Claims (6)

  1.  エアバッグと、該エアバッグを膨張させるためのインフレータと、該エアバッグ及びインフレータが取り付けられたリテーナと、該エアバッグを覆うように該リテーナに取り付けられたモジュールカバーとを備え、
     該リテーナは、主板部と、該主板部の周縁から起立した周壁とを備えており、
     該モジュールカバーは、該エアバッグの乗員側を覆う天蓋部と、該天蓋部に連なり、エアバッグの側方を覆う側壁部とを有しており、
     該側壁部に開口又は凹部が設けられており、
     前記リテーナの前記周壁に、該開口又は凹部に入り込む爪部を有した係止片が設けられているエアバッグ装置において、
     前記リテーナの前記主板部に差込孔が設けられており、
     前記モジュールカバーの前記側壁部から延出片が延出しており、
     該差込孔に該延出片が挿入されていることを特徴とするエアバッグ装置。
