支架(3)收缩至极限位置时,所述第一限位件(7)与所述第一连杆(324)相抵触,所述第二限位件(8)与所述第二支撑件(322)相抵触,所述第三限位件(9)与所述L形座框安装板(323)和第三连杆(326)相抵触。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种沙发联动支架装置,其特征在于,所述腿部伸展机构(33)设置在所述座板联动机构(32)的前端,所述腿部伸展机构(33)与所述L形座框安装板(323)转动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沙发联动支架装置,其特征在于,所述第一连动杆(22)的两端分别与两个第一伸展件(331)转动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沙发联动支架装置,其特征在于,所述第二连动杆(23)的两端分别与两个所述第一连杆(324)转动连接。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的一种沙发联动支架装置,其特征在于,所述L形座框安装板(323)上还设置有座框保护板(34),所述座框保护板(34)固定在所述L形座框安装板(323)的弯折处。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沙发联动支架装置,其特征在于,所述沙发联动装置上还设置有至少一个平衡杆(4),所述平衡杆(4)的两端分别固定在两个所述第二支撑件(322)上。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沙发联动支架装置,其特征在于,所述沙发联动装置上还设置有至少一个抗扭杆(5),所述抗扭杆(5)的两端分别固定在两个所述第一支撑件(321)上。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沙发联动支架装置,其特征在于,所述第一连动杆(22)和所述第二连动杆(23)的横截面为圆形、矩形或L形。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沙发联动支架装置,其特征在于,所述驱动电机(61)通过第一转轴(221)与所述第一连动杆(22)转动连接,所述第一转轴(221)为插销或转动螺栓。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的一种沙发联动支架装置,其特征在于,所述滑动件(24)通过第二转轴(231)与所述第二连动杆(22)转动连接,所述第二转轴(221)为插销或转动螺栓。
