其中实时聊天信息流处理引擎,可以负责处理所有的聊天信息请求。实时订单交易流处理引擎,可以负责处理所有的订单交易请求。混合实时处理引擎,可以负责组装所有在实时聊天信息流中产生的交易细节模块,以及在后续交易过程中产生的修改记录,传递给分布式服务集群。分布式服务集群,可以负责所有请求的处理。分布式数据处理集群,可以负责所有数据的存取。
在另一种实施方式中,所述云服务器包括:
混合实时处理引擎,用于对所述对话沟通数据进行分析,识别交易相关信息及对应的线上服务信息;
分布式服务集群,用于结合所述交易相关信息及所述线上服务信息,生成定制化服务信息及其访问入口。
本发明的第三方面,提供一种存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,当所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现本发明实施例提供的订单自动生成方法。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
本发明通过在对话沟通过程中,交易与沟通无缝衔接、在对话沟通的过程中可以实时性的进行交易,可以根据用户的需求定制化交易流程,整个交易环节无需进行深度切换操作,保证了成单效率。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器,上述指令可由处理器执行以完成前文所述的方法。上述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁带和光存储设备等。
本领域技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、或者计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来实现。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。所属技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的***、装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种订单自动生成方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取当前对话框内的对话沟通数据并进行分析,识别交易相关信息及对应的线上服务信息;
    结合所述交易相关信息及所述线上服务信息,生成定制化服务信息及其访问入口;
    输出所述定制化服务访问入口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述结合所述交易相关信息及所述线上服务信息,生成定制化服务信息及其访问入口,包括:
    结合所述交易相关信息及所述线上服务信息,基于人工智能算法,生成定制化服务信息及其访问入口。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,输出所述定制化服务访问入口之后,还包括:
    基于所述当前对话框内后续对话沟通数据,更新所述定制化服务信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述定制化服务访问入口在所述当前对话框内输出。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,输出所述定制化服务访问入口之后,还包括:
    在所述当前对话框内获取到结束服务的关键词,结束所述定制化服务进程。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,输出所述定制化服务访问入口之后,还包括:
    基于所述当前对话框内后续对话沟通数据,执行定制化服务进程操作。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,输出所述定制化服务访问入口之后,还包括:
    解析所述当前对话框内后续对话沟通数据,获取交易单元标识,将所述交易单元标识与预存标识进行匹配;
    当所述交易单元标识与预存交易结束标识匹配成功时,结束交易进程。
  8. 一种订单自动生成***,其特征在于,包括:
    客户端,用于获取当前对话框内的对话沟通数据,以及输出所述定制化服务访问入口;
    云服务器,用于对所述对话沟通数据进行分析,识别交易相关信息及对应的线上服务信息,以及结合所述交易相关信息及所述线上服务信息,生成定制化服务信息及其访问入口。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的***,其特征在于,所述云服务器包括混合实时处理引擎,用于对所述对话沟通数据进行分析,识别交易相关信息及对应的线上服务信息;
    分布式服务集群,用于结合所述交易相关信息及所述线上服务信息,生成定制化服务信息及其访问入口。
  10. 一种存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,当所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1所述的订单自动生成方法。
